Based on the vehicle-vehicle oblique collision accident scenario caused by cooperative obstacle avoidance, this paper analyzes the displacement response and occupant injury. 2 variables are selected, namely the barrier residual vehicle speed and the collision overlap rate: 4 types of barrier vehicle speeds and 3 types of collision overlap rates are set respectively. The displacement phenomenon of occupants caused by cooperative obstacle avoidance and occupants injuries during the collision process are analyzed; the active pre-tensioning seat belt is matched and its restraint effect on the displaced occupants is analyzed. The results show that cooperative obstacle avoidance can cause obvious lateral displacement of the occupants, reducing the protective effect of the basic restraint system, especially for right-leaning seated occupants, the seat belt has completely detached from the occupants' shoulders. From the analysis results of the test matrix, the occupant will suffer the highest comprehensive damage when the collision overlap rate is about 30%. The restraint system equipped with active seat belt has good restraint effect on the displacement movement of the occupants during the cooperative obstacle avoidance process. The lateral displacement of the occupants is significantly reduced, and the comprehensive injury risk of the occupants decreases, whereas there is still a high risk of injury to the occupants' heads in the collision condition with a 50% overlap rate.

基于协同避障导致的车-车斜角碰撞事故场景,分析乘员的离位响应和人体损伤。选取壁障残余车速和碰撞重叠率两个变量,分别设置4种壁障车速度和3种碰撞重叠率,分析乘员因协同避障产生的离位现象以及乘员在碰撞过程中的人体损伤;匹配主动预紧式安全带,分析其对离位乘员的约束效果。结果表明,协同避障会导致乘员产生明显的侧向离位,降低了基础约束系统的保护效果,尤其是针对右倾坐姿乘员,安全带已经完全脱离乘员肩部。从测试矩阵分析结果来看,碰撞重叠率在30%左右时的乘员综合损伤最高;匹配主动安全带的约束系统在协同避障过程中对乘员的离位运动有较好的约束效果,乘员侧向离位明显降低,乘员综合损伤风险下降,但在50%重叠率的碰撞工况中,乘员头部仍有很大损伤风险。

基于协同避障导致的车-车斜角碰撞事故场景,分析乘员的离位响应和人体损伤。选取壁障残余车速和碰撞重叠率两个变量,分别设置4种壁障车速度和3种碰撞重叠率,分析乘员因协同避障产生的离位现象以及乘员在碰撞过程中的人体损伤;匹配主动预紧式安全带,分析其对离位乘员的约束效果。结果表明,协同避障会导致乘员产生明显的侧向离位,降低了基础约束系统的保护效果,尤其是针对右倾坐姿乘员,安全带已经完全脱离乘员肩部。从测试矩阵分析结果来看,碰撞重叠率在30%左右时的乘员综合损伤最高;匹配主动安全带的约束系统在协同避障过程中对乘员的离位运动有较好的约束效果,乘员侧向离位明显降低,乘员综合损伤风险下降,但在50%重叠率的碰撞工况中,乘员头部仍有很大损伤风险。

Based on the vehicle-vehicle oblique collision accident scenario caused by cooperative obstacle avoidance, this paper analyzes the displacement response and occupant injury. 2 variables are selected, namely the barrier residual vehicle speed and the collision overlap rate: 4 types of barrier vehicle speeds and 3 types of collision overlap rates are set respectively. The displacement phenomenon of occupants caused by cooperative obstacle avoidance and occupants injuries during the collision process are analyzed; the active pre-tensioning seat belt is matched and its restraint effect on the displaced occupants is analyzed. The results show that cooperative obstacle avoidance can cause obvious lateral displacement of the occupants, reducing the protective effect of the basic restraint system, especially for right-leaning seated occupants, the seat belt has completely detached from the occupants' shoulders. From the analysis results of the test matrix, the occupant will suffer the highest comprehensive damage when the collision overlap rate is about 30%. The restraint system equipped with active seat belt has good restraint effect on the displacement movement of the occupants during the cooperative obstacle avoidance process. The lateral displacement of the occupants is significantly reduced, and the comprehensive injury risk of the occupants decreases, whereas there is still a high risk of injury to the occupants' heads in the collision condition with a 50% overlap rate.

随着主被动安全技术的发展和融合,产生了“预碰撞安全系统”的概念。车辆通过主动安全技术预测即将发生的碰撞,并在碰撞前调整被动安全约束系统状态,从而提升整体的安全性能[1]。但主动安全装置的作用会显著影响预碰撞环境,进而对乘员碰撞损伤风险产生很大的影响[2-4]
崔东[5]通过志愿者试验,对比了有无自动紧急制动系统(Autonomous Emergency Braking,AEB)的情况下乘员坐姿的变化以及损伤。研究表明,在标准约束系统下,AEB会导致乘员前倾,进而使乘员头部和胸部损伤增加。Schaub等[6]提出将可逆预紧式安全带和AEB相结合,以实现一体化安全技术“避撞与降损”的目标。徐哲[7]基于正面碰撞工况,探究AEB和主动预紧式安全带联合作用下约束系统对不同坐姿乘员的保护效果。结果表明,AEB会使乘员离位,进而导致乘员损伤增加。主动式安全带使乘员离位得到改善,还会纠正初始离位坐姿。纵向控制策略在一些危急程度较高的工况下难以成功避撞[8]。据调查显示,在高速且危急情况下,驾驶员往往本能地倾向于转向避障或者协同避障[9]。故有学者提出一种转向和制动相结合的避撞控制策略,此方式能大幅缩短极限避障距离[10-13]。Mages等[4]发现在转向过程中过大的横向位移会导致乘员肩带脱落,随后基于正面碰撞工况进行仿真分析,结果显示,离位对乘员约束系统的保护效果造成了较大的影响。匹配主动预紧式安全带后,乘员在碰撞前的离位现象和碰后的人体损伤均能得到明显的改善。
转向过程中易发生斜角碰撞事故,据现实事故调查,斜角碰撞的事故占比高达30%[14]。斜角碰撞中乘员损伤的主要影响因素有碰撞相容性、碰撞角度以及碰撞重叠率等[15]。在协同避障过程中,乘员会产生纵横向离位,若此时发生碰撞,损伤的风险极大。因此,研究车辆协同避障导致车-车斜角碰撞对进一步提高汽车安全性具有重要意义。
综上所述,本文以某款轿车作为研究对象,建立协同避撞导致的斜角碰撞场景矩阵,研究此场景下主动安全带对乘员的保护效果。
本文选用公开版车体模型作为研究对象,根据空间尺寸搭建合适的约束系统模型,并根据公开试验测试结果对约束系统模型进行标定。
不同级别的车辆发生碰撞时,小型车辆所遭受的碰撞严重程度及乘员损伤更为严重[16]。本文选用2007 Toyota Yaris作为研究车型,以及2016 Nissan Rogue SUV 作为壁障车辆。这两款车的整车有限元模型是由美国国家碰撞分析中心(National Crash Analysis Center,NCAC)建立并发布的。在建立这些模型后,NCAC通过100%重叠碰撞试验对其进行了验证。其中,整车数据来自新车碰撞试验中的100%正面碰撞试验,试验编号分别为5677和9569[17]
本文采用MADYMO建立壁障车驾驶员侧乘员约束系统模型。提取结构模型中驾驶员侧部分车体模型信息,包含防火墙、地板、仪表盘、A柱、B柱等。假人模型运用Hybrid III 50Q多刚体椭球假人,约束系统模型包括安全带、安全气囊,安全带由多刚体安全带和有限元安全带组成。仿真模型中的安全气囊起爆时刻和起爆速率通过试验动画进行标定,安全带的爆炸预紧时刻、预紧力、限力值等参数基于试验测试假人伤害结果进行调整,假人相对于车体位置通过试验报告进行调整。上述试验数据、动画、报告均参考美国新车碰撞测试中心提供的测试编号为5677的100%正面碰撞试验,标定后的约束系统模型,如图1所示。
参考Jonas等[18-19]完成的志愿者实车AEB和自动紧急转向(Automatic Emergency Steering,AES)系统试验,分别对仿真模型在制动阶段和转向阶段进行模型验证。将试验车辆的初速度、制动加速度数据以及转向加速度数据分别作为模型的输入。制动加速度数据如图2a所示,转向加速度数据如图2b所示。通过仿真得到预碰撞阶段假人头部响应曲线,并与试验中志愿者的运动响应对比,如图3所示,绿色范围是不同志愿者试验结果的上、下限,红色实线是仿真模型中假人的头部、胸部位移曲线。结果表明,在制动阶段和转向阶段驾驶员侧假人头部位移和假人胸部位移均在试验的范围之内,从而说明该模型在预碰撞阶段的有效性,可用于后续仿真研究。
参考美国新车碰撞试验编号为5677的试验数据,设置约束系统模型整体初速度为56 km/h,并提取5677号碰撞试验车左B柱下方加速度作为约束系统仿真模型的边界条件,进行驾驶员侧约束系统100%正面重叠碰撞阶段乘员损伤验证,对比碰撞阶段仿真与试验的假人响应,如图4所示。结果表明,假人响应各曲线走势、峰值、峰值时刻吻合度均较高,主要伤害指标误差不超过15%,模型准确,可用于后续仿真研究。
研究车辆以80 km/h的速度高速行驶时,突然有车辆闯入路口,在感知到前方闯入车辆后,车辆首先根据道路环境和前方车辆相对位置的关系来决定避障方式。参考常用协同避障逻辑[13,20],先自动进行紧急制动,并实时规划最优变道轨迹,最终以车速为56 km/h的速度跟踪最优变道轨迹,完成自动紧急转向。设置车道宽度为3.75 m、车宽为2 m,在保证车辆稳定性和安全性的前提下,采用五次多项式进行路径规划[21],得到最优变道轨迹,具体示意如图5所示。
在车辆动力学软件CarSim中模拟车辆在识别到前方闯入车辆,随之进行制动及转向的协同避障操作,车辆轨迹跟踪如图5所示。路面附着系数μ=0.8,紧急情况下车辆转向避让的侧向加速度需在最大级区间内[22]

式中:μ为路面附着系数,g为重力加速度,ay为侧向加速度。
车辆纵向、侧向加速度如图6所示,此时车体侧向加速度达到0.71 μg,处于最大级区间内。车身动态响应如图7所示,车体响应异常激烈,可能对车内人员的坐姿造成影响。
将车辆在协同避障阶段的车体动态响应作为边界条件映射到约束系统模型中。整个协同避障过程持续3.3 s,其中制动持续时间为0.86 s,转向持续时间为2.44 s。乘员动态响应如图8所示:在制动阶段,由于纵向减速,假人发生前倾离位;在转向阶段,由于车辆侧向加速度,假人发生侧倾离位。当车辆开始转向时,由于惯性作用,假人随之发生相反方向的移动。直到t=1.66 s时,假人右倾横向离位达到峰值,并在t=1.8 s时仍然有明显的右倾离位现象。随后,假人开始回位,并逐渐产生左倾离位,在2.43 s假人左倾离位达到峰值,在转向完成的t=3.3 s时假人回位。然而,在t=1.66 s时刻附近,假人出现明显的右倾离位,若此时发生碰撞,可能会导致严重的乘员损伤。
统计调查显示,现实生活中大多交通事故的车速发生在50 km/h以下[23]。故设置不同的壁障车行驶速度,分别为20 km/h、30 km/h、40 km/h、50 km/h。考虑到相撞的两车在道路关系上存在一定随机性,设置了30%、50%、70%不同的碰撞重叠率进行研究,如图9所示。为研究协同避障导致车-车斜角碰撞的工况下,不同壁障车速度和不同碰撞重叠对乘员损伤风险,设计仿真矩阵,如表1所示。
在主被动一体化仿真分析中,将协同避障阶段和碰撞阶段的车体左B柱下方XYZ三个方向的加速度以及角加速度作为约束系统模型的边界条件。整个一体化仿真分析的全过程持续2 s,其中,协同避障阶段持续1.8 s,碰撞阶段持续0.2 s。
仿真结果表明,壁障车速度最高,碰撞强度越大,乘员损伤风险增大。特别是在壁障车速度为50 km/h时,3个重叠率碰撞的工况下,乘员均与转向盘产生硬接触,发生触底现象,如图10所示,乘员头部合成加速度如图11所示。
为了观察车辆在协同避障时,不同碰撞速度下碰撞重叠率对驾驶员侧乘员损伤的影响,将不同重叠率工况下的乘员各部位损伤指标归一化处理,如图12所示。按照各部位损伤情况来看,乘员头部损伤指标(Head Injury Criterion, HIC36)随着碰撞重叠率的增加,呈现出显著的下降趋势;乘员胸部压缩量Ccomp并未因碰撞重叠率的改变而展现出明显的变化趋向;在碰撞过程中,因乘员头部出现触底现象,致使乘员颈部损伤指标Nij并未随着碰撞重叠率的增加而呈现出清晰的线性关系;而乘员左大腿力Ffl、右大腿力Flr则呈现出随碰撞重叠率增加而增加的态势。
为深入观察车辆在协同避障过程中,在不同碰撞重叠率的情况下,壁障车速度对乘员损伤所产生的影响,将不同壁障车速度工况下的乘员各部位损伤指标归一化处理,如图13所示。经分析发现,乘员头部的HIC36 指标会随着壁障车速度的增加而增加,二者呈现出明显的线性关系。
在不同的碰撞重叠率以及碰撞强度条件下,乘员损伤呈现出不同的相关性。为实现对乘员损伤的综合量化,参考徐哲[7]所提出的更为全面的加权损伤指标(Weighted Injury Criterion,WIC),该指标中各部位的权重系数来源于实际的碰撞事故概率统计,WIC的表达式为:

式中:CHIC36为头部损伤综合性能指标,CA3 ms为头部3 ms累计加速度,C3 ms为胸部3 ms累计加速度,Ccomp为胸部压缩量,Nij为颈部损伤综合性能指标,Ffl为左大腿轴向力,Ffr为右大腿轴向力。
在不同壁障车速度以及不同碰撞重叠率的工况下,乘员的综合损伤指标WIC如图14所示。其中,WIC越小,则表明约束系统对乘员的保护效果越好。从图14中能够看出,在所有碰撞重叠率工况中,WIC均随着壁障车碰撞速度的增加而增大,且WIC峰值出现在被碰撞车速度为50 km/h、碰撞重叠率为30%的工况下。除壁障车速度为20 km/h的低速工况之外,其余工况下乘员的WIC均在碰撞重叠率为30%时达到峰值。
选取最符合实际情况也是使用概率最高的3种离位坐姿。PSP00为正常坐姿,PSP01和PSP02是乘员上身向左和向右倾斜的离位坐姿,乘员上身倾斜角度约为15°。PSP03是上身直立坐姿,乘员后背离开座椅靠背,是使用频率最高的一种坐姿。建立的正常坐姿和3种离位坐姿模型如图15所示。
为深入探究主动安全带对正常坐姿乘员的保护作用,在乘员因协同避障而导致车-车斜角碰撞的12个工况中,针对原始约束系统匹配了主动预紧式安全带。据徐哲[7]的研究,主动式安全带预紧力在150 N处是一个关键转折点,当预紧力达到150 N后,乘员伤害程度趋近于平稳状态。同时,参考Jonas等人[16]在志愿者试验中所采用的主动式安全带预紧力为150 N这一情况,本文将主动式安全带预紧力设定为150 N,并将触发时刻设置为AEB启动的零时刻。
在主动式预紧安全带的作用下,乘员身体各部位的离位响应情况如图16所示。正常坐姿的乘员在协同避障阶段受到了良好的约束,其离位情况均有所改善。为量化主动安全带在协同避障阶段对乘员的约束效果,提取了乘员在碰撞零时刻时头部、胸部的纵、横向位移。当乘员处于正常坐姿且未匹配主动式安全带时,在碰撞零时刻,乘员头部、胸部的纵向位移均较小,然而,其头部、胸部的横向位移却较为显著,特别是头部横向位移,在碰撞“0”时刻达到了130 mm。在匹配主动安全带后,乘员纵向位移轻微上升。这是由于在协同避障阶段,先后经过自动紧急制动和主动避障转向的协同作用,在制动结束后,乘员仍然受到主动安全带的作用。因此,相对于初始坐姿而言,在碰撞“0”时刻,乘员头部、胸部均产生了向后运动的位移量;乘员横向位移明显降低,其头部横向位移降低至23 mm。
通过上述分析可知,当乘员处于正常坐姿时,在协同避障与主动安全带的联合作用下,在碰撞零时刻,乘员纵向会出现轻微向后运动的情况,而乘员横向位移状况则得到了显著改善。
在匹配主动预紧安全带后,各个碰撞强度以及碰撞重叠率工况下的乘员综合损伤指标均有所降低,如表2所示。初始碰撞的综合损伤越高,匹配主动安全带后乘员综合损伤的改善效果越显著。然而,可以发现当壁障车速度为50 km/h且处于50%重叠率碰撞工况时,乘员综合损伤仍然高达0.86。通过观察仿真动画可知,假人仍出现了触底现象,如图17所示。
在壁障车速度为50 km/h且重叠率为50%的碰撞工况下,正常坐姿的乘员即使匹配了主动安全带,其损伤风险仍然处于较高水平。因此,针对处于3种离位坐姿的乘员,在该工况下分析主动安全带对离位乘员的保护效果,并设计了相应的仿真矩阵,如表3所示。
综合4种乘员坐姿进行分析可知,主动安全带对不同离位坐姿乘员均发挥了良好的约束效果,如图18所示。在碰撞“0”时刻,相较于初始坐姿,乘员坐姿呈现出明显的右倾离位现象。将乘员坐姿左倾和右倾的情况对比来看,其右倾姿势在协同避障阶段产生的位移更大。而在匹配主动安全带之后,乘员坐姿得到显著改善,其头部、胸部的离位程度均有所降低。尤其对于初始离位较为严重的PSP02姿势而言,主动安全带对其坐姿的纠正效果最为显著。通过对乘员纵向位移的观察能够发现,得益于主动安全带的作用,乘员的上肢与躯干在不同程度上更加贴近靠背,这充分表明主动安全带具备纠正乘员初始离位的作用。
通过对处于正常坐姿及3种离位坐姿的乘员在碰撞“0”时刻动态响应展开分析,能够更为直观地观察到乘员的位移情况,如图19所示。除初始坐姿为PSP01这一坐姿外,在协同避障过程中,乘员未匹配主动安全时,安全带肩带均会在不同程度上脱离乘员肩部。其中,在乘员初始坐姿为PSP02的工况下,该问题最为严重,安全带肩带完全脱离肩部,无法对乘员发挥良好的约束作用。
在匹配了主动预紧安全带后,当壁障车速度为50 km/h且处于50%重叠率碰撞工况时,不同初始离位乘员的综合损伤指标均出现了降低的情况,如表4所示。可以发现,初始碰撞的综合损伤程度越高,匹配主动安全带后乘员综合损伤的改善效果就越好。
尤其对于PSP02这种初始离位坐姿来说,其主动安全带可使乘员的碰撞损伤指标降低高达78%。然而,就初始坐姿为PSP01的情况而言,主动安全带的保护作用却并不显著。这是因为在协同避障的转向阶段是向左进行避障操作,致使初始左倾坐姿的乘员在避障过程中,其上肢躯体由于惯性会向右倾斜,从而在碰撞“0”时刻,乘员相较于初始坐姿并未产生较大的位移。
而对于初始坐姿为PSP03的情况,其损伤风险相较于正常坐姿甚至更小。这是由于在协同避障的AEB结束阶段,乘员因惯性作用,上肢躯体向后位移的幅度更大,使得乘员的头、胸与转向盘之间的距离稍远,进而其头部并未出现严重的触底现象。
本文构建了涵盖不同碰撞重叠率、碰撞强度以及乘员坐姿的车-车斜角碰撞场景仿真模型,旨在探究主动安全带在协同避障所致车-车斜角碰撞场景中,对驾驶员侧不同坐姿乘员的保护效果。
研究结果表明,在乘员呈正常坐姿且未配备主动安全带时,会出现显著的离位情况,安全带肩带存在脱落风险,这使得约束系统的保护作用有所降低。当碰撞重叠率为30%时,乘员的头部伤害会大幅增加;而碰撞重叠率达到70%时,乘员下肢伤害则出现较大幅度的增长。随着壁障车速度的提升,乘员综合损伤指标WIC随之增加;不过,随着碰撞重叠率的增大,乘员损伤风险却呈降低态势。并且,在碰撞重叠率为30%且壁障车速度为50 km/h的条件下,乘员综合损伤指标WIC达到峰值。
选定的乘员3种离位坐姿中,右倾坐姿的危险性最高。当未配备主动安全带时,会发生严重的右倾离位现象,安全带完全脱离肩部,无法为乘员提供约束保护。而主动安全带的配备,极大地减少了乘员因协同避障导致的离位状况,同时还能够有效纠正乘员的初始离位坐姿,进而降低了乘员的综合损伤风险,且乘员初始离位越严重,主动安全带所发挥的保护效果就越显著。
