To describe the coupling effect of multiple nonlinear factors on the torsional vibration of pure electric vehicles, a full-vehicle torsional vibration model with time-varying meshing force is established. 3 nonlinear factors exist in gear meshing. They are time-varying meshing stiffness, gear backlash and transmission error. This work analyzes their physical characteristics and their influence on meshing force. A time-varying meshing force equation is formulated. The permanent magnet synchronous motor model couples with the transmission torsional vibration model containing time-varying meshing force. A complete electromechanical coupling simulation model for the whole vehicle is built. Numerical calculation obtains the torsional vibration responses of the vehicle. The coupling influence of multiple nonlinear factors on dynamic characteristics of each vehicle component is systematically analyzed. The results show that under the coupling of multiple nonlinear factors, the peak value of time-varying meshing force rises by 17.46%. The frequency-domain response of the differential increases by 30.6%. The dynamic response of vehicle body angular acceleration changes from predictable to unpredictable.

为了表征多种非线性因素耦合作用对纯电动汽车整车扭转振动的影响，建立了考虑时变啮合力的整车扭转振动模型。针对齿轮啮合过程中时变啮合刚度、齿轮齿隙及传动误差3种非线性因素的物理特性以及其对啮合力的影响规律，构建时变啮合力方程；将永磁同步电机模型与考虑时变啮合力的传动系统扭振模型进行耦合集成，搭建完整的整车机电耦合仿真模型；通过数值求解获得整车扭转振动响应，系统分析多种非线性因素耦合对整车各部件的动态特性影响规律。研究结果表明：在多种非线性因素耦合作用下，时变啮合力峰值增大17.46%，差速器的频域响应增大30.6%，车身角加速度的动态响应由可预测转化为不可预测。
