Technologies of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) are key part of technologies for automotives to realize fuel saving targets for 2025 and 2030, therefore it is essential to comb the technologies and obtain deep insight in HEV.Based on the study of the whole life cycle carbon emission management, the direction of energy-saving vehicle hybrid technology is proposed. Combined with the latest research results of the industry, this paper aims to sum up the vehicle fuel consumption reduction target and realization technology path. In the process of vehicle fuel saving analysis, through the establishment of P2.5 single-motor hybrid, series dual-motor hybrid, single-gear hybrid dual-motor hybrid and planetary hybrid dual-motor hybrid mainstream application scheme hybrid model, the fuel saving effect of each special hybrid transmission scheme is obtained. According to the actual hybrid special engine models with different thermal efficiency, the relationship equation between engine thermal efficiency and vehicle fuel consumption is established, and then the energy-saving vehicle technology scheme meeting 2025 and 2030 is obtained so as to provide a reference for the selection of vehicle technology scheme.

混合动力汽车技术是汽车节能技术的重要组成部分,为实现2025和2030年油耗目标,有必要对混合动力汽车进行技术路线梳理。通过对整车全生命周期碳排放管理研究,提出节能汽车混合动力化技术方向。结合行业研究最新成果,总结了车型油耗降低目标及实现技术路径。在车辆节油分析过程中,通过建立P2.5单电机混合动力、串联双电机混合动力、单挡混联双电机混合动力与行星排混联双电机混合动力主流应用方案混合模型,获得了各专用混合动力变速器方案节油效果。根据实际不同热效率的混合动力专用发动机模型,建立了发动机热效率与整车油耗关系方程,进而得到满足2025和2030年节能车技术方案,为整车技术方案选择提供参考。

Technologies of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) are key part of technologies for automotives to realize fuel saving targets for 2025 and 2030, therefore it is essential to comb the technologies and obtain deep insight in HEV.Based on the study of the whole life cycle carbon emission management, the direction of energy-saving vehicle hybrid technology is proposed. Combined with the latest research results of the industry, this paper aims to sum up the vehicle fuel consumption reduction target and realization technology path. In the process of vehicle fuel saving analysis, through the establishment of P2.5 single-motor hybrid, series dual-motor hybrid, single-gear hybrid dual-motor hybrid and planetary hybrid dual-motor hybrid mainstream application scheme hybrid model, the fuel saving effect of each special hybrid transmission scheme is obtained. According to the actual hybrid special engine models with different thermal efficiency, the relationship equation between engine thermal efficiency and vehicle fuel consumption is established, and then the energy-saving vehicle technology scheme meeting 2025 and 2030 is obtained so as to provide a reference for the selection of vehicle technology scheme.

为实现碳达峰和碳中和目标,汽车产业提出碳排放总量在2028年左右提前达到峰值,到2035年排放总量较峰值下降20%以上[1]。为实现该目标,东风汽车股份有限公司通过低黏度机油、低弹力-涂层活塞环、机油泵电子化、附件电子化技术,在NEDC循环下实现节油15.1 g,综合节油效率达2.74%[2]。东风柳州汽车有限公司通过优化顶导流罩、前保险杠下导流板、侧裙及尾翼有效降低风阻,实现节油1.21 L/100 km[3]。中国汽车技术研究中心通过建立大数据分析系统,筛选出30项影响油耗的技术升级手段,研究结果表明,节油效果超过10%的技术均为混合动力相关技术[4]。中国汽车技术研究中心通过高级驾驶辅助系统与互联自动驾驶车辆技术相结合,车辆从“临场知觉”变为“先知先觉”乃至“互通知觉”,使车辆具备更大节油潜力[5]
以上研究从具体技术出发对节油技术进行研究。本文将从降低整车全生命周期碳排放角度出发,结合行业研究成果,通过建立主流专用混合动力变速器模型及混合动力专用发动机模型进行模拟分析,为混合动力汽车节油技术提供方案参考。
整车全生命周期碳排放管理是以整车、零部件以及再生利用实体企业为主体,建立涵盖整车产品的全生命周期碳排放管理[6]。目前相关标准正在制定过程中,ISO 14064-1、GHG协议企业核算标准、GB/T 32150等标准开展企业组织层面碳排放的核算工作[7-9]
图1所示为整车全生命周期碳排放管理,包括从原材料获取、零部件到整车的生产过程,从加油和充电到行驶排放的整车使用过程,以及生命周期结束后的回收循环利用过程。
对于当前油耗和排放法规规定的车辆行驶过程中的排放,考虑到全生命周期碳排放管理,传统动力汽车与新能源汽车碳排放需要重新评估。汽车生产碳排放约占汽车碳排放的10%,这部分通过提升企业电气化率、清洁电力使用比例及推广回收利用技术等提高企业能效手段来改善。使用过程中的碳排放占汽车碳排放的90%,约占整个交通领域碳排放总量的80%。使用过程中的碳排放控制,是交通领域重要控制方向[10]
表1所示,全国发电量结构中火电占比逐年下降,但仍然占据主导地位。现阶段电能以火电为主要能量来源,在电能产生过程中会产生大量的碳排放。
图2所示,基于日本的能源结构及各汽车技术条件为边界条件,针对马自达2款车型进行了全生命周期碳排放模拟计算。从电池生产、石油生产、电能生产及使用过程中的碳排放影响进行分析计算,结果表明,燃油车与70 kW·h电量的电动车碳排放相当。如果燃油车效率提升12%,燃油车碳排放量将达到40 kW·h电量的电动车辆碳排放量相当的效果。对于中高端电动汽车,国内消费者倾向于长续驶里程。广汽埃安、蔚来等下一代产品续驶里程超过1 000 km,电池容量超过144 kW·h,导致全生命周期碳排放高于燃油车,现阶段并不能起到好的降碳效果。
在中国汽车工程学会发布的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图2.0[1]中,在强调纯电驱动发展战略的同时,并行规划节能汽车混合动力化技术方向。
GB 27999—2019《乘用车燃料消耗量评价方法及指标》[14]要求我国乘用车平均燃料消耗量在2025年下降至4 L/100 km(基准质量为1 415 kg)。现有技术较难实现该目标要求,需要开发低油耗车,降低单车油耗。
结合2021年度乘用车企业平均燃料消耗量与新能源汽车积分情况的公示[15]及《乘用车燃料消耗量评价方法及指标》国家标准编制说明[16],2020年到2030年油耗趋势如图3所示。2021年,全国乘用车共生产1 973.5万辆,总平均达标油耗为5.92 L/100 km,高于2021年5.66 L/100 km的目标值。通过调查发现,消费者在选择车辆时,倾向于选择SUV车型。SUV销量占乘用车总体比例从2014年的20.7%提升至2020年的46.9%,市场份额首次超过轿车,其中2020年销量前20款SUV平均整备质量为1 559 kg,高于基准质量144 kg。
GB 18352.6—2016《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》[17]规定,2020年7月1日起执行Ⅰ型试验用测试循环WLTC,取代了NEDC测试循环。
以某SUV 1.5T自动两驱Pro车型为例进行分析,该车型整备质量为1 550 kg,NEDC综合油耗为6.60 L/100 km。中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司在2018年对上述车型进行了WLTC与NEDC燃料消耗量对比研究,线性回归分析结果显示,WLTP比NEDC试验结果平均高约10.57%[14]。按此规则换算成WLTC综合油耗为7.30 L/100 km。根据GB 27999—2019,车型燃料消耗量计算公式如式(1)[14]

式中,T为车型燃料消耗量目标值;CM为整车整备质量。
三排以下座椅车型整备质量应满足:1 090 kg<CM≤2 510 kg。
根据式(1),计算出2025年低油耗车目标油耗为4.84 L/100 km。
节油率计算公式如式(2):

式中,C为2021年WLTC油耗;R为节油率。
根据式(2)计算2025年节油率要求,2030年节油率在2025基础上再提升20%。
通过计算,该车当前油耗需降低33.7%,满足2025年油耗目标;当前油耗降低42%,可以满足2030年油耗目标。
单一节油技术路线较难实现40%以上节油效果。为达成以上节油目标,通过提升发动机热效率,提升能量传递转化效率,及降低阻力损耗进行改进,形成3条主要技术路线(图4)。
(1)高效混合动力专用发动机技术路线(技术路线1)
基础发动机热效率为35.3%,使用电子节气门+电控涡轮增压器+连续可变气门升程技术。面向2025年通过米勒循环+高压缩比+长冲程+低EGR+水冷中冷+轻量化设计+高压燃油喷射+低摩擦运动系统,发动机热效率将提升到41%~43%。面向2030年通过分层稀薄燃烧+高EGR率+高能点火+超高压缩比(>17)+缸内涂层+高滚流比气道+余热回收,发动机热效率将达到46%~50%。
(2)高效混合动力专用变速器技术路线(技术路线2)
技术路线2包括变速器串联式混合动力、变速器并联式混合动力和变速器混联式混合动力。
(3)其他整车降阻、提效技术路线(技术路线3)
技术路线3包括降低轮胎滚动阻力、降低空气阻力,采用轻量化技术、采用主动进气格栅、采用制动系统阻滞力优化、降低附件功率、低压系统高压化和智能驾驶,以及控制策略优化也是整车节油的重要技术路线。
通过建立混合动力仿真分析模型,分析不同混合动力专用变速器技术及不同效率的混合动力专用发动机对WLTC循环节油效果影响。
对于高效混合动力专用变速器技术路线,通过建立不同混合动力变速器架构模型,分析不同的混动变速器架构对节油的贡献。
对于高效混合动力专用发动机技术路线,模型基于常规高效发动机与专用高效混合动力发动机,研究发动机效率变化对节油贡献。
高效混合动力专用发动机数据为模型仿真的输入,不同高效混合动力专用变速器结构为模型传递过程。所以本研究的难点在于高效混合动力专用变速器建模准确性。为提升模型准确性,模型通过台架试验,及整车WLTC测试进行修正。最终实现通过模型策略指导整车进一步降低油耗。
方案分析前提条件包括基于相同整车模型、相同发动机模型和相同的测试循环WLTC;不同模型之间的相同部分采用相同效率模型、相同的控制策略,如能量回收。方案分析目的是分析相同的整车边界条件下、不同混合动力模型在WLTC循环下的节油潜力,主要参数如表2所示。
按电机在动力系统中的位置不同,分为P0、P1、P2、P2.5、P3、P4[18]。如方案1所示(图5a),建立某7速双离合变速器仿真模型。以该模型为基础,分析不同混合动力变速器节油效果。如方案2所示(图5b),建立P2.5结构的单电机混合动力模型,模型在DCT变速器的基础上,并联一电机,实现纯电驱动,国内吉利曾选择该技术路线。如方案3所示(图5c),建立串联双电机混合动力模型,发电机配合发动机高效区发电,驱动电机纯电行驶,代表企业如日产、理想。如方案4所示(图5d),建立固定速比的混联式双电机混合动力模型,发动机可实现电功率与机械功率分流,机械功率分流在满足速比要求时结合离合器介入传递动力。机械挡位数为1~4挡为主,代表企业包括本田、比亚迪、大众、长城、上汽等。本研究通过将单挡模型扩展至多挡模型,方案5所示(图5e),建立基于行星排的混联式双电机混合动力模型。发动机功率通过行星排进行分流,一部分传递给发电机,一部分传递给轮端,驱动电机进行独立驱动。代表企业包括丰田、福特、广汽、科力远。
对各方案动力传递过程中的效率损失进行进一步梳理(图6),表明发动机、电机、逆变器、动力电池、变速器能量转化器件的效率与选择的传递路径密切相关。受限于方案,为实现总体最优,导致某些功率器件并非工作在最优区间。所以即使相同传递路径,不同方案间传递效率存在差异。
结合图6,根据不同方案能量传递特点,各方案主要传递路径效率损失如表3所示。
将车辆整备质量代入公式(1),得到车型2025年低油耗车目标值为5.22 L/100 km。对应图6中的方案,其分析结果见表4
专用混合动力变速器技术方案对整车油耗降低明显,但仍未达到该车2025年低油耗车目标值5.22 L/100 km,各方案节油效果:方案4>方案2>方案5>方案3。方案4、方案2与方案5之间节油效果整体差异不大。针对以上分析结果,进一步分析如下:专用混合动力变速器技术通过提升发动机运行效率降低燃油消耗,但在能量传递过程中增加了能量转化过程中的消耗。
图7为各方案发动机万有特性运行工作点图。各方案发动机运行时燃油消耗率:方案3>方案5>方案4>方案2>方案1。方案3实现发动机运行与轮边需求解耦,发动机运行在最低燃油消耗率区间(高效区);方案5,以发动机工作在最低燃油消耗率区间的高效运行为目标,调整发电机运行区间;方案4的低中速发动机运行模式同方案3,高速时发动机在最低油耗率区直驱;方案2通过电机运行优化发动机运行区间,发动机运行在最低燃油消耗率区时使用发动机直接驱动。
各方案能量传递效率为方案1>方案2>方案4>方案5>方案3。方案3能量传递以增程式为主,能量传递过程中能量经过机械能-电能-机械能的转化过程,经过多次转换,常用工况平均传递效率约为81.78%。方案5能量传递以功率分流模式为主,由于行星轮系作用,存在一个转速与扭矩平衡方程,通过控制平衡方程,实现各种模式切换及运行过程中的电功率与机械功率分配比例,模型中假定齿圈齿数与太阳轮齿数比为2.6,功率分流常用工况平均传递效率约为86.91%。方案4低中速以增程模式为主,中高速以发动机直驱为主,由于电机空载损耗影响,发动机直驱动平均传递效率约为90.23%。方案2车型起步、低速以纯电直驱为主,中高速可实现发动机直驱,特别是高速最高挡位直驱可实现96%的平均传递效率。
通过控制变量法,基于相同整车模型;相同的测试循环WLTC;相同的混合动力变速器(方案4)模型;相同的控制策略,如能量回收。在此基础上代入不同效率的混合动力发动机模型,进行油耗仿真分析。发动机模型为某1.5 L涡轮增压发动机,当前热效率35.3%,通过米勒循环、高压缩比、长冲程、低EGR率和水冷中冷技术优化后,发动机热效率将提升至41.9%。模型计算结果如表5所示,方案4的WLTC油耗为5.09 L/100 km,满足2025年低油耗车目标要求。
进一步分析上述结果,得到油耗与发动机热效率的线性方程:
y=10.12-11.99x
式中,x为发动机热效率;y为WLTC油耗。
通过式(3)可知,发动机热效率每提升1%,100 km油耗降低约0.12 L。为满足该车型5.22 L/100 km的低油耗目标,发动机热效率至少需提升至41%。
图8发动机万有特性所示,使用相同的混合动力变速器解决方案,分析发动机热效率对油耗的影响。随着发动机热效率的变化,模型遵循系统整体油耗最优原则,WLTC工况下,发动机工作点随之调整,所幸调整后整体工作点分布与之前差异不大。因此实际运用中,可通过式(3),对不同效率发动机WLTC油耗进行快速估算。
按照2025—2030年油耗变化趋势(图3),2030年低油耗车目标油耗需在2025年的基础上继续降低20%,约1 L/100 km。
图9所示,初始车型整车油耗为7.12 L/100 km,通过采用单挡混联式专用混合动力变速器技术,油耗降低1.24 L/100 km。采用41.9%高效混合动力发动机技术,油耗降低0.78 L/100 km。这些技术实施后,整车油耗可以达到5.10 L/100 km,满足2025低油耗车技术要求。发动机热效率提升至47%,油耗继续降低0.61 L/100 km。专用混合动力变速器多挡化、电机电控效率提升,整车油耗可以降低约0.21 L/100 km。进一步结合整车低压负载高压化,降低整车风阻、滚阻等其他技术降低整车油耗。
汽车行业应为全面实现国家碳达峰和碳中和战略目标做出贡献,降低整车全生命周期碳排放是关键。混合动力汽车技术复杂度不高、生命周期经济性好,节能减碳仍有很大潜力。结合汽车行业研究成果,以某车型为例,通过分析车型满足2025年节能目标,油耗需降低33.7%,满足2030年节能目标,油耗需降低42%。为实现以上节油效果,形成3条主要技术路径。
研究混合动力仿真分析模型,分析不同混合动力专用变速器和混合动力专用发动机技术对WLTC循环节油效果的影响。在对不同混合动力变速器方案节油研究分析时,涵盖车辆主要混合动力变速器解决方案。以传统DCT变速器模型为基础,扩展至P2.5单电机混合动力模型、串联双电机混合动力模型、单挡混联双电机混合动力模型与行星排混联双电机混合动力模型。通过模型计算出各方案节油效果,进一步结合发动机在万有特性中运行工作点及各方案主要传递路径,对各方案节油路径进行了深入阐述。通过分析表明,P2.5单电机混合动力方案、单挡混联双电机混合动力方案与行星排混联双电机混合动力方案WLTC循环有着最优且相当大的节油效果。
在研究混合动力专用发动机对WLTC循环节油效果影响分析时,基于单挡混联双电机混合动力模型导入不同效率的发动机,得到发动机热效率与整车油耗的线性方程。基于此,得到41%热效率发动机+单挡混联双电机方案,满足2025节能车油耗要求。48%热效率发动机+高效多挡混联双电机+整车降阻提效方案,满足2030节能车油耗要求。
以上分析研究基于WLTC循环进行,通过变更模型中的研究对象,还可进行更多应用场景研究,以便对各混合动力技术方案优劣势进行分析对比。
(1)扩展至特殊工况的节油分析,包括城市堵车工况、等速工况、郊区和高速工况;
(2)扩展至整车动力性匹配分析,包括起步加速、中途加速的加速动力性分析。
