To accurately evaluate and optimize the structural performance of the Body-in-White (BIW), this study focuses on a passenger car BIW by conducting equivalent torsional stiffness analysis and structural improvement research. Based on the pre-processing software ANSA and the finite element solver Nastran, a high-precision finite element model of the BIW is established in accordance with finite element theory. The equivalent torsion analysis method is employed to obtain the dynamic response curve of the BIW's equivalent torsional stiffness. Subsequently, structural weak areas are identified, and targeted reinforcement schemes are proposed accordingly. Simulation verification results show that the proposed reinforcement scheme significantly enhances the torsional stiffness of the BIW, and the optimized dynamic curve of equivalent torsional stiffness is markedly improved. The proposed method effectively guides the structural design and optimization of the BIW, providing a reliable theoretical basis and technical support for improving the NVH performance and ride comfort of the vehicle.

为了精准评估并优化白车身的结构性能，以乘用车白车身为研究对象，开展等效扭转刚度分析及结构改进研究。基于前处理软件与有限元求解器，依据有限元分析理论建立了高精度的白车身有限元模型；采用等效扭转分析方法，获取了白车身的等效扭转刚度动态响应曲线，并据此识别出结构薄弱区域，针对性地提出了加强方案。仿真验证结果表明，通过实施天窗加强框、C环下拐角及横梁优化等低成本措施，白车身等效扭转刚度提升了3 225 N·m/(°)，同时质量仅增加2198 g，实现了刚度与轻量化的有效平衡。该方法能有效指导白车身结构设计与优化，为提升整车的NVH性能与驾乘舒适性提供了理论依据与技术支持。
