A study was conducted on the collision safety of passengers with “zero gravity” seats at different deployment angles. Firstly, a frontal collision model of the vehicle is established, and the seat angles were adjusted to standard posture, zero gravity sitting posture, and the backrest angle was adjusted to three different postures of 120°, 150°, and 180° based on the standard posture. Then, two collision speed curves of 40 km/h and 56 km/h were applied to the model, respectively. Simulation comparison shows that the injury values of the occupant's head, neck, and chest are the smallest in the standard posture. The injury values of the occupant's head and neck are the largest in the zero-gravity posture. The risk of chest injury increases with the increase of posture angle. The chest undergoes compression deformation, and the lungs are most susceptible to contusion, followed by the liver and spleen. The increase in the inclination angle of the passengers increases the risk of severe diving and “secondary collision” of the lower limbs.

针对“零重力”座椅在不同展开角度下的乘员碰撞安全问题开展研究,首先搭建汽车正面碰撞模型,调整座椅角度为标准姿态、零重力坐姿以及在标准姿态基础上将靠背角度调整至120°、150°和180°三种不同姿态,再给模型分别施加40 km/h和56 km/h两种碰撞速度曲线。仿真对比发现:标准姿态下乘员头部、颈部、胸部损伤值最小,零重力姿态下乘员头部、颈部损伤值最大;胸部损伤风险随姿态角度增大而增大,胸部发生压缩变形,肺部最易受到挫伤,其次为肝脏与脾脏。乘员倾斜角度的增加,乘员下潜严重且下肢“二次碰撞”的风险增大。

针对“零重力”座椅在不同展开角度下的乘员碰撞安全问题开展研究,首先搭建汽车正面碰撞模型,调整座椅角度为标准姿态、零重力坐姿以及在标准姿态基础上将靠背角度调整至120°、150°和180°三种不同姿态,再给模型分别施加40 km/h和56 km/h两种碰撞速度曲线。仿真对比发现:标准姿态下乘员头部、颈部、胸部损伤值最小,零重力姿态下乘员头部、颈部损伤值最大;胸部损伤风险随姿态角度增大而增大,胸部发生压缩变形,肺部最易受到挫伤,其次为肝脏与脾脏。乘员倾斜角度的增加,乘员下潜严重且下肢“二次碰撞”的风险增大。

A study was conducted on the collision safety of passengers with “zero gravity” seats at different deployment angles. Firstly, a frontal collision model of the vehicle is established, and the seat angles were adjusted to standard posture, zero gravity sitting posture, and the backrest angle was adjusted to three different postures of 120°, 150°, and 180° based on the standard posture. Then, two collision speed curves of 40 km/h and 56 km/h were applied to the model, respectively. Simulation comparison shows that the injury values of the occupant's head, neck, and chest are the smallest in the standard posture. The injury values of the occupant's head and neck are the largest in the zero-gravity posture. The risk of chest injury increases with the increase of posture angle. The chest undergoes compression deformation, and the lungs are most susceptible to contusion, followed by the liver and spleen. The increase in the inclination angle of the passengers increases the risk of severe diving and “secondary collision” of the lower limbs.

随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,自动驾驶汽车正逐步走向普及。这一技术革新不仅重新定义了出行方式,更对乘员舱设计理念提出了新的要求[1-2]。在车内空间布局方面,创新的座椅设计成为提升乘坐体验的关键。例如前排座椅180°旋转,以便乘客面对面交流;座椅能够大角度倾斜甚至躺卧;“零重力”座椅的使用等[3-4]
目前,机动车辆安全性的监管标准主要基于乘员处于标准坐姿(即座椅靠背与垂直方向夹角约为25°)的工况进行评估[5]。然而,随着自动驾驶技术的发展,乘员在车内的姿态趋于多样化(如斜躺、旋转或零重力姿态),传统安全评估体系的适用性面临挑战。为此,国内外学者针对非标准坐姿的碰撞安全性能开展了系列研究。Ngo等[6]通过对座椅靠背向后倾斜的坐姿下的乘员损伤研究发现,座椅靠背的倾斜角度会影响乘员、安全带和座椅靠背之间的相互作用,进而对人体损伤产生影响。Rawska等[7]研究正面碰撞中乘员体型、靠背倾斜角度和膝垫安装位置对倾斜乘员的损伤风险,发现座椅倾角以及乘客到膝垫的距离的增加,会导致更多的下潜情况发生,增加乘员的腰椎屈曲力矩。Forman等[8]研究了在自动驾驶场景下,乘员不同倾斜角度的初始坐姿对于正面碰撞的运动力学响应,设置了25°、45°、60°共3个倾斜角度,结果发现倾斜姿态会导致乘员颈部屈曲及下潜。颜伏伍等[9]分析研究了副驾驶乘员在后仰27°姿态下的正面碰撞损伤情况,对比正常坐姿下头部、颈部、胸部损伤指标发现,标准安全约束系统起到的效果并不明显。Hasija等[10]模拟自动驾驶环境中乘员坐姿,对处于靠背倾斜和后向座椅的乘员进行碰撞分析,发现头部损伤与座椅靠背角度呈正相关趋势,而座椅靠背角的增加伴随着胸部偏转减小。
综合研究可知,目前针对乘员倾斜姿态损伤研究涉及的角度变化范围有限,当乘员大幅度后仰时,传统安全带系统受D环、锚点等位置的影响,使得安全带对乘员的贴合度降低,正面碰撞时,离位坐姿乘员损伤风险提高。因此,研究乘员在大角度倾斜时发生碰撞的运动学响应及损伤具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。
碰撞过程中乘员的受伤程度与驾驶速度密不可分[11],本文基于自动驾驶汽车,在典型的三点式乘员约束系统下,通过THUMS(Total Human Model for Safety)人体模型研究对比标准姿态、“零重力”展开姿态以及未完全展开姿态,即在标准坐姿基础上调整靠背角度至120°、150°和180°时三种不同姿态角度乘员在不同正面碰撞速度下的运动学响应和损伤分析。
搭建THUMS模型约束系统后需验证其有效性,对比Acosta[12]等的尸体试验样本(Post Mortem Human Subjects,PMHS)的正面碰撞运动学响应进行验证。试验参考的尸体试验样本编号为S030,测试条件为全正面碰撞,碰撞速度为30 km/h,安全带限力为3 kN,不配置气囊。在试验过程中,使用反向加速滑板产生加速脉冲。基于上述条件,参考尸体试验调整THUMS(V4.0,AM50)模型姿势后搭建约束系统模型,如图1所示。在自动驾驶环境中,驾驶员手臂不再被限制在转向盘前,可以平放于腿部。固定THUMS人体模型的肩胛骨与锁骨部位,对手臂施加重力加速度,调整其手臂姿态以更加符合实际情况。模型包括汽车座椅、乘员、三点式安全带等,座椅模型基于公开的汽车座椅。尸体试验设置与搭建的THUMS仿真模型分别如图2图3所示,对座椅施加的加速度波形如图4所示。
THUMS模型、座椅以及安全带等组成乘员正面碰撞模型。座椅包括座椅框架、座垫、靠背以及头枕。Zellmer等[13]研究证明大批量生产制造的座椅在承受过高强度的后部载荷后将会失效,因此,在丰田公开Yaris车型碰撞模型的基础上,对所配置座椅的框架进行刚化处理,以消除未经验证的材料失效所产生的影响。其中座椅靠背与座垫初始夹角为100°,以二者铰接处为旋转中心,分别旋转靠背角度至120°、150°和180°。根据张程等[14]制定的“零重力”座椅参数,以二者铰接处为旋转中心,整体旋转15°以抬高座垫角度,再旋转座椅靠背25°,并增加脚托,腿托长度为30 cm,与水平夹角为20°。
目前,THUMS人体有限元模型分为坐姿和直立姿态两种,坐姿的骨盆区域无法适配大角度座椅靠背。因此,在现有模型基础上,建立THUMS人体模型与座椅系统后,对整个模型系统施加重力场并设置对应的接触,提取运算结束的模型状态,即人体模型与座椅相互作用并达到平衡的状态,其中人体模型头部与座椅头枕正常贴合,手臂自然平放,双脚正常放置。5种不同姿态正面碰撞模型如图5所示。
Reed[15]等通过志愿者试验对高度倾斜姿态乘员的骨盆角度进行量化研究,此处骨盆角度定义为侧视图情况下盆骨髂前上棘、股骨转子中心的连线与垂线的夹角。骨盆的角度可由下列公式得出:

式中:P为骨盆角度,BMI (Body Mass Index)=25.14为身体质量指数,BA(Back Angle)为座椅靠背与垂线夹角的角度。
表1为乘员骨盆角度对比,可看出调整后的模型骨盆角度基本在预测骨盆角度范围内,因此认为模型姿态调整符合人体实际情况。
安全带系统使用丰田公司公开的某商务车第二排座椅的三点式安全带,即卷收器、滑环和锁扣等与座椅刚体支撑结构固定连接,安全带卷收器限力设置为4 kN,预紧限力设置为2 kN[16]。根据文献提取两种速度曲线,分别为40 km/h和56 km/h,曲线如图6所示。
头部损伤程度的评价指标为头部伤害指数(Head Injury Criteria,HIC),用于测量人体移动方向上的头部加速度,HIC15指头部加速度在15 ms内的积分值,其损伤阈值为700[17],脑损伤指标(Brain Injury Criteria,BrIC)侧重于头部质心围绕各轴旋转的角速度,其损伤阈值为1[18]。根据Ward[19]等的研究:当乘员颅内压力小于173 kPa时,大脑无损伤或者轻微损伤;当颅内压力范围为173~235 kPa时,大脑产生中度损伤;当颅内压力大于235 kPa时,大脑产生严重损伤。根据Willinger[20]等的研究:当颅内等效应力为15~20 kPa时,会产生脑震荡;当颅内等效应力达到38 kPa时,会导致更加严重的脑部损伤。THUMS模型具备完整的颅脑组织结构特征,可准确查看其颅内压力和等效应力,并作为评价大脑损伤的指标。
颈部损伤评价指标Nij(Normalized Neck Injury Criterion)用于正面碰撞,Nij的损伤阈值为1[21]。颈部损伤评估参考值(Injury Assessment Reference Values,IARVs)主要用于评价乘员头部和颈部连接处以及颈部和躯干连接处的轴向力、剪切力和弯矩的极限值[22]。根据Yoganandan[23]等的研究,可以测量前纵向韧带(Anterior Longitudinal Ligament,ALL)、后纵向韧带(Posterior Longitudinal Ligament,PLL)、关节囊韧带(Capsular Ligament,CL)、黄韧带(Ligamentum Flavum,LF)和棘突间韧带 (Inter Spinous Ligaments,ISL)的最大主应变,并根据其相应的损伤阈值判断颈部韧带损伤。
胸部粘性指数(Viscous Injury Criteria,VC)用来评估胸腔内软组织损伤,是一种基于胸部变形速度和胸部压缩量瞬时值相结合的损伤判据[24]。当VC最大值达到1.0 m/s时,胸部就可能产生损伤。THUMS人体模型具有详细的位于胸、腹部的内脏生物学组织结构特征,如图7所示,能够直接分析其压力、等效应力和应变等。Stitzel[25]等研究发现,肺部应变达到35%时会发生损伤,心脏损伤的应变阈值为30%,肝脏、肾脏和脾脏的应变耐受值为30%。
本文进行THUMS乘员约束系统模型验证时,对比了Salvador等人所进行的追尾碰撞尸体试验的运动学响应、头部质心在水平方向的位移等。图8图9为THUMS模型与尸体试验在20 ms、100 ms和150 ms时的运动学响应对比。
在第0~20 ms内,冲击速度较小,THUMS模型与尸体试验样本的姿态几乎没有发生变化,仍然保持正常直立坐姿;在第20~100 ms内,伴随着冲击速度的逐渐增大,在惯性的作用下,乘员与座椅出现相对滑移,头部和胸部相对座椅出现前倾状态,手臂向前拉伸幅度较大;第150 ms时,胸部进一步前倾,头部位移与颈部拉伸量达到最大,手臂拉伸至水平,仿真人体模型与尸体试验样本在碰撞过程中姿态响应一致。在图9中,第150 ms时刻相比仿真试验,尸体头部向右侧偏转,因为人体死亡后,颈部肌肉力消失,无法有效支撑头部,因此,尸体头部在肩带约束力的作用下向右侧偏转。
仿真结果所得到的头部质心在水平方向的位移-时间曲线如图10所示,位移峰值为296 mm,处于尸体试验范围内,且曲线趋势一致。如图11所示,人体腰椎L2的位移峰值为88 mm,处于尸体试验范围内,且曲线趋势一致。综上所述,本文仿真试验模型与尸体试验的运动学响应有较高的相似度。
标准姿态下的正面碰撞运动状态如图12图13所示。在第0~40 ms 时乘员躯干运动不明显,上身有向前趋势,与靠背头枕距离增大。第40~80 ms内,乘员背部完全离开座椅,头部向前倾斜,手臂在惯性作用下向上抬起并拉伸,左肩在安全带的作用下略微向左偏转,左臂拉直,右臂弯曲,小腿部在惯性作用下抬起与大腿在同一水平面。第80~120 ms内,乘员上半身持续前倾,左臂弯曲,右臂与腿部接触。
头部质心运动轨迹对比如图14所示,头部质心横向位移差值为72 mm,纵向位移相差12 mm。颈部向前弯曲带动头部回旋贴近胸腹,由此带来的颈部拉伸与头部位移均较大。相比较两种速度下头部横向位移差值更大,表明在标准姿态下乘员头部水平方向运动对速度变化更敏感。
THUMS人体模型具有详细的颅脑组织结构特征,通过分析颅内压力和等效应力判断乘员头部损伤情况,在标准坐姿下的正面碰撞工况中,乘员颅内压力均在第100 ms达到最大值-194.7 kPa和-159.0 kPa,如图15所示,颅内等效应力分别在第118 ms与第120 ms时刻达到最大值5.2 kPa和4.1 kPa,如图16所示。只有在56 km/h速度下乘员颅内压略超过损伤阈值173 kPa,损伤出现在大脑灰质底部两侧,呈对称状态。两种速度下的等效应力远小于损伤阈值15 kPa,应力最大值出现在大脑灰质底部,等效应力由从灰质中心处向外扩散,呈对称状态。综上所述,在标准姿态下,乘员头部的损伤风险较低。
根据表2可以看出,乘员颈部后纵向韧带PLL、关节囊韧带CL和棘突间韧带ISL应变值在两种速度冲击下均超出损伤阈值。
表3为碰撞中乘员胸腹部损伤预测,胸部粘性伤害指标VC值大于1,说明胸部受到的冲击力会对内脏器官造成损伤,肋骨变形且存在轻微骨折现象,内脏受到压迫发生变形,肺部应变值普遍高于其他部位,且左肺应变值高于右肺。由此可见,乘员在标准姿态下肺部与脾脏受伤风险较大。
“零重力”姿态乘员在两种速度下的正面碰撞前120 ms的运动状态如图17图18所示。在第0~60 ms内,碰撞发生后,由于惯性作用乘员头部与上半身先向前倾斜,手臂呈伸展状态,此时安全带开始收缩以限制乘员的前移。在第60~120 ms内,安全带的约束作用更加明显,但乘员的身体向前滑移出现明显下潜现象,下半身滑出座椅,乘员颈部大程度弯曲,头部有向胸部贴合的趋势,小臂略向上屈曲,腿部完全伸展,在安全带的约束作用下乘员没有完全脱离座椅。
头部质心运动轨迹对比如图19所示,两种碰撞速度下,头部质心横向位移差值为53 mm,纵向位移相差12 mm。在“零重力”座椅坐姿下,乘员颈部与身体形成的大夹角导致碰撞过程中颈部不易屈曲,夹角逐渐减小,对头部运动起到缓冲作用。
在“零重力”姿态的碰撞工况中,两种速度下乘员颅内压力分别在第118 ms和第115 ms达到最大值-226.6 kPa和-416.8 kPa。颅内等效应力分别在第116 ms和第117 ms达到最大值5.0 kPa和6.1 kPa。碰撞发生后头部产生旋转载荷,前额旋转载荷更大,压力与应力最大值均出现在额叶部位,在两种速度冲击下,乘员颅内等效应力未超出损伤阈值,但颅内压力超出轻微损伤阈值。综上所述,乘员头部存在损伤风险。
根据表4,由于安全带的约束作用,乘员在“零重力”姿态下颈部出现屈曲现象,初始姿态颈部与身体夹角较大导致颈部屈曲姿态出现的时间较晚。整体来看,颈部韧带应变值较大,存在损伤风险。
根据表5,乘员肋骨骨折数量多,胸腹部损伤损伤较为严重,由于安全带约束位置内脏应变主要集中在肺部与肝脏,两种速度下心脏与肾脏未超出损伤阈值,乘员脾脏在56 km/h时超出阈值。
120°姿态乘员在两种速度下的正面碰撞的运动状态如图20图21所示。在第0~40 ms时,乘员上半身在惯性作用下相对座椅向前稍微倾斜,头部脱离头枕。在第40~80 ms内,乘员的上半身继续向前倾斜,颈部发生弯曲,手臂向前拉伸,腿部由于没有脚踏板限制也向前拉伸。在第80~120 ms内,乘员头部与背部向前屈曲程度增大,手臂在惯性作用下向上屈曲,左臂由于安全带肩带作用屈曲程度受限,腿部完全伸直,整个身体呈现“C”字形状态。
头部质心运动轨迹对比如图22所示,由于仿真中没有设置安全气囊,乘员头部质心位移量未得到有效控制。两种速度下乘员头部质心横向位移差值为52 mm,纵向位移相差114 mm。
120°坐姿下,在两种碰撞速度中乘员颅内压力分别在第112 ms与第107 ms达到最大值-201.6 kPa和-459.2 kPa,颅内等效应力分别在第112 ms与第110 ms时刻达到最大值11 kPa和19.8 kPa。乘员颅内压均超过损伤阈值,损伤部位集中在大脑灰质底部。等效应力远小于损伤阈值,应力较大处同样集中于灰质底部。因此,存在一定的颅脑损伤风险。
根据表6可以得出,56 km/h碰撞速度下的颈部韧带应变值均大于40 km/h下的颈部韧带应变值。56 km/h速度下的颈部韧带损伤值均超出应变阈值,40 km/h速度下的PLL、CL与ISL受到损伤,且3种韧带应变均大幅度超过阈值,可见在碰撞中乘员颈部在惯性作用下向前屈曲程度较大,存在较高损伤风险。
表7可知,在两种碰撞速度下,120°姿态乘员的胸部粘性伤害指数VC值均大于1,因此内脏存在损伤风险。56 km/h速度下,乘员肋骨发生多处骨折,肺部、肝脏与脾脏应变值超出阈值范围。40 km/h速度下,脾脏存在损伤。在同一时刻左肺应变相较于右肺更加集中,乘员在120°姿态下肺部、脾脏受伤以及肋骨骨折风险较大,心脏与肾脏受伤风险较小。
150°姿态乘员在两种速度下的正面碰撞在第0 ms、第60 ms以及第120 ms时的运动状态如图23图24所示。在第0~60 ms时,乘员上半身在惯性作用下相对座椅向前倾斜弯曲,头部脱离头枕,背部逐渐脱离座椅靠背,手臂由于惯性呈伸展状态。在第60~120 ms内,乘员的身体向前滑移出现明显下潜现象,背部与座椅靠垫接触,下半身滑出座椅,乘员颈部弯曲程度增大,头部有向胸部贴合的趋势,小臂略向上屈曲,腿部完全伸展,在安全带的约束作用下乘员没有完全脱离座椅。
头部质心运动轨迹对比如图25所示,横向位移差值为127 mm,纵向位移相差23 mm。可以看出,在安全带的约束下头部质心位移轨迹变化相对平缓,横向位移远大于纵向位移,头部未发生明显旋转加速。这是因为乘员在150°初始姿态角度下,乘员颈部与身体夹角较大,在运动过程中颈部不易屈曲,夹角逐渐减小,对头部运动起到缓冲作用。
在150°坐姿下的正面碰撞工况中,两种碰撞速度下乘员颅内压力分别在第114 ms与第110 ms达到最大值-220.6 kPa和-364.1 kPa。颅内等效应力分别在第114 ms与第112 ms达到最大值13.2 kPa和22.6 kPa。碰撞发生后头部产生旋转载荷,前额旋转载荷更大,压力与应力最大值均出现在额叶部位,在两种速度冲击下,乘员颅内压力超出轻微损伤阈值,56 km/h下颅内等效应力超出损伤阈值。综上所述,150°姿态下乘员头部存在损伤风险。
根据表8,乘员在150°姿态下,颈部与头部相互作用,在安全带的约束作用下,颈部出现屈曲现象,由于初始姿态的影响,颈部屈曲姿态出现的时间较晚,由此所导致的颈部韧带应变最大值及出现时间均有差异,但应变值较大,存在损伤风险。
根据表9,碰撞过程中,乘员胸腹部损伤较为严重,其中肋骨骨折数量多,肺部与脾脏应变值相对较大,心脏在肺部包裹下应变值相对较小,但仍超出损伤阈值。肾脏在40 km/h的速度下未超出损伤阈值。
乘员在两种速度下的运动状态如图26图27所示。在第0~60 ms内,乘员在冲击惯性的作用下相对座椅向前滑移,头部脱离头枕运动与座椅靠背接触。第60 ms时,高速碰撞下的乘员向前滑移距离更加明显。在第60~120 ms内,乘员整体躯干有脱离趋势,头部滑移至座椅靠背底部,腿部完全失去座垫支撑,56 km/h下,乘员颈部有向上弯曲趋势,头部在颈部支撑下脱离座椅靠背贴近胸腹部。
40 km/h下,乘员头部仍与靠背接触,颈部屈曲不明显。在惯性作用下,乘员腿部脱离座椅,腿部抬起与身体在同一水平线上。第120 ms时,在安全带作用下,乘员“卡脖子”现象明显,胸部变化量大。
头部质心运动轨迹对比如图28所示,乘员头部质心横向位移差值为164 mm,纵向位移相差50 mm。在两种冲击速度下,头部均沿座椅靠背向前水平运动,因此两条头部质心轨迹几乎重合,56 km/h速度下由于惯性更大使得头部横向位移更大,且颈部屈曲带动头部微微抬起,运动轨迹呈向上趋势。
在180°姿态下,两种碰撞速度下乘员颅内压力分别在第116 ms与第108 ms达到最大值111.2 kPa和488.9 kPa,颅内等效应力分别在第112 ms与第102 ms达到最大值9.0 kPa和16.7 kPa。可见在56 km/h正面冲击速度下,乘员颅内压力与等效应力均超出轻微损伤阈值,或存在脑震荡损伤风险。40 km/h速度下均小于阈值,颅脑损伤的风险较小。
根据表10,乘员180°姿态下颈部损伤风险较大,56 km/h速度下,颈部韧带应变值均超出损伤阈值。40 km/h速度下,乘员前纵向韧带应变值处于阈值范围内,其余韧带应变值均超出损伤阈值,颈部韧带易受到损伤。两种速度下超出应变阈值的为关节囊韧带。
根据表11,乘员在180°姿态下,乘员肋骨应变超出损伤阈值,存在多处骨折现象,对内脏的保护程度降低,胸部粘性伤害指数VC值均超出阈值,说明内脏易发生挤压变形。内脏存在较大的损伤风险,在56 km/h速度下,乘员内脏除肾脏外有不同程度的损伤。
表12为5种不同的初始姿态乘员在56 km/h与40 km/h的正面冲击速度下各个关键部位损伤指标对比。由表12可知,在标准姿态下乘员头部HIC15与BrIC值最小,在56 km/h冲击速度下,120°、150°、180°姿态以及零重力姿态的乘员在高速正面冲击中头部的角加速度较大,使得BrIC值超出损伤阈值,易出现弥漫性脑组织损伤,存在韧带损伤风险。其中PLL与ISL能够起到限制脊柱过度前屈并且防止椎间盘向后脱出的作用,在正面碰撞中颈部向前屈曲,PLL与ISL受到过度牵拉,导致应变值较大。碰撞后乘员颈部屈曲,颈椎过度拉伸,过拉伸后受损的节段更易出现颈部关节囊韧带松弛,导致CL拉伸较其他韧带更长,应变值更大。150°姿态乘员在56 km/h冲击下Nij值最大,发生颈椎损伤的可能性也最大。
颈部损伤指标还涉及颈部剪切力、拉伸力与弯矩,如图29所示。乘员胸部VC值随姿态角度增大而增大,均发生肋骨骨折与内脏损伤,在同一时刻肋骨骨折多发生在右侧,左肺应变相较于右肺更加集中,这是受安全带肩带路径影响的结果。其中,无论在何种姿态下,乘员的肺部最易受到损伤,其次为肝脏与脾脏,肾脏相对安全。当胸部被压缩时,导致肋骨骨折,此时胸廓强度降低,对内脏的保护效果会大打折扣,尤其对肺部与心脏或大血管的影响较大,会导致肺挫伤、心肌挫伤等。
在正面碰撞运动过程中乘员颈部逐渐屈曲,因此颈部剪切力先正后负,且不同姿态下颈部负向剪切力峰值与持续时间均大于正向剪切力,因此图29中的最大颈部剪切值,均取其绝对值。从图29中的数据可知,由于颈部肌肉的支撑与保护,5种姿态下的乘员颈部剪切力均小于第50百分位男性颈部剪切阈值3.1 kN,拉伸力均小于拉伸阈值4 kN,弯颈部弯矩均小于阈值190 N·m。颈部剪切力、拉伸力、弯矩值随人体角度先增大后减小,在150°姿态下最大。且乘员颈部剪切力与拉伸力对速度变化较为敏感,弯矩在不同速度下相差不大。由此可见,乘员在安全带约束下,头部因惯性向前运动,颈部过度屈曲,当乘员姿态角度更大时,下颌在运动过程中更易与胸部接触,导致颈椎进一步受到巨大的拉伸力,使得剪切力、拉伸力以及弯矩都增大。而在180°姿态下,乘员颈部和头部运动方向与冲击速度方向一致,屈曲程度较小,所受到的力也相对较小。零重力座椅姿态乘员的整体颈部损伤介于150°与180°姿态之间。可以表明乘员的初始姿态对于颈椎损伤有所影响,在仅受三点式安全带约束情况下头部未与其他部件接触的拉伸-屈曲负荷条件下,颈椎未发生重度损伤,颈椎所受弯矩对于速度变化不敏感。
在碰撞过程中,当安全带腰带滑离乘员的骨盆直接作用于腹部或安全带肩带滑离肩部并直接作用于乘员的颈部时,说明乘员发生下潜。如表13所示,根据乘员安全带与骨盆、颈部的相对位置情况,可以看出标准姿态下安全带腰带作用于骨盆,乘员未发生下潜。其余4种姿态下安全带腰带均脱离骨盆作用于乘员腹部,乘员发生下潜,且髂前上棘位置变低。同时结合腹部内脏损伤情况分析,乘员姿态角度增大时更易发生下潜。这与乘员初始姿态下骨盆的位置有关,乘员角度越大,骨盆角度越大,使得安全带更易滑脱。150°、180°和零重力姿态下安全带肩带与颈部接触存在“卡脖子”风险,大角度姿态下乘员身体运动方向与碰撞方向相近,易滑出座椅,造成二次伤害风险增大。
本文利用THUMS人体模型搭建正面碰撞模型,研究了在自动驾驶汽车中,乘员在标准姿态、“零重力”展开姿态以及未完全展开姿态,即标准姿态基础上调整靠背角度至120°、150°和180°三种不同姿态角度乘员5种不同姿态角度下的运动学响应和损伤分析。结论如下:
a. 在正面碰撞中,随着乘员姿态角度的增加,乘员头部质心点的横向位移增大,纵向位移减小。随着乘员倾斜角度增大,乘员失控风险增大,下肢存在“二次碰撞”的风险。当乘员姿态角度较大时,乘员在正面碰撞中存在下潜现象,当乘员处于150°、180°和零重力姿态时,安全带肩带易与颈部干涉,出现“卡脖子”现象,增加乘员损伤风险。
b. 在标准姿态下乘员头部HIC15与BrIC值最小,在零重力姿态下最大,120°、150°和180°下的乘员在高速正面冲击中头部的角加速度较大,BrIC值超出损伤阈值。因此在大角度姿态下,乘员头部由于旋转角速度较大并且变化快会导致头部损伤风险增大。
c. 5种姿态下乘员颈部的韧带损伤风险较大,零重力姿态下韧带应变达到最大值,但颈椎未发生重度损伤。上颈部剪切力先正后负且不同姿态下颈部负向剪切力峰值与持续时间均大于正向剪切力。颈椎所受弯矩对于速度变化不敏感。乘员的初始姿态会影响颈椎损伤,零重力姿态乘员在相同冲击速度下发生颈椎损伤的可能性最大。
d. 5种姿态下乘员受到正面碰撞冲击后胸部易发生右侧肋骨骨折与内脏损伤,乘员的肺部最易受到损伤,其次为肝脏与脾脏,肾脏相对较为安全。速度越大,胸部压缩量越大,内脏的损伤风险越高。
