Sandwich structuresare widely applied in automotive lightweight, load-bearing and energy absorption structures. Different manufacturing processes make significant differences on the mechanical performance of sandwich core materials. The manufacturing technologies and development statuses of composite sandwich structures are reviewed in this paper. The structural characteristics, application scenarios and load cases of sandwich structures which are manufactured by interlocking method are analyzed and discussed in detail, it is found that this method has unique superiority. Finally, the development potential of interlocking method in the preparation of honeycomb structure is summarized, and its future development direction is prospected.

三明治夹芯结构在汽车轻量化、承载与吸能结构领域有着广泛应用,不同成形工艺制备的芯材结构在力学性能方面具有不同的优缺点。综述了近年来复合材料夹芯结构主要采用的制备工艺以及发展现状,深入分析和讨论了采用嵌锁组装工艺制备的复合材料三明治芯材结构特点、应用环境和载荷工况,分析结果表明该工艺具有独特的优势,阐述了采用嵌锁组装工艺在制备夹芯结构时采用的改进措施。最后总结了嵌锁组装工艺在蜂窝结构制备过程中的发展潜力,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
