In order to predict the induction noise of commercial vehicles, a new 1-D simulation model of air compressor is proposed. The Compressor-Engine coupling simulation model can predict the frequency and amplitude of the noise at the main order accurately, and can both recognize the order noise from the air compressor and the engine in the meantime. The characteristic of compressor noise and the noise reduction method of compressor path are studied by this coupling model. The results show that the noise of the compressor has typical pulse noise characteristic. When dealing with this type of noise, the arrangement sequence of different types of mufflers will have a significant impact on the noise reduction effect.

为了对商用车的进气管口噪声进行预测,提出了空压机通路一维仿真模型建立方法,建立空压机-发动机耦合仿真模型,在主要阶次噪声频率点处对噪声频率和噪声幅值进行准确预测,同时对来自空压机和发动机的阶次噪声进行识别。利用耦合模型研究了空压机通路的噪声特点以及在该通路上的降噪措施与效果。结果表明,空压机噪声有着典型的脉冲噪声特点,在处理该种类型的噪声时,不同种类消声器的布置顺序会对最终的消声效果产生明显影响。

为了对商用车的进气管口噪声进行预测,提出了空压机通路一维仿真模型建立方法,建立空压机-发动机耦合仿真模型,在主要阶次噪声频率点处对噪声频率和噪声幅值进行准确预测,同时对来自空压机和发动机的阶次噪声进行识别。利用耦合模型研究了空压机通路的噪声特点以及在该通路上的降噪措施与效果。结果表明,空压机噪声有着典型的脉冲噪声特点,在处理该种类型的噪声时,不同种类消声器的布置顺序会对最终的消声效果产生明显影响。

In order to predict the induction noise of commercial vehicles, a new 1-D simulation model of air compressor is proposed. The Compressor-Engine coupling simulation model can predict the frequency and amplitude of the noise at the main order accurately, and can both recognize the order noise from the air compressor and the engine in the meantime. The characteristic of compressor noise and the noise reduction method of compressor path are studied by this coupling model. The results show that the noise of the compressor has typical pulse noise characteristic. When dealing with this type of noise, the arrangement sequence of different types of mufflers will have a significant impact on the noise reduction effect.

进气噪声是商用车的主要噪声之一。对于商用车而言,进气系统通过3种途径向外传递噪声。一是由于进气门周期性开合在进气管路中所产生的气压波动,经进气管口直接向外界传递噪声[1];二是进气系统部件,如进气道、空滤器的壁面受到激励发生振动而产生辐射噪声;三是进气道与车体壁面相连的部分产生结构传递噪声。其中,通过进气管口传递至外界的噪声贡献量最大[2]。根据气压波动的来源,可以将这种进气门周期开合噪声分为2类:发动机脉动噪声和空压机脉动噪声。重型商用车需要存储和使用大量的高压空气,因此其空压机往往功率较大且启动频繁,有时空压机脉动噪声甚至超过发动机脉动噪声成为主要的进气管口噪声来源。
一维仿真是对动力系统进行仿真分析的重要手段之一。但对进气系统噪声进行一维仿真的研究较少,缺少针对空压机噪声的一维仿真研究。因此,本文以能够实现商用车进气管口噪声的精确预测为目的,提出了一种新的空压机通路一维仿真模型建立方法,并与发动机通路模型进行耦合仿真。通过与实车实测数据对比,验证了建模与仿真方法的准确性。继而利用空压机-发动机通路耦合模型,对空压机的噪声特点进行了分析,以此为基础对空压机通路进行了降噪方案设计,并探究了消声器插入顺序对降噪效果的影响。
发动机通路模型是一种典型的用于分析进气管口噪声的一维仿真模型,包括进气管路、空滤器和发动机3个主要部分。
首先在三维建模软件中对进气管路数模进行简化处理,处理前、后的对比效果如图1所示。处理时应将不规则截面的管路进行等效规则化处理,并去除过小的细节特征。之后使用GT-Power软件中的GEM3D模块对简化后的进气管路数模进行预处理以及一维离散化。离散化时设定的离散长度应当为气缸直径的0.4倍,针对本文研究对象,离散长度设定为30~40 mm,从而可以在仿真精度和仿真速度之间取得平衡。
在声学仿真分析中,主要考虑空滤器的消声性能,因此在对空滤器进行建模的过程中需进行2个关键步骤,一是对空滤器壳体的形状进行准确简化,二是对空滤器中的阻性滤芯材料进行准确模拟。本文直接在GEM3D模块中使用壳模板构建空滤器壳体。但由于使用与滤芯总流阻相同的等效长管对其进行替代的做法并不能够准确模拟滤芯材料的声学特点[3],因此本文使用了一种新的滤芯等效建模方法,即使用GEM3D中的wool类多孔吸声材料对滤芯材料进行定义。定义滤芯材料时所需的参数如表1所示。
输入GEM3D软件的材料流阻率有其特定计算方式,可以根据软件中材料流阻率的定义来进行计算。
本文的研究对象是某重型半挂牵引车上使用的一台六缸柴油涡轮增压发动机。按照发动机的具体参数,在GT-Power软件中所建立并连接完成的发动机一维模型如图2所示,主要包括中冷器、进气歧管、气缸总成、排气歧管和涡轮增压器5个部分。所建立的模型需要与发动机主要台架试验数据进行校准,以确保其建模精度。
空压机通常与发动机或变速器直接相连,可以为车辆提供高压空气用于驱动制动器或扬声器等。商用车中常用的空压机为活塞式空压机,其活塞往复一次完成一个工作循环,近似于二冲程发动机的工作模式。
在GT-Power软件中建立的活塞式空压机一维模型如图3所示,主要包括转速输入组件、曲柄连杆组件、活塞气缸组件、输出管路组件和出口环境组件。
活塞气缸组件利用FluidMachineChamber模块建立。该模块可以模拟压缩机腔室中的介质随时间或曲轴角度变化情况。
曲柄连杆组件利用FluidMachineShaft模块建立。该模块可以描述空压机腔室容积随时间或曲轴角度的变化情况,同时也可以描述气门开闭程度随时间或曲轴角度的变化情况。空压机腔室容积利用气缸直径、曲轴回转半径和连杆长度3个参数进行计算。定义当活塞运行到上止点时曲轴转角为零,腔室容积计算公式为:

式中: V为腔体容积;VD为活塞行至上止点时气缸内体积,与活塞上止点到缸盖的内壁的间隙有关,取活塞上止点间隙为4 mm;D为气缸直径;R为曲轴回转半径;L为连杆长度;θ为曲轴转角。
转速输入组件利用SpeedBoundaryRot模块建立,该模块用于定义空压机转速,空压机转速通常按照某一传动比与发动机转速同步。输出管路组件可以利用PipeRound模块建立。出口环境组件可以利用EndEnvironment模块建立,可参照实际储气罐的泄压压力将出口环境设定为恒压条件。
对于本文研究的某六缸柴油涡轮增压发动机,其空压机直接作为附件安装在发动机上,空压机转速与发动机转速的比值为1.29。空压机为并列双缸结构,因此,对应实际的空压机参数建立的双缸空压机模型如图4所示。
将建成的空压机模型与发动机模型、进气管路模型和空滤器模型进行组装,得到空压机-发动机通路耦合仿真模型,如图5所示。
为采集仿真得到的噪声数据,在进气口与入口环境之间插入麦克风组件用于采集进气管口噪声,在空压机模型与发动机通路模型的接口处插入麦克风组件用于采集空压机噪声。在设置进气管口噪声采集麦克风时,麦克风相对于声源的位置根据实车试验时麦克风的实际位置进行设定,并假定声音的传播会由于驾驶室以及货箱的阻挡而呈半球形传播[4]
考虑到牵引车商用车的实际运行工况,在发动机转速为800 r/min、1 200 r/min和1 600 r/min的3种工况下对进气噪声进行仿真。将仿真得到的管口噪声结果与利用实车实测的结果进行对比,所得结果如图6~图8所示。
图6所示,34.7 Hz处为空压机的2阶噪声,40.1 Hz处为发动机的3阶噪声,68.9 Hz处为空压机的4阶噪声,80.3 Hz处为发动机的6阶噪声,而103.6 Hz处则为空压机的6阶噪声。在主要阶次噪声处,仿真值与实测值都能较好地吻合,同时仿真值也能够反映出噪声频谱的整体变化趋势。
图7所示,51.7 Hz处为空压机的2阶噪声,59.9 Hz处为发动机的3阶噪声,102.8 Hz处为空压机的4阶噪声,119.4 Hz处为发动机的6阶噪声,而154.1 Hz处为空压机的6阶噪声。在主要阶次噪声处仿真值与实测值均能较好地吻合。
图8所示,68.9 Hz处为空压机的2阶噪声,79.6 Hz处为发动机的3阶噪声,119.9 Hz处为发动机的4.5阶噪声,132.6 Hz处为发动机的5阶噪声,而136.9 Hz处为空压机的4阶噪声,159.2 Hz处为发动机的6阶噪声。主要阶次噪声处的仿真值与实测值均能较好地吻合。
在各种仿真工况下,仿真值与实测值均有着较好的吻合效果。仿真结果能够体现出管口噪声频谱的整体变化趋势,同时在主要阶次噪声频率点处能够准确地对噪声频率和噪声幅值进行预测,因此本文所提出的空压机-发动机通路耦合仿真模型建立方法具有良好的有效性,具备较好的精度。
在与进气管口噪声仿真预测相关的研究中,多使用单纯的发动机通路模型。这对于乘用车或轻型商用车来说是一种较为合适的做法,但对于装备有空压机的重型商用车来说则会大幅降低仿真准确度。将空压机-发动机通路耦合模型仿真结果与单纯的发动机通路模型仿真结果及实车实测值进行对比,用以检验新的仿真模型的准确度提升效果。对比结果如图9~图11所示。
图9可以看出,在发动机转速为800 r/min的工况下,由于空压机通路模型的缺失,单独的发动机通路仿真模型无法对34.7 Hz处的空压机2阶噪声、68.9 Hz处的空压机4阶噪声和103.6 Hz处的空压机6阶噪声进行准确预测,仅能仿真来自于发动机的阶次噪声。
图10所示,在发动机转速为1 200 r/min工况下,单独的发动机通路仿真模型无法预测出51.7 Hz的空压机2阶噪声、102.8 Hz处的空压机4阶噪声和154.1 Hz处空压机的6阶噪声,对于来自于发动机的主要阶次噪声有较明显的预测效果。
图11所示,在发动机转速为1 600 r/min工况下,单独的发动机通路仿真模型不仅无法预测68.9 Hz处的空压机2阶噪声、136.9 Hz处的空压机4阶噪声,且在50~80 Hz之间有着较大的预测误差。
相较于单独的发动机通路仿真模型,本文提出的空压机-发动机通路耦合模型对于重型商用车的进气管口噪声有着更好的预测效果,可以此为基础进行进气噪声特征分析以及进气系统降噪研究。
为了研究空压机的噪声特性,在仿真模型的空压机进气入口端插入麦克风模型对空压机的噪声进行采集,得到的空压机噪声时域图和三分之一倍频程图。以1 600 r/min工况为例,其噪声时域图和三分之一倍频程图分别如图12图13所示。
图12中可以看出,空压机进气入口端的噪声有典型的脉冲噪声特点,脉冲的间隔为360°空压机曲轴转角。随着每次进气门的闭合,空压机进气入口端的空气会发生剧烈震荡,从而产生脉冲噪声[5]
图13中可以看出,在整个频带上空压机噪声都具备较高的能量,这与脉冲噪声的特点有关,也对空压机噪声的处理提出了更高的要求。普通的消声器对于宽带噪声处理效果较差,因此,需要针对脉冲噪声的特点来对其进行控制。
针对空压机通路噪声的脉冲特点,采用向空压机取气口位置处的管路上插入扩张腔式消声器的方式来降低其噪声。扩张腔式消声器可以对管内压力脉动起到稳压效果。所插入的扩张腔式消声器及其声传递损失的仿真值如图14所示。
所插入的扩张腔式消声器呈方形,其入口和出口置于相邻两面上,出入口直径为23 mm,且其入口端带有内插管,内插管长度为36 mm,消声器腔内容积为2.94 L。得益于较大的扩张比,消声器的声传递损失在较宽的频带内均有较高的值。将消声器进行离散化后插入模型中进行仿真,得到的进气管口噪声降低效果如图15所示。
可以看出,在空压机通路中插入消声器后,整个进气系统的管口噪声得到了显著降低,以63 Hz、100~160 Hz和500~1 000 Hz范围内的降低量最为明显。由于发动机通路上没有进行进一步的降噪处理,因此其余频段上的噪声无明显降低。插入消声器前,进气管口噪声A计权声压级的仿真值为90.9 dB,插入消声器后,管口噪声A计权声压级的仿真值为80.5 dB,差值将近10 dB。因此,扩张腔式消声器的插入可以显著降低进气管口的整体噪声水平,同时也说明了空压机通路对进气管口噪声有着较大的贡献。
为了进一步降低空压机通路噪声,尝试在扩张腔式消声器和空压机进气口之间插入一微穿孔管式消声器,如图16所示。插入后进气管口噪声的低频段仿真效果如图17所示。可以看出,在扩张腔式消声器和空压机进气口之间插入微穿孔管式消声器后,进气管口噪声在低频段并无明显变化,即消声器的插入并没有产生效果。
将两种消声器的位置进行调换,即仍然使空压机产生的噪声首先经过扩张腔,再经过微穿孔管式消声器。此时进气管口噪声的低频段仿真效果如图18所示。可以看出,此时的管口噪声频谱变化明显,在50~110 Hz、130~190 Hz范围内都有着明显的下降。
为探究造成这一现象的原因,在仿真模型中插入状态监测器记录系统运行过程中主要节点处的实时声压变化。分别在空压机与扩张腔之间、扩张腔与微穿孔管式消声器间和微穿孔管式消声器与空压机取气口之间插入状态监测器,插入位置以及所记录的管内压力数据如图19所示。
可以看出,在经过扩张腔之前,管内压力有着明显的脉冲特征,在经过扩张腔后,由于扩张腔的稳压效果,管内的压力脉冲基本被消除。而在经过微穿孔管式消声器的进一步处理后,管内压力波动的幅值继续减小,从而实现最终的消声效果。因此,在进行降噪方案设计时,应考虑各消声器的作用特点。
本文提出了一种适用于商用车的空压机一维建模方法,以此为基础建立空压机-发动机一维耦合仿真模型用于对进气管口噪声进行准确预测。仿真值与实测值的对比结果表明,二者有着较好的吻合效果。仿真结果能够体现出管口噪声频谱的整体变化趋势,同时在主要阶次噪声频率点处能够准确地对噪声频率和噪声幅值进行预测,因此本文所提出的空压机-发动机通路耦合仿真模型建立方法有效,具备较好的精度。相较于单独的发动机通路仿真模型,耦合模型对于重型商用车的进气管口噪声有更好的预测效果,能同时对来自空压机和发动机的阶次噪声进行识别。同时利用耦合模型研究了空压机通路的噪声特点以及空压机通路的降噪措施与效果。结果表明,空压机进气入口端的噪声有典型的脉冲噪声特点,处理该种类型的噪声时,不同种类消声器的布置顺序会对最终的消声效果产生明显影响,当空压机端首先布置扩张腔等稳压元件,再插入微穿孔管式消声器进行降噪时,系统整体降噪效果最优。
