In order to improve the sound quality of vehicle, a new sound system suitable for passenger car is proposed. Based on the finite element analysis theory, the car door panel model is established, and the calculated natural frequency and mode shape of the door panel are utilized as an important input for the improvement of sound system. In order to reduce the influences of mode on sound level, the measures to improve the mode resonance frequency are put forward. Based on the expected level of cockpit space and psychological perception, a 23-speaker system improvement scheme is developed. Finally, the target car prototype after modification is evaluated through subjective evaluation and objective test. Through the comparison of competing cars, the results verify that the above method can significantly improve the sound level of passenger cars, and provide a reference for the improvement of passenger car audio system.

为提升车辆的音效水平,提出了一种适用于乘用车的新音响系统。基于有限元分析理论建立车辆门板件模型,计算出的车门板件固有频率和模态振型结果作为音响系统改进的重要输入。为了降低模态对音效水平的影响,提出了改进模态共振频率的措施。基于整车座舱空间和心理感知期望水平,制定了23个扬声器的系统改进方案。最后,通过主观评测和客观测试对改装后的目标车型进行评价。通过对比竞品车辆,结果验证了上述方法可显著提升乘用车音效水平,为乘用车音响系统改进提供了参考。

为提升车辆的音效水平,提出了一种适用于乘用车的新音响系统。基于有限元分析理论建立车辆门板件模型,计算出的车门板件固有频率和模态振型结果作为音响系统改进的重要输入。为了降低模态对音效水平的影响,提出了改进模态共振频率的措施。基于整车座舱空间和心理感知期望水平,制定了23个扬声器的系统改进方案。最后,通过主观评测和客观测试对改装后的目标车型进行评价。通过对比竞品车辆,结果验证了上述方法可显著提升乘用车音效水平,为乘用车音响系统改进提供了参考。

In order to improve the sound quality of vehicle, a new sound system suitable for passenger car is proposed. Based on the finite element analysis theory, the car door panel model is established, and the calculated natural frequency and mode shape of the door panel are utilized as an important input for the improvement of sound system. In order to reduce the influences of mode on sound level, the measures to improve the mode resonance frequency are put forward. Based on the expected level of cockpit space and psychological perception, a 23-speaker system improvement scheme is developed. Finally, the target car prototype after modification is evaluated through subjective evaluation and objective test. Through the comparison of competing cars, the results verify that the above method can significantly improve the sound level of passenger cars, and provide a reference for the improvement of passenger car audio system.

随着中国汽车工业迅速发展,乘用车保有量已突破2.8亿辆,汽车已成为日常生活中不可或缺的交通工具。与此同时,由于音效系统的表现力直接影响智能座舱的驾驶体验,使汽车消费者对智能座舱音效系统关注逐渐增加。目前,音效系统在乘用车上应用广泛,其产品形态主要表现为车辆搭载音频功率放大器和多扬声器[1],乘客在该车辆环境下可以沉浸在音效功能丰富的空间中。由于用户在前期对音效功能的认知有限,在购买时并未考虑品牌扬声器或扬声器数量较高的车辆配置。因此,目前市场中存在大量对车辆音响系统改装的需求[2]。然而对该车辆系统的改装和改装后的音效评价体系鲜有系统性方法与评价标准,如何正确指导乘用车音响系统改装,提升原始车辆的音效水平是目前的行业难题。
本文提出了一种适用于乘用车音响系统改装方法,以此提升原始音效水平。以某国产车为例,原车配备10个扬声器。首先,基于有限元分析理论建立车辆门板件模型,通过CAE仿真技术计算出车门板件的模态和频率响应分布,作为音响系统改装的重要输入参数。其次,为了降低模态对音效水平的影响,提出了改善模态共振频率的措施。随后,基于整车座舱空间和心理感知期望水平,制定了23个扬声器的系统改装方案,并在实车中得以实现,经过客观和主观评价,改进后的车辆音响系统显著提升音效水平。
车门是是汽车车身中非常重要的功能部件,在日常使用过程中由于反复地开关[3],同时也是门低音扬声器和门中音扬声器的关键承载器件,因此车辆门板件结构强度和模态的频率响应表现对扬声器表现至关重要。目前,汽车行业针对车辆零部件的分析方法主要有2种,分别是解析法和试验法[4]。其中解析法主要通过理论分析,其基本原理为创建弹簧-质量数学模型,然后通过CAE软件完成模型解析。试验法是对目标进行实物验证分析,通过设计试验方法和选定试验器材完成验证分析过程。本文通过有限元软件完成解析法分析,同时搭建试验台架以验证和确认分析结果。
针对某国产乘用车进行分析,以左前门为例建立门板件的有限元模型并分析模态频率和振型。首先,通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立结构模型,整个模型包括车门板件及其附件。其次,划分实体六面体网格单元并将材料属性中弹性模量设置为200 GPa、泊松比为0.3,以实车安装点设置静载荷分析其固有频率和振型。通过分析前6阶固有频率依次为48.0 Hz、53.2 Hz、57.9 Hz、64.9 Hz、68.4 Hz、70.1 Hz,振型结果如图1所示。
同时,通过台架进一步测试该车门的频率响应结果。选取三向加速度传感器和振动力锤,使用多通道数据采集器以获取频率响应曲线。经过测试,某车门频率响应测试结果如图2所示。
通过图2实测数据结果可知,该车门频率响应曲线固有频率与有限元仿真吻合,证明有限元分析的准确性。同时,2阶和5阶在相同力锤激励下,振动加速度幅度偏大且与车门低音扬声器的最低频率点吻合,存在车门低音扬声器与车门板件共振的风险[5]。结合图1中2阶和5阶车门模态振型可知,车门板件沿车辆坐标系Y方向振动较大,因此在音响系统改装时应着重减少门钣金件在该方向的振动,提高车门板件的侧向强度。
本文中扬声器系统改装对象为一台定位为中高端的轿车,原车搭载12个扬声器。为了进一步提高车辆音效品质以及预研下一代产品,本次计划将扬声器数量规划至23个扬声器,具体布置清单见表1所示。
表1可知,在原车的基础上增加11个扬声器,分别是四门中音扬声器、中置高音扬声器、后环绕高音扬声器、后环绕中音扬声器、天空3D高音扬声器。其中原车门高音扬声器、门低音扬声器、中置中音扬声器和行李箱重低音扬声器为原车升级与加强。对于原车增加的扬声器按表1进行详细布置。
(1)中置高音扬声器:在原车中置扬声器右侧布置高音扬声器,增加车内声场宽度和纵深感。
(2)门中音扬声器:安装在车门高度约1/3处,且指向侧方角度≤10°,且保证中音扬声器背面的密封性。
(3)天空3D高音扬声器:安装在车内四座上方前侧,增加车内高音通透度,同时也可以试验多通道音源成分的还原感。
(4)后环绕高音、中音扬声器:在原车环绕中音扬声器的上方布置环绕高音扬声器,扬声器顶面到网罩距离<5 mm。
测试改装后的车门钣金件与改装前的车门钣金件对比数据如表2所示,改装后车门的2阶和5阶振动有明显改善,分别降低车门板振动加速度达31.20%和29.43%。同时,由于增加阻尼垫,使得6阶的振动加速度也衰减19.3%。
基于本文中以门板件有限元分析结论,针对原车需要升级与提升的四门扬声器参数,通过在门板件贴附止振阻尼垫和隔音材料,有效抑制低音扬声器对车门板件2阶和5阶振动响应,进一步提高扬声器的输出品质。
为了检验改装后车辆扬声器的音效表现,制定主观音效评价和客观测试方案。其中客观测试采用阵列麦克风传感器测试车内频率响应曲线,采用图3所示的传声器阵列进行车内听音位频率响应测量。传声器的指向性为全指向性,传声器阵列的左右中心距离为13.5 cm,上下中心距离为14.5 cm。传声器拾取信息经由多通道数据采集设备,传入计算机进行分析处理。
测试信号采用0°和180°这2种相位角的立体声粉红噪声(Pink noise)作为测量信号,测试前将座椅调节至座椅导轨的中心位置。然后,标定待测车辆的媒体音量。车机重放0°相位角粉红噪声,调整车机音量大小,使主驾驶头枕处的声压级平均值为80 dB(A)。然后,依次测量0°粉红噪声和180°粉红噪声下,左前、右前、左后、右后4个座位处的1/6倍频程频率响应,测试结果如图4所示。
优秀的音响声学调校旨在使车内还原出听音室的效果,使其舞台定位清晰、环绕感增强、声场宽度拓宽、声场高度还原舞台真实感[6]。优秀的汽车音效表现在以下6个方面:
(1)频率响应自然、细节丰富、无音染;
(2)高频细腻,中频温暖,低频结实有力、收放自如;
(3)声场还原准确(对比标准听音室声场)、舞台宽度合适;
(4)人声、乐器定位精准、真实;
(5)环境包围丰富、现场感真实;
(6)车内各个座位听感接近。
为了准确地衡量整车主观评价,设计5大评价维度和19个评价子项,具体的主观评价维度如表3所示。
选取市面上品牌扬声器且数量为19~34个的竞品车辆作为对标样车,对标样车信息见表4所示。其中将本次改装目标车辆记为编号7。
经过主观评价,样车与目标车型的得分如图5所示,其中目标样车(7号)获得了较高的得分,在对标样车中处于较高水平,与本次最高得分3号样车基本相当。同时,7号样车在改装前水平不及1号样车,由此可见本次改装可显著提升整车音效水平。
本文提出基于有限元分析的乘用车音效系统改进方法,通过主客观融合评价目标车型和竞品车辆,得出如下结论:
(1)本文基于有限元分析理论建立车辆门板件模型,计算得出的车门板件模态和频率响应分布结果作为音响系统改进输入,通过增加止振隔音措施以提高车内扬声器水平。
(2)基于车辆产品定位和感知期望水平,制定了23个扬声器的系统改进方案。增加了高端定位车型的天空3D高音扬声器、车门中音等扬声器,进一步提高车内音效体验。
(3)基于主观评价和客观测试对改装后的目标车型进行评价,并与高端竞品车辆进行对比,结果验证了本文的音效改进方法可显著提升音效水平,为车辆音效改进提供参考。
