Based on the study of the three parameter control objectives of Pedal Map, a calibration control program for Pedal Map of electric vehicle is designed, and effective control of three parameter objectives are realized through MATLAB traversal interpolation. Simulation calculations and real vehicle testing results verify that the control objective based on the three parameters can effectively achieve the calibration and control of the pedal characteristics of electric vehicle. The experimental and simulation comparison results of the longitudinal acceleration curve show that the control program can accurately achieve the calibration control objective requirements and successfully achieve automatic calibration.

在研究踏板特性图(Pedal Map)3个参数控制目标需求的基础上,设计了电动汽车踏板特性图的标定控制程序,通过MATLAB遍历插值实现了3个参数目标的有效控制,仿真计算及实车测试结果验证了基于3个参数的控制目标能有效实现电动汽车的踏板特性标定和控制,纵向加速度曲线的试验和仿真对比结果表明,控制程序能够准确实现标定控制目标需求并成功实现自动化标定。

Based on the study of the three parameter control objectives of Pedal Map, a calibration control program for Pedal Map of electric vehicle is designed, and effective control of three parameter objectives are realized through MATLAB traversal interpolation. Simulation calculations and real vehicle testing results verify that the control objective based on the three parameters can effectively achieve the calibration and control of the pedal characteristics of electric vehicle. The experimental and simulation comparison results of the longitudinal acceleration curve show that the control program can accurately achieve the calibration control objective requirements and successfully achieve automatic calibration.

踏板特性图(Pedal Map)是车辆的重要标定项目之一。相较于传统汽车踏板特性标定受制于发动机油耗和特性的限制[1],电动汽车踏板特性标定边界完全取决于驱动电机的外特性曲线限制,而不同踏板开度曲线可以设计成任意需要的形状。同时,考虑到电动汽车人机交互和个性化的控制需求,需要一种有效的参数化程序控制来满足驾驶员对踏板特性的个性化需求。
本文基于3个输入目标参数完成踏板特性的参数化和自动化标定控制,以期实现踏板特性标定的驾驶性可控[2],并为电动汽车下一阶段驾驶员自定义踏板特性(玩家模式)的实现提供可能。
燃油汽车与电动汽车在踏板特性标定控制方面的最大差别是滑行能量回收功能的介入。考虑到踏板特性标定数据对驾驶性[3]的影响,如图1所示,电动汽车的踏板特性不是将驱动的MAP和滑行回收的MAP进行简单叠加,而是需要将不同开度的踏板特性曲线光滑地由正驱动扭矩需求变为负回收扭矩需求(见图1中40%开度踏板特性曲线)。由图1可知,电动汽车的踏板特性控制边界由驱动电机实现的最大外驱动特性曲线和车辆最大回收强度限制曲线构成。此外,考虑到踏板特性的扭矩与爬行工况扭矩在控制上的解耦,根据标定的每个模式是否含有爬行工况,最大回收强度限制曲线可分为2种。其中,回收极限边界综合了各种回收限制需求,如驾驶性、动力电池的回收功率[4]以及NVH控制对电机回收转矩的限制等,故程序设计时需综合考虑各种限制对回收边界的需求。
根据踏板特性图的极限边界形状设计符合驾驶需求的其他开度踏板曲线。为获得满足需要的曲线和实现程序自动化运行,采用曲线起点、稳定加速度段转折点车速和稳定目标车速3个目标参数控制不同开度踏板特性曲线的形状。具体实现时需要找到可以实现程序参数化的设计基点,结合踏板特性图的极限边界和驾驶目标需求,曲线起点、稳定加速度段转折点车速可以最大驱动加速度曲线作为基点,稳定目标车速[1]以驾驶员主观心理评判结果及车辆动力预期作为输入。根据标定要求,可以调整输入参数以获得符合车型定位的踏板特性图:
a. 曲线起点以车速为0时加速度占比,即加速度占外特性驱动最大加速度的比例作为参数化基点,可通过定义所有开度踏板特性曲线实现,也可定义一个特征开度踏板特性曲线及比值K进行插值实现。
b. 受限于电机外特性加速度曲线,每个开度踏板的稳定加速段转折点车速由外特性最大转折点车速限制。可通过定义所有开度踏板特性曲线的转折点车速样本曲线或定义一个特征开度踏板特性曲线作为过渡点进行插值实现。
c. 稳定目标车速以踏板开度为基点,不仅反映特定开度的踏板特征曲线的最高车速,也间接定义了到达稳定目标车速前的加速动力预期(稳定目标车速越高,相同踏板开度、相同车速条件下的加速度越大)。因此,实际标定中需针对不同的驾驶模式给出相同踏板开度条件下不同的最高车速预期,如图2所示。
可以采用两种算法实现踏板特性图的有效控制,即断点(Break Point,BP)踏板MAP曲线插值算法和韦伯曲线动力分配算法。BP曲线插值算法的核心是通过归一化插值获得一条BP特征踏板曲线,然后向下与回收强度边界曲线进行遍历插值,向上与最大外驱动加速度曲线进行遍历插值;韦伯动力分配算法采用两条样本曲线实现前2个目标的参数化,即基于最大加速度的各开度踏板动力分配样本曲线和稳定加速度转折点车速样本曲线。
本文引入韦伯-费希纳定律[5]以参数化评价各开度踏板特征曲线的动力分配预期。该定律可表征心理量与物理量之间的关系:
ΔΦ/Φ=K
式中:Φ为原刺激量,ΔΦ为差别阈限,K为韦伯率。
基于韦伯-费希纳定律,以踏板开度作为驾驶员的输入,以动力输出的加速度占比作为预期输出可以得到一条标准化的动力分配样本曲线,如图3所示。从图3中可以看出,60%踏板开度韦伯曲线占比为0.6。为实现驾驶模式的差异化,不同驾驶模式的动力分配曲线可以根据实际需求标定成不同的形状或根据韦伯曲线转折点的不同踏板开度实现。
BP曲线的参数化标定过程就是设计特征踏板开度(BP踏板开度)的踏板曲线,该曲线是生成整个踏板MAP曲线遍历插值的控制曲线,其具体控制点如图4所示。
BP曲线的定义通过设置5个点的参数实现:车速为0时加速度占比(A点);加速度稳定时的车速(B点);过渡点车速和加速度目标(C点);高车速点(如120 km/h)的加速度(D点);相应驾驶模式的最高车速(E点)。
为得到完整的BP特征曲线,C点与D点间的曲线采用最大外特性加速曲线进行比例插值,即分别获取BP曲线C点与D点的车速和最大外特性曲线上C点与D点加速度对应的车速作比例插值。在BP特征曲线的D点与E点间采用等比例的线性插值方法以符合回收强度边界的趋势。
在完成上述程序算法和参数定义后,可以运行定义所有车速和所有踏板开度的遍历插值代码。程序循环计算过程为:遍历所有车速,然后在车速循环内部以BP踏板开度(例如60%踏板开度)为判断条件,踏板开度遍历循环又分为大于BP踏板开度的插值(BP曲线与踏板特性图边界曲线)和小于BP踏板开度的插值(BP曲线与回收边界曲线)。通过运算可以得到遍历的样本踏板特性图如图5所示。此外,为达到实现韦伯动力分配曲线形状的要求,在遍历插值代码实现中引入了插值指数K,在BP踏板开度以下采用K值作为指数,在BP踏板以上采用反向韦伯曲线的逆K值作为指数参与计算。
韦伯曲线动力分配算法采用2个样本曲线精准控制车速为0处各踏板开度的动力分配曲线(不同模式的动力分配曲线见图6)和稳定加速度段转折车速点的样本曲线(见图7中抛物线)。
在标定该算法的2个样本曲线后,结合图2示意的稳定目标车速曲线即可完成韦伯曲线动力分配算法的参数输入。运行定义所有车速和所有踏板开度的遍历插值代码,得到遍历的样本踏板特性图如图8所示。另外,为达到实现韦伯动力分配曲线的目的,在遍历插值代码实现中也引入了K值,即图6标定的动力分配曲线的加速度占比。程序循环计算过程为,遍历所有车速,然后在车速循环内以各踏板开度进行插值。具体某一踏板开度的插值计算以图7中的稳定加速度转折曲线对应车速和踏板特性图边界曲线转折点车速的差值作为插值条件,将踏板特性图边界曲线向左平移插值得到类似边界曲线作为车速方向的插值曲线,然后再以车速为0处加速度占比的差值作为车速方向插值曲线向下平移插值作为加速度方向的插值曲线。
上述两种算法的主体思路一致,主要区别为各踏板开度的动力分配比例和稳定加速度段转折点车速的控制。韦伯曲线动力分配算法采用2个样本曲线进行人工标定精准控制,对于各踏板开度的多样化需求(如加大某一踏板开度的占比)有较大的优势。但由于韦伯曲线动力分配算法结构没有引入不同车速采用不同的BP踏板开度样本曲线,因此该算法无法对不同车速曲线在所有踏板开度下定义不同BP踏板开度转折点进行局部调整。另外,从算法速度上来看,为实现稳定加速转折点样本曲线可控,韦伯曲线动力分配算法程序要求移位获得不同的插值边界样本曲线,因此其计算速度较BP曲线插值算法慢一些。
另外,如果上述两种算法采用标准系数或样本曲线,将两种算法对同一模式计算获得的踏板特性图数据进行坐标转置显示可以实现相近的韦伯动力上升曲线,如图9图10所示(图9中60%踏板开度采用了0.72的动力占比,图10中60%踏板开度采用了0.6的动力占比)。计算结果反映出同一车速曲线不同踏板开度动力上升的变化曲线取决于算法本身计算获得的每个踏板开度的动力占比,前者取决于指数K值和BP踏板开度的占比,后者完全决于动力分配样本曲线分配K值。
为满足电动汽车的个性化需求,踏板特性图设计程序化的自动实现也为个性化的踏板特性图(玩家模式)定制提供了可能。为此,设计上述程序生成踏板特性图的标定输入参数和交互接口,针对某车型,将所有标定参数固化为最大和最小范围,然后通过整车人机交互的个性化可调因子f确定个性化的输入参数值,可表达为:

式中:Vtarg为目标参数,VmaxVmin分别为目标参数的最大边界、最小边界,f为调节因子。
根据前述程序参数化的标定参数,可以按下列的可调参数转化为因子的形式,如图11所示:稳定车速因子,基于标定两条稳定目标车速曲线;回收因子,基于标定最大回收强度曲线;最大加速度因子,基于电机的扭矩范围;动力因子,基于电机的功率范围;踏板开度灵敏因子,基于指数K值的曲线(BP曲线插值算法)和基于动力分配2条韦伯分配曲线。
考虑到个性化可调因子具有多种组合形式,程序具体实现玩家模式还需要增加输入因子与踏板特性图的离散关系(即因子变化的可调精度),以保证参数的合理性。另外,从可靠性的角度出发,在将程序固化到电子控制单元或云端计算中心前,有必要遍历所有因子的组合取值开展鲁棒性测试。
根据前述踏板特性图程序设计提出的三参数输入目标和两种算法的思路,利用MATLAB编写程序函数,实现标定参数自动读取、参数合理性调整、遍历插值计算、数据保存与输出、生成dcm标定数据文件等。
为验证程序计算结果,针对某车型的踏板特性图数据进行仿真计算,定义程序输入所需的参数如表1所示。
表1中的参数外,动力分配曲线、稳定加速转折点车速样本曲线输入见图6图7中ECO模式的样本曲线,稳定目标车速曲线输入见图2。计算可得两种算法在某一回收等级下的踏板特性图标定数据如图12图13所示。
将采用上述两种算法仿真获得的踏板特性图(将图12图13的加速度MAP转化为扭矩MAP)导入标定软件Inca中,进行实车测试,各踏板开度条件下整车加速度对比结果如图14图15所示。
图14图15可知,控制算法很好地保证了标定设计的要求,同时可大幅减少标定测试的工作量。
本文从标定工作的实际可靠性出发,结合电动汽车自动化标定以及个性化的需求,提出基于3个参数输入目标的踏板特性图程序化设计方法,为标定自动化和离线标定提供了保证。实车加速度与程序加速度MAP计算对比结果表明,设计目标得到有效实现,且驾驶性得到可靠保障。同时,程序化的设计为车辆的个性化踏板特性设置(玩家模式)提供了可能。
