Using the pretreatment method of alkali dissolution acidification and matrix matching method, a working curve is established under the optimal instrument parameters. The contents of impurity elements such as silicon, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in aluminum silicon alloy are determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer. Element interference test and solution acidity test are conducted to determine the detection limits of each element as silicon element 0.009 7%, magnesium element 0.005 3 %, iron element 0.004 4%, copper element 0.001 6%, manganese element 0.000 3%, zinc element 0.000 7%. The repeatability and accuracy of the curve are verified, and the spiked recovery rate of the measured samples is 94% to 106%.

采用碱溶酸化的前处理方法及基体匹配法,在最佳的仪器参数条件下建立工作曲线,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定铝硅合金中杂质元素硅、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌的含量。进行了元素干扰试验及溶液酸度试验,确定各元素的方法检出限为硅元素0.009 7%、镁元素0.005 3%、铁元素0.004 4%、铜元素0.001 6%、锰元素0.000 3%、锌元素0.000 7%,验证了曲线的重复性和准确性良好,测定样品的加标回收率为94%~106%。

Using the pretreatment method of alkali dissolution acidification and matrix matching method, a working curve is established under the optimal instrument parameters. The contents of impurity elements such as silicon, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese and zinc in aluminum silicon alloy are determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer. Element interference test and solution acidity test are conducted to determine the detection limits of each element as silicon element 0.009 7%, magnesium element 0.005 3 %, iron element 0.004 4%, copper element 0.001 6%, manganese element 0.000 3%, zinc element 0.000 7%. The repeatability and accuracy of the curve are verified, and the spiked recovery rate of the measured samples is 94% to 106%.

铝硅合金是一种以铝、硅为主成分的铸造和锻造合金,因其质量轻、导热性能好,又有一定硬度、强度以及耐蚀性能[1],在汽车工业及机器制造业中常用于制作一些滑动摩擦条件下使用的零件。该合金是一种典型的共晶型合金,没有中间化合物产生,相图简单,具有比强度高、铸造性能好、价格低等优点。硅是冶金材料中最常见也是最重要的元素之一[2]。硅是半导体元素,而铝是第三主族元素,两者之间的固溶度很小[3]。硅与铝常伴生,性质相似,在冶炼和熔铸过程中也可侵入其他物料的硅成为铝及铝合金中常见的主要杂质。硅的加入可以改善铝合金的铸造性能、抗拉强度、硬度、切削性以及高温条件下的强度,提高铝合金的高温造型性,无热裂倾向,但同时会减少收缩率,降低延伸率 [4]。传统化学法分析铝硅合金中的硅元素采用钼蓝分光光度法或重量法、镁元素采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)滴定法、铁元素采用邻二氮杂菲分光光度法、铜元素采用新亚铜灵分光光度法、锰元素采用高碘酸钾氧化分光光度法、锌元素采用EDTA滴定法,各元素检测方法不同,耗时长。而电感耦合等离子体(Inductively Coupled Plasma,ICP)光谱化学分析法具有准确度与精密度高、检出限低、线性范围宽、分析速度快,且可同时测定多种元素等优点,可精确测量铝硅合金中的硅含量及其他微量杂质元素含量。本文以硅含量为7.8%~13.4%的铝硅合金为试验样品,建立并验证铝硅合金的ICP光谱化学分析方法。
利用Prodigy 7型全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,蠕动泵进样,蠕动泵转速为25 r/min,雾化气流量为34 PSI,辅助气流量为0.5 L/min,冷却气流量为18 L/min,功率为1.1 kW,积分时间为20 s。试验环境:温度为15~30 ℃,相对湿度为20%~80%。
试验用主要试剂包括单元素标准溶液,分别为浓度为500 μg/mL的硅元素标准溶液和浓度为1 000 μg/mL的镁、铁、铜、锰、锌元素标准溶液,分析纯氢氧化钠,优级纯硝酸,优级纯盐酸,高纯铝(ωAl≥99.999%),过氧化氢(ρ=1.10 g/mL),铝硅合金标准样品,其标准值见表1
ICP光谱法的工作原理为高纯氩气在矩管中通过施加高频能量的感应耦合线圈时产生电离,形成高温等离子体火焰,试样溶液由雾化器雾化,随氩气进入矩管及等离子体火焰,溶液中元素离子被激发,发射出不同波长的特征谱线,各特征谱线经分光系统分光后,照射到检测器不同位置,系统依据照射光斑位置及强度计算溶液中各元素浓度。本试验采用标准曲线法进行试验,首先验证基体元素和共存元素间的干扰和酸度试验,然后配置标准溶液并建立标准曲线,检测本试验的方法检出限,并验证了标准曲线的可重复性、准确性及加标回收率。
采用车削法取样。加工前去除试样表面附着的油污及氧化皮,加工要求所得碎屑厚度不大于1 mm,总量大于4倍分析需要的量,试样称量前充分混匀。
称取试样0.10 g,加入7 mL氢氧化钠溶液,浓度为200 g/L,待剧烈反应停止后,低温(80~95 ℃)加热至试样溶解完全,再加入适量的过氧化氢,继续加热分解,蒸至浆状,稍冷,加入少许水,缓慢加热溶解,然后再加入20 mL盐酸(1+1)和10 mL硝酸(1+1),低温加热至溶解完全,冷却后将溶液移入100 mL的容量瓶中定容,混匀备用。
对于同一种元素,ICP光谱仪有很多条谱线可供选择用于检测,但是由于基体的影响和其他共存元素对待测元素可能产生的干扰,需要对仪器推荐的谱线进行干扰考察和选择。仪器扫描后,根据谱线的干扰情况及样品中各待测共存元素的含量情况,选择强度高、对称、峰形好、无共存元素间干扰的谱线作为待测元素的分析谱线。本试验选择的元素分析谱线为硅元素251.611 nm、镁元素279.553 nm、铁元素259.940 nm、铜元素324.754 nm、锰元素257.610 nm、锌元素206.200 nm。
a.基体干扰:基体的抑制作用一方面可能是阻挡效应的结果,也就是基体的存在阻挡了分析物离子与电子的碰撞激发,降低了激发概率;另一方面是由于高浓度的基体增加了分析溶液的黏度和表面张力,从而降低了传输速率,降低了分析信号强度[5]。基体的这些干扰情况是同时发生的。为确定基体铝元素对待测元素产生的干扰,进行如下实验:配制3份混合标准溶液(Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn各0.02%),其中1份不加铝基体,另外2份分别加入20%、100%的铝基体。在仪器选定的条件下,测量待测元素的质量分数,结果见表2
表2可以看出,随着基体含量的变化,Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的分析值均发生变化,基体含量越高,Si、Mg、Fe分析值越大,Cu、Mn、Zn分析值越小。因此,为消除基体元素带来的干扰,获得准确的分析结果,故采用基体匹配法。本试验采用与试样完全相同的前处理方法溶解高纯铝,然后用铝基体溶液对配制的标准溶液进行定容的方法来实现基体匹配。
b.共存元素间干扰:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪的特点之一就是可以多元素同时分析,但前提条件是这些共存元素之间无干扰。为确定共存元素Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn是否存在干扰情况,进行如下试验:分别配置浓度为1 μg/mL的Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn单标溶液及混标溶液,基于单标溶液建立各元素工作曲线,分析各单标溶液的浓度及混合标准溶液中各元素的浓度,结果如表3所示,以|混标浓度-单标浓度|/单标浓度×100%来代表干扰程度。
表3可以看出,混合标准溶液各元素之间干扰程度均在2%以内,可以忽略不计,故认为共存元素间无干扰。
配制3份混合标准溶液(Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn各0.02%),其中1份不加酸,另外2份分别加入2 mL、5 mL的盐酸(1+1)。分析3份混合标准溶液的浓度,结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,随着酸度增加,除Mn元素外,其他各元素的浓度均有所增大,Fe元素尤为显著,故为获得准确的分析结果,需保证酸度一致。本试验采用与试样完全相同的前处理方法溶解高纯铝,然后用铝基体溶液对配制的标准溶液进行定容,此时标准溶液的酸度与试样溶液的酸度基本一致,故采用不加酸的方式。
铝基体溶液的制备,采用与试样完全相同的前处理方法溶解高纯铝。
分别移取适量各单元素标准溶液(硅标准溶液除外)于5个容量瓶中,然后使用制备好的铝基体溶液对其进行定容,配制成5种系列标准溶液,具体浓度见表5。另外移取适量的硅元素标准溶液于另外6个容量瓶中,由于硅元素含量过高,需要稀释10倍后进行测量,因此,为保证铝基体浓度、溶液酸度与待测溶液基本一致,铝基体溶液也需要稀释10倍后进行定容。6种标准溶液中硅元素浓度分别为0 μg/mL、7 μg/mL、9 μg/mL、11 μg/mL、13 μg/mL、15 μg/mL。
配制系列标准溶液,建立硅、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌元素的标准曲线,由于硅元素含量高,需要稀释10倍后测量,因此,硅元素需要单独配制系列标准溶液。各元素检出限(DL)、分析范围(ωmax)及线性相关系数(r)如表6所示。
测定硅浓度为9%的单标溶液及镁、铁、铜、锰、锌浓度分别为1%、2.5%、1%、1%、0.8%的混合溶液11次,各元素的相对标准偏差即重复性,结果见表7
表7中可以看出各元素的相对标准偏差均小于1%,重复性良好。
分析铝硅合金标准样品,将分析结果与标准样品参考值进行比对,验证曲线的准确性。测试结果如表8所示。
表8中可以看出,硅元素的实测值与标准值的绝对差值均小于0.04%,其他各元素的实测值与标准值的绝对差值均小于0.003%,均在标样的不确定度范围内,准确性良好。
选择铝硅合金标准样品1和标准样品2中的Si、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn进行加标回收试验,结果如表9所示。
表9中可以看出各元素加标回收率为94%~106%,满足试验要求。
本文采用了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析铝硅合金中元素硅、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌的含量,试验表明,配制的标准溶液中铝基体浓度和酸度需要保证与试样溶液基本一致,且各元素的方法检出限低;硅、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌元素的实测值与标准值的绝对差值均在标样的不确定度范围内,准确性良好;各元素的相对标准偏差均小于1%,重复性良好;各元素的加标回收率在94%~106%之间,满足试验要求,可作为日常分析使用。
