In order to optimize the underbody flow field of vehicle efficiently and reduce aerodynamic drag, this paper takes a electric vehicle as the research object, and proposes a multivariate joint global optimization method. Firstly, considering the influence of RPR fixturess, the method which combines CFD simulation and wind tunnel test is applied to verify the effectiveness of the initial optimization scheme and the reliability of the analysis method; Then, based on DOE, surrogate model and ASA algorithm,two optimization schemes are used to reduce aerodynamic drag: optimization of front wheel deflector, and joint optimization of front and rear wheel deflector. Finally, wind tunnel tests are conducted for verification. The test results show that, multivariate optimization of front wheel deflector has the best drag reduction effect,the drag coefficient of the optimal scheme is reduced by 5.5% compared to the original model.

为高效优化汽车底部流场和降低整车气动阻力,本文以某纯电车型为研究对象,提出一种多变量联合全局寻优方法。首先,考虑车辆限位装置夹具的影响,应用计算流体动力学仿真和风洞试验相结合的方法,验证初始方案的有效性和分析方法的可靠性;然后,基于试验设计、代理模型和自适应模拟退火算法,应用两种优化方案降阻:前轮阻风板寻优和前后轮阻风板联合寻优;最后进行风洞试验验证。试验结果表明,前轮阻风板多变量寻优降阻效果最佳,较原模型降阻5.5%。

为高效优化汽车底部流场和降低整车气动阻力,本文以某纯电车型为研究对象,提出一种多变量联合全局寻优方法。首先,考虑车辆限位装置夹具的影响,应用计算流体动力学仿真和风洞试验相结合的方法,验证初始方案的有效性和分析方法的可靠性;然后,基于试验设计、代理模型和自适应模拟退火算法,应用两种优化方案降阻:前轮阻风板寻优和前后轮阻风板联合寻优;最后进行风洞试验验证。试验结果表明,前轮阻风板多变量寻优降阻效果最佳,较原模型降阻5.5%。

In order to optimize the underbody flow field of vehicle efficiently and reduce aerodynamic drag, this paper takes a electric vehicle as the research object, and proposes a multivariate joint global optimization method. Firstly, considering the influence of RPR fixturess, the method which combines CFD simulation and wind tunnel test is applied to verify the effectiveness of the initial optimization scheme and the reliability of the analysis method; Then, based on DOE, surrogate model and ASA algorithm,two optimization schemes are used to reduce aerodynamic drag: optimization of front wheel deflector, and joint optimization of front and rear wheel deflector. Finally, wind tunnel tests are conducted for verification. The test results show that, multivariate optimization of front wheel deflector has the best drag reduction effect,the drag coefficient of the optimal scheme is reduced by 5.5% compared to the original model.

近年来,国内外专家学者对车轮降阻的研究日趋完善,主要通过车轮本身优化和在轮罩上增加阻风板等方法对车轮周围的气流进行有效梳理,而在轮罩上增加阻风板是近年来车轮降阻各类研究中最重要也是最具性价比的方向。综合Andreas Kremheller[1]和Simone[2]的研究发现,合适的前轮阻风板形状和位置可使降阻效果达到最优,且简单的矩形形状是最有效且经济的解决方案。王夫亮[3]、贾青[4]和李蛟[5]研究了前轮阻风板高度对整车风阻性能的影响规律。随着研究的逐步深入,专家学者们开始聚焦于阻风板多个设计变量对整车风阻性能的影响规律及降阻机制探索。综合陆润明[6]周建川[7]、李冠群[8]的研究得出阻风板遮挡轮胎Z向高度和Y向宽度是最为关键的因素。
以上研究成果大多基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)分析的方法进行阻风板降阻研究,并且依靠经验进行阻风板优化方案制作及验证分析,未提前考虑风洞中车辆限位装置(Rocker Panel Restraint,RPR)夹具对方案贡献量的影响,存在优化盲目性和低效性,难以确保优化方案能达到实测最优。
为解决上述问题,本文首先在分析模型中加入RPR夹具,应用CFD仿真分析和风洞试验相结合的方法,验证某纯电轿车初始方案的有效性和仿真分析精度。在初始方案的基础上,应用试验设计、代理模型和自适应模拟退火(Adaptive Simulated Annealing,ASA)算法相结合的方法,提出单部位多变量和多部位多变量联合寻优方法,并在风洞试验中验证了该方法的可靠性和有效性,为阻风板的自动化寻优设计提供了参考。
本文以某纯电轿车为研究对象,去除模型中对整车气动性能影响较小的内部区域,如乘员舱、电池包等,保留造型、发动机舱内零部件、底盘、电池包表面等整车全细节结构,以取得节约计算资源和提高计算准确性的平衡,整车模型搭建如图1所示。
通过在整车模型外部建立矩形域来模拟风洞试验区域,根据空气动力学学会团体标准T/CSAE 112-2019[9]中计算域推荐尺寸进行计算域设置,如图2所示。
为更好捕捉车体周围重要流场信息,根据空气动力学学会团体标准T/CSAE 112-2019[9]定义部件面网格尺寸,车体周围加密区的位置及网格尺寸设置如表1所示。结合工程实践经验设置边界层网格,机舱及底盘等流速较低部件,边界层网格设为1层,厚度为1 mm;车身外表面、底护板、前轮阻风板等气流流速较高部件,其附近气流速度梯度较大,边界层网格设置5层,首层厚度为0.8 mm,边界层总厚度为8 mm。体网格选取Trimmer,生成的体网格数约为6 000万个。
考虑整车外流场为三维定常、不可压缩和湍流流动,控制方程组描述如下:

结合梁建永等[10]和王庆洋等[11]关于湍流模型选取的研究成果,本文选用Realizable k-ε湍流模型。湍流方程组描述如下[12]

式中: k为湍动能, ε为湍动能耗散率, ε 0为环境湍动能耗散率, v -为平均速度,μ为动力粘度, μ t为湍流涡流粘度, σ k σ ε C ε 1 C ε 2为模型系数, f 2为阻尼函数, S k S ε为自定义源项, P k P ε为结果项, T 0为环境时间尺度, T e为大涡时间尺度。
整车模型分析边界条件设置如表2所示。冷却系统的阻尼特性参数设置如表3所示。
首先,根据车轮位置及轮罩造型,结合Andreas Kremheller[1]、Simone[2]和周建川[7]等研究成果,在轮罩防飞溅板末端增加矩形阻风板,内侧宽度遮挡轮胎,具体尺寸及安装位置如图3所示。
壁面首层网格厚度对数值计算的精度有重大影响,在CFD分析中,常用壁面y+值衡量首层网格厚度设置是否合理。y+值表征边界层中首层网格节点到壁面的无量纲距离,不同湍流模型对y+值的要求不同。研究表明[13],对Realizable k-ε湍流模型,车体表面y+值低于300即满足工程精度需求。
对原状态(无前轮阻风板)和前轮阻风板初始方案分别进行整车风阻仿真分析计算,并查看整车壁面y+值,得到壁面y+值分布结果和整车风阻分析结果,如表4表5所示。表4结果表明,两种方案状态的壁面y+值均低于300,表明CFD计算结果满足工程精度需求,进一步说明湍流模型选取和近壁区域的处理方式是可行的。表5结果表明,增加前轮阻风板后,整车风阻系数Cd降低了0.008。
有无前轮阻风板的阻力系数累积力发展曲线对比结果如图4所示。优化状态下,图示A前区域为阻风板前端,累积阻力系数较原状态增大;进入前轮罩区域后,累积阻力系数趋势相当;图示B-C区域为前轮心后端到前轮罩后端区域,优化状态下的累积阻力系数开始明显低于原状态;图示D后区域为后轮罩前端往后区域,优化状态下的累积阻力系数与原状态的差距减小。
图5为前轮腔周边区域的压力系数云图,图6为前方气流在前轮腔周边的速度流线图,图7为前轮阻风板Y向中截面速度云图。对比两种方案结果可知:优化状态下,黑色椭圆虚线框内,高速气流直接冲击阻风板,使阻风板及其前方的防飞溅板形成滞止气流,在其表面形成高压区,为造成图4所示前端A点累积阻力系数增加的本质原因;高速气流冲击前轮阻风板后,使得本该流向车轮顶部的气流沿阻风板向两侧扩散,大大减少直接冲击到车轮正面的气流,且直接冲击车轮正面的气流是沿着阻风板下端,呈向下的弧形趋势冲击轮胎迎风面,使轮胎上气流直接冲击点偏下,冲击点上移高度较低,导致轮胎正面高压区覆盖面积明显减小,使优化状态下,阻风板到轮心前部区域阻力系数减小。综合来看,图4所示前轮心前端B点累积阻力系数与原状态相当。优化状态下,直接冲击轮胎的气流减少,轮胎旋转作用下卷入轮胎内侧空腔的气流减少,挤压轮辋后侧形成的回流涡尺度减小,且车轮两侧更多的气流往车身侧向后流动,侧裙下侧前端负压区明显减小,压差阻力明显降低,导致图4所示轮罩后侧C点累积阻力系数与原状态相比明显降低。
图8为后轮腔周边的速度截面云图,图9为后轮腔周边压力系数云图,对比优化前后轮腔周边流场信息可知:优化状态下,前方外侧高速气流相对靠近轮胎中截面,底部中间高速气流相对靠近轮胎内表面,造成后悬架、后轮胎迎风面高压区覆盖面积明显增加,增加该区域的压差阻力,最终导致图4所示后轮罩前侧D点及以后区域两个方案的累积阻力系数差值有减小,但综合来看优化方案整体风阻系数都低于原状态。
根据图4,前轮阻风板的增加会导致前轮心后侧和后轮心前侧区域流场特性发生显著改变,而RPR夹具和后轮阻风板刚好位于该区域,因分析RPR夹具和后轮阻风板对整车风阻性能的影响。图10为RPR夹具现场图,以及根据夹具扫描数据及安装位置还原出的模型图,图11为后轮阻风板初始方案布置图,各方案状态下整车风阻系数计算结果如表6所示。从对比结果可知,无前后轮阻风板时,夹具对整车风阻系数几乎无影响,但有阻风板时,夹具的存在会不同程度的增大风阻,并且后轮阻风板初始方案在有夹具时无降阻效果。因此在进行整车降阻优化时,需要考虑RPR夹具对方案贡献量的影响。
从12所示的累积阻力系数发展曲线可知,考虑RPR夹具的影响下,有无后轮阻风板时,整车风阻系数发展情况相当,初始后轮阻风板无明显降风阻效果。
图13为后轮腔周边区域的压力系数云图,对比两种方案结果可知:有后轮阻风板状态下,轮胎正面高压区覆盖Z向高度略有降低,Y向宽度略有增加,与黑色虚线所示的无后轮阻风板高压区覆盖面积相比,两者总覆盖面积相当,表明初始后轮阻风板无明显降阻效果。
本次针对阻风板相关优化方案的验证试验均在某公司的整车气动声学风洞中进行,试验方法按照空气动力学学会团体标准T/CSAE 146—2020[14]进行,中央移动带和车轮移动带以120 km/h速度运行,开启切向吹气和边界层抽吸系统。
油泥模型通过RPR夹具固定在试验天平上,并根据设计状态下前后轮眉高度进行车身姿态调整,准备就绪后,油泥模型阻风板方案在风洞中如图14所示。
原状态与前后轮阻风板初始方案仿真与试验对标结果如表7所示,由对标结果可知,两个工况计算误差较小,均控制在3%以内,满足车企仿真分析精度要求,表明网格模型、边界条件以及湍流模型的选取和参数设置是合理的,仿真分析可以获得比较准确的流场信息,计算结果具有较高的可信度。经风洞试验验证,前轮阻风板初始方案使整车风阻系数降低0.012,降阻效果显著。
为了考察优化部位选取对全局寻优结果的影响,本次优化设计了两种优化方案:方案一为仅对前轮阻风板的设计变量进行全局寻优;方案二为对前轮和后轮阻风板的所有设计变量同时进行全局寻优。全局寻优流程如下所述:
首先,定义设计变量、变量变化范围,样本点数,按照合适的实验设计制定优化方案,再根据方案中设计变量的不同组合完成整车风阻优化模型的建立。接着,应用CFD方法进行整车风阻优化模型的计算,得到设计变量不同组合方案下的响应值。然后,研究设计变量对响应的影响规律,建立代理模型,并基于代理模型进行全局自动寻优。最后,通过风洞试验验证联合全局寻优方法的可行性。
试验设计(Design of Experiments,DOE)是一种数理统计方法,是代理模型的取样策略,直接决定了代理模型的构建精度。常用的DOE方法有全因子设计、正交试验设计、拉丁超立方设计等,拉丁超立方是一种高效的采样方法,可用较少的样本点获得大量模型信息,因此本文选用拉丁超立方法进行试验设计[15]
根据图7的阻风板Y向中截面速度云图,可知将阻风板布置在轮罩前下方,即高速气流中心区,可有效减少直接冲击轮胎和卷入轮腔的气流,实现有效降阻的目的。结合图5图6流场信息可知,经初始前轮阻风板导向内侧的高速气流冲击到轮罩后端,造成该处有明显高压区覆盖,与初始阻风板Y向距离125 mm,因此选取前轮阻风板内侧加宽为优化方向,125 mm为内侧加宽最大值;结合图13流场信息可知,经初始后轮阻风板导向外侧的气流增加了后轮胎迎风面的高压区覆盖宽度,宽度约160 mm,因此选取后轮阻风板外侧加宽为优化方向,160 mm为后轮阻风板宽度的最大值。考虑总布置给出的行驶通过性要求,选取前轮阻风板高度增量最大值为30 mm,后轮阻风板高度最大值为30 mm。结合轮罩造型和上述流场解析,本文选取如图15所示的前轮阻风板高度增量h和内侧宽度增量w、后轮阻风板高度h1和宽度w1作为设计变量,整车风阻系数Cd值最小化为目标函数,设计变量范围如表8所示。
方案一:在前轮阻风板变量范围中选取20组样本点进行试验设计;方案二:在前后轮阻风板变量范围中选取30组样本点进行试验设计。从图16中样本点的分布情况可知,两种方案的样本点在取值区间内都均匀分布,无明显集中现象,最大程度地保障了试验结果的精度。
根据选取的样本点,建立整车风阻优化模型,并利用CFD仿真计算的方法得到所有样本点的整车风阻系数,获取设计变量与响应之间的关系,为后续构建近似模型提供依据。两种方案所有样本点的设计变量与响应值如下图17所示。
图18为阻风板各变量的Parato图,该图反映了样本拟合后模型中设计变量whw1h1对响应Cd的影响程度百分比。蓝色表示正效应,红色则表示负效应。结果表明,方案一前轮阻风板所有设计变量均呈正效应,即在给定参数范围内Cd值均随着高度或宽度的增加而降低,其中,高度和宽度同时变化h×w对整车风阻系数的影响最大为29.8%,其次是w为22%;方案二后轮阻风板宽度 w 1 2和高度h1呈负效应,其他变量为正效应,对整车风阻系数影响最大的仍然是h×w为32.9%,其次是w2为22.8%。
主效应主要反映单个变量对响应的影响特性,如图19所示。结果表明:在参数范围内,方案一的前轮阻风板高度和宽度对整车风阻系数的影响呈非线性关系,表现为随着高度或宽度的增加,整车风阻系数均先减小后增加,在取值范围内整车风阻系数存在极小值,结合图18可知,前轮阻风板高度和宽度存在较大的交互效应,并且宽度对整车风阻系数的影响比高度大;方案二前轮阻风板高度和宽度对整车风阻系数的影响与方案一一致,后轮阻风板高度对整车风阻系数的影响呈单调递减关系,但随着宽度的增加,整车风阻系数呈先增加后减小的趋势,结合图18可知,前后轮阻风板高度间、宽度间不存在交互效应,但宽度和高度间存在交互效应,并且宽度的影响同样比高度大。
代理模型是基于少量样本点的响应值计算结果,构建的一种所有设计变量与响应值之间关系的数学模型,其预测值与CFD分析结果相当,可解决优化过程中大量CFD优化分析造成的计算成本过高的问题。常用的代理模型有响应面模型、Kriging模型、人工神经网络模型和径向基函数模型,鉴于Kriging模型是一种估计方差最小的无偏估计模型,本文选取Kriging模型建立阻风板高度、宽度与风阻系数关系的数学模型。
为了校验代理模型的精度,使用拟合精度系数R²来进行误差分析。图20为kriging代理模型散点图,方案一的样本点离等值线较近,R²为0.941,方案二的样本点离等值线相对偏远,R²为0.902,但均满足R²>0.9的精度要求,表明建立的kriging代理模型精度较高,可用于整车风阻系数的进一步寻优。
目前常用的探索优化算法主要有传统遗传算法、多岛遗传算法、粒子群算法、模拟退火算法等。自适应模拟退火算法来源于模拟退火算法,具有自适应性特点,即在算法执行过程中,能根据当前的搜索状态,自适应地调整参数和策略,提高全局优化能力[16]。该算法能以最小的成本就获得全局最优解,因此本文选用自适应模拟退火算法对建立的近似模型进行全局寻优。设定最大优化迭代数为2 000次,方案一经过478次迭代得到全局最优解,方案二经过1 247次迭代得到最优解,寻优过程如图21所示。将预测的最优解通过CFD计算验证,对比结果如表9所示。结果表明,两种方案代理模型的预测精度相当,基于kriging模型和ASA算法进行整车风阻系数全局寻优具有工程可行性,并且单变量的全局寻优结果有优于多变量的可能性,因此建议存在相关性的变量先按照从前往后,逐步增加变量的方式进行全局寻优,增加最优解的可靠性。
优化前后底部流场对比如图22所示。与初始方案相比,最优方案内侧高速气流相对远离轮胎内侧面,在轮胎旋转作用下卷入轮腔及轮辐空腔的气流减少,前轮后的气流并未直接冲击RPR夹具,有利于减小高压区覆盖面积,利于降阻。
为验证优化流程的预测精度,将基于代理模型进行全局寻优得到的最优方案在风洞试验中进行了实测。试验现场如图23所示,预测值与试验值对标结果如表10所示。结果表明,优化流程预测最优与风洞试验结果最大相差0.8%,方案一最优整车风阻系数较初始方案进一步降低0.003,方案二并未进一步降低,表明前轮阻风板单独寻优降阻效果更好,进一步验证单部位多变量和多部位多变量联合寻优的可靠性及准确性。
本文提出了一种改进的快速有效的汽车降阻优化方法,即单部位多变量和多部位多变量联合全局寻优,提升了全局最优解的可靠性和高效性,在整车气动性能开发中具有显著的工程应用价值。从多工况整车风阻仿真分析和风洞试验结果的对标情况看,计算误差最高为1.9%,低于工程允许的误差要求3%,并且引入RPR夹具的影响后,优化方案降阻量的计算误差有一定程度的降低,建议将RPR夹具引入整车风阻性能开发流程中。通过前轮阻风板单独寻优和前后轮阻风板全局寻优方式的结合,发现前轮阻风板单独寻优的降阻效果最佳,经风洞试验验证,最优方案较原模型降阻5.5%。
