With the rapid development of vehicles towards intelligence, connection and electrification, the factors affecting the Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) of vehicles are becoming more and more complex. The electromagnetic interference sources and interference characteristics for New Energy Vehicle (NEV) and Intelligent and Connected Vehicle (ICV) are expounded, On the basis of the traditional 3-element analysis of electromagnetic interference, the composition of the influencing factors of vehicle EMC performance is analyzed from the aspects of technical design and development process, as well as EMC performance improvement measures and, suggestions are put forward for EMC development goal setting of vehicle, system and parts, EMC design review and risk avoidance scheme, EMC test standards, test plan and test outline, validation work and improvement for the forward development and design process of automotive EMC.

With the rapid development of vehicles towards intelligence, connection and electrification, the factors affecting the Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) of vehicles are becoming more and more complex. The electromagnetic interference sources and interference characteristics for New Energy Vehicle (NEV) and Intelligent and Connected Vehicle (ICV) are expounded, On the basis of the traditional 3-element analysis of electromagnetic interference, the composition of the influencing factors of vehicle EMC performance is analyzed from the aspects of technical design and development process, as well as EMC performance improvement measures and, suggestions are put forward for EMC development goal setting of vehicle, system and parts, EMC design review and risk avoidance scheme, EMC test standards, test plan and test outline, validation work and improvement for the forward development and design process of automotive EMC.

随着汽车的智能网联化、电动化的快速发展,车辆与道路交通设施、其它车辆、其它电磁环境越来越紧密地融合在一起。车辆系统内部、车辆和外界电磁环境交互过程中,会产生越来越多的电磁干扰问题,影响汽车的功能安全和用户体验[1-2]。电磁兼容性(Electro Magnetic Compatibility,EMC)设计是非功能性设计,却可以影响产品性能。汽车EMC性能的设计开发不仅是一个设计过程,也是一个开发管控过程和测试验证过程,同时需要利用滤波、屏蔽、接地整改措施来提高和保证EMC性能。为了提高汽车EMC性能,在进行汽车EMC性能设计时,不仅要考虑传统的电磁干扰3要素,还要考虑原理设计、管理流程、测试验证、整改方法各方面的因素,将车辆电磁干扰产生的风险降至最低。
本文首先阐述了新能源技术和智能网联技术对EMC性能的影响,然后详细分析了汽车电磁干扰3要素的具体构成,最后从技术层面和开发流程阐述汽车EMC性能影响因素,并提出了正向EMC开发流程、标准和试验验证建议。
随着汽车电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化和体验化的快速发展,感知部件、通信部件、高压部件在车辆上的搭载呈现爆发式增长,车内外的电磁环境也愈加复杂,进而产生更多的新的电磁干扰问题,影响汽车的功能安全和用户体验。
纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车、氢燃料电池汽车这些新能源汽车技术具有高电压、大电流、大功率和高能量转换的特点,给电磁兼容性能带来极大挑战。在电磁干扰源方面增加了驱动电机系统、高压动力电池系统、燃料电池系统、车载充电机、DCDC转换器、逆变器、高压配电盒、正温系数(Positive Temperature Coefficient,PTC)加热器、空调压缩机、高压部件,以及48 V系统和氢燃料能源系统。驱动电机系统中的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)功率管、驱动模块、控制模块、传感器均是较强的骚扰源,也是开发设计时的重点风险项。电池包管理系统中的控制器、冷却风扇是较强的骚扰源。车载充电机在充电整流过程会产生大量窄带干扰信号。DCDC转换器重的功率器件及控制模块均为较强的骚扰源。空调系统中PTC加热器和电动压缩机结构复杂,具有多种功能模式,其EMC性能非常重要。新能源汽车的EMC特性存在电磁骚扰形式复杂、频谱范围覆盖广泛、发射功率大、干扰能量大、骚扰问题严峻和传播路径多样化的特点。
智能网联汽车技术包括智能控制、智能预警、智能决策、复杂环境感知、现代通信与网络技术,通过搭载先进的车载传感器、控制器、执行器、互联终端、通信天线系统实现。在干扰源和敏感设备方面增加了毫米波雷达、智能摄像头、激光雷达、超声波雷达、红外测距器、自动泊车系统、360全景系统、车身智能控制系统这些智能驾驶系统部件,以及车载互联终端、C-V2X终端、卫星导航定位系统、车载发射和接收天线这些网联部件。毫米波雷达作为高级驾驶辅助系统的关键部件,主要包括24 GHz频段、77 GHz频段、和76~81 GHz频段3种类别,具有高频率、大带宽、探测距离长、工作场景复杂的特点,是一个会直接影响车辆安全的电磁敏感设备。其它智能部件或系统的EMC特性与毫米波雷达基本类似,作为敏感设备也会直接或间接影响车辆行驶安全。网联通信技术如卫星导航、蜂窝通信、无线电广播、蓝牙、WiFi、V2X通信、车载以太网通信,具有通信频段范围广、空间辐射强、外界干扰源多的特点。智能网联汽车的EMC特性存在电磁环境复杂、高频辐射强度大、窄带干扰特征明显、测试标准不成熟、工作场景和用户体验多样化的特点,直接影响车辆行驶安全和舒适性。
电磁干扰3要素包括干扰源、耦合路径和敏感设备3部分。汽车电磁干扰3要素基本构成如表1所示。电磁干扰源不仅包括汽车发动机、点火线圈、高压部件这些车内干扰源,还应包括广播电视台、手持便携设备、充电电网这些车外干扰源,随着汽车智能化、电动化、集成化的快速发展,车内和车外的干扰源的数量也日益增多。汽车耦合路径分为传导耦合和辐射耦合。敏感设备不仅包括各种电子模块、数显系统车内敏感设备,也包括广播电视台、充电电网这些车外敏感设备。
影响汽车EMC性能的因素有很多,仅从传统电磁干扰3要素原理的角度分析是远远不够的,比如复杂的车内干扰源和车外干扰源、零部件机械架构、PCB电路与布线、汽车电子电气类别和机械架构的设计、全面系统的EMC测试验证等,可以将这些影响因素分为技术设计层面和开发流程2个方面(图1)。
技术设计层面对EMC性能影响因素主要包括整车、系统、零部件的机械架构和印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)与布局2个方面[3-4]
机械架构影响因素可分为线束属性、电磁屏蔽、电磁滤波、接地、壳体和PCB共6个方面,如图2所示。
提升措施与建议:尽量减少噪声信号线数量,施加滤波、屏蔽、接地措施来降低噪声信号电平。做好接口屏蔽、屏蔽层与金属外壳和塑料外壳接口的360°搭接;从骚扰和抗扰2个方面做好线缆和系统的滤波防护设计,相关器件参数合理。合理设计壳体结构,控制孔缝尺寸,避免辐射泄漏。尽可能减小辐射回路面积,降低辐射干扰风险。做好PCB板关键控制模块的屏蔽、接地和滤波设计,降低辐射和传导干扰风险。
PCB电路影响因素包括:电路中的滤波电容器件、开关型功率电路的滤波设计、特殊敏感信号和电路的滤波与防护电路、信号与电路区域的接地处理方面。PCB 布局布线影响因素包括PCB 完整地平面阻抗、不同属性的信号线之间的串扰、信号线和电源线与参考地之间的寄生电容方面。
PCB电路相关建议:分别在“脏”信号、敏感信号、内部噪声信号、特殊信号和干净信号线之间尽可能施加滤波防护设计,且滤波参数合理,提高电磁抗扰性能,降低电磁干扰风险,不能影响信号质量;做好信号和电路区域的接地设计,避免共地串扰风险。
PCB布局布线相关建议:尽量使PCB地平面阻抗最小,避免不同属性信号线间串扰,降低信号线和电源线与参考地之间的寄生电容。
汽车EMC开发流程分为EMC正向设计开发和EMC性能开发验证2大部分[5],一般呈V字形分布,如图3所示。按照研究对象不同可以分为4个层级,整车级EMC设计验证、系统级EMC开发设计验证、零部件EMC开发设计验证和板层级开发设计验证,其中整车级、系统级和零部件级EMC开发设计验证一般由主机厂主导完成,板层级EMC开发设计验证一般由相关供应商主导完成。EMC的开发需要EMC专家、EMC工程师、电气架构工程师、测试工程师、电气工程师以及电气零部件供应商协作共同完成。EMC技术专家和工程团队需要具备全面的EMC开发设计能力和丰富的开发经验、具备EMC试验方案设计和验证能力、具备EMC问题分析及整改能力[6]
整车EMC设计主要包括整车EMC性能目标设定、汽车EMC仿真分析预测及优化、整车电源和接地方案设计、整车电气架构方案设计、整车线束设计、整车EMC测试计划、汽车EMC试验标准方面内容。系统EMC设计包括汽车电子电气系统级EMC试验大纲和EMC测试计划方面内容。零部件EMC设计包括汽车零部件EMC试验大纲和EMC测试计划方面内容。板层级EMC设计包括PCB板层级电路原理图和布局布线等内容。板层级EMC试验包括EMC摸底、整改和工程化样品测试等内容。零部件EMC试验包括零部件EMC摸底试验、分析整改、整改验证和工程化验证等内容。系统级EMC试验包括系统级EMC摸底试验、分析整改、整改验证和工程化验证等内容。整车EMC试验包括摸底试验、EMC分析整改、整改验证、工程化回归验证,以及整车EMC型式认证等内容。
目前,汽车EMC性能主要还是依据EMC试验结果进行评价,EMC试验设计和和试验过程的好坏直接影响着汽车EMC性能。本文以试验要求和过程更为复杂的零部件EMC试验为例,从试验室和样件2个方面进行影响因素分析,如图4所示。EMC实验室方面包括样件布置、线束布置、接地方式、负载连接、测试计划等试验方法因素和测试系统设备计量、系统校准、系统自检等试验设备因素。被测样件方面包括样件功能、软硬件版本和生产一致性等因素。
提升建议:为了满足整车及电子电器类零部件电磁兼容性能,需要明确项目开发过程中,各节点相关专业工作内容、输入和输出物,实现电磁兼容开发设计验证工作的规范化和标准化。
(1)要做好车型整车、系统和零部件EMC开发目标设定,用以指导整车EMC开发方案、测试方案制定、系统及零部件测试方案、零部件技术描述书的编制。
(2)要做好整车EMC设计评审和风险规避方案,主要包括整车电气架构、整车线束布置、整车电源及接地分配、整车EMC仿真、电气系统部件特性的设计评审与检查,并形成整车EMC风险评估报告和系统部件EMC风险评估报告,对重点风险问题进行整改,提前规避EMC风险。
(3)严格按照EMC测试标准、测试计划和试验大纲开展验证工作,针对不合格问题利用滤波、屏蔽、接地措施进行分析、排查、整改和回归验证。
(4)针对开发流程中出现的问题进行完善、改进和总结,不断完善汽车EMC正向开发设计流程。
汽车EMC性能是汽车电气性能重要指标之一,影响着汽车的安全和用户体验。为了提高和保证车辆EMC性能,不仅要从技术层面进行机械架构和PCB电路原理图设计,还要从开发设计流程进行正向开发设计和全面系统性能验证,也需要应对新能源和智能网联新技术对EMC性能带来的重要影响。
