To improve driving stability of bus driver in high-speed turning and obstacle avoidance in high speed driving condition, a vehicle model and an electronic control pneumatic system model is firstly established. Then, based on the super twisting algorithm, an additional yaw moment controller is designed for bus anti-rollover. The disturbance term of the system is estimated through a nonlinear disturbance observer, and it is compensated to the controller. Finally, the co-simulation of MATLAB/Simulink, TruckSim and AMESim is carried out. The simulation results show that compared with PID control, the algorithm proposed in this article can reduce the roll angle by 0.2° and 0.7° respectively under steering wheel step conditions and fishinghook conditions.

为提高客车高速行驶工况下驾驶员快速转向避障时的行驶稳定性,首先建立气压电控制动系统模型和车辆动力学模型,基于超螺旋算法设计客车防侧翻附加横摆力矩控制器,然后利用非线性扰动观测器估算系统的扰动项,并补偿给控制器,最后进行MATLAB/Simulink、TruckSim、AMESim联合仿真,结果表明,相对于PID控制,所提出的算法在转向盘角阶跃输入工况和鱼钩测试工况下最大可将侧倾角分别降低0.2°和0.7°,有效提升了车辆防侧翻性能。

为提高客车高速行驶工况下驾驶员快速转向避障时的行驶稳定性,首先建立气压电控制动系统模型和车辆动力学模型,基于超螺旋算法设计客车防侧翻附加横摆力矩控制器,然后利用非线性扰动观测器估算系统的扰动项,并补偿给控制器,最后进行MATLAB/Simulink、TruckSim、AMESim联合仿真,结果表明,相对于PID控制,所提出的算法在转向盘角阶跃输入工况和鱼钩测试工况下最大可将侧倾角分别降低0.2°和0.7°,有效提升了车辆防侧翻性能。

To improve driving stability of bus driver in high-speed turning and obstacle avoidance in high speed driving condition, a vehicle model and an electronic control pneumatic system model is firstly established. Then, based on the super twisting algorithm, an additional yaw moment controller is designed for bus anti-rollover. The disturbance term of the system is estimated through a nonlinear disturbance observer, and it is compensated to the controller. Finally, the co-simulation of MATLAB/Simulink, TruckSim and AMESim is carried out. The simulation results show that compared with PID control, the algorithm proposed in this article can reduce the roll angle by 0.2° and 0.7° respectively under steering wheel step conditions and fishinghook conditions.

客车质心高、质量大且轮距窄,在高速行驶工况下驾驶员紧急转向时易触发横向失稳,从而造成侧翻事故[1],因而客车防侧翻研究对于提升车辆的行驶安全性具有重要意义。
目前常见的防侧翻控制方法包括制动系统差动制动、控制主动悬架的抗侧翻力矩、加装横向稳定杆,以及通过主动转向系统减小转向角度[2]。大量学者针对上述方法展开了广泛研究,但是考虑到客车作为营运车辆,成本敏感度高,因此通过客车上装配的气压电控制动系统(Electronic Braking System,EBS)进行差动制动的防侧翻控制方法得到广泛应用。
国内外学者针对越野车、客车、重型车、半挂车、液罐车等车型以横向轴荷转移率(Lateral Load Transfer Ratio,LTR)为侧翻评价指标,采用滑模变结构控制、PID控制、模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control,MPC)、灰色-马尔可夫链预测控制、模糊控制等算法获得附加横摆力矩,再通过不同车轮的制动控制实现差动制动[3-12]
在车辆防侧翻控制中,滑模控制和模型预测控制得到大量应用,但是传统的滑模控制存在抖振问题,尤其是在高速紧急避障工况下,车辆是一个多自由度强非线性体,易受到各种非线性扰动,会加剧滑模控制的抖振现象,影响控制精度。模型预测控制的运算量对控制器的算力要求较高,尚不适用于商用车。同时,很多学者进行防侧翻控制时,没有考虑扰动的影响,给后续的实车应用带来了局限性。
针对上述问题,本文提出一种基于非线性扰动补偿的超螺旋控制算法(Nonlinear Disturbance OBserver - Super Twisting Algorithm,NDOB-STA)进行客车的防侧翻控制,基于超螺旋算法设计防侧翻控制器,然后通过非线性扰动观测器对控制中的各种非线性扰动项进行观测,再补偿给防侧翻控制器,最后通过MATLAB/Simulink、TruckSim、AMESim仿真验证算法的有效性。
本文的制动系统采用气压EBS,其具体结构如图1所示。
系统的主要电控执行部件是ABS电磁阀、单通道模块、双通道模块,内部电磁阀均为开关阀,内部结构及通断逻辑可参考文献[13]。
综合考虑计算准确度和计算机的算力,建立如图2所示的三自由度车辆模型[2]
车辆的侧向动力学方程、横摆动力学方程、侧倾动力学方程分别为:

式中:ms为簧载质量,ay为车辆侧向加速度,hs为车辆侧倾中心到质心的距离,ϕ为侧倾角,FyfFyr分为前、后轴侧向力,δ为前轮转角,IxIz分别为簧载质量绕侧倾轴、Z轴旋转的转动惯量,ωr为车辆横摆角速度,ab分别为质心到前、后轴的距离,IxeqmsX轴方向旋转的等效转动惯量,g为重力加速度,Cphi为等效侧倾阻尼系数,Kphi为等效侧倾角刚度,β为车辆质心侧偏角,kfkr分别为前、后轴侧偏刚度,u为纵向车速。
车辆高速行驶工况下紧急转向时,控制器实时计算LTR,当LTR超过设定阈值时,控制器认定车辆发生侧翻的概率较高,然后通过EBS差动制动进行防侧翻控制。
横向载荷转移率L0的计算公式为[14]

式中:FzlFzr分别为左、右侧车轮的法向载荷。
由式(8)可知,L0的取值范围为[-1,1],L0=±1表示车辆的单侧的车轮已经离地,是极限侧翻工况。
目前,大部分客车未装配轴荷传感器,故在防侧翻控制中,需要先对L0进行估计[14]

气压制动系统具有迟滞性,为提高安全性,本文将L0的阈值设置为0.8。在车辆防侧翻控制中,选择L0ωr作为控制变量[14]
选择滑模函数s为:

式中:ωrd为理想横摆角速度;ξ0>0为滑模常值系数;Ld为理想的横向载荷转移率,在本文中可取为0,即理想状态下车辆不发生横向轴荷转移。
当|L0|≥0.8时,EBS进行差动制动产生防侧翻附加横摆力矩ΔMR,则式(6)改写为:

将式(14)中的d(t)视为有界的集成非线性扰动项,满足|d(t)|≤DD>0,为集成非线性扰动项边界值。
超螺旋算法与PID控制、模糊控制等算法相比较,具有较好的鲁棒性和快速动态响应特性,适用于二阶系统。文献[15]已证明了超螺旋滑模算法的稳定性,其数学模型为:

本文气压制动系统中ABS电磁阀、单通道模块、双通道模块内部电磁阀均为开关阀,采用双重逻辑门限值控制算法,如图3所示。
图3中,P0为开关阀脉冲宽度调制的占空比,S1S2S3S4为4个门限常值,且S1>S2S3>S4PaPt分别为实际压力和理想压力。f1f2的计算公式为:

将单逻辑门限值中的增压、保压、减压3个阶段细化为快速增压(全开)、缓慢增压、保压、缓慢减压、快速减压(全开)5个阶段。
防侧翻附加横摆力矩主要通过差动制动产生。在差动制动控制中,单轮制动选择逻辑最简单,且执行的效率最高,得到了广泛应用。表1所示为单轮制动的选择逻辑。
为了验证本文提出的防侧翻控制算法的控制效果,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建NDOB-STA和双重逻辑门限值控制策略,在AMESim中建立气压EBS仿真模型,在TruckSim中建立客车模型,分别在空载和满载条件下通过MATLAB/Simulink、AMESim及TruckSim进行转向盘角阶跃输入工况和鱼钩测试工况的联合仿真,对上述控制策略的控制效果进行验证。为了对比NDOB-STA的效果,用工程中常见的PID算法模块代替仿真模型的NDOB-STA模块,在相同工况下进行联合仿真。车辆模型关键参数如表2所示。
具体仿真工况及相应设置如表3所示,2种工况下转向盘转角输入曲线如图4所示。由于满载(加载2 500 kg)条件下车辆质心提高,若设置与空载相同的工况,车辆将发生侧翻,故适当降低满载时的车速、转向盘转角和路面附着系数。
按照表3所示的工况在TruckSim中完成仿真设置,并将NDOB-STA控制与PID控制和无控制时的LTR曲线、侧向加速度曲线、侧倾角曲线进行对比,结果如图5所示。
转向盘角阶跃输入工况下,车辆在空载和满载无控制时,LTR在约第1.8 s和约第2.1 s起始终为-1,侧向加速度分别在约第3.0 s和约第4.2 s后快速降为0,侧倾角分别在约第2.0 s和约第2.1 s后快速增大,直至发散,说明车辆发生了侧翻。NDOB-STA和PID控制均能使车辆保持稳定,但总体上NDOB-STA控制下的LTR、侧向加速度、侧倾角较PID控制结果小,说明NDOB-STA控制效果优于PID控制。
鱼钩测试工况下,车辆在空载和满载无控制时,LTR分别在约第3.0 s和约第3.2 s起始终保持为1,侧向加速度分别在约第2.0 s快速下降为-0.8 g,并呈波动状态,然后分别在约第4.2 s后快速变化到0左右,再剧烈变化至发散,侧倾角分别在约第2.0 s后快速从2°和3°下降到负值,随后发散,说明车辆发生了侧翻。NDOB-STA和PID控制均能使车辆保持稳定,但总体上NDOB-STA控制下的LTR、侧向加速度、侧倾角较PID控制结果小,说明NDOB-STA控制效果优于PID控制。
在空载和满载条件下,转向盘角阶跃输入和鱼钩测试仿真中NDOB-STA和PID控制下的最大侧倾角如表4所示,仿真结果表明,相对于PID控制,NDOB-STA控制在转向盘角阶跃输入工况和鱼钩测试工况下最大可将侧倾角分别降低0.2°和0.7°,有效提升了车辆防侧翻性能。
本文针对客车高速行驶工况下紧急转向时易发生横向失稳造成侧翻的问题,提出一种超螺旋控制算法,设计防侧翻附加横摆力矩控制器,基于NDOB设计扰动观测器实时观测控制器中的非线性扰动项,并将其补偿给防侧翻附加横摆力矩控制器。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink、TruckSim、AMESim联合仿真,对上述策略的控制效果进行验证,仿真结果表明,本文设计的控制策略可以有效提升车辆防侧翻能力,从而提高车辆的行驶安全性。
超螺旋算法是一种先进控制算法,控制结构简单,控制效果也比传统的非基于模型的算法更好,但算法增益参数的调节过程较为复杂(需要综合考虑系统稳定性),且控制变量波动较大,后续应结合智能算法对参数调节和控制过程进行优化。
