In order to quantitatively evaluate the sitting comfort of vehicles comprehensively, the evaluation index system based on effects of different body parts on sitting comfort in term of influence of different comfort including shoulder comfort, back comfort, waist comfort, hip comfort and thigh comfort on sitting comfort. Entropy method was applied to correct Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of different body parts on sitting comfort, which was verified by the vehicle test. Finally, the results show that this weighting method can measure more accurately the weight of different body parts affecting sitting comfort.

为综合定量评估车辆乘员坐姿舒适性,从肩部舒适度、背部舒适度、腰部舒适度、臀部舒适度和大腿部舒适度对坐姿舒适性的影响出发,建立基于人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的评价指标体系。运用熵权法修正层次分析法(AHP)测定人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重,并开展实车试验进行验证。结果表明,该赋权方法可更精确地测定人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重。

In order to quantitatively evaluate the sitting comfort of vehicles comprehensively, the evaluation index system based on effects of different body parts on sitting comfort in term of influence of different comfort including shoulder comfort, back comfort, waist comfort, hip comfort and thigh comfort on sitting comfort. Entropy method was applied to correct Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of different body parts on sitting comfort, which was verified by the vehicle test. Finally, the results show that this weighting method can measure more accurately the weight of different body parts affecting sitting comfort.

坐姿舒适性[1-4]直接关系到乘员的工作载荷、道路安全性及心理和生理舒适性[5]。人体各部位舒适度对坐姿舒适性的影响程度可以通过权重系数进行表征,权重系数的确定方法主要包括主观赋权法[6-9]和客观赋权法[10-12]
主观赋权法主要根据测试者的经验进行各评价指标权重的测定,客观赋权法通过分析测试指标的原始数据来确定权重。黄深荣[13]等运用主观赋权法中的层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)进行人体各部位与坐姿舒适性关系的研究,结果表明,对坐姿舒适性影响权重较大的部位为背部和腰部;Zejda[14]等通过问卷调查的方式进行人体各部位不舒适率的统计分析,结果表明,人体各部位的不舒适程度由大到小依次为颈部、腰部、背部、手腕与前臂;Unikasari[9]等在问卷调查的基础上,采用熵权法测定了各评价指标对座椅舒适性影响的权重。
上述研究分别从主观和客观方面进行人体各部位舒适度对坐姿舒适性影响的研究。但坐姿舒适性是人体各部位感觉的综合,不同部位间的舒适性存在差异,在实际坐姿下表现为局部不舒适。此外,主观赋权法仅考虑测试人员的主观意愿,对测试人员的经验要求较高;客观赋权法[15]测定了各评价指标的客观数据,但未考虑试验人员的主观感受。
针对以上问题,为更精确地测定人体各部位舒适度对坐姿舒适性的影响,本文应用客观赋权法中的熵权法对主观赋权法中的层次分析法进行修正,测定人体各部位舒适度对坐姿舒适性影响的权重系数。
以生理解剖学的人体分区为基础,并考虑实际驾乘条件下驾乘人员不舒适出现较多的部位,将与坐姿舒适性相关的部位划分为肩部、背部、腰部、臀部和大腿部。运用九级标度法进行主观测试者人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响程度的测定。其中,1级、3级、5级、7级、9级分别表示一个评价指标与另一个评价指标相比同样重要、稍微重要、明显重要、强烈重要以及极端重要,2级、4级、6级、8级分别表示介于上述两相邻判断的中值。
试验中,座椅采用3款乘用车前排驾驶员调角式座椅,中间填充有聚氨酯发泡成型材料,蒙皮为皮革面料。其中,1号车座椅为试验组,2号车和3号车座椅为验证组。参照GB 10000—1988《中国成年人人体尺寸》及2009年中国标准化研究院的中国成年人人体尺寸数据分析报告,选择2名第5百分位、5名第50百分位和2名第95百分位测试人员,分别记作测试者1号~测试者9号,并保证参加试验的人员身体健康、无疼痛病史,试验前无剧烈运动,驾龄均在3年以上。
试验前,通过讲解使测试人员熟知试验步骤与内容,并掌握主观舒适性的评估方法。试验过程中,测试人员将座椅调整至最舒适驾驶姿势,实车驾驶0.5 h以上。最后,测试者保持驾驶姿势静坐10 min,进行人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响程度的评价。第50百分位对应的测试者3号以驾乘姿势乘坐在1号车座椅上时的测评过程如图1所示。
体压分布是车辆驾乘人员作用在座椅座垫和靠背上的压力分布情况,是影响坐姿舒适性最为重要的特性指标[16-17]。据此,本文运用体压坐垫开展试验。
将体压坐垫平铺在座椅座垫和靠背上,保证表面相贴合,无褶皱、凸起等。测试人员以驾乘姿势乘坐在座椅上,实车试驾0.5 h,以减少时间短、座椅变形等情况对试验结果造成的误差。最后,驾乘人员保持原驾驶姿势,采用Tekscan软件进行乘员与座椅座垫和靠背界面间体压分布的测试,如图2所示。
运用层次分析法进行坐姿舒适性主观试验结果的评价分析。构造并通过一致性检验修正判断矩阵,计算肩部舒适性A1、背部舒适性A2、腰部舒适性A3、臀部舒适性A4和大腿部舒适性A5对坐姿舒适性影响的权重,具体步骤为:
a. 通过每一层中各因素相对于上一层的重要性进行两两成对比较,采用1~9标度方法对其重要性进行量化,构造判断矩阵。以aij表示Ai相对于Aj的重要程度,aij>0,且aij=1/ajiaii=1。以测试者1为例,构建坐姿舒适性各评价指标间的相对重要性矩阵A

b. 计算矩阵的特征向量及人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重。根据矩阵理论,设定上述相对重要性矩阵的特征向量及最大特征根分别为Wλmax
人体各部位的权重计算公式为:

c. 一致性检验。对构建的上述判断矩阵进行一致性检验:

式中,IC为一致性指标;n为评价因素数量;(AW)i为矩阵AW的第i个元素;RC为检验系数;IR为随意一致性指标。
根据式(3)~式(5)计算得到RC=0.012 4,小于0.10,判断矩阵具有完全一致性。
d. 同理,重复上述步骤,进行剩余8位测试人员测定的人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响权重的计算。其中,第i位测试者的权重记为Wi=(Wi1,Wi2,…,Win)T。9位测试者构成的权重矩阵记为 W -,如表1所示。
e. 淘汰偏离程度较大测试者的权重。设di为第i位测试者与其他测试者评价意见的相似程度之和,其值越大,表示与其他评价者的意见越集中:

最终选用测试者1、测试者2、测试者4~测试者7关于坐姿舒适性各评价指标权重的测定结果,如表2所示。将上述权重求均值,得到主观测定的人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重为Wavg=(0.041 5,0.267 1,0.356 9,0.262 3,0.072 3)T
通过坐姿舒适性客观试验测定人体肩部、背部、腰部、臀部和大腿部与座椅界面间的体压分布,结果如表3所示。
运用熵权法计算人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重,具体步骤如下:
a. 将坐姿舒适性体压云图转换成表3所示的相对量数据。根据9个评价数列、5个坐姿舒适性评价指标构建矩阵B=[bij]5×9。其中,bij为第j位测试者测定第i种评价指标对坐姿舒适性的影响权重。
b. 将矩阵B进行标准化处理,得到标准化矩阵C=[cij]9×5,如表4所示:

求取坐姿舒适性各评价指标的熵。根据熵的定义,第i个评价指标的熵为:

基于AHP和熵权法模型研究,引入熵值变量,将主观和客观权重相结合,则最终的权重为:

式中,Wi1Wi2分别为AHP、熵权法确定的权重。
在上述AHP和熵权法权重计算的基础上,本文采用熵权法修正AHP,用客观数据修正主观数据,以消除主观赋权法仅突出人为经验,未反映客观数据的弊端,增强所确定评价指标的科学性与合理性。运用式(11)修正后的坐姿舒适性各评价指标的综合权重如表5所示。
为检验熵权法修正AHP对人体各部位权重系数研究的适用性,选用2号车和3号车前排座椅进行坐姿舒适性主观和客观试验验证。与1号车座椅的测试相同,分别从主观和客观两方面测定人体各部位对坐姿舒适性的影响,并分别在AHP和熵权法测定人体各部位权重的基础上,运用熵权法修正AHP计算得到2款车用座椅人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重系数。
2号车和3号车座椅与1号车座椅所得人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响权重系数的对比如图3所示。分析图3可知,3款车座椅得到的人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响权重系数的排序相同,权重系数由大到小依次为腰部、背部、臀部、大腿部和肩部。
图3中标示比例分别为2号车、3号车座椅与1号车座椅测定的人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响权重系数的相对误差。除2号车背部与3号车大腿部权重系数测定值的相对误差为11.18%和19.03%外,其余指标的权重系数与1号车座椅测试结果的相对误差均小于5%,表明该赋权法求取的各评价指标间具有较好的一致性。对3款座椅计算得到的权重系数进行求和平均,最终得到肩部、背部、腰部、臀部和大腿部对坐姿舒适性影响的权重系数依次为0.101 0、0.268 7、0.303 5、0.231 8和0.123 7。
分析上述人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重可知,相对于大腿部和肩部,腰部、背部和臀部对坐姿舒适性影响的权重较大。其中,车辆驾乘人员对腰部舒适性最为敏感,背部次之。且该测试结果与坐姿下的人体生物力学相对应。脊柱[18]是腰背部的主要结构,其稳定性的维持需依靠椎间盘和脊柱周围附着的肌肉和韧带,结构非常精密复杂,对坐姿舒适性的影响占比较大。此外,坐姿下椎体承受来自躯干上部较大的压力,且由上部至尾椎逐渐增大,使得腰背部舒适性的优劣直接影响坐姿的整体舒适性。且坐姿下,坐骨结节区域承载着人体头部、躯干与上肢的绝大部分质量,臀部的局部舒适性对坐姿整体舒适性的影响占比较大。肩部和大腿部比其他部位具有相对高的自由度,车辆驾乘人员可通过在特定范围内的肢体活动降低人体的疲劳感,提高乘坐舒适性,对坐姿舒适性的影响较小。
本文针对主观和客观赋权法的缺陷与不足,运用熵权法修正AHP,进行人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响权重的定量评价,获得了人体各部位对坐姿舒适性影响的权重系数由大到小依次为腰部(0.303 5)、背部(0.268 7)、臀部(0.231 8)、大腿部(0.123 7)和肩部(0.101 0),可为完善自动驾驶汽车乘员个性化舒适性评价提供参考。实际座椅设计在保证腰部、背部和臀部舒适性的同时,也需同时兼顾肩部和大腿部的舒适性,进而整体提升坐姿舒适性。
后续研究中,将引入肌电、座椅材质、座椅布局等评价指标,进一步完善坐姿舒适性评定体系。
