In order to analyze the contribution of different frequency bands of noise to the annoyance degree of a low-speed and high-torque electric drive assembly, a low-speed and high-torque electric drive assembly was used as the research object, combined with psychoacoustic theory to establish a tone theory analysis model of the electric drive assembly. The difference in the degree of the influence of the tone on the subjective annoyance at different frequencies of the electric drive assembly was considered, and the theoretical analysis model of the modified tone (annoyance) was established. Combined with the noise source distribution characteristics of the electric drive assembly, the low frequency noise (0~400 Hz), intermediate frequency noise (>400~2 500 Hz) and high frequency noise (>2 500 Hz) caused by the electric drive assembly were compared and analyzed. The results show that the most important factors affecting the annoyance level are electromagnetic force wave and switching frequency induced noise, followed by transmission gear noise.

为分析低速大扭矩电驱动总成不同频段噪声对烦恼度的贡献,以某低速大扭矩电驱动总成为研究对象,结合心理声学理论建立了电驱动总成音调理论分析模型,考虑到不同频率下音调对主观烦恼度影响程度的差异性,建立修正音调(烦恼度)理论分析模型,并结合噪声源分布特征对比分析了由电驱动总成引起的低频噪声(0~400 Hz)、中频噪声(>400~2 500 Hz)和高频噪声(>2 500 Hz)的声品质烦恼度,结果表明,影响烦恼度的最重要因素是电磁力波和开关频率引起的噪声,其次为变速器齿轮噪声。

为分析低速大扭矩电驱动总成不同频段噪声对烦恼度的贡献,以某低速大扭矩电驱动总成为研究对象,结合心理声学理论建立了电驱动总成音调理论分析模型,考虑到不同频率下音调对主观烦恼度影响程度的差异性,建立修正音调(烦恼度)理论分析模型,并结合噪声源分布特征对比分析了由电驱动总成引起的低频噪声(0~400 Hz)、中频噪声(>400~2 500 Hz)和高频噪声(>2 500 Hz)的声品质烦恼度,结果表明,影响烦恼度的最重要因素是电磁力波和开关频率引起的噪声,其次为变速器齿轮噪声。

In order to analyze the contribution of different frequency bands of noise to the annoyance degree of a low-speed and high-torque electric drive assembly, a low-speed and high-torque electric drive assembly was used as the research object, combined with psychoacoustic theory to establish a tone theory analysis model of the electric drive assembly. The difference in the degree of the influence of the tone on the subjective annoyance at different frequencies of the electric drive assembly was considered, and the theoretical analysis model of the modified tone (annoyance) was established. Combined with the noise source distribution characteristics of the electric drive assembly, the low frequency noise (0~400 Hz), intermediate frequency noise (>400~2 500 Hz) and high frequency noise (>2 500 Hz) caused by the electric drive assembly were compared and analyzed. The results show that the most important factors affecting the annoyance level are electromagnetic force wave and switching frequency induced noise, followed by transmission gear noise.

电驱动总成是电动汽车的重要噪声源,相较于传统汽车发动机产生的噪声,电驱动总成噪声的声压级更小,但成分更为复杂,含有较多的高频成分[1],同时,失去发动机的掩蔽效应后,变速器啸叫噪声更为突出。因此,针对电驱动总成的声品质研究对电动汽车NVH性能优化十分重要。
如仅以声压级作为电驱动总成的NVH优化目标[2-3],则在一定程度上忽略了人对噪声的主观感受,甚至会使系统整体的主观声品质恶化。基于声品质主客观评价[4-5]的噪声研究考虑了人耳听觉特性,以此为依据可以使电驱动总成的优化更有针对性。音调度是电驱动总成噪声信号的主要客观特征之一[6],对声品质模型的影响主要体现在声信号的幅度和频率的变化[7-8]。电驱动系统运行中受电机、变速器等高频噪声影响,其噪声中包含相当数量的单频成分[9],故对电驱动总成音调成分的量化评估十分重要。传统音调度、突出率和音噪比计算以声压级作为输入,由于没有考虑人的实际听觉系统对声音的感受,其结果与人的实际感受存在一定差异[10]。而心理声学音调度[11]基于心理声学听觉模型,考虑了上述音调算法中未涉及的几种心理声学效应,可以更好地对音调成分进行评估。在心理声学音调计算理论的基础上,Sottek等[12]发现评审团烦恼度评价结果与频率补偿后的音调计算结果十分契合,可以对烦恼度进行估计。Pietila等[13]利用音调-烦恼度加权曲线对电动汽车电驱动系统的声音成分进行研究,证明了音调-烦恼度加权曲线的有效性。然而,基于心理声学的音调理论分析模型在低速大扭矩电驱动总成上的应用鲜有研究。
本文基于心理声学建立电驱动总成音调理论分析模型,通过模拟人耳滤波,将噪声声压信号处理为感知响度,进而建立音调度模型。考虑音调度模型与声品质主观感受的差异[14],引入加权函数获得主观烦恼度分析模型。以某低速大扭矩电驱动总成噪声测试结果为研究对象,对比不同频率下的系统烦恼度变化规律,结合其噪声源特性,为低速大扭矩电驱动总成声品质优化和改善提供参考。
本文的研究对象为某低速大扭矩电驱动总成,其中驱动电机的具体参数如表1所示。
在半消声室内对该电驱动总成进行噪声测试,噪声采集设备为LMS.Test.Lab声振测试与分析系统,选择电机与变速器中部测试点,测点与驱动电机垂直距离为1 m,如图1所示。
其中噪声信号采样频率为16 384 Hz,频率分辨率为0.5 Hz。根据低速重载电驱动系统在整车上运行的实际工况分析,电驱动总成的工作转速为1 000 r/min,电驱动系统运行扭矩区间为500~1 000 N·m。故采集电机在2挡下转速为1 000 r/min、扭矩范围为500~1 000 N·m(每间隔100 N·m取一个工况点),共6个工况点的噪声数据。依据采集数据分析电驱动总成音调随扭矩的变化规律,并进行主观烦恼度估计。
为开展低速大扭矩电驱动总成心理声学音调分析,依据欧洲计算机制造商协会(European Computer Manufacturers Association,ECMA)提出的ECMA-74《信息技术设备和通信设备空气噪声的测量》[11]中对音调特性的描述建立心理声学听觉模型与音调理论分析模型。
听觉模型计算流程如图2所示,声压数据经过听觉模型处理转换为感知响度,作为音调计算的基础。
设初始声压数据为p(n),经仿人耳滤波和听觉滤波器后划分为53个带通信号pom,z(n)[11],随后进行半波整流得到pz(n)并对每个带进行块划分,得到第l个数据块pl,z(n′)以计算后续音调模型中的自相关函数。pl,z(n′)的均方根值为:

式中:z为临界带率尺度,取值范围为[0.5,26.5];sb(z)为不同临界带率尺度对应的带宽长度,带通频率越大,带宽越小;n′为时间索引,其取值范围为[0,sb(z)-1]。
听觉系统的压缩非线性对响度感知非常重要,因此在听觉模型中考虑特定响度与声压之间的非线性关系,引入非线性函数:

式中: p ˜为声压的均方根; p ˜ 0=20 μPa为声压基准值; p ˜ t i为第i个声压阈值,取值参考文献[11];α=1.5为指数系数;CN=0.021 740 6为归一化常数,用于保证频率为1 kHz和声压级为40 dB的正弦信号的总响度等于1 sone;vi为指数,取值参考文献[11];M=8为指数vi的数量。
将非线性函数用于每个频带,得到具体响度:

考虑静音阈值,对 N ˜ l ' ( z )进行进一步处理得到阈值响度为:

式中:LTQ(z)为不同临界带率尺度对应的响度阈值。
进一步计算信号的总响度为:

式中:Δz=0.5为不同频带间隔,CBF=53为临界频带滤波器数量。
当信号的总响度超过0.01 sone时被认为是可听的,总响度可用于噪声的初步分析,同时也是音调计算的基础。
音调计算以心理声学听觉模型计算的53个经校正的带通信号为基础。使用具体的响度Nl(z),通过带通信号的自相关函数从噪声中分离音调内容,基本流程如图3所示。
对每个长度为sb(z)的块进行自相关函数φl,z(m)计算,之后将自相关函数归一化并乘以信号的具体响度得到 φ l , z ' ( m )用于进一步音调分析:

为降低噪声干扰,将相邻边界带和块的数据进行平均得到 φ - l , z ' ( m )后选取自相关函数窗口,减去其平均值τ得到 φ z , τ ' ( m ),进行离散傅里叶变换,在每个频带中选取最大值作为该频带音调响度的初步估计值 N ^ t o n a l ' ( l , z )
根据音调成分与信号中其他成分的比值初步估计音噪比:

利用滤波函数hLP(l)对 N ^ t o n   a l ' ( l , z ) S N R ^ ( l , z )进行低通滤波,以减少在窄带中对音调过估计的问题。
根据 S N R ^ ( l , z )确定 N ^ t o n   a l ' ( l , z )的加权函数:

式中:g(z)为频率相关因子。
具体的音调响度 N t o n a l ' ( l , z )NR(l,z)与 N ^ t o n a l ' ( l , z )的乘积,为计算最终音调,对各频带进行整体音噪比评估:

其中,q(l)的定义为:

通过取T′(l,z)在频带上的最大值得到时域上单一的T′(z),在时域上取平均得到频带上的T′(l),总音调T通过对T′(l)进行时域平均得到。基于心理声学的音调度单位定义为tuHMS[10]
在心理声学听觉模型与音调理论分析模型基础上,结合电驱动总成噪声信号,针对低速大扭矩电驱动总成开展心理声学音调随扭矩变化特征的研究,为降低电驱动总成烦恼度提供理论支撑。
基于已建立的音调度模型,对电驱总成心理声学响度、音调进行计算,结果如图4所示。
对比音调度与响度,在500~600 N·m扭矩范围内响度增加但音调下降,在800~1 000 N·m扭矩范围内音调度在900 N·m处存在峰值,而900 N·m为响度的谷点。可以看出,虽然音调以响度为依据计算,但考虑噪声在时域、频域的相关性后,音调和响度出现不同的变化趋势。
进一步,为确定变速器噪声和电机噪声与音调的关系,对电驱动总成中间测点噪声信号进行频域音调分析,如图5所示。
图5中可以看出:在1 000 r/min工况出现的峰值音调度频率依次为508 Hz、704 Hz、1 016 Hz、1 408 Hz、1 524 Hz、2 112 Hz、2 620 Hz、3 351 Hz,结合对本文测试电驱动总成的既有研究结果[14],其中508 Hz、1 016 Hz、1 524 Hz为变速器2挡换挡齿轮啮合频率及其2倍频、3倍频,704 Hz、1 408 Hz、2 112 Hz为变速器常啮合齿轮啮合频率及其2倍频、3倍频,2 620 Hz为电机齿槽谐波频率,3 351 Hz为电机开关频率。
为直观地研究音调度的变换规律,将超过2 500 Hz定义为高频段,主要由电机噪声构成,包括电磁力波引起的噪声和开关频率引起的噪声,将>400~2 500 Hz定义为中频段,主要包括变速器啮合齿轮和换挡齿轮啮合频率及其倍频,将0~400 Hz定义为低频段,划分结果见图5
进一步对低、中、高频段的音调进行量化,确定音调在不同频段下随扭矩的变化规律,获取不同噪声源对心理声学音调特征的贡献度,分析结果如图6所示。
图6可知:500~1 000 N·m扭矩范围内,随扭矩升高,低频段音调度由1.07 tuHMS下降至0.89 tuHMS,整体下降了17%;中频音调度总体呈现先上升再下降的趋势,由1.89 tuHMS升高至2.26 tuHMS,整体升高了16%,中频段最大值为2.43 tuHMS,出现在700 N·m扭矩工况;高频音调度总体呈现先上升再下降的趋势,由1.29 tuHMS上升至1.57 tuHMS,整体上升了18%,高频段最大值为1.97 tuHMS,出现在600 N·m扭矩工况。电驱动总成低频音调度随扭矩增大总体呈下降趋势,中频音调度随扭矩增大波动上升,而高频音调度随扭矩增大波动较大。
定义烦恼度为电驱动总成运行过程中辐射噪声给人带来的不悦程度。文献表明[12],基于心理声学的音调模型可以反映声音的主观突出程度,在样本频率<1 000 Hz时,音调可以较好地反映烦恼度,但频率≥1 000 Hz时,人耳对声音的烦恼度与频率存在较大关联性,但仅使用音调度不能正确反映人对声音的烦恼度,故引入加权函数对各频率音调度进行修正。具体加权函数w(f)为:

式中:f为音调所对应的频率。
将各频率权重与各频率音调结果相乘,获得修正后的音调度,结果如图7所示。
图7可知,修正后的音调度整体上在高频段最大、中频段次之、低频段最小,故电驱动总成的烦恼度高频段最大、中频段次之、低频段最小。低频烦恼度随着扭矩的增大而降低,中频烦恼度随着扭矩的增大先下降再上升,高频烦恼度随着扭矩的增大呈现波动上升趋势,最大值为4.31 tuHMS,出现在扭矩600 N·m工况。
因此,由电机齿槽谐波、开关频率等产生的高频噪声对整体烦恼度贡献较大,尤其在520~950 N·m扭矩范围内占据主导地位;随扭矩增大,变速器产生的中频噪声对整体烦恼度的贡献先减小,至600 N·m后曲折增加。
本文以某低速大扭矩电驱动总成为例,建立了考虑心理声学的音调度模型,引入加权系数建立烦恼度模型,并根据电驱动总成噪声源特征,将其分为低、中、高频噪声,对定转速变扭矩工况下电驱动总成的音调及烦恼度进行分析,发现对于低速大扭矩电驱动总成,高频噪声烦恼度最大,中频噪声烦恼度次之,低频噪声烦恼度最小。
低速大扭矩电驱动总成烦恼度的最重要影响因素是电磁径向力和开关频率引起的噪声,其次为变速器2挡换挡齿轮啮合频率及其2倍频、3倍频和常啮合齿轮啮合频率及其2倍频、3倍频噪声。
