With the gradual development of the new "four modernizations" of the vehicle, the domain architecture has become a new application trend, which puts forward new requirements for the electrical balance between the low-voltage power source system and the power consumption system of the vehicle, to ensure the safety and comfort of the vehicle. In this paper, by referring to relevant literature and previous experience in vehicle power system design and simulation, a domain architecture oriented vehicle electrical balance simulation method is proposed to achieve a fast and efficient evaluation of the vehicle low-voltage power system electrical balance under dynamic working conditions, which can be applied to the guidance of the low-voltage power system design and component selection in the early stage of vehicle development.

随着车辆新“四化”的逐步发展,整车区域式架构成为新的应用趋势,由此对整车低压电网电源系统和用电系统间的电平衡问题提出了新的要求,以确保车辆的安全性和舒适性。本文通过参阅相关文献资料及以往车辆电网系统设计仿真经验,提出了一种面向区域式架构车辆的电平衡仿真方法,实现动态工况下整车低压电网系统电平衡的快速高效评估,以应用于车型开发前期的电网系统设计及部件选型指导。

With the gradual development of the new "four modernizations" of the vehicle, the domain architecture has become a new application trend, which puts forward new requirements for the electrical balance between the low-voltage power source system and the power consumption system of the vehicle, to ensure the safety and comfort of the vehicle. In this paper, by referring to relevant literature and previous experience in vehicle power system design and simulation, a domain architecture oriented vehicle electrical balance simulation method is proposed to achieve a fast and efficient evaluation of the vehicle low-voltage power system electrical balance under dynamic working conditions, which can be applied to the guidance of the low-voltage power system design and component selection in the early stage of vehicle development.

近年来,随着车辆向着电动化、网联化、智能化和共享化的新“四化”方向发展,车辆在安全性、行驶动态性和舒适性上的要求逐步提高,对此传统车辆分布式架构下整车电气系统数量随之快速增加[1-3],复杂繁冗且存在计算能力不足、通讯带宽不足、不便于软件升级的瓶颈,由此更集中简约的区域式架构方案被提出,并逐渐取得行业共识,成为当前汽车行业电子电气构架的发展趋势[4-5]。新的架构方案带来了整车电网拓扑的全新变革,对整车低压电网电源系统和用电系统间的电平衡关系提出了新的要求,以适应更加动态化、智能化、灵活多变的应用场景,避免出现电源系统供电能力不足导致“负平衡”问题,影响用户操作车辆的安全性和舒适性体验[3,6]
整车的电平衡体现了电源部件输出能力与整车用电需求间的匹配关系[7],随着整车性能目标定义的不同,对整车电平衡性能的要求也不同,所以在新车型开发设计阶段,需对整车电平衡进行合理的设计和验证[8]。以往车辆设计和开发中,在电网系统设计及电源部件选型初期,往往仅依靠收集的整车电性能参数进行稳态工况下的用电平衡计算,然而车辆的实际运行工况是连续动态的,手工计算工作量巨大且计算结果单一,无法实现动态场景下车辆全时刻电平衡状态的高效准确评估及风险识别,存在失衡的隐患。
本文针对车辆区域式架构的发展方向,提出了一种电平衡仿真方法,以期能够实现动态工况下对整车低压电网系统电平衡的有效评估、设计和验证。
随着汽车产业“四化”尤其是智能化、电动化、网联化的发展,车辆电子电气系统越发复杂,传统的基于电子电气控制单元的分布式架构正面临着巨大挑战,正不断向分布式网络+高度集中的域控制器架构演进。集中式区域架构通过智能电网隔离器和区域控制器(Primary Domain Controller,PDC)实现整车电网的冗余隔离与智能配电,以满足智能化车辆的功能安全要求。区域架构下整车电网拓扑方案如图1所示。
为实现在车辆动态工况下对整车低压电网系统电平衡的有效评估,本文利用MATLAB Simulink软件,搭建了基于区域架构的整车电平衡仿真系统模型,模型主要由电能源管理软件(Electric Energy Management,EEM)模块、直流-直流转换器(DCDC)模块、主电池(Battery1)模块、冗余电池(Battery2)模块、负载(大功率非安全负载、大功率安全负载、PDC)模块、线阻模块构成,区域架构电平衡仿真系统中各模块拓扑如图2所示。
(1)EEM模块:依据电池的电量状态判断当前所处的能量等级,并通过电池电量状态、温度查找电池性能参数标定表获取电池最佳充、放电电流目标。由电池当前实际电流与目标电流间的差值计算获取需求的DCDC目标输出电压。当主电池与DCDC之间的智能电网隔离器1的主开关断开,且冗余电池与DCDC之间的智能电网隔离器2的主开关连接时,以冗余电池状态为上述计算目标进行控制,其它情况下则均以主电池状态为计算目标进行控制。
(2)DCDC模块:根据车辆DCDC实际选型方案进行相关性能参数填写,包括额定功率、输出电压对应的最大输出电流曲线、不同温度下输出功率曲线、不同温度下输出电流曲线。通过EEM模块发出的目标请求电压与当前环境下真实电压来计算模块输出电流值。由DCDC选型允许功率、当前电压、当前冷却液温度分别计算模型可输出电流限值,最小值设为模型输出电流的上限值。
(3)蓄电池模块:根据车辆电池实际选型方案填写相关性能参数,包括电池类型(铅酸电池、锂电池)、额定容量、额定电压、起始电量。该模块的输出信号为:电池电压、电池电流(数值为正代表电池处于放电状态,负值代表电池处于充电状态)、电池电量。
(4)负载模块:根据区域式架构整车电网拓扑方案,主要包括大功率非安全负载、大功率安全负载以及由前区域控制器(PDC-F)、中区域控制器(PDC-M)和后区域控制器(PDC-R)驱动供电的安全负载、非安全负载。负载模块会根据输入的负载选型参数来计算每部分负载在不同工况下需消耗的功率值。功率型负载输入时间功率曲线即可,电流型负载输入时间电流曲线,负载模块会根据当前电网电压值来计算负载功率。
(5)线阻模块:根据实车部件计划布置位置及环境,估算各零部件模块间的线阻阻值大小。
车辆开发初期根据整车部件的计划选型及布置方案,将相关参数(表1)输入到模型中,通过动态仿真运行,即可获得相关输出参数的时序结果(表2),实现对整车电网系统设计、电源部件选型、电气装备配置和EEM策略的分析评估及合理性验证。
为验证区域架构电平衡模型仿真系统的准确性,选用某车型参数(表3)输入模型仿真系统,并选取整车动态电耗比较苛刻的冬季雪夜工况下进行电平衡仿真运行,仿真结果如图3图4所示。
仿真结果显示:车辆在冬季雪夜工况下仿真运行结束后,主电池、冗余电池电量(sigLvBatt1SocFild、sigLvBatt2SocFild)均上升3%左右,过程中DCDC请求输出电压(sigEEMDCDCVoltReqLV)在14.11~14.88 V之间波动变化,DCDC实际输出电压(sigEEMDCDCVoltActLV)波动范围为13.81~14.45 V。
整个驾驶循环下两块蓄电池均处于充电状态,电池电量上升且低压电网电压基本维持在14.10 V左右,波动范围在0.65 V以内,DCDC输出能力能够满足整车电气负载消耗需求,仿真结果满足整车电平衡设计要求。
将上述车型放置于转鼓试验舱内,进行冬季雪夜实车测试,以达到与仿真系统仿真结果进行对比验证、确认仿真精度的目的。测试结果如下图5所示。
实车测试结果显示:冬季雪夜工况实车测试运行结束后,主电池、冗余电池电量(EEM_rSocFirst、EEM_rSocSecond)均上升3%左右,与电平衡模型仿真结果一致。DCDC实际输出电压(uDCDC)在13.36~14.54 V之间波动,低压电网电压基本维持在14 V左右,整体趋势与仿真结果一致。
通过仿真结果与实车测试结果对比可知,本文所述区域架构电平衡仿真模型在动态工况下能够较准确地实现对整车电网用电平衡状态评估,在车辆设计初期可以有效地预防电源系统和用电系统之间的电能失衡问题,可应用于车辆开发初期指导整车电网系统设计、电源部件选型、电气装备配置,并验证EEM策略的合理性。
本文重点阐述了针对当前区域架构发展趋势下的电网拓扑进行电平衡仿真模型设计思路及仿真结果精度分析。打破了以往车辆开发中基于稳态工况计算整车用电平衡的局限性,实现了在动态工况下整车低压电网系统电平衡状态的高效准确评估,为避免车辆开发中因前期验证不足导致的后期电能失衡问题提供了一种方法。
当前受限于仿真模型系统处于开发应用早期,仿真验证工况主要针对车辆电耗较高的冬季雪夜,场景覆盖度有限,后续随着项目应用的深入,可不断丰富完善测试场景库,为整车电平衡设计提供更加具有指向性、精细化的分析评估。
