By introducing wireless charging into the field of electric vehicles, the convenience and safety of electric vehicle charging can be effectively improved, and users can complete charging without plugging and unplugging the charging gun, which greatly reduces the extra burden of charging on users. To address the complex application scenario involving multiple vehicles and multiple charging piles, a multi-to-multi wireless charging system solution based on central node architecture is necessary. First, the concept of a central node is introduced among the ground-side equipment, with the central node responsible for managing multiple ground-side devices. The central node communicates with these devices via the Controller Area Network (CAN), forming a local network. Second, the solution proposes a set of addressing and communication mechanisms within the local network to effectively manage the ground-side devices. Finally, in order to realize that the vehicle assemblies can recognize each other with any ground assemblies, this solution introduces a method to recognize the ground assemblies by detecting the ground coil current frequency.

将无线充电引入电动汽车领域,可以有效提高电动汽车充电的便利性和安全性,用户无需插拔充电枪即可完成充电,极大地降低了充电带给用户的额外使用负担。为应对多车对多桩的复杂应用场景,需要一种基于中心节点架构的多对多无线充电系统解决方案。首先,方案在地面端设备间引入了中心节点的概念,由中心节点负责管理多个地面端设备,中心节点与地面端设备通过CAN通信,组成一个局域网络。其次,方案提出了一套局域网络内的寻址和通信机制,实现对地面端设备的有效管理。最后,方案通过检测地面线圈电流频率来辨识地面端设备的方法,实现车载端设备可与任一地面端设备之间相互识别。

By introducing wireless charging into the field of electric vehicles, the convenience and safety of electric vehicle charging can be effectively improved, and users can complete charging without plugging and unplugging the charging gun, which greatly reduces the extra burden of charging on users. To address the complex application scenario involving multiple vehicles and multiple charging piles, a multi-to-multi wireless charging system solution based on central node architecture is necessary. First, the concept of a central node is introduced among the ground-side equipment, with the central node responsible for managing multiple ground-side devices. The central node communicates with these devices via the Controller Area Network (CAN), forming a local network. Second, the solution proposes a set of addressing and communication mechanisms within the local network to effectively manage the ground-side devices. Finally, in order to realize that the vehicle assemblies can recognize each other with any ground assemblies, this solution introduces a method to recognize the ground assemblies by detecting the ground coil current frequency.

随着电动汽车无线充电技术逐步成熟,越来越多的电动汽车支持无线充电技术,提供无线充电功能的停车场也逐渐普及,利用无线充电技术有利于建构一个更加智能、便捷、安全的电动汽车充电生态[1-3]。为了保证电动汽车无线充电系统可靠运行,国内外发布了一系列相关标准[4-8]。在个人私桩应用场景下,车载端设备(VehicleAssembly, VA)与地面端设备(Wall Box, WB)使用WiFi技术进行通信。当车辆驶近WB时,VA向WB发起WiFi连接请求,通信建立后,无线充电系统进入对位流程,当VA进入地面线圈的可充电容忍区域后,系统可进入充电状态。无线充电系统提供的对位和充电功能都需要建立在VA与WB能够进行通信的基础上,在使用私桩时VA只需与特定的单一WB进行通信,因此VA只需要记录对应WB的相关信息,即可与特定WB建立通信连接。
在公桩或一些工业应用场景,需要无线充电实现互操作性,包括电磁互操作以及通信互操作[9-10]。在通信互操作层面,需要实现多车对多桩的充电[11],即VA随机地使用任意可用的WB进行充电,而VA无法提前获知要使用的WB的相关信息,因此如何让VA与相应WB建立通信连接是多对多场景下需要解决的一个问题。同时,当VA靠近任一WB时,都应当能够得到对位检测的支持,如何在VA与WB尚未建立直接通信的情况下提供对位功能,如何对一定区域内的多个WB进行协调统一管理也是需要解决的问题。最后,在多对多场景下,多个设备间如何进行通信,通信流程应如何设计,以及如何尽可能兼容私桩场景下的通信流程,这也是无线充电在多对多场景下应用需要解决的重要问题。
针对以上问题,本文提出了一种能兼容GB/T 38775私桩通信标准[4]的解决方案,在个人私桩的VA与WB双端架构下引入了中心节点(Central Node, CN),通过中心节点中继构成一个三端系统,由中心节点负责管理多个地面端设备,同时中心节点还将负责与VA间的直接通信,该架构旨在有效解决上述问题。
图1所示,中心节点与其所管理的地面端设备间通过控制器局域网(Controller Area Networks, CAN)总线连接,构成一种一对多的通信模式;中心节点与车载端设备间通过WiFi进行通信,同样也构成一种一对多的通信模式。通过中心节点的中继车载端设备与地面端设备形成了多对多的通信架构。中心节点还可以通过以太网连接的方式进行拓展,从而可以在更大区域范围内支持更多的地面端设备接入,也能够同时为更多的车载端设备提供服务。
基于上述架构,多对多通信的核心问题被转化为了车载端设备与中心节点之间以及地面端设备与中心节点之间的两个一对多的通信问题。
由于CAN通信不采用传统的站地址编码,以对通信数据进行编码,为了能够让中心节点与单一地面端设备间进行点对点通信,需要在应用层增加寻址机制。寻址机制通过在中心节点与地面端设备的通信报文数据中增加一个16 bit的地面端设备ID实现,中心节点管理的每一个地面端设备都有一个唯一的设备ID。中心节点通过设备ID识别报文来自哪一台设备,地面端设备通过设备ID确认CAN报文是否为中心节点发送给自己的报文。因此,在中心节点与地面端设备通信前,中心节点需要获得对应地面端的设备ID,为实现这一点需要引入地面端设备的注册流程。
注册流程由地面端设备发起,通过发送注册请求使报文请求中心节点进入注册流程,中心节点收到请求报文后根据自身当前状态决定是否进入注册流程,并通过注册响应报文告知地面端设备结果。如果地面端设备收到接受注册的响应,则通过随机数算法生成一个16 bit设备ID,并通过ID注册请求报文发送给中心节点。中心节点收到ID注册请求报文后需要检查待注册的ID是否与其他已注册的地面端设备ID出现冲突,如果出现冲突,中心节点会通过ID注册响应报文告知地面端设备注册失败,地面端设备可以自主选择是否重新进行注册;如果未出现冲突,则注册成功,中心节点与地面端设备可以通过设备ID进行点对点通信。图2为地面端设备的注册流程状态机,图3为中心节点接受注册流程的状态机。
注册成功后,中心节点与地面端设备进入正常通信流程,进行周期性的报文交互,通信顺序如图4所示。中心节点通过控制报文来控制地面端设备执行相应动作,同时也会提供一些必要的状态信息,地面端设备通过状态报文来通告自身状态信息及动作执行结果等信息。
地面端设备的通信报文如表1所示。其中,在地面端设备状态报文中,主要包括状态机信息,保护功能相关信息,WiFi连接状态信息,WiFi配置状态信息以及地面端线圈实际电流值。中心节点的控制报文如表2所示。其中,主要包括设备注销控制位,LPE使能控制位,WiFi配置请求,VA连接状态信息,对位状态信息以及低功率激励(Low Power Excitation,LPE)[4,5]频率控制信息。基于以上信息可以实现中心节点对地面端设备的有效控制和管理。
中心节点与地面端设备的一组实际通信报文如表3所示,报文序号0-3为注册流程,之后的报文为正常通信流程。在注册流程中,地面端设备首先发送0x400报文请求开启注册流程,中心节点收到请求后回复0x300报文表示接受请求。地面端设备接着通过0x401报文发送自己请求注册的ID,即0x5355,中心节点通过0x301报文回复相应的地面端设备表示接受注册。此时注册流程完成,紧接着进入周期性的正常通信流程,地面端设备与中心节点之间通过设备ID 0x5355实现点对点通信,地面端设备以100 ms为周期发送0x402报文,通告该设备状态信息,中心节点以100 ms为周期发送0x302报文对地面端设备进行管理和控制。
在正常通信流程中实际交互的报文信息如表4所示。
由于车辆在多对多场景下会随机驶近任一地面端设备,因此对位服务需要在车载端设备与地面端设备在尚未建立通信的情况下进行。为实现这一功能,本文选择使用LPE对位方法[4],同时也可以通过LPE实现对于地面端设备的识别,表5表6是车载端和中心节点在LPE对位阶段,WiFi通信的报文内容。本章将对这一方案进行详细介绍。
当没有车载端设备接入中心节点进行通信时,中心节点及其所管理的地面端设备处于待机状态,中心节点控制各个地面端线圈电流处于关闭状态。当有车载端设备接入时,中心节点控制所有处于可用状态的地面端设备开启线圈电流,处于可用状态,表示地面端设备未与车载端设备建立通信连接且未处于无故障状态。同时,中心节点还会控制各个地面线圈电流处于不同频率。当车载端设备靠近某个地面端设备时可以检测到线圈的频率,车载端设备会把检测到的电流频率发送到中心节点,中心节点根据电流频率可以查找到对应的地面端设备,并将其当前的线圈实际电流值发送到车载端,车载端设备收到实际电流值后可以计算得到当前位置能够输出的最大功率,并判断当前是否处于对齐状态。在对位流程中,车载端设备与中心节点之间会实时交互电流频率、实际电流值以及对位状态,中心节点会将接收到的对位状态通过控制报文发送给对应的地面端设备,地面端设备可以根据对位状态调整相应的指示信息(如灯带状态),从而实时展示对位状态。
车载端设备与中心节点在对位流程下的通信报文如表6所示。车载端设备的请求报文主要包括LPE对位使能请求位,线圈频率检测值,对齐状态。中心节点的响应报文包括线圈频率匹配结果,匹配到的地面端设备线圈的实际电流值。双方在对位流程下以100 ms为周期进行周期性报文交互。
在车载端设备接收到来自用户的充电请求前,车载端设备不需要与地面端设备建立直接的通信连接,因为此时车辆随时有可能驶离当前地面端设备。当车载端设备收到充电请求后,为了可以进行充电流程,车载端设备需要与地面端设备建立直接的通信连接。本章对建立直接通信连接的解决方法进行详细说明。
为了增强安全性,中心节点管理的地面端设备的WiFi热点处于隐藏状态,由中心节点负责管理各个WiFi热点的相关信息,包括服务集标识(Service Set Identifier, SSID)和密码。当需要建立通信连接时,车载端设备需要从中心节点处获得相应地面端设备的WiFi热点信息,同时为了保证热点信息的可用性仅为本次充电,中心节点需要在每次车载端设备请求热点信息时为相应的地面端设备配置一组完全不同的随机热点信息。
表7给出了车载端设备向中心节点请求地面端设备的WiFi热点信息时的请求报文内容。表8给出了中心节点收到请求后的响应报文内容,同时使用随机生成的一组WiFi热点配置信息控制相应的地面端设备重新配置WiFi热点。配置完成后中心节点将当前生效的WiFi热点信息发送给车载端设备,车载端设备收到此信息后首先通知中心节点断开当前连接,当与中心节点结束会话后,车载端设备利用接收到的WiFi热点信息与地面端设备建立直接的通信连接。
在以上流程中涉及中心节点对地面设备的WiFi配置。图5给出了中心节点的过程状态机,图6给出了地面设备的过程状态机。WiFi配置流程由中心节点发起,中心节点首先通过控制报文请求对应地面端设备进入WiFi配置流程,地面端设备收到请求后通过状态报文更新响应结果,并开始等待接收来自中心节点的WiFi配置信息,包括SSID和密码。中心节点收到响应后利用随机算法生成一组SSID和密码信息,其长度均为10 B,并通过WiFi配置信息报文将其发送给地面端设备。地面端设备收到完整的配置信息后重新配置并启动WiFi热点,并在这个过程中通过状态报文实时更新WiFi热点配置状态。当中心节点检查到地面端设备WiFi热点配置完成后WiFi配置流程结束,中心节点会把当前地面端设备的热点信息发给对应的车载端设备,供其进行连接。
不同于个人私桩场景下的通信,多对多场景下的通信流程涉及到车载端设备、中心节点以及地面端设备间的通信,同时也要能够做到对私桩通信流程的兼容,本章将对这一通信流程做整体性说明。
车载端设备在尚未建立通信的情况下处于待机(Standby, SB)状态,当车载端设备搜索到有中心节点可以连接时,会与中心节点建立WiFi连接,系统进入服务初始化(Service Initiate, SI)状态。从待机到服务初始化的流程顺序如图7所示。SI状态下的通信流程主要是进行兼容性检查,车载端设备可以通过兼容性检查报文获知当前连接的设备是私桩地面端设备还是中心节点,从而决定接下来的通信流程。有些车载端设备可能并不支持公桩通信流程,在这种情况下兼容性检查流程将不会通过,车载端设备可以断开当前通信连接。
SI通信流程通过后,系统进入等待对齐(Awaiting Alignment, AA)阶段,如图8所示,车载端设备在AA阶段下进行对位流程,此时车辆可以选择驶近任一地面端设备,只要车载端设备能够感应到电流就能够识别到对应的地面端设备并进行对位。当车载端设备与地面端设备之间的相对位置进入到可充电容忍区域后,车载端设备可以选择结束对位,当然车辆也可以选择驶向另一个地面端设备,此时将会继续进行对位流程。
AA通信流程结束后,系统进入空闲(IDLE)状态,当不需要充电时,车载端设备与中心节点只进行保活报文的交互。当需要充电时,车载端设备首先需要从中心节点获取对应地面端设备的WiFi热点信息,然后与中心节点结束会话,最后通过WiFi热点信息与地面端设备建立WiFi连接。了空闲阶段的流程如图9所示。
车载端设备与地面端设备建立直接通信后进行的通信流程与私桩保持一致。首先车载端设备需要与地面端设备进行锁频通信流程,锁频结束后系统进入功率传输(Power Transfer, PT)阶段,系统在PT阶段进行功率传输,直至充电完成后停止充电,系统返回到SB状态,整个多对多通信流程结束。PT阶段的流程如图10所示。
本章主要分析实测中记录的一组多对多通信报文数据,但数据不包括锁频及功率传输阶段的报文数据,因为这2个阶段的报文与个人私桩场景下的报文完全一致。
表9所示,在SI阶段,车载端设备与中心节点交互兼容性检查报文,0x20为兼容性检查请求报文命令码,0x21为兼容性检查响应报文命令码。报文数据项包含了进行兼容性检查的必要信息。
表10所示,在AA阶段,车载端设备与中心节点交互LPE对位报文,0x2C为LPE请求报文命令码,0x2D为LPE响应报文命令码。在对位流程开始时,车载端设备会发送开启对位请求,同时请求的电流大小为16 A。接着,当车载端设备检测到线圈频率后,会将检测到的结果发送到中心节点,如报文179所示,此时检测到的线圈频率为83 500 Hz。中心节点根据接收到的线圈频率检查是否与某个地面端设备匹配,如果匹配成功,则将匹配结果及对应地面端设备的线圈电流实际值发送给车载端设备,如报文24217所示。当车载端设备收到匹配成功的结果后,为进一步提高对位检测精度,会将请求电流值提升至32 A,中心节点收到请求后控制相应地面端设备的电流值提升至32 A。在此状态下,车载端设备可以进行对位状态的判定,并将结果发送到中心节点,如报文189所示,此时系统处于已对齐状态。当对齐完成后,车载端设备发送停止对位请求,中心节点收到该请求后控制相应地面端设备的线圈电流降至0 A,对位结束。
表11所示,系统进入IDLE状态后,在未开启充电时,车载端设备与中心节点只交互保活报文,其中0x05为车载端保活报文命令码,0x06为中心节点保活报文命令码。当车载端设备需要进行充电时,首先会向中心节点发送充电桩信息请求报文,中心节点收到请求后控制相应地面端设备进行WiFi配置,同时将配置状态发送到车载端设备。当WiFi配置完成后,中心节点会将WiFi热点信息,包括SSID和密码,发送到车载端设备,如报文24547所示。当车载端设备收到WiFi热点信息后,会发送通信结束请求报文,请求结束与中心节点的当前会话,当收到中心节点的响应后,车载端设备断开与中心节点的通信,与地面端设备进行连接,多对多通信至此结束。
针对电动汽车无线充电系统在多对多应用场景下需要面对的一些重要问题,本文提出了基于中心节点架构的解决方案。
(1)对于车载端设备与地面端设备间的对位与识别问题,通过使用中心节点作为通信中继,可以实现在车载端设备与地面端设备不建立直接通信连接的情况下做到识别和对位。
(2)对于车载端设备与地面端设备如何建立直接通信连接的问题,通过中心节点统一管理地面端设备的WiFi热点信息,在增强了安全性的同时,使车载端设备与地面端设备能够建立起一次性的WiFi通信连接。
(3)对于多个地面端设备如何管理的问题,通过引入中心节点以及基于CAN的局域网络通信机制,有效解决了多设备管理的问题。
(4)对于多对多场景下的通信流程问题,本文提出了一种行之有效的解决方案,并保证了对于私桩场景下的兼容。
本文提出的解决方案经过了实际验证,可以应用于多对多场景下的无线充电,但是如何做到在更大区域范围内支持更多的设备还有待进一步探索。
