To enhance driving performance during drive mode transitions in battery electric vehicles, a controllable disengagement device is integrated between the front axle electric drive assembly and the differential, enabling timely switching between four-wheel-drive (4WD) and two-wheel-drive (2WD) modes. First, a dual-motor four-wheel-drive pure electric vehicle configuration incorporating the disengagement device is constructed, and the energy flow characteristics of 2WD and 4WD modes are analyzed. Second, mode transition conditions are designed based on driving scenario requirements, and a phased torque transfer control strategy is developed. Finally, seven categories of drivability evaluation scenarios are proposed, along with objective evaluation metrics. Experimental validation demonstrates that the proposed configuration significantly enhances the vehicle’s driving performance and ride comfort.

为提升纯电动汽车驱动模式切换过程中的驾驶性能,通过在前轴电驱总成与差速器间增设可控断开装置,实现四驱与两驱模式的适时切换。首先,构建双电机四驱纯电动汽车加装断开装置的构型,分析两驱与四驱模式能量流特征。其次,基于驾驶工况需求设计模式切换条件,开发分阶段扭矩转移控制策略。最后,提出7类驾驶性评价工况,并建立客观评价指标。实车验证表明所提出的构型有效提升了车辆驾驶性能及乘坐舒适性。

To enhance driving performance during drive mode transitions in battery electric vehicles, a controllable disengagement device is integrated between the front axle electric drive assembly and the differential, enabling timely switching between four-wheel-drive (4WD) and two-wheel-drive (2WD) modes. First, a dual-motor four-wheel-drive pure electric vehicle configuration incorporating the disengagement device is constructed, and the energy flow characteristics of 2WD and 4WD modes are analyzed. Second, mode transition conditions are designed based on driving scenario requirements, and a phased torque transfer control strategy is developed. Finally, seven categories of drivability evaluation scenarios are proposed, along with objective evaluation metrics. Experimental validation demonstrates that the proposed configuration significantly enhances the vehicle’s driving performance and ride comfort.

在政策驱动、技术创新与产业链协同发展背景下,新能源汽车产业已进入全球市场渗透率加速与竞争格局重构的新发展阶段[1-2]。对于双电机四驱纯电动汽车,在前轴电驱总成与差速器之间增加断开装置能够实现车辆四驱和两驱适时切换。当有动力性需求或者操纵稳定性需求时,车辆切换四驱模式;当没有动力性需求和操纵稳定性需求时,车辆切换两驱模式,完全消除前轴电驱系统拖曳损耗,同时使前电机关管、后电机工作在高效区,改善车辆经济性,提升续驶里程[3]。但是,增加的断开装置在结合、分离过程中,通常会影响车辆的驾驶性能[4]。本文通过精确控制断开装置结合、分离过程,并对过程控制进行驾驶性评价,提出了驾驶性评价工况和客观评价指标,同时根据客观评价方法进行驾驶性验证优化,旨在提高动力系统效率,提升车辆驾驶性能及乘坐舒适性。
双电机四驱纯电动汽车加装断开装置的构型示意如图1所示。当断开装置分离时,车辆由后电机驱动,动力系统模式为两驱模式;当断开装置结合时,车辆由前后电机同时驱动,动力系统模式为四驱模式。
在两驱模式下,断开装置分离,前电机处于关管停转状态,车辆由后电机驱动,如图2所示。
四驱模式下,断开装置结合,前后电机均参与驱动,并根据车辆状态适时分配驾驶员需求扭矩给前后轴电机,如图3所示。
当驾驶员有急加速请求或者潜在急加速请求时,如驾驶员选择驾驶模式为运动模式,或者驾驶员将加速踏板开度踩到70%以上。
当车辆底盘操纵稳定性有请求时,如牵引力控制系统(Traction Control System,TCS)激活,或者车辆动态控制系统(Vehicle Dynamics Control,VDC)激活等。
当车辆部分总成处于故障状态,如后电机故障,为了保证车辆跛行等。
当驾驶员没有急加速请求或者潜在缓加速请求时,如驾驶员选择驾驶模式为经济模式,或者驾驶员将加速踏板开度踩到60%以下。
当车辆底盘操纵稳定性无请求时,如TCS未激活,或者VDC未激活等。
当车辆部分总成处于故障状态,如前电机故障,此时切换为两驱模式,不需要限制车速运行。
两驱模式向四驱模式切换依次分成3个步骤:前电机调速、断开装置结合、前后电机扭矩转移。
(1)前电机调速阶段:前电机通过转速控制模式进行调速,当断开装置输入轴转速(即前电驱的主减速器的输出端转速)和断开装置输出轴转速(即车轮端转速)的转速差足够小,前电机调速阶段完成。
(2)断开装置结合阶段:当断开装置输入轴转速和输出轴转速的速差足够小,且前电机扭矩接近零时,整车控制器给断开装置发送结合指令。等待断开装置反馈位置状态为结合后,断开装置结合阶段完成。
(3)前后电机扭矩转移阶段:断开装置结合阶段完成后,前电机已经通过断开装置与车辆进行了动力连接,车辆处于四驱模式,由前后电机共同驱动,VCU按照最优前后轴扭矩分配比进行扭矩分配和转移。在向前电机的扭矩增加过程中,为了保持车辆的动力平稳,需要后电机的扭矩减少同样值,保证结合前后总扭矩无阶跃性突变。
四驱模式向两驱模式切换依次分成3个步骤:前后电机扭矩转移、断开装置分离、前电机调速。
(1)前后电机扭矩转移阶段:由于断开装置硬件有自锁结构,要求没有扭矩传递才可以分离,因此在断开装置分离前需要将前电机扭矩转移到后电机。该阶段应保证轮端扭矩无动力突变,前电机扭矩减少过程中,后电机扭矩增加同样值,最终实现前电机的扭矩降为零,前后电机扭矩转移阶段完成。
(2)断开装置分离阶段:前后电机扭矩转移阶段完成后,整车控制器给断开装置发送断开指令,同时整车控制器控制前电机进行跨零小扭矩振荡,断开装置状态反馈为分离后,断开装置分离阶段完成。
(3)前电机调速阶段:当断开装置分离阶段完成后,前电机与车轮的连接被断开装置分离,车辆处于两驱模式,由后电机驱动,前电机不再给车辆传递扭矩。前电机通过转速控制模式将电机转速平稳线性降为0 r/min,使前电机停转并关管。
两驱模式和四驱模式切换过程,本质上是断开装置结合、分离过程,也是车辆动力源在单电机驱动和双电机驱动之间切换过程。因此,驾驶性评价主要关注在不同工况下结合、分离过程是否有冲击、涌动、加减速感不一致、平顺性不佳等问题。
评价工况主要包含以下内容:
(1)静止:车辆静止状态下,操作车辆设置开关,使车辆实现两驱切换四驱,四驱切换两驱。
(2)蠕行:车辆蠕行状态下,操作车辆设置开关,使车辆实现两驱切换四驱,四驱切换两驱。
(3)等速:车辆40/80/120 km/h±2 km/h等速行驶状态下,操作车辆设置开关,使车辆实现两驱切换四驱,四驱切换两驱。
(4)滑行:车辆以初始车速40/80/120 km/h±2 km/h等速行驶时,松开加速踏板、不踩制动踏板,使车辆进入滑行状态后,操作车辆设置开关,使车辆实现两驱切换四驱,四驱切换两驱。
(5)制动:车辆以初始车速40/80/120 km/h±2 km/h等速行驶时,松开加速踏板、踩下制动踏板并保持在可使车辆产生0.2~0.3 g减速度的位置,操作车辆设置开关,使车辆实现两驱切换四驱,四驱切换两驱。
(6)原地加速:车辆静止状态下,在0.3 s内松开制动踏板后,在0.5 s内将加速踏板踩到底,使车辆加速至车速达到40 km/h以上。
(7)超车加速:车辆以初始车速40/80/120 km/h±2 km/h等速行驶时,在0.2 s内将加速踏板踩到底,加速至车速增加40 km/h或达到最高车速。
本文基于一汽一款带有断开装置的双电机四驱纯电动汽车,根据3.1中所述的评价工况,进行了驾驶性评价。本文中试验样车参数如表1所示。驾驶评价结果如表2所示。
本文基于带有断开装置的双电机四驱纯电动汽车,进行了动力系统结构分析、驱动模式分析、控制策略设计。同时,针对断开装置结合、分离特点,设计了静止、蠕行、等速、滑行、制动、原地加速、超车加速等评价工况,实车评价车辆驾驶性,使其满足产品开发要求,提升车辆竞争力。
