High disability rates resulting from stroke have become a severe public health challenge in China, imposing a significant mental and economic burden on families and society. Motor imagery brain-computer interface (MI-BCI) based on scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) has demonstrated immense potential in promoting neural pathway remodeling through an intent-driven active rehabilitation mode. Currently, the strategic deployment of global brain initiatives is accelerating technology integration and industrial transformation in this field. This paper reviews the research progress and status of MI-BCI technology oriented toward active motor rehabilitation. It analyzes the key problems and challenges currently encountered and proposes strategic recommendations for future development. This work aims to provide a reference for breaking through core technical barriers and constructing an independent and controllable active rehabilitation technology system in China.

脑卒中导致的高致残率已成为我国公共卫生的严峻挑战,给患者家庭和社会造成了巨大的精神和经济负担。基于头皮脑电的运动想象脑机接口(MI-BCI)通过意图驱动的主动康复模式,在促进神经通路重塑方面展现出巨大潜力。当前,全球脑科学计划的布局正加速该领域的技术集成与产业转化。文章综述了面向主动运动康复的运动想象脑机接口技术的研究进展与发展现状,分析了当前面临的问题与挑战,并对未来发展方向提出了对策建议,为我国突破脑机接口核心技术壁垒、构建自主可控的主动康复技术体系提供参考与借鉴。
