To address the issue of exterior rear view mirror whistle of a home-made passenger car, vehicle subjective evaluation is conducted to confirm and analyze the issue, then schemes are proposed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to eliminate the unreasonable flush and cavity of exterior rear view mirror shell and camera, and improve stream field pressure of the monitoring point, vehicle test and subjective evaluation prove effectiveness of this scheme. The results show that exterior rear view mirror whistle problem can be solved by reducing Error State Index (ESI) which comprehensively considers factors such as road type, speed range and severity of NVH from 1.12 to 0.

针对某乘用车外后视镜风哨声问题,通过实车主观评价进行风哨声问题确认及分析,根据计算流体力学(CFD)方法提出摄像头与镜壳间不合理阶差消除方案与空腔消除方案,改善流场和监测点压力,并通过实车测试和主观评价验证方案的有效性。结果表明:综合考虑使用路面、速度段和NVH严重程度的风哨声错误状态指数(ESI)由1.12降至0,成功解决了后视镜风哨声问题。

To address the issue of exterior rear view mirror whistle of a home-made passenger car, vehicle subjective evaluation is conducted to confirm and analyze the issue, then schemes are proposed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to eliminate the unreasonable flush and cavity of exterior rear view mirror shell and camera, and improve stream field pressure of the monitoring point, vehicle test and subjective evaluation prove effectiveness of this scheme. The results show that exterior rear view mirror whistle problem can be solved by reducing Error State Index (ESI) which comprehensively considers factors such as road type, speed range and severity of NVH from 1.12 to 0.

随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车驾乘舒适性要求不断提高,高速风噪性能倍受关注。外后视镜风哨声的抑制,作为风噪声性能的关键控制指标,对于提升车辆舒适性具有重要意义。
目前,外后视镜的风噪研究主要集中于噪声的产生机理和噪声幅值控制研究。在风噪机理方面,Meng等[1]通过风洞粒子图像测速(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)技术捕捉后视镜尾涡非定常流信息,采用大涡模拟(Large Eddy Simulation,LES)湍流模型分析了后视镜尾涡脱落过程。Yao等[2]探索了外后视镜风噪声源及车内的传播过程,同时采用数值仿真方法实现了风噪湍动压和声压分离。徐明等[3]通过后视镜内侧夹角参数化设计,研究了后视镜内侧夹角对风噪的影响。陈鑫等[4]基于外后视镜的平板风洞试验,对5款后视镜进行数值模拟分析,识别镜罩、基座造型、安装角度等后视镜风噪关键控制因素。
在噪声幅值控制方面,王亓良等[5]建立汽车简化模型,模拟实车A柱及外后视镜附近的气流流动,以A计权声压级和语言清晰度为评价指标,研究不同A柱外形对后视镜风噪幅值的影响。宋妙妍等[6]结合风洞试验,探究后视镜镜臂外形对风噪幅值的影响,通过优化镜臂周围曲率改善后视镜尾涡区域近场噪声。孙浩等[7]将总声压级作为数据集输出,并基于机器学习实现对外后视镜风噪幅值的预测。
由于外后视镜的风噪为宽频噪声,而风哨为窄带噪声,其相应研究较少。研究表明,风哨声由镜壳外形引起,且与后视镜附近涡流或附近边界层的分离相关[8-9]。为了解决某乘用车不合理阶差及空腔耦合产生的后视镜风哨声问题,本文通过实车道路试验和风洞试验,以流场和检测点处声压为监控项,基于后视镜计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)模拟仿真进行优化,并根据实车验证效果建立多场景错误状态指数评价方法。
某乘用车性能验证过程中,出现外后视镜风哨声问题,并且风哨声产生的起始速度受环境风速与风向影响较大。顺风行驶中风哨声的起始速度为60 km/h,逆风行驶时为40 km/h。
为了排除环境因素干扰,后视镜风哨声试验在国内某气动声学风洞中进行。风洞出口的风速由20 km/h匀加速至120 km/h,整车与风洞来流夹角为0°,在前、后排外耳位置分别布置噪声传感器,记录噪声信号。风哨试验结果如图1所示。当风速超过45 km/h,出现风哨且存在2倍谐频信号。同时,哨声频率随风速增加而线性增大,基本满足斯特劳哈尔准则。
斯特劳哈尔准则即Strouhal数,用于描述非定常流动时谐性机准则,反映了流体的非定常性影响[10]

式中:d为流场中固体结构的特征尺寸,v为风哨声源附近的气流速度,f为哨声频率。
在一定的流体流速和密度范围内,Strouhal数基本恒定[11],取值范围为0.1~0.2。风哨频率与气流速度基本呈线性变化关系,如图2所示。通过线性拟合,相关系数R2能够达到0.961 2。产生偏差的主要原因为测速仪的风速测点位置会破坏流场特征,无法布置在后视镜哨声区域,实际试验中将测速仪布置在距车身较远的风洞出口处,由于几何特征及涡流影响,后视镜局部区域风速与风洞出口处风速存在较大差异。
通过在后视镜壳体粘贴胶带开展实车风噪主观评价,经排查,将哨声源锁定在摄像头区域。后视镜摄像头局部结构如图3所示,此位置共有3处缝隙,分别为摄像头缺口缝隙、摄像头自身缝隙、摄像头与镜壳缝隙。摄像头风哨声源排查结果如表1所示,风哨声源锁定在摄像头与镜壳缝隙前端。
摄像头与镜壳缝隙(缝隙3)剖面如图4所示,流场相关的结构特征主要为阶差和间隙。阶差方面,摄像头和镜壳设计值为0.50 mm±0.2 mm,实际测量来流方向中摄像头的前沿高于镜壳0.4 mm,存在不合理台阶,容易产生戗风现象,增加气流扰动;间隙方面,摄像头和镜壳设计值为0.65 mm±0.2 mm,实测为0.63~0.65 mm,符合设计公差范围。
由于哨声源来自缝隙3来流前端位置,摄像头周圈间隙满足设计且相对均匀,初步判断风哨产生的主要原因为镜壳与摄像头的不合理阶差,0.65 mm间隙引起的空腔噪声与不合理阶差相互耦合将增加风哨发生机率。
鉴于建立整车及后视镜模型的网格数量过多、计算耗时过长,现有计算资源难以支撑仿真分析,因此,建立后视镜摄像头局部位置几何简化模型,即仅保留镜壳缝隙和摄像头间缝隙(缝隙3)细节特征,如图5所示。该模型未考虑A柱、后视镜等关键部件对流场的影响,CFD结果仅用于方案趋势性分析和效果预估。
为了捕捉缝隙迎风侧流场的梯度变化,同时兼顾计算精度和效率,对缝隙迎风侧进行网格局部加密,面网格尺寸为0.1 mm,其他部位为2 mm,体网格为32 mm。将简化模型附近边界层划分为10层,第一层为0.01 mm,依次按1.2倍递增。网格模型剖视图及边界层网格如图6所示。在摄像头模型建立近场监测点P1,与摄像头外轮廓距离为10 mm。
采用流体仿真软件进行CFD计算,边界条件设置如表2所示。通过k-ω湍流模型进行稳态求解,待残差收敛后,转为瞬态计算。使用分离涡模拟(Detached-Eddy Simulation,DES)模型,将近场场点P1作为监测点。
针对镜壳与摄像头的不合理阶差及间隙,分别优化来流方向镜壳与摄像头阶差、填充镜壳与摄像头间隙,具体结构如表3所示。
各方案上部迎风侧的稳态计算速度结果如图7所示。原始状态的阶差使台阶处气流急剧加速,空腔内气流速度高达30 m/s。方案1中,空腔内气流速度明显降低;方案2中,台阶处气流速度显著降低。
各方案上部迎风处涡量云图如图8所示。方案1和方案2的涡量明显降低,有效改善了流场,有利于降低风哨声源。
各方案的流体瞬态计算时域信号如图9所示,相较于原始状态,方案1中监测点压力的周期性不变,但优化后幅值明显降低,方案2中监测点压力周期性消失,且幅值降低。
相较于原始方案,两种优化方案的CFD稳态和瞬态结果改善效果明显,但均限于趋势性分析。因此,通过实车道路验证优化方案的有效性。
结合CFD仿真分析结果,针对外后视镜风哨声问题,采取以下方案:
a. 方案1:后视镜的镜壳与摄像头阶差优化。由于优化后视镜外形样件周期较长,为了提高方案验证效率,在镜壳粘贴胶带从而局部抬高面差,消除摄像头前沿的阶差,如图10所示。
b. 方案2:摄像头与镜壳间隙填充。在摄像头周圈粘贴植绒胶带,消除镜壳和摄像头间的缝隙,从而消除空腔噪声,如图11所示。
使用LMS Test Lab设备对问题车辆进行实车道路试验,在车速50 km/h时采集驾驶员外耳位置噪声信号,结果如图12所示。试验样车原状态存在单频率哨声,由于环境风速风向不稳定,哨声频率在4~4.7 kHz范围内波动。优化后风哨峰值消失,进一步证明风哨是由镜壳与摄像头处不合理阶差、空腔噪声相互耦合产生。
风哨声作为NVH错误状态,采用错误状态指数(Error State Index,ESI)表征其严重程度。ESI是对多种场景工况及对应感知的综合评价,能够全面反映用户真实使用感受,其值越小,客户满意度越高,可表示为:

式中:IPART为感知系数,ICASE为场景工况系数。
在实际工程应用中: I E S I=0时,表示可以接受; I E S I≤0.03时,表示让步接受; I E S I>0.03时,表示不能接受。
IPART用于表征用户对NVH问题严重程度(见表4)的计权,可分4个级别:
a. 所有用户均能够明显感知且抱怨时,IPART=1,对应NVH问题严重程度评分低于5.5分。
b. 部分用户能够感知且抱怨时,IPART=0.3,对应NVH问题严重程度评分为6分。
c. 挑剔用户能够感知,其问题严重程度轻微时,IPART=0.1,对应NVH问题严重程度评分为6.5分。
d. 专业评价人员可感知,其问题严重程度十分轻微或无明显问题时,IPART=0,对应单一问题评分为7分及以上。
ICASE表征用户使用频次和场景工况的计权,具体系数依照用户实际应用场景而定。对用户使用频次较高或长时间使用的场景,ICASE=1;对使用频次一般或瞬时使用的场景,ICASE=0.3;对使用频次较少或极端的场景,ICASE=0.1。
针对后视镜风哨问题,结合用户使用场景,定义城市道路、快速路及高速路等3种路面的场景工况系数和感知系数,综合评价不同路面行驶中风哨严重程度,结果如表5所示。快速路和高速路的风哨声严重程度评分高于城市道路,主要原因在于风噪随车速升高而增大,对风哨声掩蔽作用明显,人耳听到的风哨严重程度相对较低,优化后的风哨声ESI由原始状态1.12降至0,进一步证明了本文方案的可行性。
本文通过风洞试验和实车测试,准确识别后视镜风哨声产生位置并分析原因。结合CFD仿真分析,针对性地消除不合理阶差及空腔。所提出的优化方案为外后视镜风哨问题解决、方案设计、评价指标建立提供一定的工程参考。
由于计算资源受限,本文针对后视镜摄像头的局部特征进行了流场趋势性分析,后续将细化网格模型提高仿真精度,降低风哨声发生风险。
