In order to enhance the vehicle braking energy recovery efficiency and maintain braking stability, this paper proposes a comprehensive energy recovery method that takes the drivers’ styles and road adhesion characteristics into account. Firstly, the driving style feature parameters are extracted from different drivers’ data, and the driving style recognition model is trained based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Then, the road images are preprocessed using the U-Net network, and the lightweight network MobileNet V3 is trained to recognize the road surface efficiently. Finally, combined with the recognition results of driving styles and road surfaces, the variable ratio of braking force of the front and rear axles of the vehicle is allocated, and a method is proposed to determine the regenerative braking force considering the weight of driving styles and road adhesion conditions, the braking energy recovery strategy is formulated on this basis. The simulation results show that the braking efficiency and stability are significantly improved for different road surfaces; the SOC of the battery is improved by 2.13 percentage points and 1.02 percentage points in the WLTC and NEDC cycle conditions respectively, further improving the overall braking stability and economy of vehicles.

为了增强车辆制动能量回收效率和保持制动稳定性,提出了一种综合考量驾驶员风格和路面附着特性的能量回收方法。首先,根据不同驾驶员数据提取驾驶风格特征参数,基于支持向量机(SVM)训练驾驶风格辨识模型;然后,通过U-Net网络对路面图像进行预处理,并使用轻量级网络MobileNet V3训练路面高效辨识模型;最后,结合驾驶风格与路面辨识结果,对车辆前、后轴制动力的变比值进行分配,提出一种考虑驾驶风格与路面附着条件权重来确定再生制动力的方法,并在此基础上完成制动能量回收策略制定。仿真结果表明:对于不同路面,制动效能与制动稳定性明显提升;在WLTC与NEDC循环工况中,电池SOC分别提高了2.13百分点、1.02百分点,使整车制动稳定性与经济性得到进一步提升。

In order to enhance the vehicle braking energy recovery efficiency and maintain braking stability, this paper proposes a comprehensive energy recovery method that takes the drivers’ styles and road adhesion characteristics into account. Firstly, the driving style feature parameters are extracted from different drivers’ data, and the driving style recognition model is trained based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Then, the road images are preprocessed using the U-Net network, and the lightweight network MobileNet V3 is trained to recognize the road surface efficiently. Finally, combined with the recognition results of driving styles and road surfaces, the variable ratio of braking force of the front and rear axles of the vehicle is allocated, and a method is proposed to determine the regenerative braking force considering the weight of driving styles and road adhesion conditions, the braking energy recovery strategy is formulated on this basis. The simulation results show that the braking efficiency and stability are significantly improved for different road surfaces; the SOC of the battery is improved by 2.13 percentage points and 1.02 percentage points in the WLTC and NEDC cycle conditions respectively, further improving the overall braking stability and economy of vehicles.

制动能量回收是提升电动汽车续驶里程的关键技术,在提高能源回收效率、保障制动系统稳定性以及优化驾乘舒适度方面发挥重要作用,对于电动汽车绿色、高效发展具有重要意义[1-2]
对于考虑车辆行驶路面或行驶工况方面,Chen等根据路面附着条件对再生制动过程的影响,提出了基于实时评估路面附着系数的制动力分配方法,确保各路面条件下均能达到较好的制动性能与能量回收率,但未考虑驾驶员行为对再生制动过程的影响,且路面附着系数识别效果依赖于路面观测器的设计[3-4]。李波[5]等通过考虑不同路面附着条件,选择能量回收、稳定性等目标进行优化,提升了策略在高、低附着路面的适用性,但在实际复杂路况中应用的局限性较大。
对于考虑电池、电机等车辆状态方面,Zheng等提出了基于模糊算法的电机制动力校正策略,在不同车速与制动强度条件下合理分配制动力,提升了电池寿命,但该算法更多依赖于专家经验与规则集的构建[6-7]。Pei等以能量回收率和制动安全性为目标,制定了制动转矩分配策略,但未考虑环境因素影响[8-9]
对于考虑驾驶行为、环境等综合因素方面,Xu[10]等设计了一种制动力预分配策略,在提升能量回收的同时,保证了车辆稳定性和舒适性,但针对驾驶员的制动意图识别未考虑驾驶风格的变化,未考虑不同路况和系统复杂性的影响。Qiu[11]等根据车辆的再生制动系统,提出了一种综合考虑驾驶风格与行驶工况耦合影响的控制策略,但该策略未涉及不同路面附着条件下的驾驶情况。
鉴于实际驾驶环境复杂多变,当前研究大多只考虑路面工况、驾驶行为或车辆状态等单一因素,本文综合考虑驾驶风格、路面附着条件、车速、制动强度、电池荷电状态(State Of Charge,SOC)等因素的影响,提出一种创新的制动能量回收策略,并通过不同循环工况的仿真测试,验证该策略的有效性。
本文通过驾驶员在环试验,实时采集车速、制动踏板行程、加速踏板行程等数据。该试验平台由驾驶模拟设备、模拟驾驶软件、STM32单片机及上位机软件组成。通过城市汽车驾驶(City Car Driving)软件,设置城市工况,选取3种驾驶风格的64位驾驶员,包含冷静型(Calm)、普通型(Normal)和激进型(Aggressive),共采集302组数据。
为了表征不同的驾驶风格,选取平均车速、车速标准差、加速度平均值等16个特征参数,经过数据标准化处理后,驾驶风格特征参数如表1所示。
将驾驶风格的标准化特征参数作为输入、驾驶风格类型作为输出,使用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)对驾驶风格识别网络进行训练,110组测试集数据结果如图1所示。
图1可知,3种驾驶风格准确识别的样例为104个,即驾驶风格辨识模型的测试准确率能够达到94.5%。因此,该模型可以准确进行驾驶风格的辨识。
通过车辆配置摄像头获取路面信息,结合深度学习在图像处理领域的优势,获得较好的路面识别效果并及时调整控制策略,从而提高车辆对不同路况的适应性及面对突发情况的响应能力。
本文使用Cityscapes[12]、Oxford Radar RobotCar[13]、KITTI[14]等开源数据集与自建数据集,包括干沥青、湿沥青和冰路面3种路面类型。其中,不同路面类型各1 200张、共3 600张图像作为路面分类网络的数据集,训练集、验证集和测试数据集的比例为6∶1∶1。为了提高模型的适应性,自建数据主要为不同时段、多种环境的路面图像,如图2所示。
由于车辆前视摄像头拍摄的路面图像包含了大量的非路面信息,场景较复杂。若使用原始图像进行网络训练,极易影响路面识别的准确度与效率。因此,本文使用U-Net网络对图像进行语义分割,同时提高预处理实时性。
在预处理阶段,采用Cityscapes数据集训练语义分割网络,该数据集主要包含19种语义类别,共5 000张图片。使用PyTorch搭建U-Net网络,并选择平均交并比(Mean Intersection over Union,MIoU)作为语义分割网络的性能评价指标。损失函数验证集MIoU曲线如图3所示,训练集损失函数约在0.06处收敛,验证集约为0.09处收敛;验证集MIoU值呈上升趋势,任务结束时,MIoU达到63%,表明U-Net模型在语义分割任务上有相对较高的精确度。
最后,对语义图像进行掩膜(Mask)处理,结果如图4所示,经过路面图像预处理可剔除背景信息,提取有效的路面区域。
鉴于预处理后的路面图像不包含复杂信息,为了提高整体识别效率,采用轻量级MobileNetV3网络进行分类识别任务,测试结果如图5所示。在第200次迭代后,训练集与验证集的损失趋于稳定,且验证集损失函数在0.023 2处收敛。
为了最终评估所训练的路面分类网络的有效性,使用测试集对网络的识别准确率进行测试。测试集共600张图像,干沥青、湿沥青和冰路面图像各200张。最终的测试混淆矩阵如图6所示,测试集中共有571张图像识别正确,平均准确率约为95.2%。
本文将前轮驱动的纯电动汽车作为研究对象,以电池SOC和制动强度作为区分机械制动、复合制动的标准,结合驾驶风格与路面的辨识结果,制定制动能量回收策略。车辆主要参数如表2所示。
当车辆处于复合制动模式时,需要综合考虑制动稳定性和能量回收率,本文的制动能量回收策略如图7所示。
当车辆的SOC>80%时,为了保持电池的使用寿命,不宜进行再生制动,需采用纯机械制动模式;当制动强度z>0.7时,判定车辆正在进行紧急制动,考虑制动稳定性,需采用纯机械制动模式;当电池SOC≤80%且处于非紧急制动时,需采用混合制动。通过考虑路面类型与驾驶风格识别结果确定分配系数β与再生制动力修正因子γ,在制动过程中实时调整策略,提高车辆对各种驾驶条件的适应性。
本文选用Burckhardt轮胎模型[15],其表达式为:

式中:c1c2c3为路面附着条件参数,μ(λ)为轮胎滑移率λ对应的利用附着系数,v为纵向车速,ω为车轮角速度,R为车轮半径。
3种典型路面条件下,模型参数如表3所示。
通过不同路面附着条件,优化车辆制动力分配系数β,保持车辆的制动稳定性。其中,制动力变比值优化分配应保证车辆的前、后轮在制动时滑移率降至最低,最大限度地发挥轮胎与路面的附着作用,同时,使后轮的滑移率始终低于前轮。
分析Burckhardt轮胎模型与轮胎纵向制动力,可将制动力变比值优化分配问题视为有约束条件的非线性多变量函数,其数学模型为:

式中:Fz1Fz2分别为地面对车辆前、后轮的法向作用力,FX b1FX b2分别为前、后轮受到的地面制动力,μ1(λ1)、μ2(λ2)分别为前轮、后轮滑移率的利用附着系数,m为车辆总质量,z为制动强度,g为重力加速度,b为车辆质心到后轴的距离。
结合ECE法规约束[16]与轮胎纵向制动力,约束条件为:

式中:hg为车辆质心的高度,a为车辆质心到前轴的距离,L为车辆轴距。
采用MATLAB的fmincon函数联合约束式(2)、式(3)对目标函数进行求解,得到不同路面、不同制动强度时滑移率的最优值,进而计算最优分配系数β,结果如图8所示。相同制动强度下,附着条件较好的路面,其分配系数较大;冰路面条件下,分配系数主要取决于ECE法规约束。
相同工况下,驾驶员的驾驶风格越激烈,驾驶循环内的平均制动踏板行程越大;相反,平均制动踏板行程越小。因此,本文通过驾驶循环内平均制动踏板行程反映驾驶员的驾驶风格,驾驶风格的再生制动力修正因子为:

式中:Fmax为当前行驶条件对应的最大再生制动力,FGen,max为电机提供的最大再生制动力,i=1, 2, 3分别为冷静型、普通型与激进型驾驶风格。
再生制动力修正因子确定的原则为:驾驶风格的激进程度越高,更注重汽车制动稳定性,相应地减少电机参与制动的程度;相反,电机参与制动的程度应增加。对采集的平均制动踏板行程进行柯尔莫可洛夫-斯米洛夫(Kolmogorov-Smirnov,KS)检验,样本均符合正态分布。将样本满足的一般正态分布转化为标准正态分布,并选取80%的置信区间,确定各驾驶风格的平均制动踏板行程范围。最后,将3种驾驶风格的平均制动踏板行程进行区间端点统一并进行[0,1]区间标准化,得到不同驾驶风格修正因子的范围:冷静型驾驶风格区间为0.773<α1≤1,普通型驾驶风格区间为0.364<α2≤0.773,激进型驾驶风格区间为0<α3≤0.364。
由于路面附着条件对电机参与制动的程度也存在较大影响,所以需考虑路面附着条件进一步确定修正因子。在高附着路面时,电机频繁参与制动可提高能量回收,提升车辆经济性;在低附着路面时,更加注重车辆的制动稳定性与安全性,需要限制再生制动。
参考GB/T 33195—2016《道路交通事故车辆速度鉴定》[17]的汽车滑动附着系数参考值表,设置当前路面的平均附着系数 μ i = μ l e f t + μ r i g h t 2,其中i=1, 2, 3分别为干沥青、湿沥青和冰路面,μleftμright分别为附着系数的下限和上限。不同路面类型的附着系数如表4所示。
因此,本文设定在干沥青路面,电机可以最大程度参与制动,最终的修正因子为:

式中:αi,leftαi,right为修正因子αi的左、右端点,i=1, 2, 3分别为干沥青、湿沥青和冰路面,μ1为干沥青路面对应的平均附着系数。
通过Simulink与Cruise联合仿真进一步证明本文策略的有效性,将路面类型作为已知条件,在干沥青、湿沥青与冰路面条件下,先进行制动工况仿真,验证考虑附着条件的变比值分配策略的合理性;再根据循环工况仿真,将车速跟踪、电池SOC变化曲线及电机参与制动程度作为评价指标。
设置车辆初始速度为80 km/h,在保证车轮不发生抱死的情况下,分别在3种不同路面条件下进行仿真,车轮滑移率结果如图9所示,制动距离结果见表5
试验结果表明:在多种路面条件下,当车辆执行常规制动且避免车轮抱死,相较于传统的固定比值分配方法,采用优化制动力分配方法可使后轮的滑移率显著下降,从而产生较大的横向反作用力,有利于增强车辆制动的稳定性,表现出更优越的制动效能。
对于全球轻型汽车测试循环(World Light Vehicle Test Cycle,WLTC)工况和新欧洲循环周期(New European Driving Cycle,NEDC)工况的仿真结果如表6所示。
表6可知,在两种循环工况中,本文控制策略均能够精准地跟随目标车速。在驾驶风格识别测试中,驾驶员行为多倾向于冷静型和普通型。在干燥沥青路面与湿滑沥青路面条件下,通过对比WLTC与NEDC两种工况下的再生制动力变化曲线,当路面条件由干燥转为湿滑时,能量回收的效率将下降。主要源于湿滑路面的附着条件限制了电机参与制动程度,迫使制动系统更依赖传统液压制动机制。该过程使车辆在附着条件较差的路面能够增强车辆的稳定性及制动性。
通过在干燥沥青路面条件下,对比本文策略与目前广泛采用的基于车速和制动强度策略、固定比值策略的电池荷电状态与电机再生制动力变化,结果如表7所示。在良好的路面附着条件下,驾驶员呈现冷静型或普通型驾驶风格时,电机在制动过程的平均参与度较高。相较于其他策略,本文策略更加重视经济性,节能效果优势明显。在WLTC和NEDC两种不同的工况结束时,相比于传统固定比值策略,电池SOC分别提高2.13百分点和1.02百分点。
本文针对前驱纯电动汽车的制动能量回收策略进行了深入研究,通过优化制动力分配策略,并综合考虑驾驶员风格与路面附着条件两个关键影响因素对再生制动力进行修正。仿真结果表明:本文策略相较于其他常用策略,在制动距离和稳定性方面有显著优势,且可以实现更高的能量回收率。
从纯电动汽车节能与制动性能角度出发,本文策略有效提高了能量利用率,增加了汽车续驶里程,当车辆处于挑战性的道路环境或激进驾驶状态时,仍能够保持良好的制动表现。
