This paper briefly elaborated the coating process of automobile interior decoration parts and the features of translucent artificial leather. The application feasibility of the transparent skin on the soft decorative parts was analyzed. The scheme of combination of transparent decorative panel and interior ambient lighting system is studied. The feasibility of the application scheme of transparent skin was verified by experiments. The results show that the application of translucent artificial leather on the instrument panel decoration can make the decorative panel have the function of surface light transmission, which can realize the combination of soft touch and lighting pattern, improve the intelligence and sense of science and technology for the cockpit system, break the limitations of the existing ambient lighting layout and can meet the diversified and personalized needs of consumers.

随着汽车智能化和电动化的发展,智能灯光系统越来越多地应用到汽车内饰中。为了满足消费者对仪表板装饰件装饰效果和软触感的双重要求,结合汽车仪表板装饰件的发展现状,阐述了汽车内饰装饰件的包覆工艺流程,阐述了透光表皮的特点,分析了透光表皮在包覆软装饰件上的应用可行性,研究了透光装饰件和内饰氛围灯系统结合的方案,通过试验验证了透光表皮应用方案的可行性。结果表明,透光表皮应用在仪表板装饰件上,使装饰件具有表面透光功能,可以实现软质触感和灯光图案结合,提升座舱系统的智能化和科技感,打破了现有氛围灯布置位置局限性,可以满足消费者多样化和个性化需求。
