To address the problem of jerking phenomenon experienced by dual-clutch transmission vehicles at low speeds and to enhance dynamic response capabilities and shift quality, this paper investigates a specific passenger car equipped with a dual-clutch transmission. Utilizing the AVL-DRIVE driving quality evaluation system, shift tests are conducted under various driving modes. The results indicate significant differences in shift quality across different driving modes. Analysis is performed on the items with lower ratings, and optimization strategies are proposed, providing a reliable basis for automobile manufacturers to improve the overall vehicle quality.

为了解决搭载双离合变速器车辆在低速行驶状态下易出现顿挫现象的问题,提升动力响应能力以及换挡品质,本文以某款双离合变速箱乘用车为研究对象,基于AVL-DRIVE驾驶性评价系统,在不同驾驶模式下对其进行换挡测试。结果表明,不同的驾驶模式下换挡品质存在较大差异,针对评分较低的项目进行分析并提出优化策略,为汽车制造商改进整车品质提供可靠依据。

To address the problem of jerking phenomenon experienced by dual-clutch transmission vehicles at low speeds and to enhance dynamic response capabilities and shift quality, this paper investigates a specific passenger car equipped with a dual-clutch transmission. Utilizing the AVL-DRIVE driving quality evaluation system, shift tests are conducted under various driving modes. The results indicate significant differences in shift quality across different driving modes. Analysis is performed on the items with lower ratings, and optimization strategies are proposed, providing a reliable basis for automobile manufacturers to improve the overall vehicle quality.

在汽车工业发展过程中,用户对于汽车的需求已经超越了单纯的交通工具,更追求驾驶的乐趣和舒适体验。换挡操作是汽车运行中一个技术要求较高的过程,涉及多个部件的精密配合。若换挡过程中部件间配合不顺畅,会导致冲击和振动,影响车内乘员的舒适度[1]。换挡品质作为衡量整车驾驶性能的重要指标之一,直接反映了整车产品品质,并且对驾乘人员的主观感受产生显著影响。
目前,整车驾驶性的研究以基于AVL-DRIVE进行实车试验为主,AVL-DRIVE是一个用于客观测量车辆驾驶性的工具。王扬武等[2]介绍了AVL-DRIVE驾驶性评价系统在整车性能对标与目标设定以及驾驶性开发中的应用。王勐等[3]以陕汽F3000牵引车为研究对象,基于AVL-DRIVE进行电控机械式自动变速器(Automated Mechanical Transmission, AMT)系统驾驶性能的测试,并对测试结果进行评估分析,找出发现了车辆在某些驾驶性能方面存在的不足。林彦名等[4]将主观评价结果和AVL-DRIVE的驾驶性客观测试结果对比,结果表明AVL-DRIVE能够精确识别出驾驶性问题,为工程师提供优化方向及依据,从根本上提升了工程师评审的准确度和置信度。陈铭等[5]利用AVL-DRIVE系统结合测试的加速度、电流、控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)信号对车辆驾驶性进行客观测试与评估,使驾驶性问题可视化,通过分析客观数据得出车辆差异点及问题点,制定不同工况下的差异化目标。
目前,基于AVL-DRIVE针对换挡品质进行的研究仍较少。本研究通过在车辆上安装加速度传感器,结合AVL-DRIVE驾驶性评价系统对某车型双离合变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)换挡品质进行客观评价,并借助AVL-DRIVE评价系统进行评分。针对该样车在某些工况下得分较低的情况,对比分析相关的表征参数,定量分析评分存在差距的原因。最后通过主客观评价相关性分析验证换挡品质客观量化描述与评价的有效性和实用性。
AVL-DRIVE驾驶性评价系统主要包括传感器、驱动控制单元、诊断接口连接线束和计算机。测试前将加速度传感器分别布置于车辆质心、驾驶室地板和前桥等位置,以采集试验过程中车辆的加速度信号。汽车座椅导轨与车身底盘为刚性连接,使三向加速度传感器可以水平固定在座椅轨道上,此安装方式确保了纵向加速度方向与车辆行驶方向的一致性,可以准确记录车辆的纵向加速度变化。振动加速度传感器可安装于车辆地板、转向盘转向管柱、驾驶员头枕以及左前轮下摆臂,用于测量车辆在不同工况下的振动以及路面激励所产生的振动[6]。电流传感器可安装于蓄电池总回路,用于评估发动机起动怠速的相关工况[5]。硬件连接方式如图1所示。
软件配置过程涉及5个精细化步骤:
(1)车辆基本信息配置,主要包括发动机类型、轮胎型号、载荷分配以及变速器类型等信号。
(2)信号通道的设置:主要包括采集的振动加速度、发动机转速、车速、挡位以及加速踏板开度等信号与CAN信号相匹配。
(3)环境变量的设置:主要包括环境温度气压和车辆载荷。
(4)对传感器零点位置、踏板位置、挡杆位置以及挡位信号进行标定。
(5)进行整车滑行阻力测试,计算滑行阻力系数,并将其输入到软件中。通过以上步骤,完成测试前的准备工作,即可进一步开展驾驶性评价工作。
在AVL-DRIVE软件中,根据预设的客观测试工况以及测试需求确定的工况,进行了缓踩油门加速工况、恒定车速行驶工况、起步加速工况、换挡工况以及Kickdown工况下的测试。软件系统根据测试工况指标进行评分[7],评分结果反映出各项性能的优劣对比,具体评分标准见表1
表1中评价分数进行解义[8],1~4分表示产品性能显著低于用户期望,所有用户均对产品性能作出较差评价,产品在市场上缺乏竞争力;5~6分表示产品性能仅满足用户最基本的需求,但用户满意度极低,需进行性能改善;6~7分表示产品性能达到可接受水平,产品性能达到最低要求,部分用户满意度低,产品在市场上的竞争力一般;7~8分表示产品性能良好,产品性能满足开发要求,用户满意度较高;8~10分表示产品性能优异,具有显著优势,可以作为产品的主要卖点,在市场上受到强烈推荐。
针对某次实车道路试验,该样车驾驶性总体评价及驾驶主模式评价结果如表2所示。每项测试工况还细分为各自的子项目,如换挡工况包括滑行降挡、加速升挡、加速降挡以及Kickdown换挡工况等。二级项目包含三级子项目,如加速升挡工况指标由响应延迟、换挡时间、啮合冲击以及转速超调量等评价指标组成。这些指标对加速升挡工况的得分影响通过权重分数体现。
该样车在某些性能方面存在改进空间,尤其体现在换挡性能方面。在起步二级子项目中(图2),可以得知分值较低的评价指标是Response delay和Engagement steadiness。
换挡工况,共包含6个子模式工况[10],其中Kick down/Tip in downshift子模式得分最低,对换挡品质影响最为显著(图3)。其中Traction reduction、Ax increase delay、Ratio change steadiness、shock和Shift duration评价指标评分较低,导致该子模式评价分值较低。
评价指标Traction reduction是指换挡过程中动力中断造成的纵向加速度下降。若挡位变换跨度较大,如由6挡降至3挡,动力变速器中断现象尤为明显。如图4所示,踩下油门踏板后由6挡降至3挡,动力中断造成纵向加速度降低部分的积分值为2.07 km/h。期间纵向高频振动较大,离合器完全结合瞬间造成的纵向加速度反向波动的幅值相对较大,车辆抖动较为明显,整体表现出该车辆的换挡品质极差。如图5所示,在快踩油门降挡过程中变速器由4挡降至2挡的纵向加速度延迟最大,且车辆的换挡指令发出后至换挡动作完成所需时间较长,整体表现出该车辆在换挡过程中的顿挫感比较强烈,使驾驶员体验感较差。
通过数据对比分析发现车辆在执行换挡指令后,发动机的扭矩输出不稳定,导致车辆的加速度输出不平稳,产生较大波动。波动在车辆上被放大,表现为换挡过程中抖动感强烈、挡位切换不平顺以及明显的顿挫感。为了改善这一现象,可以调整控制发动机扭矩的策略,改善车辆换挡后扭矩输出不稳定的问题。通过优化离合器接合的控制策略,实现发动机扭矩特性与车辆负荷特性的匹配,从而减轻或消除车辆抖动现象。
AVL-DRIVE评价系统能够实现主观评价与客观测试数据的有效联系,对车辆的整体性能进行全面评估。该驾驶性评价系统中的评价体系是由具有多年丰富经验的主观评价工程师基于对不同车型的大量主观评价以及客观测试数据构建而成。此外,子集项目中的评分是通过多个单项事件依据各自的权重计算方法综合计算得出,以计算整体的评价得分。在本次测试项目中,针对AVL-DRIVE驾驶评价系统评分较低的项目进行了分析,使驾驶性能的主观感受能够追溯到客观测试数据上,找出分值较低的原因。
同时,AVL-DRIVE评价系统可以通过与同级别车型的横向对比以及对同类车辆的纵向对比,识别影响DCT车辆驾驶性能换挡品质的关键因素。针对得分较低的换挡模式,能够发现影响DCT车辆驾驶性换挡品质的关键因素,有助于提高DCT车辆的换挡品质,为车辆改进和性能提升提供方向。
