In order to study the feasibility of active-passive integration test based on acceleration sled, simulation and sled test were carried out on the 50th THOR dummy under 8.0 m/s2 braking, and acceleration and deceleration simulation were carried out under frontal high-speed collision condition after AEB system braking. The results show that the occupant out-of-position fluctuates under AEB system braking, the maximum displacement occurs before the 300th ms, and the fluctuation range is small after the 400th ms. Under the simulation of acceleration sled, after the 400th ms, the protective effect of airbag on head and the stiffness performance of dummy chest are closer to the deceleration test. It therefore can be concluded that the active-passive integration test can be carried out on the acceleration sled by reducing the deceleration time of AEB under the circumstance of the reduced simulation time of AEB should not be less than 300 ms.

为了研究基于加速滑台进行主被动融合试验的可行性,在8.0 m/s2制动加速度条件下,针对第50百分位THOR假人进行了仿真和滑台试验,对自动紧急制动(AEB)系统作用后发生的正面高速碰撞工况进行了加速和减速仿真。结果表明,AEB系统制动下乘员离位过程具有波动性,最大离位量发生在第300 ms前,第400 ms后的波动幅度较小;在加速滑台仿真条件下,400 ms后,安全气囊对头部的保护作用、假人胸部刚度表现与减速试验结果更加接近。由此可知,在AEB的仿真时间缩减后不少于300 ms的条件下,主被动融合试验可以通过缩减AEB时间在加速滑台上进行。

为了研究基于加速滑台进行主被动融合试验的可行性,在8.0 m/s2制动加速度条件下,针对第50百分位THOR假人进行了仿真和滑台试验,对自动紧急制动(AEB)系统作用后发生的正面高速碰撞工况进行了加速和减速仿真。结果表明,AEB系统制动下乘员离位过程具有波动性,最大离位量发生在第300 ms前,第400 ms后的波动幅度较小;在加速滑台仿真条件下,400 ms后,安全气囊对头部的保护作用、假人胸部刚度表现与减速试验结果更加接近。由此可知,在AEB的仿真时间缩减后不少于300 ms的条件下,主被动融合试验可以通过缩减AEB时间在加速滑台上进行。

In order to study the feasibility of active-passive integration test based on acceleration sled, simulation and sled test were carried out on the 50th THOR dummy under 8.0 m/s2 braking, and acceleration and deceleration simulation were carried out under frontal high-speed collision condition after AEB system braking. The results show that the occupant out-of-position fluctuates under AEB system braking, the maximum displacement occurs before the 300th ms, and the fluctuation range is small after the 400th ms. Under the simulation of acceleration sled, after the 400th ms, the protective effect of airbag on head and the stiffness performance of dummy chest are closer to the deceleration test. It therefore can be concluded that the active-passive integration test can be carried out on the acceleration sled by reducing the deceleration time of AEB under the circumstance of the reduced simulation time of AEB should not be less than 300 ms.

当前,自动紧急制动(Autonomous Emergency Braking,AEB)系统已逐渐成为乘用车辆的标配,但AEB系统执行制动时,会导致乘员离位,基于正常坐姿开发的约束系统的保护功能会受到影响[1]。因此,在《C-NCAP路线图(2022~2028)》中,规划新增主被动安全一体化的虚拟测评:在AEB系统介入导致的乘员离位碰撞(主被动融合)工况中,考核乘员离位状态下发生正面碰撞的损伤情况,并考虑将该考核作为加分项于2025年实施。另外,采用主动预紧式安全带被认为是现阶段碰撞前约束乘员向前离位的最直接有效的手段[2-5],因此,路线图中将其作为加分项,并拟在测评中采用第50百分位THOR男性(THOR 50th)假人。在此情况下,孙振东[6]、郝毅[7]等人研究了AEB系统制动对第50百分位THOR假人乘坐姿态的影响。文献[6]对提取得到的参数进行正态分布统计分析,得出在最大制动减速度的分布图中,制动平均减速度为7.6 m/s2,并指出制动加速度越大,离位程度越大。商恩义等[8]研究了在AEB系统制动下主动预紧式安全带限制乘员离位对乘员胸部伤害的影响。滑台试验在约束系统开发过程中必不可少,针对主被动融合条件下的滑台试验,刘东春等[9]提出了提取实车AEB系统制动下假人姿态作为加速滑台试验中假人初始摆放姿态的方法,但并未论证其可行性。第50百分位THOR假人是第50百分位Hybrid Ⅲ假人的升级版[10],本文结合当前AEB系统制动控制策略的研究成果[11-14],在一级制动减速度条件下,制动减速度选取8.0 m/s2,通过仿真及加速滑台试验研究第50百分位THOR假人离位姿态与时间的关系及其影响因素,探讨基于加速滑台进行主被动融合试验的可行性。
本文仿真研究8.0 m/s2制动减速度下,不同安全带上导向环摩擦因数及不同骨盆角度对第50百分位THOR假人离位的影响。《C-NCAP管理规则(2021年版)》附录A中,在第50百分位THOR假人安放部分指出假人骨盆角度应在33°±2.5°范围内。因此,搭建简化的仿真模型如图1所示,进行3次仿真研究,分别用C1、C2和C3表示。C1~C3中,安全带上导向环摩擦因数分别为0.1、0.2、0.1,骨盆角度分别为30.6°、30.6°、34.6°。
针对仿真结果进行加速滑台验证,加速滑台假人初始状态如图2所示,假人骨盆角度为32.3°,安全带佩带位置与仿真设置相同。
仿真及试验中,建立假人坐标系:x向为前后方向,y向为左右方向,z向为上下方向。对于加速度,x向前为正、y向右为正、z向下为正。对于上颈部载荷,头向后、胸向前,Fx为正;头向左、胸向右,Fy为正;受拉时Fz为正。对于假人胸部变形量,受压为正。对于台车,x向为前后方向,向前为正。对于假人运动位移,x向前为正、y向左为正、z向上为正。
xhzh分别为假人头部x向和z向位移,xszs分别为肩部x向和z向位移,xpzp分别为骨盆x向和z向位移。C1和C2仿真完成后,头部质心、肩部、骨盆位置位移及肩带力如图3所示,2次仿真中安全带肩带力及对应的各位置位移均基本重合。该结果表明:安全带肩带力作用较弱,上导向环摩擦因数变化对安全带肩带作用没有影响,对假人离位也不会产生影响;假人在离位过程中上半身有晃动,骨盆位移量较小:骨盆x向位移在第55 ms时刻达到8 mm,后期稳定在8~9 mm范围内。
C1和C3仿真完成后,安全带肩带力及头部质心、肩部、骨盆位移如图4所示,C3肩带力在第260 ms时达到最大值62 N,与C1相比,推迟了30 ms,最大值小了84 N。假人各对应位置的x向最大位移基本相同,出现时刻相差30 ms。C3中复位后的最小位移更小,出现时间更晚。对于z向位移,C1中初始重力作用产生的下沉冲击偏大,但随后的稳定性相对C3更好。图4表明,AEB系统作用下,骨盆角度对乘员离位程度没有影响,只是相对z轴,躯干后倾角度越大,达到幅值时间越晚,并进一步表明乘员离位受安全带作用力差异影响较小。
以8.0 m/s2制动加速度进行加速滑台试验S1,受设备能力所限,AEB系统制动模拟时间定为600 ms。试验中,动态跟踪采集假人头部质心和肩部标记点的x向和z向位移。试验后,S1和C1头部和肩部位移对比如图5所示。x向的位移具有同步性,幅值接近。对于z向位移:S1中,第305 ms时刻,头部最大z向位移zhmax=13 mm,肩部最大z向位移zsmax=-18 mm,颈部拉伸约31 mm。C1仿真中,颈部最大压缩量出现在第225 ms时刻或第305 ms时刻:第225 ms时刻,zs=2 mm,zh=-14 mm,颈部压缩16 mm;第305 ms时刻,zs=-4 mm,zh=-21 mm,颈部压缩17 mm。即,仿真中颈部表现为受压,最大压缩量为17 mm,滑台试验中颈部表现为受拉,最大拉伸量为31 mm。其原因在于,仿真模型中假人摆放时,座椅只是预压变形,并不能模拟出应有的内部应力,故在较小系统加速度下,假人模型受重力场影响将会产生明显下沉现象,当躯干下沉后复位时,头部对颈部产生轴向压力。
在AEB系统制动下,乘员在x向离位达到最大值后会进入复位过程,随后会产生小幅波动。汇总AEB系统仿真和滑台模拟结果如表1所示,其中xhminxsmin分别为头部和肩部复位后的x向最小位移。
表1中,S1中假人离位程度均大于2次仿真结果,且最大位移和最小位移出现的时间均晚于C1和C3,但仿真和滑台试验中假人的整体离位过程基本相同,仿真结果能够反映真实的AEB系统制动导致的乘员离位情况。在仿真和滑台试验中,xhxs在达到幅值复位后均处于波动过程,其中:xhmaxxsmax均出现在第300 ms前,第300 ms时刻位移与离位最大位移接近,相差不超过5 mm;xhminxsmin均出现在第400 ms后,仿真中,乘员后倾角度越大,最小位移越小,最小位移出现时间越迟,第400 ms时刻乘员头部和胸部位移分别接近xhminxsmin,且与离位稳定后的位移接近,仿真中第400 ms时刻位移与第1 000 ms时刻位移相差均不超过10 mm。
在C-NCAP路线图规划的主动预紧式安全带测评方案中,台车制动后至少以30 km/h的速度发生碰撞。文献[8]中,减速滑台速度由64 km/h通过模拟AEB系统制动降至50 km/h后再模拟实车50 km/h正面碰撞过程。基于此,进行主被动融合试验方法研究,确定在模拟AEB系统制动后能进行50 km/h正面碰撞试验。
当前,加速滑台试验系统有气动和液压2种作动方式,受推杆行程及推杆伸出后压力衰减所限,模拟AEB行程不宜过长。加速度为8.0 m/s2的条件下:加速时间为300 ms时,行程为360 mm,当前加速滑台试验系统均可满足要求;加速时间为400 ms时,行程为640 mm,推力低的气动加速滑台可复现通常的正面碰撞试验减速度曲线,而推力较大的滑台均可满足要求。因此,结合表1,以某款车驾驶员侧假人为研究对象,确定3次仿真方案。3次仿真分别用CV1、CV2和CV3表示。CV1中,以8.0 m/s2的加速度加速300 ms,而后模拟实车50 km/h正面碰撞。CV2中,以8.0 m/s2的加速度加速400 ms,而后模拟实车50 km/h正面碰撞。CV3中,车辆初始速度为64 km/h,以8.0 m/s2的减速度降至50 km/h,而后模拟实车50 km/h正面碰撞,则CV3中AEB模拟时间为496 ms。3次仿真中均采用第50百分位THOR假人,模型设置完全相同。
以50 km/h正面碰撞开始时刻为0时刻,3次仿真动画对比如图6所示,以假人H点为基点向上画出头部安装孔参考线。在0时刻,CV1~CV3的乘员均处于离位后的复位过程中,复位程度依次增加。在第40 ms时刻,气囊展开过程中有扫脸风险。在第50 ms时刻,CV1~CV3中假人头部与气囊接触时刻有递进过程。第90 ms时刻,假人胸部与气囊有明显的接触过程(左侧手臂已隐藏)。
研究3次仿真中假人头部所受外力作用产生的外力加速度。正面碰撞试验中,主要研究x向和z向力。依据头部质量4.5 kg和假人头部x向和z向加速度、颈部x向和z向载荷,计算假人头部x向和z向外力加速度如图7所示[15-16]axoazo分别为假人头部x向和z向受到的外力产生的加速度。
第50百分位THOR假人头部后方有2根钢索与颈部下方相连,在AEB系统制动下,当头部相对颈部产生离位运动时,钢索将约束头部,对头部产生外力加速度。图7中,以AEB系统制动开始时刻为0时刻,3次仿真在AEB制动阶段由钢索作用产生的头部外力加速度具有同步性,在制动约220 ms时刻钢索的作用最强,而后随着制动时间的延长而减弱。以50 km/h碰撞开始时刻为0时刻,3次仿真中头部azo较小,且基本相同。头部axo总体趋势接近,第40 ms前后没有尖峰产生,表明在气囊展开过程中未发生扫脸现象。3条axo曲线中,CV1-axo下降最快,但所围面积最小。CV2-axo与CV3-axo同步性较好,但峰值略低。对比结果表明,头部与气囊的接触越早,保护效果越好,AEB系统制动时间越长,头部波动越小,离位程度越接近,正面碰撞中头部伤害程度越相近。
3次仿真中假人上颈部y向弯矩My如图8所示,以AEB系统制动开始时刻为0时刻,在AEB制动阶段颈部My变化过程基本相同,在制动后约第220 ms时刻正向My最大。以50 km/h碰撞开始时刻为0时刻,CV1~CV3中气囊作用产生的伸张弯矩具有同步性,幅值接近、递减。
第50百分位THOR假人的胸部变形量共有4个测量点,分别为左上、左下、右上、右下。3次仿真中,最大的变形量均发生在左上位置。假人左上胸部变形量d的测量结果如图9所示,以AEB系统制动开始时刻为0时刻,在AEB制动阶段d的变化过程基本相同,在制动至约380 ms后胸部的变形量开始减弱。以50 km/h碰撞开始时刻为0时刻,CV1~CV3中d的变化过程具有同步性,且幅值接近、递增。
3次仿真中提取到的安全带肩带力B3图10所示,AEB系统制动过程和正面碰撞过程中安全带肩带作用过程均基本同步,且碰撞过程中的肩带力幅值基本相同,该结果表明CV1~CV3中d幅值递增非安全带作用力产生变化所致。
相关研究表明[17-19],第50百分位THOR假人胸部刚度与安全带肩带力作用密切相关,即在假人近似向前平动过程中,胸部变形量与刚度的乘积与安全带肩带力变化存在同步性,且假人躯干直立或前倾,安全带肩带合力作用点越靠近肩部,胸部刚度越大。当假人后倾时,安全带肩带合力作用点越靠近胸部肋骨下沿,胸部刚度越小。设k为假人胸部刚度,建立3次仿真中B3kd的比较关系如图11所示,d1d2d3分别为CV1~CV3中胸部变形量,当CV1~CV3中k分别取120 kN/m、116 kN/m和110 kN/m时,B3kd的变化过程均具有同步性,且幅值基本相等。以50 km/h碰撞开始时刻为0时刻,3次仿真中,碰撞中安全带肩带限力前胸部变形量的变化过程在第20~60 ms,而图7中,通过参考线可确认在此过程中假人上躯干的向后倾斜角度以CV1最小,CV3最大。CV1~CV3中d幅值递增是由假人上躯干后倾角度递增使得安全带肩带作用过程中胸部刚度递减所致。
本文通过仿真研究了AEB制动过程通过加速滑台以加速方式复现的可行性及在8.0 m/s2制动下,不同制动时长和不同模拟方式下第50百分位THOR假人的离位情况,以及AEB制动后发生正面高速碰撞的伤害情况。结果表明,当制动模拟时间超过300 ms时,在对AEB实际减速时间进行缩减处理后,主被动融合试验可以通过加速滑台试验系统进行。试验中,若假人上半身的离位位移量偏大,则对头部和胸部造成的伤害略偏低,并使颈部My略偏高。因此,缩减时间越少,安全气囊对头部的保护作用、假人胸部刚度表现与减速滑台试验下的结果将越接近。
