Polypropylene (PP) resin automotive bumpers tend to accumulate static electricity due to their high insulation, which causes particles to firmly adsorb on the surface through Coulomb force, and also leads to safety hazards and reduced coating efficiency when grounding performance is poor during electrostatic spraying. Taking the full bumper coating process as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the static electricity accumulation mechanism and particle force characteristics of bumper materials, proposes a collaborative destaticization and dust removal process scheme that combines ionized-air pre-treatment with ionized-air purgingThe working principle, calibration method, and process implementation procedure of a non-contact electrostatic grounding detection system are also described in detail. Practical results show that the integrated ionized air application scheme can significantly reduce the number of particles after baking, and the grounding detection system can effectively eliminate the safety hazards of electrostatic spraying. The organic combination of the 2 comprehensively improves both the quality and safety of bumper coating, achieving the production goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

聚丙烯（PP）类树脂汽车保险杠因其高绝缘性极易积累静电，易导致颗粒物通过库伦力牢固吸附于表面，在静电喷涂过程中若接地性能不良，将造成安全隐患并降低涂装效率。以汽车保险杠涂装全流程为研究对象，分析了保险杠材料的静电积累机理与颗粒受力特性，提出了“离子风预处理+离子风吹扫”协同除静电除尘工艺方案，并说明了非接触式静电接地检测系统的工作原理、调试标定方法及工艺应用流程。实践结果表明，离子风综合应用方案可显著降低出炉颗粒数，接地检测系统可有效消除静电喷涂安全隐患，两者的有机结合使保险杠涂装质量和安全性均得到全面提升，实现了降本增效的生产目标。
