To address the problem of urban traffic congestion, restructure the future travel ecosystem, the paper focuses on the flying car industries of Europe, the United States, Japan as well as China. It analyzes the development characteristics and trends of the flying car industry from 3 dimensions: top-level policy strategies, industrial management systems and market implementation and application, and analyzes the multi-competitive landscape involving traditional aviation companies, automotive manufacturers, and emerging technology firms. Given the challenges of an immature technical system, imperfect management mechanisms, and inadequate market supporting facilities, the paper proposes recommendations from the perspectives of technological R&D, policy systems, infrastructure, and industrial synergy, aiming to facilitate the transformational development of the flying car industry from demonstration application to large-scale commercialization.
