Aiming at the unsystematic simultaneous engineering analysis for vehicle body final assembly and frequent late design changes and production line modifications in domestic auto enterprises, this paper adopts 3D simulation, process inspection, cost comparison and CAE verification. It analyzes body hanging holes, side skirts, doors, hinges, anti-collision beams and body accessories of a mass-produced vehicle, and proposes solutions to assembly interference, positioning deviation, poor sealing and insufficient operating space. The results show that advanced simultaneous engineering in design phase can avoid production risks, and tooling transformation is more economical. The optimized schemes meet requirements and provide reference for standard analysis and process optimization.

针对汽车车身总装同步工程分析系统性不足、后期易出现设计变更与产线改造等问题，结合3D模拟、工艺校核、成本对比及CAE验证方法，以量产车型为研究对象，对车身吊挂孔、侧裙边、车门、铰链、防撞梁及车身附件开展同步工程分析，排查装配干涉、定位偏差、密封不良、操作空间不足等问题并给出优化方案。研究表明，在设计阶段前置开展同步工程可提前规避生产风险，优先改造工装设备更具经济性。相关优化方案均满足使用要求，可为车身总装同步工程标准化分析与新车型工艺优化提供参考。
