A three-segment Pseudo-Random Frequency Active Zero State Pulse Width Modulation (PRF-AZSPWM) strategy based on Markov process is proposed to address the common mode interference problem in electric vehicle electric drive systems. Based on the equivalent zero vector effect, this strategy introduces a binary Markov chain to generate random synthetic signals, allowing the carrier frequency to vary randomly within a certain range, while selecting appropriate transmission probabilities to spread the harmonic energy to a wider frequency range. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme effectively reduces the common-mode interference level of the electric drive system, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is further confirmed through prototype testing.

针对电动汽车电驱动系统的共模干扰问题,提出了一种基于马尔可夫(Markov)过程的三段式伪随机载波频率等效零矢量脉宽调制(PRF-AZSPWM)策略。在等效零矢量作用的基础上,该策略引入双态Markov链生成随机合成信号,使载波频率在一定范围内随机变化,同时选择合适的传递概率,将谐波能量扩展到更宽的频率范围。仿真结果表明,提出的方案有效降低了电驱动系统的共模干扰水平,并通过样机试验进一步证明了提出策略的有效性。

针对电动汽车电驱动系统的共模干扰问题,提出了一种基于马尔可夫(Markov)过程的三段式伪随机载波频率等效零矢量脉宽调制(PRF-AZSPWM)策略。在等效零矢量作用的基础上,该策略引入双态Markov链生成随机合成信号,使载波频率在一定范围内随机变化,同时选择合适的传递概率,将谐波能量扩展到更宽的频率范围。仿真结果表明,提出的方案有效降低了电驱动系统的共模干扰水平,并通过样机试验进一步证明了提出策略的有效性。

A three-segment Pseudo-Random Frequency Active Zero State Pulse Width Modulation (PRF-AZSPWM) strategy based on Markov process is proposed to address the common mode interference problem in electric vehicle electric drive systems. Based on the equivalent zero vector effect, this strategy introduces a binary Markov chain to generate random synthetic signals, allowing the carrier frequency to vary randomly within a certain range, while selecting appropriate transmission probabilities to spread the harmonic energy to a wider frequency range. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme effectively reduces the common-mode interference level of the electric drive system, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is further confirmed through prototype testing.

电驱动系统作为电动汽车电压平台的关键部件,其核心是碳化硅开关器件的使用。相较于传统绝缘栅双极晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT),碳化硅功率器件能够提升开关频率、降低开关损耗,因此,该器件广泛应用于电机驱动器的逆变器。
逆变器功率器件的快速开关行为导致电压和电流的变化率增加,由于电路存在寄生参数,所以高频电压和电流通过耦合路径将影响敏感源[1]。在电机驱动过程中,共模电压使电机轴承产生过电压[2],影响电机的使用寿命。同时,在车辆公告测试中,影响车辆对外界环境的辐射发射,对电磁兼容性产生较大风险。
逆变器的传导干扰主要分布在150 kHz~30 MHz高频频段,可通过硬件和软件2种途径对逆变器传导干扰进行抑制。姬军鹏等[3-6]通过增加滤波器,抑制耦合路径中的传导干扰;Hota等[7-10]优化逆变电路的拓扑结构,增强传导干扰的抑制效果,但是会增加系统复杂度,无法从源头消除电磁干扰。
扩频调制通常分为周期脉宽调制(Periodic Pulse Width Modulation,PPWM)和随机脉宽调制(Random Pulse Width Modulation,RPWM)。其中,PPWM载波的频率随正弦波、方波和三角波等进行周期性变化,而谐波集中于开关频率的整数倍频处,其电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)抑制效果有限。为了解决逆变器中功率器件快速开关导致的电磁兼容性问题,Trzynadlowski等[11]通过调节开关频率和导通位置分布,获得脉宽调制输出的电压频谱特性,并认为RPWM是对每个周期内载波属性(相位、幅值和频率)的随机变化。许杰等[12]采用混沌信号控制开关管通断,解决了载波信号随机化生成的问题。
鉴于RPWM可将电压谐波的能量扩散至附近频段,本文选择RPWM抑制系统的EMI。对比空间矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)和三段式伪随机载波频率等效零矢量脉宽调制(Pseudo-Random Frequency Active Zero State Pulse Width Modulation,PRF-AZSPWM)策略产生的共模干扰,提出了一种基于马尔可夫(Markov)双态链的PRF-AZSPWM3调制策略,使谐波能量辐射到更宽的频带中。通过仿真及样机测试,验证本文策略的有效性。
永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)驱动系统两电平、三相逆变器拓扑结构如图1所示。
共模电压可定义为Ucm=Uno+Uog,其中,Uno为电机中性点与直流侧电压中点间的电压值,Uog为直流侧电压中点对地电压值。与Uno相比,Uog极小且变化缓慢,常忽略不计。因此,共模电压可表示为:

式中:UAoUBoUCo分别为各桥臂中点ABC与直流侧电压中点o间电压。
逆变器三相桥臂由6个开关管控制,其状态函数为:
S x = 0 ,     , 1 ,     ,   x { A , B , C }
因此,控制开关管的通断可形成8种基本电压矢量,通过式(1)计算出各电压矢量产生的共模电压,其输出范围为-Udc/2~Udc/2,其中,零电压矢量U7U0输出的共模电压分别为Udc/2、-Udc/2,非零电压矢量的输出范围为-Udc/6~Udc/6。当零电压矢量作用时,电机所承受共模电压的绝对值是非零电压矢量的3倍,这对电机的损害极大。
SVPWM利用参考电压矢量所在扇区的两个非零矢量和两个零矢量合成参考电压矢量,该过程符合伏秒原则,SVPWM第Ⅰ扇区参考电压矢量的合成原理如图2所示。其中,Uref为参考电压矢量,Ts为开关周期,T4T6分别为非零矢量U4(100)和U6(110)的作用时间,θ为参考电压矢量与U4的角度。由于存在零矢量,逆变器的共模干扰也相应增加。
SVPWM调制下共模电压波形如图3所示,在一个开关周期内电压变化了6次,各次的幅值变化为Udc/3。在零电压矢量作用时,Ucm幅值达到±Udc/2;在非零电压矢量作用时,幅值仅±Udc/6。因此,可通过避免使用零电压矢量,抑制共模电压的作用。
在SVPWM的基础上,三段式等效零失量脉宽调制(Active Zero State Pulse Width Modulation,AZSPWM)避免了使用零矢量,在每个开关周期内仅采用3个非零矢量作为合成参考电压矢量。其中,使用SVPWM选取2个非零矢量,第3个非零矢量与前2个矢量中某个矢量可合成为零矢量,即大小相等、方向相反,其原理如图4所示。
通过上述方法,将共模电压幅值限制在±Udc/6,可有效降低共模电压,AZSPWM3调制下共模电压波形如图5所示。
AZSPWM3合成过程同样符合伏秒原则,以第Ⅰ扇区为例,各非零电压矢量的作用时间分别为:

式中:T3T4T6分别为U3(011)、U4(100)、U6(110)的作用时间。
除零电压矢量外,载波频率也影响系统共模干扰。由于载波频率决定开关管的通断频率,开关管的快速开关行为使电压变化率大幅增加,导致共模干扰增强[13]。随着载波频率的升高,各频段的共模干扰同样增强。AZSPWM3通过避免使用零电压矢量降低了系统中共模电压干扰,但并未考虑载波频率的干扰,因此,可在此基础上,通过改进脉宽调制技术,进一步抑制系统共模干扰。
通过概率分布,RPWM将随机信号加入载波中,将周期性载波信号变为非周期信号,此时,固定载波频率及其倍频谐波频率的能量分散至全频段[14],谐波幅值降低。
目前,随机脉宽调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)技术按照随机方式主要分为随机脉冲位置PWM、随机开关PWM、随机零矢量PWM、随机开关频率PWM以及混合随机PWM[15]。其中,随机开关频率PWM削弱高次谐波的能力较强,且适用范围广泛。现有的随机开关频率PWM的载波频率按固定时间频率切换,且切换前、后的随机状态无任何关联,相应的载波频率无关联。
因此,通过引入Markov双态链,令生成的随机信号与前一个状态具有一定的关联性,使整个随机过程具有一定规律性。
Markov性质指系统当前状态仅与前一个状态有关,与之前状态无关,具有无记忆性。而Markov过程是一组具有该性质的随机变量,其未来的演变方向仅取决于当前状态。
假设一个随机过程X(t),对任意t0<t1<…<tk<tk+1tk+1时刻的状态X(tk+1)仅与tk时刻的状态X(tk)有关,与之前的所有状态无关,即P[X(tk+1)|X(tk),…,X(t0)]=P[X(tk+1)|X(tk)]。当X(t)为离散型随机变量,Markov过程可视为Markov链,各元素间转移概率pij为状态i转移至状态j的概率,0≤pij≤1,且 j = 0 n p i j = 1。因此,构建状态转移矩阵:

式中:n为状态变量的数量。
将Markov链引入PRF-AZSPWM3,为了控制两种锯齿波的随机组合,采用双态Markov链,如图6所示,两种锯齿波的状态变量分别使用0和1表示。
此时,状态转移矩阵 P = p 00 p 01 p 10 p 11 = p 1 - p 1 - p p。在双态Markov链中,使用期望表示最终等效开关频率fg=1/2 fb(1+p),其中,fb为基础锯齿波频率,转移概率p∈[0,1],通过设置合适的转移概率优化整个随机过程,将谐波能量分散至其他频段,抑制共模干扰。
为了分析控制信号的随机性,引入熵评价随机变量的不确定性。假设随机过程中所有状态均属于状态空间,即xS,则概率质量函数p(x)=Pr{X=x},离散随机变量的熵函数为 H ( X ) = - x S p ( x ) l o g 2 p ( x )。本质上,X为状态为0和1的随机序列,各状态的转移概率之和为1,设转移概率分别为p和(1-p),则转移概率的熵函数H(p)=-plog2(p)-(1-p)log2(1-p)。
熵函数图像如图7所示,该函数是以p=0.5为对称轴的凸函数,当p=0.5时,函数为最大熵值,表明随机变量下一时刻状态的不确定性最大;当p=0或p=1时,此时熵为0,表明变量下一时刻的状态的不确定性为0。
脉冲重复频率(Pulse Repetition Frequency,PRF)载波由4个连续分量组成,分别为正、负锯齿波和三角波,如图8所示。当控制信号恒定时,开关频率保持不变,在连续控制周期内选择锯齿波载波;当控制信号变化时,两种锯齿波将合成一个三角波,频率为原来的1/2。
在各开关周期内,对两种频率相同、相位相反的锯齿波进行随机选择,使用PRF-AZSPWM3调制成一个新的PRF载波,通过双态Markov链生成随机控制信号,将窄带噪声转化为宽带噪声。随着双态Markov链的引入,整个随机过程具有一定规律性,虽然每个周期的载波频率具有随机性,但整体的载波频率分布可通过调节转移概率p控制谐波能量的分散,从而达到最佳的共模干扰抑制效果。
根据GB/T 18387—2017《电动车辆的电磁场发射强度的限值和测量方法》[16]规定,传导干扰测试频段应为150 kHz~30 MHz,因此,需考虑电驱动系统的寄生参数对干扰电流路径的影响。本文使用Simulink构建电驱动系统高频等效模型模型,如图9所示,理想电机控制模块为等效模型提供6个IGBT控制信号,对共模传导干扰进行仿真和预测。
电驱动系统分为高压电池、线性阻抗稳定网络(Line Impedance Stabilization Network,LISN)、直流母线、逆变器、三相交流线缆和永磁同步电机6个部分,各部分均存在相应的寄生参数。其中,LISN由电阻R1R2分别与电容(C2C4)、电感(L1L2)串联,再与C1C3并联;直流母线等效电路由寄生电阻R3R4和寄生电感L3L4以及对地寄生电容C5C6构成;C7为逆变器内部支撑电容,R5L5分别为C7内部等效串联电阻和等效串联电感;三相屏蔽线缆的高频等效电路由寄生电阻R6~R8、寄生电感L18~L19和对地寄生电容C11~C13构成;电机可等效为电感与电阻串联模型,R9~R11为相电阻,L21~L23为相电感,C14为中性点与电机外壳的寄生电容,L6~L17为IGBT内部的寄生电感,C8~C10为逆变器三相输出铜排对地的寄生电容。
当IGBT快速导通/关断,产生的干扰电流通过各模块的寄生元件流入LISN。由于LISN为电路提供了稳定阻抗,因而可采用电压法进行传导干扰测试。通过理论计算与实际测量,记录系统主要部件寄生参数,如表1所示。
等效模型搭建完成,在电机控制模块中对不同调制策略进行仿真试验,并将PWM信号传输至等效电路的开关管栅极,观察电驱动系统传导干扰效果。分别对SVPWM和AZSPWM3调制策略的共模抑制效果进行仿真,Simulink参数设置为:直流电压Udc=380 V,扭矩T=10 N∙m,转速P=1 000 r/min,共模干扰频谱如图10所示。
通过对比共模干扰频谱,在150 kHz~30 MHz频段内,由于AZSPWM3调制策略未使用零电压矢量,共模干扰大幅降低。虽然谐振峰值下降不明显,但其余频段共模干扰均有所降低,平均峰值达到25 dBμV。
相同试验环境下,分别在载波频率为10 kHz、20 kHz和30 kHz的共模干扰下,AZSPWM3测试频谱如图11所示。
图11可知,随着载波频率升高,共模干扰的幅值增加,20 kHz与10 kHz的峰值相比,最高提升了20 dBμV。这充分验证了随着载波频率升高,导致电压变化率升高,对系统传导干扰会产生不利影响,进一步证明了本文方案具有合理性。
为了验证本文方法的有效性,对比SVPWM、AZSPWM3和PRF-AZSPWM3调制算法的共模干扰频谱,结果如图12所示。相同测试环境下,设置锯齿波频率为10 kHz,转移概率p=0.4。
分析频谱可知,在150 kHz~30 MHz频段,相较于AZSPWM3,PRF-AZSPWM3对共模电压的抑制效果显著。由于低频信号传播损耗较低,通过寄生电容、电感后,仍保持较强的信号强度,因此,除低频频段略微上升,0.17~30 MHz频段的幅值平均达到10 dBμV,谐振点的峰值明显下降。在抑制低频信号时,仅靠调制策略优化难以达到理想效果,需要更强的干扰或滤波方法。
搭建电机驱动系统平台,包括1 kW永磁同步电机、碳化硅电机控制器、可调电机负载以及高压直流电源(最大电压为500 V),对PRF-AZSPWM3进行性能测试。其中,碳化硅电机控制器为TI公司C2000系列产品,可直接下载使用Simulink中控制算法模型,从而实现控制功能。
试验中使用直流电源电压为380 V,锯齿波频率为10 kHz,电机转速为500 r/min,扭矩为5 N∙m,共模电压通过数字示波器测量后,经过快速傅里叶变换得到频谱,其他参数通过控制板的串行通信端口获取。对比PRF-AZSPWM3和SVPWM两种调制策略下,电机转速、q轴电流及共模干扰频谱,结果如图13所示。
通过对比可知,两种策略的动态过程趋于一致,转速的上升时间与零过冲相近,在稳态时能够较好地控制转速,使其稳定在目标转速;q轴电流的变化趋势相同,表明电驱动系统的动态性能良好;使用PRF-AZSPWM3后,共模电压的幅值在整个频率范围内明显降低。因此,PRF-AZSPWM3策略在有效抑制电驱动系统共模干扰的同时,能够保持较好的控制效果。
本文提出了一种基于Markov过程的三段式等效零矢量脉宽调制策略,并通过样机试验分析了PRF-AZSPWM3控制性能,为电驱动系统共模干扰抑制提供了新思路。未来,将通过优化转移概率的选择方法,获得最佳的谐波抑制效果。
