To address the issue of water leakage of automobile sunroofs, theoretical and experimental research on the inlet and drainage characteristics of automobile sunroofs are carried out. By simplifying the automobile sunroof drainage assembly system, the physical model of the sunroof drainage pipeline is constructed, and the pipeline design are modeled and derived, and the theoretical calculation formula of the maximum drainage capacity of the pipeline is obtained. A sunroof test bench is built to measure the influence of various parameters and pipeline parts on the drainage capacity of the drainage pipeline based on the theoretical analysis results, and the theoretical and test results are compared. The water inlet characteristics of the sunroof are experimentally studied, and the distribution characteristics of the water inlet and drainage of the sunroof under different vehicle conditions were analyzed. It is found that the water flow from the drainage pipe is distributed differently with the tilt angle of the vehicle, and the water drainage of the front side of the horizontal vehicle is higher than that of the rear. It is suggested that the slope of the vehicle should be considered in pipeline design to increase the design margin of the front water pipe.

为解决汽车天窗漏水问题,通过简化汽车天窗排水总成系统,构建天窗排水管路物理模型并对管路设计进行建模推导,得到管路最大排水能力的理论计算公式,并搭建天窗试验台架,基于理论分析结果,通过试验测量各参数及管路零件对排水管路排水能力的影响程度,并对比理论结果和试验结果。针对实车天窗的进水特性进行试验研究,分析不同车辆状态下天窗进排水量分布特点,发现排水管水流量分布随车辆倾斜角度的不同而不同,水平状态下车辆前部排水量高于后部,建议管路设计时考虑车辆使用的坡度工况,增加前排水管的设计余量。

To address the issue of water leakage of automobile sunroofs, theoretical and experimental research on the inlet and drainage characteristics of automobile sunroofs are carried out. By simplifying the automobile sunroof drainage assembly system, the physical model of the sunroof drainage pipeline is constructed, and the pipeline design are modeled and derived, and the theoretical calculation formula of the maximum drainage capacity of the pipeline is obtained. A sunroof test bench is built to measure the influence of various parameters and pipeline parts on the drainage capacity of the drainage pipeline based on the theoretical analysis results, and the theoretical and test results are compared. The water inlet characteristics of the sunroof are experimentally studied, and the distribution characteristics of the water inlet and drainage of the sunroof under different vehicle conditions were analyzed. It is found that the water flow from the drainage pipe is distributed differently with the tilt angle of the vehicle, and the water drainage of the front side of the horizontal vehicle is higher than that of the rear. It is suggested that the slope of the vehicle should be considered in pipeline design to increase the design margin of the front water pipe.

汽车水管理性能是整车开发中的关键性能,整车的防水密封能力是质量表现最直接的性能之一[1-3]。在整车水管理中,天窗系统作为体积最大、运行工况最恶劣的密封零件,是售后漏水问题投诉的最多的系统[4]。目前主流的天窗类型有内藏式、外滑式、全景天窗和多功能天窗[5-6],繁多的天窗形式和日益丰富的功能对天窗的可靠性提出了更高的要求。
不同类型天窗的水管理策略基本一致,主要为天窗玻璃总成利用密封条与车身顶盖的密封条实现过盈配合,相互挤压形成第一道密封,越过密封条的水由排水槽收集,经排水管排出[7-8]。天窗玻璃作为开闭件,涉及运动磨损和噪声问题,无法完全密封,必须设置排水槽和排水管[9]
本文将理论分析与试验相结合,给出天窗排水管路设计的理论公式,通过试验探究天窗进、排水特性。
汽车天窗通常有4个排水口,分别位于天窗框架的4个角,前部2条排水管通常安装在车身A柱护板内部,利用卡扣固定,后部2条排水管以同样的方式安装在C柱内。如图1所示,汽车天窗排水过程中,水流从天窗四周的密封条缝隙流入排水槽,排水槽收集积水,引导水流进入排水口,通过排水管抵达车身底板或轮罩将水流排出车外。
为便于分析,本文对天窗排水结构进行简化,以单个排水管排水过程为对象构建天窗排水管路排水过程物理模型,如图2所示。
定义进、出水口压强分别为P1P2,水槽、出水口水流流速分别为V1V2,水槽、出水口高度分别为H1H2,水流的水头损失为H0,重力加速度为g,水的密度为ρ,由能量守恒可得:
P1+ρV12/2+ρgH1=P2+ρV22/2+ρgH2+ρgH0
经过实测,P1=P2=101.325 kPa,进口速度V1约为0。水头损失H0由水流的沿程阻力损失和局部阻力损失构成:

式中:hf=λlV22/(2dg)为沿程阻力损失,表示水流流动过程中由于固体壁面的阻滞作用产生的摩擦阻力造成的水头损失;hl为局部阻力损失,表示由于流道的急剧变化使流动边界层分离,产生大量旋涡所造成的水头损失;l为管道长度;d为管道内径;λ为沿程阻力系数。
式(1)化简可得:

管路最大排水量QV2满足:

由式(3)、式(4)可得:

定义管路内截面积为A,有效高度H=H1-H2,流量系数$C=1/\sqrt{1+\lambda l/\left(2d\right)}$,最终可得:

由式(6)可知,有效高度、局部阻力损失及流量系数直接影响管路最大排水量。在管路无变形、褶皱、凸起、堵塞物的情况下,hl=0。流量系数C与管路的粗糙度和管道长度l有关,对于光滑无摩擦圆管,C=1,实际条件下C<1。
图3所示为流量系数C、局部阻力损失hl、有效高度H与管路最大排水量Q的关系。理想状态下,C=1、hl=0,减小C和增大hl均会大幅降低管路最大排水量,同时,管路最大排水量随有效高度的增大而减小。
由理论公式可知,排水管路的排水能力与有效高度、管路表面粗糙度、管路长度、管路布置和管路中是否存在连接件、堵塞物等有关。因此,本文通过试验验证各因素对排水管路最大排水量的影响。
通过搭建天窗排水试验台架对天窗排水过程开展研究。如图4所示,将天窗框架固定在台架上,连接排水管路,排水管路固定在铝制金属网上,以便实现管路的多种布置和连接。当排水管出水口水流稳定无气泡、排水槽内液面高度稳定时,认为排水管排水量达到最大值,即达到排水管的最大排水能力。
图5a所示为水管无弯折(hl=0)、管道长度l不变的情况下,管路最大排水量Q随有效高度H变化的试验结果。可以看出,QH的增加而增大,与理论公式相符合,H对天窗排水能力的影响显著,H由0.14 m增加至0.75 m,排水量提高约126.7%。图5b给出了在水管无弯折、H不变的情况下,管路最大排水量Q与管道长度l的关系。可以看出,lQ的影响很小,Q均维持在理论计算排水值附近。
基于图5a中理论计算结果与试验结果的对比关系,拟合分析得到排水软管的流量系数C应在0.35~0.40范围内,试验结果与C=0.375时的理论数据基本吻合。而根据文献[11]给出的小孔流量公式,C的取值建议为0.82,与本文中天窗排水管路设计的实际情况不符,原因是文献[11]中的参数来源于机械设计软件中给出的长孔及管嘴的流量系数,而本文参数为针对天窗排水管通过试验测试获得。
l=1.2 m、H=70 cm的条件下,将5组管路按照不同弯曲路径布置,保证管路的截面不受挤压变形,不存在反向向上弯曲,测试弯曲数量对流量的影响,结果如图6所示,可以看出,管路弯曲的路径对最大排水量没有明显影响。
为了进一步探究管路中存在向上弯曲对管路最大排水量的影响,布置了5组弯曲位置处于不同高度的管路并测量管路最大排水量,如图7所示,其中l=1.2 m、H=70 cm、反曲高度ΔH=0.1 m。可以看出,即便存在反向弯曲情况,管路最大排水量依然不受影响,但是这种布置会使管路积水、污垢沉积,长期使用会导致排水管堵塞,出现发霉异味和异响等问题。
在天窗排水管路的实际安装和使用中,排水管末端通常会连接2种排水阀,如图8所示,且在日常使用中排水管路经常会进入杂物,本文用白色尼龙条塞入管路模拟管路被杂物堵塞的情况进行试验,当H=0.85 m时,试验结果如图9所示。
图9可知,排水阀1对管路最大排水量没有影响,排水阀2对管路最大排水量影响较大,在试验条件下,排水阀2使管路最大排水量降低4.1%,这是由于波纹管壁使局部阻力损失增大。堵塞物在出水口处时对管路最大排水量的影响要大于其在进水口处时的影响,堵塞物使管路最大排水量降低7.8%~16.6%。若在天窗排水系统中采用排水阀2,则hl取值为0.05~0.10 m,此时流量的理论计算结果为6.99~6.67 L/min。考虑到产品使用过程中可能出现排水管杂物堵塞,由于堵塞物的形状、堵塞程度难以预估,建议将天窗排水设计余量上浮20%。
为进一步明确天窗进、排水的特点,本文选取某SUV车型进行淋雨试验,测量其配备天窗的实际进排水量,喷淋雨量选取1 500 mm/h、300 mm/h。1 500 mm/h雨量试验结果如表1所示,包含天窗左前、右前、左后、右后4处排水管在车辆水平、前倾、后倾、侧倾、左前倾和右后倾6种坡度放置状态下的排水量,以模拟车辆在实际使用中可能出现的姿态[12]。可以看出,天窗排水受车辆在实际使用中放置坡度的直接影响,车辆最低处的流水量通常最大,高处几乎不排水,因此,设计天窗排水管时要考虑排水管最大流量满足车辆在极限坡度下的使用需求,此时水流几乎全部从最低侧单个水管流出,若单个水管的最大排水量小于实际水流量则会使天窗漏水。
图10所示为2种雨量下车辆在6种坡度放置时的总进水量分布情况。可以看出,在车辆前倾时天窗总进水量最大,此时使天窗密封间隙出现微小变化是导致进水量增大的最主要原因。因此,可对天窗密封件进行优化设计,减少车辆前倾时的进水量。
本文针对汽车天窗排水管设计、布置等问题,通过理论分析获得天窗排水管设计公式,通过试验分析了各类因素对排水管最大排水量的影响,修正了理论公式的系数取值,获得了影响汽车天窗进排水的因素和特性规律。具体结论如下:
a. 单根天窗排水管路设计应满足$Q=CA\sqrt{2g(H-{h}_{l})}$,流量系数建议取值范围为0.35~0.40;当应用排水阀时,局部阻力损失建议取值范围为0.05~0.10 m;考虑未来使用出现堵塞物,建议整体设计余量增加20%。
b. 实车天窗进排水过程中,在不同车辆使用坡度工况下,最低处排水管水流量最大,水平状态下前部排水量高于后部,建议管路设计时考虑车辆极限坡度工况,增加前排水管的设计余量。
