At present, the starting evaluation method of Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) vehicles is mainly based on the driver’s subjective evaluation. Too much subjectivity leads to inaccurate evaluation. In view of the above problems, a DCT vehicle starting quality evaluation system was established based on the grey relational analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In this study, power, comfort and economy were considered, and starting quality evaluation indicators including starting response delay time, starting acceleration time, starting acceleration peak, engine speed fluctuation and shock were selected as evaluation index. The coefficient of variation method calculated the objective weight of the starting quality evaluation indicators, and based on the grey relational analysis method, the order of the correlation degree between each index and the starting quality was clarified, which verified the accuracy and reliability of the weight calculation results. Finally, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the starting quality evaluation model of DCT vehicles was established and objectively scored, which made the starting quality evaluation of DCT vehicles more objective and true.

针对目前双离合变速器(DCT)车辆起步评价以驾驶员主观评价为主,主观性过强导致评价不准确的问题,基于灰色关联分析法和模糊综合评价法建立了DCT车辆起步品质评价体系。考虑动力性、舒适性和经济性,选取起步响应延迟时间、起步加速时间、起步加速度峰值、发动机转速波动以及冲击度作为评价指标;使用变异系数法计算了各指标的客观权重,并基于灰色关联分析法明确了各指标与起步品质的关联度排序,验证了权重计算结果的准确性与可靠性;最后,基于模糊综合评价法建立起步品质评价模型并进行客观评分,使DCT车辆的起步品质评价更加客观真实。

At present, the starting evaluation method of Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) vehicles is mainly based on the driver’s subjective evaluation. Too much subjectivity leads to inaccurate evaluation. In view of the above problems, a DCT vehicle starting quality evaluation system was established based on the grey relational analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In this study, power, comfort and economy were considered, and starting quality evaluation indicators including starting response delay time, starting acceleration time, starting acceleration peak, engine speed fluctuation and shock were selected as evaluation index. The coefficient of variation method calculated the objective weight of the starting quality evaluation indicators, and based on the grey relational analysis method, the order of the correlation degree between each index and the starting quality was clarified, which verified the accuracy and reliability of the weight calculation results. Finally, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the starting quality evaluation model of DCT vehicles was established and objectively scored, which made the starting quality evaluation of DCT vehicles more objective and true.

起步控制是双离合变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)车辆研发中的重点和难点,从对驾驶员起步意图的识别开始,车辆起步时离合器的接合以及滑摩功和冲击度方面的问题、起步时的速度、车辆的燃油经济性、动力传递问题以及控制系统方面的问题,在起步研究中均需考虑[1]。针对DCT车辆起步品质的评价,目前以主观评价为主,多选择有经验的驾驶员进行主观评价,通过多次驾驶或多人试验减少主观性带来的影响,但不同驾驶员对起步品质的评价标准不同,同一驾驶员的评价标准也存在轻微变动。
周维等[2]提出了一种基于组合权重和改进逼近理想解排序(Technique for Order Preferenceby Similaritytoan Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)法的动力总成驾驶性客观评价工况优选方法;Gyeonghwi等[3]基于连续高斯密度混合隐马尔可夫模型提出了驾驶员起步意图识别模型,在一定程度上解决了DCT车辆起步意图的识别问题;罗勇等[4]提出了基于驾驶员意图识别的车辆起步控制策略;张迪等[5]基于灰色关联分析法针对车辆动力换挡特性提出了客观评价方法,建立了各影响因子与整车动力性、经济性、舒适性和传动系统寿命的映射关系;雷云龙等[6]基于层次分析法确定了各项指标权重,并基于仿真技术建立了起步品质评价模型,但权重的确定过程具有较强的主观性,使其评价结果的稳定性难以保证。上述方法各有优势,对起步品质评价研究有一定的参考价值,但大都存在主观性因素影响较大、结果不稳定等问题。
针对以上问题,本文选择灰色关联分析法和模糊综合评价法建立DCT车辆起步品质评价体系。首先通过对车辆起步控制机理进行研究,确定起步评价体系的指标;然后,使用变异系数法计算各项评价指标的权重,基于模糊综合评价法建立起步品质评价模型并进行客观评分;最后设计试验,对构建的起步品质评价模型进行验证。
汽车在起步过程中受到驱动力Ft与起步阻力Fr的共同作用,二者平衡:

式中,δ为汽车旋转质量换算系数;m为汽车质量;u为车速;f为滚动阻力系数;CD为空气阻力系数;A为汽车迎风面积;ρ为空气密度。
起步工况下DCT系统的动力传动情况[7]图1所示。
进入起步工况时,DCT采用单离合器起步,C1离合器主动部分与从动部分开始接合,动力传递过程中发动机、C1轴、m轴和s轴的转矩方程分别为:

式中,Ti为发动机输出转矩;Tic1为发动机传递给C1轴的转矩;Tc1i为C1轴对发动机的反作用力矩;Tmc1为m轴对C1的传递力矩;Tc1m为C1轴对m轴的作用力矩;Tsm为s轴对m轴的作用力矩;Tms为m轴对s轴的作用力矩;Tr为车辆的阻力力矩;bebc1bmbgbs分别为发动机输出轴、C1轴、m轴、单个齿轮和s轴的阻尼;ωeωc1ωmωs分别为发动机输出轴、C1轴、m轴和s轴的转动角速度;IeIc1ImIgIs分别为发动机输出轴、C1轴、m轴、单个齿轮和s轴的转动惯量。
杨伟斌等[8]设计了如图2所示的DCT车辆的起步控制系统。在该控制系统中,要根据油门踏板开度α及其变化率dα得到驾驶员起步意图I,再根据发动机实际转速与目标转速的偏差Δn、发动机转速与离合器转速比ice以及I推导出离合器接合速度VCr,再通过升速换算(根据齿轮减速机构的速比和速度转换机构的半径)得到执行电机的目标转速nmr,再通过执行电机控制系统使实际转速与目标转速保持一致,经过减速计算得到离合器的接合速度VC,最后得到转速比ice,从而实现发动机实际转速与目标转速的偏差Δn的反馈控制。
起步过程中车速不断变化,车辆起步速度影响车辆动力性能,将车辆起步速度作为DCT车辆起步品质评价中的一个测试参数。
驾驶员对油门踏板的踩踏程度导致加速度发生变化,冲击度表征了起步过程的舒适性,因此加速度是重要的目标测试参数。
在动力传递中,发动机转速影响输出轴转速和燃油消耗量。传动系的传动比是固定的,故不作为测定参数。
此外,速度、加速度、发动机转速均与时间相关,因此时间也是重要的测定参数。而滑磨功近似与时间成正比关系,因此也由时间作为测试参数进行表征。
综上,共确定速度、加速度、发动机转速和时间4个测定参数。
赵治国等[9]在研究DCT起步的鲁棒控制时,提出了离合器的2个性能评价指标,即冲击度和摩擦功,分别影响起步过程中的舒适性和离合器寿命。但是二者相互矛盾,本文的对象是汽车起步过程的品质,故优先考虑冲击度对起步过程的舒适性影响。
此外,车辆起步过程中其他参数的变化也要进行考虑。将从踩下油门踏板且车速为零的时刻到车速不为零的时刻记为起步响应延迟时间,将车辆速度刚不为零到起步结束的时间记为起步加速时间,二者为动力性相关参数,起步过程中的加速度峰值同样与动力性相关。
综合以上内容,如图3所示,本文考虑舒适性、动力性和经济性,选取了5个起步品质指标,分别为冲击度J、起步响应延迟时间tdelay、起步加速时间tA、起步加速度峰值A以及发动机转速波动Δn,依次记为Z1~Z5
为排除主观因素的影响,选择变异系数法确定各指标的权重。
m次起步、n个评价指标数据组成的矩阵F经过区间法处理后,得到量纲归一化的样本矩阵,指标转换为d,在保留各指标值的排列信息时,实现符号的转变。在归一化处理后计算第j个评价指标的变异系数Vj

采用灰色关联分析法对数据进行处理,得到各评价指标与起步品质的关联度并排序,再与各项指标的权重计算结果进行比对,验证权重计算结果的准确性与可靠性[10-12]
针对已经进行量纲归一化的样本矩阵dij确定参考数列d0和比较数列di,其中参考数列是反映系统行为特征的数据序列,比较数列是影响系统行为的因素组成的数据序列。通过计算各绝对插值数列Δi,组成绝对差值矩阵ΔED

式中,ρ为分辨系数;d0(j)、di(j)分别为参考数列、比较数列中第j个评价指标。
在实际的灰色关联分析法应用中,除考虑关联度排序问题外,还要考虑关联度的分布区间,因为当关联度的分布区间很小时,即便得到了关联度大小的顺序,可能也因关联度之间的差异过小而导致序列间的相似性无法清楚地区别开来,ρ的取值会进一步影响关联度分布区间的长短,从而影响关联分析的结果,故必须选择合适的ρ值。
关联系数表示比较数列与参考数列在各时刻的关联程度,所以不止一个,而信息过于分散不便于进行整体性比较,因此有必要求取各时刻关联系数的平均值,第j个评价指标的关联度r(j)可表示为:

最后,关联度按照大小进行排序,得到DCT车辆起步性能与各项评价指标的关联程度,与根据变异系数法计算所求得的权重进行比对,检验各项评价指标的重要程度是否一致。
按照模糊数学理论[13-14]对评价事物进行描述,这里选用五级制,如表1所示。
在变异系数及权重值确定后,要选择隶属度函数,该函数应合理覆盖整个劣化度取值的区间,本文选择岭形分布的隶属度函数,以描述各状态空间的模糊关系。根据各评价等级的隶属度函数进行运算:

通过隶属度函数的计算,可以得到第k个项目层因素中每项评价指标的状态空间{I1, I2, I3, I4, I5}的隶属度矩阵Rk为:

根据各项指标权重wj以及图3所示的项目层与指标层之间的关系,可以得到各指标层的权重 w k '。根据Rk w k '计算出该项目层综合状态的隶属度矩阵Bk

表1得到评分量化向量S=[9.0,7.5,6.0,4.5,3.0]、项目层隶属度矩阵B以及各项目层对应的权值向量W,计算起步品质的评分F,最后对照表1得到起步品质的评价:

试验车辆选用某款国内品牌装配有DCT变速器的紧凑型乘用车,选用专业驾驶员,对置于状况良好且平直路面(坡度为0±0.5%)上的试验车辆分别以10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%的油门踏板开度进行1挡起步操作。起步过程中,制定的数据采集方案拓扑如图4所示。
其中,车速和加速度使用SpeedBox Mini进行测量,发动机转速使用康明斯磁电式转速传感器测量,数据采集方面,使用NI-9862 CAN采集卡进行采集,数采卡采集到的数据经过CompactDAQ-9132同步和整合后,采用与NI-9862匹配的LabVIEW软件存储数据。
首先提取试验所得的行驶工况片段(起步过程区间定义为SpeedBox Mini中采集到的速度数据由0到达0.2 m/s),然后识别并处理外接传感器信号的异常值和缺失值,再对获取数据进行小波去噪滤波处理,得到起步过程评价指标结果,如表2所示。
表3所示为使用变异系数法计算出的各项指标的变异系数。表4所示为使用变异系数法得到的各项评价指标的客观权重。
表5所示为基于灰色关联法计算得到的各项评价指标关联系数。
表6所示为关联度的最终计算结果,由关联度数值可以看出r03>r04>r05>r01>r02,这表明在本次研究中5种因素与DCT车辆起步性能关联的排列顺序是:车辆起步加速时间、车辆起步加速度峰值、发动机转速波动、起步过程最大正向冲击度、起步响应延迟时间。
该结果与使用变异系数法计算的起步品质评价指标的客观权重的大小排序一致,证明了权重计算结果的准确性与可靠性。
表7所示为根据相应运算得到的各组起步数据的品质评价结果。
对结果进行分析,可以看出大部分起步过程都处于一般状态,结合灰色关联分析法和模糊综合评判2种方法可以看出:在车辆起步过程中动力性的优劣是极为重要的,联系车辆起步时的实际操作,车辆起步过程中起步时间的长短、起步的快慢是最容易感受到的;而在舒适性和经济性方面,冲击度和发动机转速波动的细微差别均不易被感知。因此,在未来DCT车辆的起步研究中,可以着重关注起步的动力性,辅以舒适性和经济性。
本文通过对车辆起步控制机理进行研究,确定了冲击度、起步响应延迟时间、起步加速时间、起步加速度峰值以及发动机转速波动作为对DCT车辆起步品质评价的指标,通过灰色关联分析法,对各评价指标与起步品质的关联度大小进行排序,验证了权重计算结果的准确性与可靠性。最后,建立了起步品质评价体系,并基于模糊综合评价法构建出了起步品质评价模型并进行客观评分,实现了更加客观真实的起步品质评价。
