In order to reduce load fluctuations and network losses caused by large-scale electric vehicles connected to the distribution network, this paper proposed a multi-objective optimization control method based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm for flexible loads of large-scale electric vehicle charging connected to the distribution network. Firstly, a coupling model between transportation network and distribution network was established, and combine it with the travel chain model to analyze users’ charging needs, and a prediction model for the energy state of connected electric vehicles was established; Secondly, the minimized standard deviation of load fluctuations and network losses in the distribution network was taken as the optimization objective, and a multi-objective optimization function was established for the flexible load integration of large-scale charging of electric vehicles into the distribution network, meanwhile distribution entropy was introduced to design inertia weight update strategy and optimize PSO algorithm. Finally, the improved PSO algorithm was used to achieve flexible load control of the distribution network based on functional constraints. The test results show that the proposed method can accurately analyze the charging needs of users, and reduce the peak load fluctuation and network loss of the controlled distribution network.

为了降低电动汽车大规模接入配电网后产生的负荷波动和网损,提出了基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化控制方法。首先,建立交通网-配电网耦合模型,并结合出行链模型分析用户的充电需求,搭建接入电动汽车能量状态预测模型;其次,以最小化配电网负荷波动标准差和网损作为优化目标,设计电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化函数,同时引入分布熵设计惯性权重更新策略,优化PSO算法;最后,采用改进的PSO算法在函数约束条件的基础上实现配电网的柔性负荷控制。测试结果表明,所提出的方法可准确分析用户的充电需求,降低配电网负荷波动峰值及网损。

In order to reduce load fluctuations and network losses caused by large-scale electric vehicles connected to the distribution network, this paper proposed a multi-objective optimization control method based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm for flexible loads of large-scale electric vehicle charging connected to the distribution network. Firstly, a coupling model between transportation network and distribution network was established, and combine it with the travel chain model to analyze users’ charging needs, and a prediction model for the energy state of connected electric vehicles was established; Secondly, the minimized standard deviation of load fluctuations and network losses in the distribution network was taken as the optimization objective, and a multi-objective optimization function was established for the flexible load integration of large-scale charging of electric vehicles into the distribution network, meanwhile distribution entropy was introduced to design inertia weight update strategy and optimize PSO algorithm. Finally, the improved PSO algorithm was used to achieve flexible load control of the distribution network based on functional constraints. The test results show that the proposed method can accurately analyze the charging needs of users, and reduce the peak load fluctuation and network loss of the controlled distribution network.

随着电动汽车保有量的不断增大,相应基础充电设施大幅增加,配电网受电动汽车充电的影响和冲击不断加剧[1]。接入配电网的电动汽车是随机性较高的移动负荷,易造成负荷波动峰值过高、网损增加和线路过载等问题[2-3]。为确保配电网的运行安全,需对规模化充电接入配电网的柔性负荷开展优化控制。
李景丽等[4]利用蒙特卡洛方法预测电动汽车接入配电网后的充电负荷,结合粒子群优化算法实现了配电网负荷的优化控制,但该方法无法准确预测用户的充电需求,优化后配电网负荷波动仍较大。陈璐等[5]通过分析电动汽车充电需求和配电网计入电动汽车需求后的实际运行情况控制电网负荷,但该方法未将交通网和配电网进行耦合优化,导致配电网的网损较大,负荷控制效果不理想。Iqbal等[6]提出基于车辆和电网互动(Vehicle-to-Grid,V2G)策略的电动汽车接入微电网一次频率控制方法,但该方法的V2G策略未经过迭代更新优化求解,无法有效控制负荷。Zand等[7]提出用于接入充电汽车的智能光伏电网负荷管理策略,构建能量计算模型,求解电网柔性控制阈值,柔性控制电动汽车负荷,但该方法在电动汽车的能量预测时未分析用户的充电需求,后续负荷控制效果不佳。
为解决配电网存在负荷波动、网损较大等问题,本文提出基于粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)算法的电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化控制方法。首先构建交通网-配电网耦合模型,通过出行链模型分析用户充电需求,然后以接入电动汽车能量状态预测模型作为优化的基础数据,设计电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化函数,并引入分布熵设计惯性权重更新策略,使用优化后的粒子群优化算法实现配电网的柔性负荷控制。
电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网后,柔性负荷控制需结合电动汽车的接入结构,充分分析充电节点在配电网和交通网中的分布规律及关联情况,建立交通网-配电网模型。通过该模型获得大规模负荷的接入状态,分析用户的充电需求,并对电动汽车能量状态进行预测,为后续控制奠定基础。
依据复杂网络理论,以节点代替交通网中的道路交叉口,以线代替交通网中的道路。在此基础上,构建交通网模型V

由此完成交通网模型的建立,联合配电网模型建立耦合模型,作为后续优化的基础模型。
通过配电网H中各类节点,建立配电网模型ΓH

根据实际情况,将配电网模型与交通网模型进行耦合关联,搭建的耦合模型结构如图1所示。
利用交通网和配电网间节点的连线建立耦合点集合Ф,利用交通网和配电网的网络层建立连线集合层η,交通网和配电网的系统耦合模型为:

式中: R Γ H V为模型VΓH耦合节点的集合,Cα为点耦合α层构成的集合,Cβ为点耦合β层构成的点集合, κ Γ H V为两个模型耦合线的集合,Hα为线耦合α层构成的集合。
由此,完成交通网-配电网模型的搭建并以此作为电动汽车能量状态预测模型的基础。
配电网的负荷受充电需求的影响明显,因此,可通过电动汽车出行链模型,如图2所示[11],分析用户的规模化
图2中, Z i - 1 i表示点(i-1)与目的地i间的路径距离, Z i d表示目的地i与终点d间的路径距离,tsi表示电动汽车在目的地i处的停留时间, Δ t i i - 1为电动汽车从目的地(i-1)处行驶至目的地i所需时间, Δ t i d为目的地i至终点d所需时间,利用上述出行链模型可分析用户驾驶电动汽车的时空轨迹[12]
根据出行链模型中交通网-配电网节点和路线的分布,利用Dijkstra算法[13]获取节点间最优路径,行驶时间Tα为:

式中:T0α为零车流在道路α内行驶的时间,cα为道路α的车流量,Ðα为道路α对应的实际充电容量,Φ为Dijkstra算法系数。
鉴于电动汽车的出行具有随机性,电动汽车接入配电网后属于随机性较强的移动负荷。以日出行链的出发时间Ta作为正态分布的正态随机变量,建立能量状态预测函数g(Ta,vs,ζs)[14-16]

式中:vsTa对应的均值,ζsTa对应的能量需求概率密度。
通过概率密度函数分析电动汽车的充电需求,获得电动汽车的时空随机性能量状态预测结果,为电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷控制提供依据。
电动汽车规模化充电接入后,配电网的稳定性与负荷波动峰谷差之间存在相关性[17-18]。为了提高负荷柔性控制效果,避免线路过载,增强电网稳定性,本文提出最小化配电网的日负荷波动的标准差,建立目标函数min G1

式中:t=1,2,…,MM为参加规模化充电的电动汽车总数量,Zr,t为配电网在t时刻内的基础负荷,Zc,t为充电汽车在t时间内配电网内峰值充电负荷,Za,t为每日配电网t时间的平均负荷。
为保证充电负荷满足充电需求,需要降低配电网的网损[19-20]。基于能量预测结果最小化网损,建立目标函数min G2

式中:an,tt时刻第n辆电动汽车在充电过程中的无功负荷,An,tt时间第n辆电动汽车对应的充电有功负荷,Δt为未充电时间。
为确保配电网安全、稳定、高效地运行,满足用户的多元需求,在优化控制过程中需充分考虑以下约束条件:
a. 电池充电容量。电动汽车规模化接入后,电网负荷骤增,为保证充电负荷满足充电需求,防止超量充电、损耗电池寿命及浪费能源,需对电池充电容量进行约束。
设电动汽车中电池的实际容量为W、充电效率为τ,电池充电容量的约束条件为 τ A n , t × Δ t = W ( 1 - S S O C n , 0 ),其中, S S O C n , 0为第n辆电动汽车的初始电池荷电状态。
b. 充电时间。电动汽车大规模接入配电网时,为避免各充电节点长时间集中供电,负荷超标而影响电网的稳定性,需要基于交通网-配电网模型,对充电时间建立目标函数为 A n τ T n 0的约束条件。其中,An为第n辆电动汽车在充电状态下对应的有功负荷,Tn为第n辆电动汽车处于充电状态的时间。
c. 负荷平衡约束。电动汽车规模化接入后,配电网负荷出现剧烈波动,无功负荷迅速增加,与有功负荷存在不平衡关系,导致电网效率降低、稳定性下降。故电网需要满足平衡条件,令有功负荷与无功负荷达到平衡:

式中:Wn,i为第n辆电动汽车在节点i的电源无功负荷。
为了保证充电负荷,节点i属于交通网-配电网耦合模型。
d. 电压偏移。充电时,节点的电压产生较大波动,增加了网损和负荷波动。在一定范围内,控制节点的电压偏移量可以保证电网电压在运行过程中的稳定性[21-23]。为了降低节点的电压波动,将电压偏移量Vi,t的约束条件设置为 V i , m i n V i , t V i , m a x。其中,Vi,tt时刻节点i的电压偏移量,Vi,maxVi,min分别为Vi,t的最大、最小值。
e. 线路容量。为了防止线路超载,延长线路在配电网中的使用寿命,结合交通网-配电网耦合模型的线路配置和用户充电能量预测结果,使控制线路容量Dl与充电能量预测结果满足g(Ta,vs,ζs)≤DlDlmaxlη。其中,Dlmax为控制线路的最大容量。
至此,通过目标函数和约束条件建立了多目标优化模型,求解出最优值即可完成优化。
上述负荷优化模型属于多目标优化,由于待优化的节点较多,可通过本文提出的方法求解,实现配电网柔性负荷的优化控制。为了提高模型的精度和效率,引入分布熵[24-25],前期提高多目标优化函数找寻最优解的全局搜索能力,后期提高粒子的局部开发能力,防止出现局部极值,并利用当下的环境信息,不断更新惯性权重。求解负荷多目标优化函数的具体过程如下:
a. 不同节点的负荷优化目标在交通网-配电网节点耦合模型中的最大角线距离为 L ( t ) = m i n x i ( t ) , x j ( t ) 2。其中,xi(t)、xj(t)分别为节点i、节点j的负荷标准差。
b. 设xi(t)、xj(t)在粒子优化种群中对应的方向矢量设为h(t)T,建立节点负荷多目标优化集合u(t)=L(t)h(t)Tx(t)。其中,x(t)表示交通网-配电网节点耦合模型中的节点负荷标准差。
c. 根据交通网-配电网节点耦合模型等量划分集合u(t),在各区间内统计节点的投影数量uΦ(t)。
d. 每次迭代过程中,计算节点负荷对应的分布熵E(t)=-∑uΦ(t)·lnuΦ(t)。
e. 根据分布熵E(t)确定惯性权重 ω E ( t ) = 1 1 + 1.5 e x p [ - 2.6 E ( t ) ]
f. 在PSO算法中,学习因子用于粒子速度的更新[26-27]。本文采用学习因子异步更新策略对优化目标函数min G1、min G2的学习因子c1c2展开更新,以获取配电网柔性负荷多目标优化函数的最优解:

式中:n为迭代次数,c1,inic1,fin分别为c1对应的初始值和终值,c2,inic2,fin分别为c2对应的初始值和终值,Nmax为对应的最大迭代次数。
g. 设置PSO算法的终止条件,令迭代次数n=Nmax。如果满足该条件,将输出电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化函数的最优解,实现负荷控制多目标优化控制,否则,返回步骤b进行后续流程。
为了验证本文方法的有效性,以某市的电动汽车充电规划区域配电网作为测试对象,使用MATLAB 2020a完成试验,采集该配电网负荷和充电站分布网点等数据。在OpenStreetMap(OSM)开源地图中获取规划区域内道路交通网的数据,区域面积为214 km2,共有65个路段,路口节点32个,区域配电网包括4个变电站,其供电电压为10 kV,最大负荷容量为50 MW;输电线路拓扑结构为网状结构,包括5条支路,总长57 km,线路的单位长度阻抗为0.358 Ω/km。
根据项目规划方案,区域内拟建设10个节点充电桩,每天至少为4辆车提供充电服务。据车管所数据显示,规划区域内需充电的电动汽车数量约为15×104辆,在该规模下,公共充电桩的额定负荷为50~350 kW。每辆车的充电时间为1~2 h,充电方式为直流充电。单辆电动车的充电参数如表1所示。
电动汽车的充电需求是优化控制配电网柔性负荷的关键,现将本文方法与文献[4]、文献[5]所提出的方法进行比较,对区域内两辆不同行驶路线的电动汽车进行能量状态(初始能量相对值)预测,结果如图3所示。
结果表明,文献[4]、文献[5]方法在某些时段内的能量状态预测结果与实测结果存在较大差异。本文方法在负荷控制过程中建立了包含交通网-配电网的耦合模型,分析了用户驾驶电动汽车时的实际充电需求,进而提高了电动汽车能量状态的预测精度,因此,可准确预测电动汽车的能量状态。
将本文方法、原始粒子群优化算法、文献[4]方法及文献[5]方法进行对比,多目标函数求解偏差的收敛结果如图4所示。本文方法通过分布熵优化了求解结果,使迭代训练仅50次即完成了收敛,未陷入局部最优解。其他方法虽然完成了收敛,但受局部最优解影响,在迭代70次后才完成收敛。电动汽车充电接入后,配电网24 h内负荷波动的控制结果如图5所示。
区域内的配电网在12:00、20:00出现午高峰和晚高峰,负荷波动较大;而15×104辆电动汽车从8:00左右出发,在区域内经过约4 h的消耗,规模化接入充电时间也集中在12:00~18:00,使得峰值叠加,在晚高峰尤为严重,加重了负荷波动。
图5b图5c中,充电功率产生了尖峰负荷,增大了配电网的负荷峰谷差,从而降低了电网运行的稳定性和安全性。而图5a负荷控制曲线与分布式充电桩电源出力情况的匹配度较高,负荷峰谷差值明显低于其他方法。结果表明,本文方法通过图3的负荷需求预测结果调节配电网柔性负荷,使充电负荷和电网负荷相对应,有效抑制了配电网负荷波动性,降低了负荷峰值。
模拟电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网的实际场景,设置场景如下:
场景1:电动汽车直接接入配电网系统。
场景2:电动汽车到达充电桩后,按有序充电方式接入配电网系统中进行充电。
将本文方法、文献[4]方法和文献[5]方法在上述场景进行负荷控制,各场景的网损情况如图6所示。
上述方法在场景2中的网损明显低于场景1,表明电动汽车的有序充电方式明显优于无序充电。而本文方法以配电网负荷标准差最小作为优化目标进行负荷控制,以此降低配电网的网损,因此,不同场景下本文方法的网损均低于其他方法,具有明显优势。
本文针对当前充电汽车接入配电网负荷控制方法中电动汽车能量状态预测精度低、负荷峰值高及网损大等问题,提出基于粒子群优化算法的电动汽车规模化充电接入配电网柔性负荷多目标优化控制方法。测试结果表明,该方法能够准确分析用户的充电需求,使控制后的配电网负荷波动峰值明显降低,有效减少网损,保证了配电网在接入电动汽车充电情况下运行的安全性和可靠性。未来,将在此基础上提升负荷控制效率,从而提高能源利用率,以保障电网的可高效、稳定运行,使电能补给更加安全便捷。
