The audio system is the core component of the vehicle’s active sound design and active noise reduction. In order to analyze the acoustic characteristics of audio system, it is necessary to use simulation to study its frequency response and the propagation characteristics of the sound field in the vehicle. Due to the wide frequency coverage of the frequency response, full band coverage cannot be achieved using a single simulation method. Traditional sound field simulation can only cover the frequency band below 1 000 Hz by using finite element methods. To solve this problem, Ray-tracing method commonly used in architectural acoustics was introduced into this study. The scope of application of ray-tracing method applicable to the sound field in the vehicle was discussed. Finally, the audio system was modeled and analyzed based on the ray-tracing method, the influencing factors of the results were analyzed. It is pointed out that factors such as high frequency leakage, sound transmission of glass and sound source directivity affect the simulation results.

车载音响系统是主动发声、主动降噪功能的核心部件。为了对车载音响系统的声学特性进行分析,需要使用仿真手段研究其频率响应和车内声场的传播特性。由于车载音响系统的频率响应特性具有宽频带特性,传统的声场仿真分析方法如有限元法无法覆盖车载音响系统全频段。为了解决该问题,引入建筑声学中常用的声线法,探讨了基于声线法的车载音响系统仿真及车内声场分析的可行性和适用范围。基于声线法建立整车音响系统模型并与实测频率响应对比,对误差原因进行分析。研究结果表明,整车的高频泄露、玻璃的透声和声源指向性是影响车载音响系统仿真结果的主要影响因素。

车载音响系统是主动发声、主动降噪功能的核心部件。为了对车载音响系统的声学特性进行分析,需要使用仿真手段研究其频率响应和车内声场的传播特性。由于车载音响系统的频率响应特性具有宽频带特性,传统的声场仿真分析方法如有限元法无法覆盖车载音响系统全频段。为了解决该问题,引入建筑声学中常用的声线法,探讨了基于声线法的车载音响系统仿真及车内声场分析的可行性和适用范围。基于声线法建立整车音响系统模型并与实测频率响应对比,对误差原因进行分析。研究结果表明,整车的高频泄露、玻璃的透声和声源指向性是影响车载音响系统仿真结果的主要影响因素。

The audio system is the core component of the vehicle’s active sound design and active noise reduction. In order to analyze the acoustic characteristics of audio system, it is necessary to use simulation to study its frequency response and the propagation characteristics of the sound field in the vehicle. Due to the wide frequency coverage of the frequency response, full band coverage cannot be achieved using a single simulation method. Traditional sound field simulation can only cover the frequency band below 1 000 Hz by using finite element methods. To solve this problem, Ray-tracing method commonly used in architectural acoustics was introduced into this study. The scope of application of ray-tracing method applicable to the sound field in the vehicle was discussed. Finally, the audio system was modeled and analyzed based on the ray-tracing method, the influencing factors of the results were analyzed. It is pointed out that factors such as high frequency leakage, sound transmission of glass and sound source directivity affect the simulation results.

近年来,随着汽车制造业水平升级,消费者对乘用车的舒适性和娱乐性需求越来越高。汽车音响技术向大功率多路输出、多扬声器环回音响的“3D 环绕声”方向发展。世界音响制造商也为汽车音响开辟专门的工业部门,针对汽车的特殊环境,充分考虑车厢的音响效果,采用高新技术制造轿车音响设备,其播送的音响效果完全能与“家庭影院”相媲美[1]。在音响系统和车内声学环境方面,国外车企已经进行多年的研究,形成了较高的技术水平。其中,奥迪、奔驰、宝马、丰田、现代等车企,在诸多高端车型上与顶级音响品牌开展了合作。
对音响系统和车内声学环境的仿真研究,是当前国内外的热门研究方向,也是本文的主要研究内容。本文通过仿真和试验相结合的方式,对车内音响系统进行研究,并对其影响因素进行分析。
音响系统的基础是车内声场环境,而车内声场可以归结为室内声学的一个分支,同时具有更多特殊性。
根据环境条件和使用场景要求,对室内声场的分析可采用不同的分析方法:统计声学、波动声学、几何声学[2]。其中,统计声学的分析方法主要是基于大量的试验数据统计,分析得到经验公式,并将这些公式运用到室内音质设计中,Eyring等[3]使用统计学方法推导出混响时间的理论公式。波动声学是考虑声的波动特性,以此进行室内声场的分析,Morse在《振动与声》一书中,使用波动方程对长方体空间内进行模拟,用驻波形式解释了各种室内声学现象[4]。几何声学的分析方法参考借鉴了几何光学的方法,将室内壁面环境看作反射面,使用声线图分析房间形状和反射面对声音的影响。
在不需要考虑声波波动性能的情况下,借助几何光学中光线的概念,把声波看作沿直线传播的一簇簇声音的能量,这就是几何声学中声线法的概念。声线法的使用的条件是声场的尺寸要远大于声波的波长,此时可忽略声波的波动性,声波在反射面上适用于几何光学的反射定律。
国外车企和音响供应商很早就采用声线法对车内音响系统开展仿真工作。2010年,Harman公司使用声线法对汽车内饰仪表板中高频扬声器的最佳位置和布置方向进行了研究[5]。2013年,韩国现代汽车分别在3个频率段建立有限元、边界元和声线法模型,其中声线法计算了双耳脉冲响应和双耳相干函数,讨论了吸声材料特性和扬声器的影响[6]
国内汽车行业对此项工作刚刚起步,但是高铁、船舶、航空工业等大型交通工具行业已经进行了较多的研究。2017年,冯爱景等[7]对船舶舱室建立声线法模型,模拟船舶多舱室声场的分布,计算不同位置舱壁对目标舱室噪声的声灵敏度,优化舱室中高频噪声。2021年,季杰等[8]对高铁车厢建立声线法模型,进行了语言清晰度仿真及优化。2022年,赵维等[9]使用声线法对大型客滚船舱室的阻尼材料铺设进行了优化。
对于一些大尺寸、高频的纯声学问题,需要借助计算机辅助分析,这也是使用声线法进行声场仿真的需求来源。声线法通过声束追踪技术来模拟声传播、声波遇到壁面的反射吸收,以此解释声学现象。相较于声学有限元边界方法,声线法的分析频率与声学区域的网格离散程度是相互独立的,其只需要使用少数网格来模拟仿真对象的几何形状,因此可以对高频、大尺度的声学问题进行高效仿真。
声线法假设条件为:
(1)声源在空间中以发射声线的形式传播声能,每根声线均携带相同的能量。
(2)声场的边界面均看作平面或多个平面近似的曲面,声线每次与边界面仅有一个碰撞点,且碰撞过程中能量会有所衰减。
(3)当反射阶次高于设定的数值或声线携带能量低于预设阈值时,程序停止对该声线的追踪,并开始对下一根声线进行追踪运算,直到全部声线均追踪计算完毕。
(4)接收点设定在一定范围内,当声线穿过预定范围时,计算机会记录声线到达的时间、能量和方向,最后可以得到接收点处的声脉冲响应[10]
若声源功率为I,初始声线In可表示为:

式中,n为声线数量;s(x,y,z)为声线由声源发射时的初始传播路径。
空间i处声压级SPL为:

式中, $\sum {I}_{n}(x,y,z)$为通过空间i处声线能量的非相干叠加求和;ρ0为静态空气密度;c0为静止空气中的声传播速度[11]
根据前文所述,声线法的适用范围要求是声音波长小于声场尺寸。车内声腔的尺寸一般在2~3 m以内,按照该尺寸估算,声线法适用于100 Hz以上的车内音响仿真。本文整车音响系统声线法模型建立步骤如图1所示。
按照前文所述的技术路线,以某SUV车型为例,建立整车音响系统声线法模型。
音响系统车内声场分析模型输入数据如下。
(1)扬声器单元正前方1 m处频率响应曲线;
(2)扬声器单体声源指向性数据;
(3)扬声器数量及位置;
(4)车身结构模型数据(模型需包含白车身,车门,内饰,仪表板,座椅);
(5)整车内饰材料声学参数(包含所有声腔表面的内饰材料)。
扬声器单体测试按照GB/T 12060.5—2011《声系统设备 第5部分:扬声器主要性能测试方法》[12]进行,图2为扬声器单体频响测试系统流程。测试需要在全消声室环境中进行,模拟自由场环境。将扬声器单体布置在平面障板上,进行单位电压下的频率响应特性测量(图3)。
扬声器声源指向性是扬声器发出的声波随空间位置和角度变化的衰减系数,需要通过试验测得。图4是扬声器单体指向性试验示意。在全消声室内将扬声器布置在平面障板上,传声器布置在环形支架上,支架距离扬声器0.5 m、1 m、1.5 m、2 m。调整传声器与扬声器正面的角度,每隔15°进行一次测量,一般最少要包含0°、15°、30°、45°、60°、90°角度,测试获得各个位置和角度的声压,后续以此计算声源指向性数据。
内饰材料声学参数一般可使用声阻抗或散射吸声系数。由于车内音响对于内饰件的声音入射属于无规则入射,所以使用散射吸声系数作为仿真参数较为准确。散射吸声系数的测试方法按照GB/T 20247—2006 声学 混响室吸声测量[13]
对于整车仿真的内饰件影响较大的是地毯、前围挡板衬垫、顶棚和座椅。同时也要考虑仪表板、门护板等具有软性包裹的内饰件。图5为内饰件在小型混响室内吸声系数测量示意。
测量过程中,需要注意将样件背对车内声场的一面或边缘用非吸声材料包裹,避免额外增加吸声面积,如图6所示。
本文的仿真建模使用Simcenter 3D中的RAY模块。整车音响系统声线法模型包括车身内饰表面的壳体网格,平面场点网格,扬声器位置和方向,内饰表面吸声系数数据。其中,车身内饰表面的壳体网格尺寸要求8~10 mm,平面场点网格尺寸一般要求10~50 mm,要包含人耳坐标点。本文中原型车采用12个扬声器的典型配置,包含4个低音扬声器、3个中音扬声器、4个高音扬声器、1个环绕重低音扬声器。在实际内饰对应的网格上,赋予3.3小节中实测的内饰表面吸声系数。图7是完整的音响系统声线法模型。
基于第3章建立的模型,施加3.2小节实测的扬声器单体频率响应作为激励。设置每条声线的最大反射数为8次,最大透射数1次,计算车内音响系统在人耳处的频响。如图8所示为驾驶员外耳处频响,图9为右后乘员外耳处频响。
图8图9可见,仿真与试验对比多数频段误差较小。但在驾驶员外耳频响频段在7 000 Hz以上、右后乘员外耳频响频段在8 000 Hz以上时有一定误差。
同时,使用声线法可以模拟某个声源传播至指定位置的传播路径,可以此对某个扬声器的布置位置和角度进行优化。如图10所示为右后门低音扬声器传播至驾驶员内耳处的路径。
由4.1小节的仿真结果可见,仿真和试验在高频段存在一定误差,原因如下。
整车实际上存在一定的泄露,造成整车高频隔声水平下降,音响的高频声可沿泄露处传至车外。但在声线法仿真模型中,由于模型按照理想状态建立,未考虑实际泄露问题,所以造成了仿真结果高于试验测试的结果。
按照整车气密性试验的结果,车体的泄露主要处于地板、车门、窗框等位置。
根据气体流量与泄露面积之前的关系,表达式为:

式中,Q为体积流量;aD为流量系数;A为泄露面积;Pi为车内压力; ${\rho }_{0}$为空气密度。以该样车实测气密性泄漏量120 m3/h为例,折合成泄露面积为16.4cm2。在上述位置对应的模型处删除响应泄露面积的网格,以模拟整车泄露效果。再次计算人耳处频响,结果如图11所示。
图11结果可见,增加泄露面积后,6 000~10 000 Hz高频段频率响应有一定下降,降幅大约为1~5 dB。这是由于音响的高频声波长较小,会沿着泄露处泄漏到车外,造成音响品质的下降,需要在音响设计中加以关注。
在本次仿真中,内饰材料仅考虑了表面吸声的影响。但实际中,音响声会透过玻璃和内饰材料传至车外,这就需要给玻璃和内饰材料增加透声系数 $\tau $。透声系数的数值需要大于0且小于1,其物理意义为:0表示不传输声能的反射表面,1表示传输所有声能的全透声表面。平板的传输损失TL可通过公式(4)计算:

由实测的传递损失可反推出透声系数,由公式(5)计算:
$ \tau=1 / 10^{\frac{T L}{10}}$
根据公式(4)和混响-消声隔声套组实测的玻璃传递损失计算得到玻璃透声系数,如表1所示。
在模型中增加玻璃的透声系数后,人耳处频响如图12所示。
图12结果可见,在增加了玻璃透声系数之后,在全频段的频响约有1~2 dB(A)的下降,说明玻璃透声对计算结果有一定影响。
近年来随着用户需求的变化和汽车工艺的发展,玻璃的布置面积越来越来大。尤其是天窗玻璃有发展成玻璃车顶的趋势,而这样的设计对车内声学环境是不利的。由于玻璃的传递损失普遍低于钣金加隔音垫,所以会造成音响的频响效果变差,影响驾乘人员的听觉感受。
在扬声器内部,由控制器发出的控制电流通过磁电路内的线圈,在制定方向产生驱动力使纸盆振动,继而带动空气振动产生声音。由于车载扬声器功率有限,其发声效率必然会随着空间和角度衰减,即空间距离越远、发射角度越大,声源的声能随之减小。这里需要考虑声源指向性问题,由4.2小节扬声器单体试验中测得的声源指向性数据。图13是未增加声源指向性和增加指向性的车内频响计算结果对比。
图13可见,没有指向性的频响计算结果普遍高于有指向性的结果。在频响频段约为7 000 Hz时,2者差距达到20 dB(A)左右,与实际相差较多。这说明了增加指向性数据的必要性,在音响系统的开发过程中,对于扬声器单体性能的控制也是必须考虑的。
本文对车载音响系统所在的车内声学环境进行研究,对声场的研究现状及影响因素进行分析。针对100 Hz以上频段的音响计算使用声线法仿真,以某SUV车型为例,建立整车音响系统声线法模型。计算驾驶员和右后乘员外耳频响,与试验结果相比,100~7 000 Hz频段吻合度较高。但在7 000 Hz以上频段有较大误差。针对计算结果,进行了3个方面的影响因素分析。研究结果表明,在音响系统开发过程中,实车的高频泄露、玻璃的透声和声源指向性是造成误差的主要原因,需要重点关注。本文完成了影响因素的定性分析和简单的定量分析。后续将本文的研究作为基础,对误差原因进行详细的定量分析和验证。
