In order to improve the energy efficiency of pure eletric vehicles and a chieve precise and efficient vehicle control, explore the front axle disconnection device of a four-wheel drive pure electric vehicle equipped with dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, which realizes the dynamic switching between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive modes by controlling the combination and separation of the front axle. The actual vehicle verification results show that this strategy effectively reduces the zero torque loss of the electric motor and minimizes the impact on drivability, while significantly improving economy and extending driving range.

为了提升纯电动汽车能源效率,进行精确、高效的汽车控制,探讨了一种配备双永磁同步电机的四驱纯电动汽车的前轴断开装置,通过控制前轴的结合与分离,实现两驱与四驱模式的动态切换。实车验证结果表明,该策略有效减少了电机的零扭矩损失,最大限度地减少了对驾驶性能的影响,同时显著改善了经济性,增加了续驶里程。

In order to improve the energy efficiency of pure eletric vehicles and a chieve precise and efficient vehicle control, explore the front axle disconnection device of a four-wheel drive pure electric vehicle equipped with dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, which realizes the dynamic switching between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive modes by controlling the combination and separation of the front axle. The actual vehicle verification results show that this strategy effectively reduces the zero torque loss of the electric motor and minimizes the impact on drivability, while significantly improving economy and extending driving range.

新能源汽车是全球汽车产业转型升级、绿色发展的主要方向,纯电动汽车(Electric Vehicle, EV)作为清洁交通工具,是实现汽车产业碳达峰、碳中和的重要路径[1-3]。然而,电池续驶里程的限制和能源效率的优化仍然是电动汽车发展中的关键挑战,追求精确、高能效的汽车控制策略是解决上述问题的有效手段。目前国内外学者更多关注四驱扭矩分配方面的优化,在复杂驾驶工况下依然无法减少电机零扭矩损失以及转速随转拖曳损失,导致能量浪费,影响经济性[4]。为此,本文研究了一种基于双电机四驱纯电动汽车的前轴断开装置的控制策略,旨在根据驾驶工况进行前轴电机的断开与结合控制,实现两驱与四驱模式的动态切换。该装置通过适时关断前电机,最大程度减少电机零扭矩损失和电机转速拖曳损失,旨在改善经济性,提升驾驶性能,延长续驶里程。尽管断开装置可能导致驾驶性能的轻微恶化,但通过精确控制结合与分离过程,可以将这种影响降到最低。
配备双永磁同步电机且加装断开装置的四驱纯电动汽车结构如图1所示[5]。当断开装置处于分离状态时,车辆仅由后轮驱动,处于两驱模式。当断开装置处于结合状态时,车辆处于四驱模式,整车由前、后电机共同驱动。
(1)两驱模式。在两驱模式下,断开装置分离,车辆由后电机驱动以满足整车的驱动,前电机不使能,两驱模式下部件的能量流动如图2所示。
(2)四驱模式。四驱模式下,断开装置结合,前后电机按适当的比例分配驾驶员需求扭矩。四驱模式下部件能量流动如图3所示。
当车辆的驾驶模式为运动模式,且车辆处于D挡或R挡时,则断开装置执行结合,切换为四驱模式,主要目的是使运动模式获得最大的动力输出和最快的动力响应[6]
当车辆的驾驶模式为正常模式时,此时若车辆处于D挡,驾驶员的需求扭矩大于后电机当前最大扭矩能力的一定百分比(70%,可标定),且电池的可用放电功率超过了后电机的当前最大功率的一定值(3~50 kW,随车速增加而增加,可标定),则断开装置结合,车辆切换为四驱模式。主要目的是在较大的驾驶员动力需求时,仅一个电机可能无法满足驾驶员需求,此时通过四驱模式实现较大的动力输出[7-8]
当后电机故障时,为了能使车辆跛行,此时断开装置执行结合,切换为四驱模式,由前电机驱动车辆,后电机输出零扭矩,此时后电机始终被车辆反拖,为防止后电机因反电动势等因素受到损坏,一般需要限车速运行。
当车辆的驾驶模式为经济模式且后轮牵引力控制系统(Traction Control System,TCS)未激活时,断开装置全程分离,车辆为两驱模式,前电机停止工作。与四驱模式相比,相同驾驶员需求扭矩,在两驱模式驾驶时,后电机工作点更多工作在高效区,从而改善经济性。
当车辆的驾驶模式为正常模式时,若驾驶员的需求扭矩较小,低于后电机本身的驱动能力一定值(50%,可标定)时,且结合指令持续时间超过一定时间(3 s,可标定)后,则断开装置执行分离,车辆由四驱模式切换为两驱模式,以此降低电池功耗,以增加续航能力,同时可避免频繁结合和断开。
当前电机故障时,此时断开装置执行分离,切换为两驱模式,仅用后电机驱动车辆。若故障前断开装置为分离状态,前电机已经与整车脱开,前电机没有被车辆反拖,故一般不需要限车速。若故障前断开装置为结合状态,一般需要本驾驶循环全程限车速运行,主要因为前电机可能由于某些原因无法分离时前电机始终被车辆反拖,为防止前电机因反电动势等因素受到损坏,需要限制车速。另外,即使断开装置可以成功完成分离,在彻底分离完成之前需要限制车速,分离完成后也需要限制车速,否则分离前后动力差别过大,容易造成危险,引起用户抱怨。
因为断开装置齿轮间隙通常较大,且断开装置结合或分离过程需要一定时间,与无断开装置的四驱模式相比,在迅速踩下油门(Tip-in)等加速工况中会削弱一部分驾驶性,故需要对结合过程进行精准控制,尽量减少对驾驶性的影响。
两驱模式向四驱模式切换依次分成3个步骤:前电机调速、断开装置结合、前后电机扭矩转移。
前电机通过转速控制模式进行调速,目的是使断开装置输入轴转速(即前电驱的主减速器后的输出端转速)和断开装置输出轴转速(即车轮端转速)的转速差相差较小,以满足断开装置结合时对于转速差的要求。该阶段主要分为转速控调速阶段和扭矩控扭矩清零阶段。
调速阶段虽然是对电机调速,但控制目标为断开装置输入轴转速,该转速最终通过速比反算到电机转速发给微控制单元(Micro Control Unit, MCU)进行调速控制。
断开装置输入轴目标转速设定:目标转速设定为在断开装置输出轴转速基础上增加信号双向传递周期内预计增加的转速。

式中:ωF_Tgt为断开装置输入轴目标转速,ωF_Veh为断开装置输出轴转速,δ为整车控制器与电机控制器之间的CAN信号双向传递时间(本文设定50 ms,可标定)后,断开装置输出轴预计增加的转速,该值可标定。在调速阶段,当断开装置输入轴转速调整到四驱需要的数值,断开装置还未结合。
对于转速控调速阶段,整车控制器给电机发转速控制模式,当断开装置输入轴实际转速与目标转速接近时,即:

式中:ωF_Tgt为断开装置输入轴目标转速,ωF_Act为断开装置输入轴实际转速,n1为目标转速与实际转速的转速差阈值。此时认为转速控调速阶段完成,并开始切换为电机扭矩控扭矩清零阶段。
对于扭矩控扭矩清零阶段,整车控制器给电机发扭矩控制模式指令,同时给电机发零扭矩控制指令,此阶段电机由调速控制的扭矩向零扭矩过渡。
断开装置结合前,为了保证车辆在断开装置结合过程中具有良好的平顺性,需同时满足式(3)、式(4)条件后,即电机实际转速与车轮端反算到电机端的转速的速差足够小,且前电机扭矩接近零扭矩附近时,整车控制器给断开装置控制器发送结合指令。因该阶段不是转速控制模式,无法对断开装置输入轴进行控制,因该阶段前电机扭矩为接近零的扭矩,故断开装置输入轴转速会下降,设置转速差阈值n2

式中:ωF_Act为断开装置输入轴实际转速,ωF_Veh为断开装置输出轴转速,n2为允许结合的断开装置输入轴与输出轴的转速差阈值,TF_Act为前电机实际扭矩,T1为允许结合的前电机扭矩阈值。
断开装置结合中,由断开装置控制器进行结合,期间需关注断开装置两端的转速差,若是不能很好地控制转速差,会使车辆行驶过程中出现断开装置频繁顶齿、结合困难、结合时间长、结合冲击等,使车辆行驶平顺性较差,影响驾驶员的驾驶体验,故需要对调速阶段的各种阈值进行实车标定,确保整车各个工况的结合过程无冲击。本文用加速度P-P值≤0.4 m/s2作为冲击可接受的评价指标,此处加速度P-P值为加速度信号相邻波峰和波谷的差值的最大值,0.4 m/s2为专业评价人员经过多次实车主观评价经验所得,低于0.4 m/s2的冲击感驾驶员主观可接受,高于0.4 m/s2时车辆有较为明显的冲击感。
断开装置结合完成后,此时车辆已经处于四驱模式,车辆由前后电机共同驱动,前电机已经通过断开装置与车辆进行了动力连接,整车控制单元(Vehicle Control Unit, VCU)按照最优前后轴扭矩分配比进行扭矩分配和转移。在向前电机的扭矩转移过程中,为了保持车辆的动力平稳,需要后电机的扭矩减少同样值,保证结合前后总扭矩无阶跃性突变。
为了防止频繁断开与结合,一般均设置滞环逻辑,故存在相同工况可能处在两驱模式,也可能处在四驱模式,此时还要保证相同工况操作时,如相同车速,相同油门的Tip-in,两驱与四驱需具有相同的加速感。
根据工作原理分析可以知道,两种模式互相切换的过程是相反的,故可以将四驱切换到两驱的步骤依次分为:前后电机扭矩转移、断开装置分离、前电机调速3个阶段[9-10]
(1)前后电机扭矩转移阶段。为了提高断开装置断开成功率,要求分离时不能有传递扭矩,故要在分离前将前电机扭矩转移到后电机,扭矩转换过程应保证轮端扭矩无动力突变,最终实现前电机的扭矩输出降为零,使得断开装置两端均没有扭矩传递,达到允许断开装置断开的条件。
在扭矩转移阶段,前电机目标扭矩需按一定斜率降为零,当同时满足式(5)、式(6)条件时,认为前后电机扭矩转换阶段完成,整车控制器向断开装置控制器发送断开指令。

式中:TF_Tgt为前电机目标扭矩,该条件表征与目标值接近程度,当扭矩转移前电机初始扭矩为负时,TF_Tgt应为接近零的负值;当扭矩转移前电机初始扭矩为正时,TF_Tgt应为接近零的正值。TF_Act为前电机实际扭矩,T2T3为允许断开的前电机扭矩阈值,本文设置T2T3均为2 N·m。
(2)断开装置分离阶段。整车控制器发送断开指令后,有时会因电机扭矩精度和控制精度原因,可能在分离时断开装置仍然存在一些扭矩,或者由于断开装置硬件卡滞等原因,可能存在分离不开的情况,故在分离时可通过控制前电机扭矩进行短时高频的小扭矩振荡,可大幅提高分离成功率,该过程需以整车无明显冲击为评价依据。
(3)前电机工作点调速阶段。当断开装置分离完成后,断开装置已经处于断开状态,车辆由后电机驱动,前电机处于断开状态不再传递功率。整车控制器给前电机发送转速控制模式请求,前电机通过转速控制进行调速,目标转速要平稳线性逐步到0 r/min,当满足式(7)条件时,即当前电机的实际转速达到目标后,调速阶段结束,VCU对前电机的控制模式由转速控制模式切换成无模式请求,对前电机使能请求为非使能,电机停止工作,车辆完成了四驱到两驱模式的转换[11]

式中: ω F _ A c t为前电机实际转速,n3为调速阶段完成转速阈值。
根据上述分析,两驱/四驱模式切换控制的基本控制逻辑策略如图4所示。针对两驱/四驱切换控制需求和控制原理,其软件模型控制流程如图5所示。
本文分别对断开装置的结合过程、断开过程,以及CLTC工况油耗进行了实车验证。本文中试验车参数如表1所示。
实车试验工况为车辆以初始的两驱模式滑行至车速60 km/h时,进行全油门Tip-in,此时因为驾驶员需求扭矩超过了断开装置结合扭矩阈值,故断开装置执行结合动作,结合过程结果见图6
A点:全油门Tip-in后,VCU识别出断开装置结合需求,同时发送前电机进入转速控制模式指令。
A-B段:前电机调速过程。当达到B点,即(断开装置输入轴实际转速-断开装置输入轴目标转速)的绝对值小于一定阈值时,认为接近目标转速,调速阶段完成,VCU发送前电机进入扭矩控制模式,同时发送零扭矩指令。
B-C段:调速后扭矩清零过程和转速逼近过程。因结合需要在无传递扭矩情况下结合,故当(前电机实际扭矩调速扭矩-零扭矩)的绝对值小于一定阈值时,即认为满足允许结合的扭矩;同时因前电机扭矩下降,故前电机转速也同步下降,当(断开装置输入轴实际转速-断开装置输出轴实际转速)的转速差绝对值小于一定阈值时,即认为满足允许结合的转速差。此时C点扭矩和转速差同时满足结合条件需求,VCU发送断开装置结合指令。
C-D段:断开装置结合过程。当断开装置反馈结合状态为已结合时,即D点,代表结合阶段结束。结合过程应保证整车无顿挫,无冲击。试验结果在结合过程中无冲击,加速度P-P值为0.1 m/s2,满足指标要求。
试验工况为车辆已初始的四驱模式20%油门稳速驾驶,此时因为驾驶员需求扭矩低于断开装置分离扭矩阈值,故断开装置进行分离动作,结合过程结果见图7
A点:20%油门稳速驾驶,因为驾驶员需求扭矩低于断开装置分离扭矩阈值,VCU识别出断开装置分离需求。
A-B段:扭矩转移阶段。因为断开装置两端均没有扭矩传递时才允许分离,故识别出分离需求时,前电机扭矩需转移到后轴,转移过程中保证总扭矩与驾驶员需求扭矩相同。当达到B点,即前电机实际扭矩与目标扭矩的差的绝对值小于一定阈值时,认为接近目标扭矩,扭矩转移阶段阶段完成,VCU发送前电机断开装置分离指令。
B-C段:断开装置分离过程。分离时通过控制前电机扭矩进行短时高频的小扭矩震荡,可大大提高分离成功率。当断开装置反馈结合状态为已分离时,即C点,代表分离阶段结束,同时发送前电机进入转速控制模式指令。分离过程应保证整车无顿挫,无冲击。试验结果在分离过程中无冲击,加速度P-P值为0.2 m/s2,满足指标要求。
C-D段:前电机调速过程。前电机转速控制模式过程中,VCU发送的目标转速、前电机实际转速均平稳线性逐步到0 r/min,当前电机实际转速低于调速阶段完成转速阈值时,即达到D点,调速阶段结束,VCU控制阶段为两驱,VCU对前电机的控制模式由转速控制模式切换成无模式请求,对前电机使能请求为非使能,前电机进行关管,车辆完成了四驱到两驱的转换。
2019年10月,由国家市场监管总局正式发布了专门针对乘用车部分的GB/T 38146.1—2019《中国汽车行驶工况第1部分:轻型汽车》[12],该试验循环包括了适用于M1类乘用车的CLTC-P工况,适用于N1类和最大设计总质量不超过3 500 kg的M2类汽车的CLTC-C工况,由1个低速段、1个中速段和1个高速段组成,有效行驶时间为30 min,其速度与时间分布如图8图9所示。
对于续驶里程超过8个CLTC循环里程的电动汽车,按照缩短法进行试验。缩短法速度片段由2个试验循环段和2个恒速段组成,其中DS1DS2为试验循环段,分别由2个CLTC循环构成;CSSMCSSE为恒速段,车速稳定在高速,从而使电量快速消耗,减少了测试消耗的时间。缩短法测试流程如图10所示[13]
本文的试验车辆参数如表1所示。将整车模式设置为经济和运动模式,经济模式下,控制前轴断开装置全程分离;运动模式下,控制前轴断开装置全程结合,进行缩短法试验后的数据如表2所示。
根据表2数据可知,运行相同工况,两驱模式的电池端100 km能量消耗量为15.3 kW·h,四驱模式100 km能量消耗量为15.7 kW·h,两驱模式较四驱模式节能约2.5%。
本文对带有断开装置的双永磁同步电机四驱纯电动汽车的驱动模式切换进行了系统分析,分析了断开装置的分离和结合条件的判断,以及分离和结合过程。本文将带有断开装置的双电机纯电动汽车的两驱/四驱切换分为了3个主要步骤,分别为前电机调速,断开装置结合/断开、扭矩转移3个阶段。由此3个阶段保证了两驱/四驱切换时车辆的驾驶性和运行平稳性。最后并对以上的切换步骤进行了实车试验,通过实车试验证实了本文所提出来的两驱/四驱切换方法的合理性,并且在驾驶性满足评价要求的前提下,经济性节能2.5%,车辆续驶里程得到提升。
