The braking distance is longer due to the larger size and weight of commercial vehicles, resulting in greater collision energy when accidents occur. In order to effectively reduce the injury of passengers in collision accidents, occupant protection technology for commercial vehicle cab is widely studied. Using patent analysis methods, the patents related to occupant protection technology are sorted out in terms of patent disclosure trends and patent technology composition. Furthermore, relevant patents of important enterprises are interpreted, and suggestions for the direction of patent layout in this field are put forward.

由于商用车的体积和质量更大,制动距离更长,导致发生事故时碰撞能量更大。为了有效减轻乘员在碰撞事故中的伤害,商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术被广泛研究。利用专利分析方法,从专利公开趋势、专利技术构成等方面,梳理了与乘员保护技术相关的专利,并针对重要企业的相关专利进行解读,提出该领域专利布局方向的建议。

The braking distance is longer due to the larger size and weight of commercial vehicles, resulting in greater collision energy when accidents occur. In order to effectively reduce the injury of passengers in collision accidents, occupant protection technology for commercial vehicle cab is widely studied. Using patent analysis methods, the patents related to occupant protection technology are sorted out in terms of patent disclosure trends and patent technology composition. Furthermore, relevant patents of important enterprises are interpreted, and suggestions for the direction of patent layout in this field are put forward.

中国汽车工业协会统计数据显示,2024年国内商用车全年销量为296.9万辆,同比下降9.1%[1],商用车行业处于触底反弹的复苏中,机遇和挑战并存。商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术可以有效减轻乘员在碰撞事故中的伤害,提高行车安全性,保障驾驶员生命安全,具有重要的现实意义。
欧洲经济委员会(Economic Commission for Europe,ECE)在制定的相关法规(如ECE R29 02和ECE R29 03)中对商用车驾驶室乘员保护提出了明确要求,并通过试验验证驾驶室在不同撞击工况下的乘员生存空间,包括但不限于正面冲击试验、顶部强度试验以及后围强度试验,以确保商用车驾驶室在发生事故时能够有效地保护乘员安全。随着GB 26512—2021《商用车驾驶室乘员保护》[2]等强制性国家标准的实施,商用车驾驶室的结构设计面临更为严格的规范和要求。在此背景下,国内汽车制造商的主要研究方向转向了通过材料创新、结构设计优化等方式提高商用车驾驶室在碰撞事故中对乘员的保护能力。
本文采用专利分析方法在高强度车身框架结构优化设计、碰撞能量分配与优化设计、白车身耐撞性结构优化、偏置碰撞生存空间及传力路径以及车身超高强度材料应用及成型技术5个方面展开专利分析,并根据专利检索分析结果提出建议。
本研究所采用的专利检索数据库为中国汽车技术研究中心自主研发的全球汽车专利数据库。专利选取范围以公开日为入口,自2004年01月01日起,截至2024年12月31日,共检索商用车驾驶室碰撞结构相关专利申请量在全球为732件。以下关于一汽集团和沃尔沃专利数据统计,以全球汽车专利数据库的企业库中关于2家企业的专利统计为准。
图1所示,自2017年起,商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术相关专利申请量呈现出显著的增长趋势,并于2023达到申请高峰,标志着该阶段此技术处于上升发展期。其中发明专利申请量占比为73%,显著高于实用新型专利的占比,且近年来的发明专利占比量呈现逐年上升趋势。
图2所示,由商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术专利技术构成可以看出,涉及碰撞能量分配与优化设计领域的专利数量最多,占比为46%。其次为高强度车身框架结构优化设计,占比27%。白车身耐撞性结构优化设计、偏置碰撞生存空间及传力路径和车身超高强度材料应用及成型技术领域专利数量较少,分别占比14%、7%和6%。
图3所示,全球专利技术来源国较高的国家分别为中国、德国、瑞典和法国,其他国家在商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术的专利布局较少。
针对商用车驾驶室的车身框架结构优化设计,国内外高校进行了相关理论研究。张厚婷[3]通过优化设计提升了重卡驾驶室侧围门框处结构设计强度。从专利分析角度出发,重点强化了前横梁、侧围、门槛以及整体框架设计,实现整体车身框架结构强度的提高,如图4所示。其中,整体框架设计在所有改进措施中占主导地位,占比超过50%,其次为前横梁,而侧围和门槛的设计占比相对较少。这表明在高强度车身框架结构优化设计领域,申请人普遍更重视整体设计而非局部设计,而局部设计中更偏向于研究正面碰撞。
从技术功效来看,本研究聚焦于3个关键优化方向:提升安全性、降低成本以及实现结构轻量化,开发手段均通过结构优化策略实现。针对车辆前横梁方向,沃尔沃卡车在其专利[4]中提出的前部多层叠结构的防钻撞梁,完全由塑料或聚合物材料制成,能够同时满足安全和轻量化要求。针对侧围方向,浙江飞碟汽车制造有限公司、山东五征集团有限公司在专利高强度轻型货车驾驶室结构[5]中提出,驾驶室框架在后围上横梁总成形成双缓冲腔结构,在不明显增加驾驶室质量的前提下,可以明显提高车身的强度,车身地板加强和B柱加强均能够使安全带固定点更加稳定。针对整体框架方向,中铝材料应用研究院有限公司[6]提出的专利中,将环形框架,顶盖骨架总成、底架骨架总成、前围骨架总成、后围骨架总成和门框骨架总成依次连接构成多环形结构,可以解决货车驾驶室碰撞安全性弱的问题。MAN Truck & Bus SE[7]在专利中提出2个纵向支撑结构,通过设置两侧的夹层结构形成加强板,可以实现轻量化和碰撞安全性能上的大幅提升。
针对商用车驾驶室的碰撞能量分配与优化设计的研究,国内外高校进行了相关理论研究。蔡珍珍[8]通过结构参数灵敏度分析选择优化变量,结合结构参数优化设计实现碰撞高效吸能。在专利分析的视角下,当前技术手段主要为结构优化。碰撞能量分配主要通过能量转化、能量吸收、乘员束缚系统3种研究方向提高驾驶室的安全性,如图5所示。其中,3个主要研究方向的专利占比均为25%左右,表明商用车驾驶室的碰撞能量分配与优化设计领域的研究方向比较分散。
在能量转化方向,戴姆勒股份公司[9]提出用于商用车车身的专利,通过设置驾驶室支撑结构,使得车身可以将碰撞时产生的动能转化为势能,通过驾驶室重心的升高耗散大量的能量。针对能量吸收方向,浙江玖和汽车车身有限公司[10]提出了一种货车驾驶室框架结构,该货车驾驶室框架结构在货车受到撞击时,固定横梁向内挤压减震横梁,并对减震横梁造成破坏,在阻尼器的作用下缓解撞击力度,使得整个防撞框架向后移动,有利于对撞击进行缓冲,确保驾驶员人身安全。东风商用车有限公司[11]在专利中提出,在前围挡板和多板体之间分别形成多个腔体,板体偏转溃缩时吸收碰撞动能,保障车身前部安全性的同时使成本与质量均得到有效控制。针对乘员束缚系统方向,AB Volvo[12]申请的专利,发明了车辆踏板安全装置,在碰撞过程中如果驾驶者的脚放置在踏板上,该踏板将避开并且朝向车辆的前部和/或朝向车辆的底板移动,降低了脚受伤的风险。MERCEDES BENZ GROUP AG申请的专利[13]设计了可以自适应锁定的安全带扣,其在车辆前部发生碰撞或紧急制动时,能够有效限制乘员向前移动,优化了前排坐椅的安全性能。
针对商用车驾驶室的白车身耐撞性的研究,国内外高校进行了相关理论研究。陈志宁[14]通过对现状性能分析,基于刚度保持不变的前体,提出轻量化初步方案,通过灵敏度分析,进行结构优化设计,实现最少材料应用。
从专利角度分析,白车身耐撞性结构优化专利技术主要集中在白车身骨架和前围吸能结构,通过多种结构形式的吸能腔来降低重点区域的变形量,如图6所示。其中,白车身骨架的专利占比近50%,是该领域最重要的研究方向,前围吸能结构的专利次之,表明商用车驾驶室的白车身耐撞性结构优化领域的研究方向较为稳定且集中。
针对前围吸能结构方向,安徽江淮汽车集团股份有限公司[15]申请的专利,通过前围内板总成的横梁和框架式结构的设计,焊接后形成有效腔体结构,并涂有膨胀胶,在正面碰撞时吸收撞击能量,减小前围的溃缩变形,保护乘员不受伤害。针对白车身骨架方向,一汽解放汽车有限公司[16]在其专利中提出一种高安全承载商用车白车身中驾驶室前围双层、A柱整体式双腔结构,顶盖梁采用倒“几”字反扣连接形式,前围、A柱及顶盖强度有了较大地提高。一汽解放[17]还提出将驾驶室顶盖梁总成、侧围A柱及侧围内板总成和后围梁总成形成在顶压、后挤、侧拍等重点碰撞区域的能量传递通道,降低重点碰撞区域的变形量,有效保证驾驶室的安全。
针对商用车驾驶室的碰撞能量分配与优化设计的研究,国内外高校进行了相关理论研究。陆善彬[18]通过有限元建模仿真验证了高度可调式与扩胀管吸能式2种新型后防护装置,在提高碰撞生存空间的优越性能。
从专利分析的角度出发,主要通过驾驶室框架、侧围和门框设计策略提升商用车驾驶室安全性,以改善传力路径,保护驾乘人员,如图7所示。其中,驾驶室框架的专利占比超57%,是该领域最重要的研究方向。侧围和门框的专利数量均较少,表明商用车驾驶室的偏置碰撞生存空间及传力路径领域的研究方向较为集中。
针对驾驶室框架方向,中国重汽集团济南动力有限公司[19]提出一种商用车驾驶室加强结构,通过多加强柱、轮罩加强板及后围加强板配合提升应对驾驶室本体面对A柱及侧面的强度,多加强柱间留有间隙,以断开A柱受到碰撞之后向下传力路径。北汽福田汽车股份有限公司[20]申请了驾驶室碰撞安全性的优化方法、驾驶室和车辆专利,通过局部框架的支撑点将碰撞过程中在驾驶室框架内传递的力卸载到车架上,进一步设置用于卸载B柱的力的传力结构。针对侧围方向,安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司[21]提出一种重型卡车的侧围总成结构,其侧围结构通过复杂的A柱、B柱结构与顶盖及地板连接贯通,使驾驶室整个框架形成完整的回路,当驾驶室受到碰撞或顶压时,可以更好地分散力。针对门框方向,东风小康汽车有限公司重庆分公司[22]提出一种窗框内加强板总成、车门及汽车的专利,通过窗框将碰撞能量分散到车门铰链和车门门锁处,削弱了碰撞能量对车门的破坏强度,提高了乘员安全性。
针对商用车驾驶室的车身超高强度材料应用及成型技术的研究,国内外高校进行了相关理论研究,高强度钢[23-25]和铝合金[26]等材料被广泛应用,确保驾驶室抗撞性的同时,实现了质量与成本之间的平衡。
从专利分析角度看,车身超高强度材料应用及成型技术主要通过制造工艺、产品结构和材料设计3个方向进行专利布局,如图8所示。其中,制造工艺的专利占比超50%,表明该领域更偏向于制造工艺的研究。
在制造工艺方向,东风商用车有限公司[27]申请了一种超高强度商用车前下防护的制造工艺,首先对前下防护横梁进行分割,将其均等分成两半。采用热成型钢分别对其进行处理。完成冷冲压成形后,通过焊接形成热成型钢型材。在此横梁型材上,分别焊接左右2个连接支架,并在2个连接支架之间安装支撑夹具。然后,将前下防护焊接总成零件放入加热炉中加热至880~930 ℃,并保持5~7 min,实现均匀奥氏体化。加热完成后,需在10 s内将前下防护零件从加热炉转移到冷却水槽中。淬火前,确保零件温度不低于650 ℃。通过冷却水对零件进行淬火处理,冷却至常温后取出,冷却速率需大于100 ℃/s,以确保完全马氏体化。最后,将支撑夹具从总成零件上分离,从而完成所需产品的制备。针对产品结构,业诺车轮有限公司[28]提出一种用于商用车身的高强度型材,通过横向加强件采用凸台结构,增加型材基板在横向、竖向2个方向的整体强度以及在零部件组装焊接时的焊接强度。针对材料设计,塔塔钢铁荷兰科技有限责任公司[29]的专利公开了一种具有优异延展性和可拉伸翻边性的高强度钢片。该钢片具有不含渗碳体的显微组织,以及至少570 MPa的屈服强度、至少760 MPa的拉伸强度、至少10.3%的总延伸率和至少70%的扩孔比值。
一汽集团于2014年首次在商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术领域提出了专利申请,如图9表2所示,除2019年突增情况外,近几年的专利申请量未见明显增加,但其发明专利占比呈现稳步上升趋势。
图10所示,从关键技术分支来看,高强度车身框架结构优化设计(占比40%)和白车身耐撞性结构优化(占比24%)为一汽集团的研发重点,二者合计占比超60%。
图11所示,从专利分析来看,一汽集团在高强度车身框架结构优化设计持续产出专利。近3年,其在白车身耐撞性结构优化和偏置碰撞生存空间及传力路径方面的关注度逐步提高。
针对高强度车身框架结构优化设计,中国第一汽车股份有限公司[30]提出了一种商用车用的前防撞装置,将过渡支架通过凸台与翻转支架的背面固定连接,过渡支架底座处固定连接在前横梁上,减小了对前保险杠结构影响的同时,增加了对驾驶室前端的保护,便于整车布置。同时中国第一汽车股份有限公司[31]还提出一种可分离式平头重型卡车驾驶室,和传统的平头重型商用车车身结构相比,驾驶舱与生活舱采用可分离式结构,发动机检修时仅翻转驾驶舱,液压举升固定点处受力小,生活舱在检修过程不翻转,保证了生活舱内能够布置卫生间厨房等生活设施,同时生活舱采用铝合金框架结构,大大提高了驾驶室的顶压安全性能。
针对白车身耐撞性结构优化,中国第一汽车股份有限公司[32]提出一种保险杠横梁及其制备方法,通过将第一金属嵌体位于梁体的一端且嵌于梁体和筋体之间,第二金属嵌体位于梁体的另一端且嵌于梁体和所述筋体之间,能够减轻保险杠横梁的质量,有利于车身的轻量化设计。
安全性是沃尔沃重要的品牌标签,沃尔沃在商用车驾驶室碰撞安全领域近20年在全球范围内共申请专利97件,且全部为发明专利。如图12所示,其专利年申请数量于2009年达到峰值14项,之后有所回落并维持在较低的水平,表明沃尔沃在商用车驾驶室碰撞安全领域近年研发投入和专利产出均处于较低位状态。
从关键技术分支来看,如图13所示,碰撞能量分配与优化设计(占比61%)是沃尔沃的研发重点,其次是白车身耐撞性结构优化(占比20%),其他技术分支专利量较少。
图14所示,从专利受理局角度分析沃尔沃专利申请地域,可以看出其主要布局的国家或地区为中国(36%)、美国(24%)、欧洲(20%)和德国(7%),侧面反映出沃尔沃对中国和美国市场专利布局的重视程度。
针对高强度车身框架结构优化设计,VOLVO LASTVAGNAR AB[33]提出了一种具有框架结构的驾驶室的专利,通过在驾驶室车顶部分设置指向A柱的变形去,降低了车顶横梁在变形区外以不受控制的方式折断或弯曲的风险。VOLVO TRUCK CORPORATION[34]提出的重型车辆前部防钻撞装置,通过在防撞梁内设置通道,在不同通道的内部布置不同材料的加强构件,保证防撞梁强度的同时实现了轻量化设置。VOLVO CAR CORPORATION[35]提出采用可伸缩多单元挤压侧梁的汽车副车架总成,通过设置副车架组件通过塑性变形、压皱和向下弯曲来提供前端或后端碰撞能量吸收,横向设置的纵向侧轨构件各自提供笔直的、基本上不间断的下部负载路径,以将碰撞能量从碰撞管理系统梁和碰撞盒等传递到联接到电池车架,并最终传递到电池框架,以避免部件堆叠和侵入乘员舱。沃尔沃卡车公司[36]提出用于车辆的防钻撞保护系统,通过附接到车架连接器的梁,该车架连接器机械地附接到车辆的纵向延伸的车架部分,车架连接器被布置成当施加力时在基本平行于水平面的位移方向上移动,避免了一些碰撞情形中,碰撞的小车辆处在钻入重型车辆下方的风险。
本文深入剖析了商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术在全球及国内专利布局的现状,旨在为企业研发战略的规划与专利布局策略的制定提供坚实的数据支撑。
首先,该行业专利申请量正稳步攀升,凸显出两大核心研究方向:碰撞能量分配的优化设计与高强度车身框架结构的优化设计。其中,中国与德国以显著的专利布局数量领跑,揭示了商用车企业在这一领域的持续投资与活跃态势。
同时,各研究方向内的专利布局呈现出鲜明的侧重点。在高强度框架领域,专利聚焦于驾驶室整体框架、侧围门框及横梁等局部加强结构的创新设计,而框架加工成型技术的专利相对较少,展现出了较大的专利申请潜力;在碰撞能量分配的优化设计方面,专利主要集中在吸能盒与吸能构件的结构创新上,国外申请者凭借新颖的材料与零件工艺设计实现了吸能效率的提升,相比之下,国内在此领域的专利申请尚显不足,亟需加强以缩小差距;白车身碰撞优化设计的专利则多围绕横梁与A柱等部件的结构改进,而外蒙皮的结构优化几乎构成了专利布局的空白点,为后续的专利挖掘提供了宝贵的启示;在高强度材料及混合材料的应用领域,国内专利数量与国际水平存在较大差距,鉴于国外专利在通过材料改进提升车辆结构强度与轻量化方面的成功布局,国内企业应以此为鉴,将材料研发作为重点突破方向,加速相关技术的研发进程与专利布局。
综上所述,为了全面提升国内商用车驾驶室乘员保护技术的整体水平与国际竞争力,必须加强对上述关键技术的研发与专利布局,特别是在框架加工成型方式、吸能构件设计、外蒙皮优化以及新型材料应用等专利布局较为薄弱的环节,应作为后续研发和专利布局的重点,以期构建一个更为全面、系统的专利保护网络,为行业的高质量发展奠定坚实基础。
