In order to improve the vehicle driving range of a pure electric light commercial vehicle, this paper proposes to reduce the electric power consumption per 100 kilometers by reducing power consumption and increasing coasting energy recovery power. Firstly, for ECO energy-saving mode, the paper proposes the energy-saving control technology based on different vehicle usage scenarios and working conditions, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of the vehicle in the whole scenario. Secondly, in the view of the coasting energy recovery deceleration of commercial vehicles with empty and full load varies greatly, the paper proposes the energy recovery control based on the vehicle mass to achieve the same coasting deceleration under different loads to recover more energy. Then, for the problem that coasting energy recovery is usually designed with low adhesion coefficient road surface, the paper proposes adaptive adjustment of coasting energy recovery based on road adhesion coefficient. Finally, the pure electric light truck is tested on real road. The results show that the ECO mode reduces the electricity consumption per 100 kilometers by 2.9%, and by 2.1% for scenarios of turning on the air conditioning and opening the car door. The energy recovery strategy based on the vehicle’s mass shows a 2.7% reduction in electricity consumption per 100 kilometers.

为提升某纯电动轻型商用车的续驶能力,从减少功率消耗和增加滑行回馈功率两个维度降低整车百公里电耗。首先,针对节能(ECO)模式,提出基于车辆不同使用场景和工况的节能控制技术,显著降低全场景下的整车能耗。其次,针对商用车空、满载滑行能量回收减速度差异大的问题,提出基于整车质量进行能量回收控制,实现了车辆不同载荷下具有相同的滑行减速度,以回收更多能量。然后,针对滑行能量回收通常以低附着系数路面为设计基础的现状,提出基于路面附着系数自适应调整滑行能量回收的方法。最后,对该纯电动轻型商用车进行实际道路测试,结果表明,ECO模式下百公里电耗降低2.9%,针对开启空调和开启车门场景,百公里电耗降低2.1%,基于整车质量的能量回收策略实现了百公里电耗降低2.7%。

为提升某纯电动轻型商用车的续驶能力,从减少功率消耗和增加滑行回馈功率两个维度降低整车百公里电耗。首先,针对节能(ECO)模式,提出基于车辆不同使用场景和工况的节能控制技术,显著降低全场景下的整车能耗。其次,针对商用车空、满载滑行能量回收减速度差异大的问题,提出基于整车质量进行能量回收控制,实现了车辆不同载荷下具有相同的滑行减速度,以回收更多能量。然后,针对滑行能量回收通常以低附着系数路面为设计基础的现状,提出基于路面附着系数自适应调整滑行能量回收的方法。最后,对该纯电动轻型商用车进行实际道路测试,结果表明,ECO模式下百公里电耗降低2.9%,针对开启空调和开启车门场景,百公里电耗降低2.1%,基于整车质量的能量回收策略实现了百公里电耗降低2.7%。

In order to improve the vehicle driving range of a pure electric light commercial vehicle, this paper proposes to reduce the electric power consumption per 100 kilometers by reducing power consumption and increasing coasting energy recovery power. Firstly, for ECO energy-saving mode, the paper proposes the energy-saving control technology based on different vehicle usage scenarios and working conditions, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of the vehicle in the whole scenario. Secondly, in the view of the coasting energy recovery deceleration of commercial vehicles with empty and full load varies greatly, the paper proposes the energy recovery control based on the vehicle mass to achieve the same coasting deceleration under different loads to recover more energy. Then, for the problem that coasting energy recovery is usually designed with low adhesion coefficient road surface, the paper proposes adaptive adjustment of coasting energy recovery based on road adhesion coefficient. Finally, the pure electric light truck is tested on real road. The results show that the ECO mode reduces the electricity consumption per 100 kilometers by 2.9%, and by 2.1% for scenarios of turning on the air conditioning and opening the car door. The energy recovery strategy based on the vehicle’s mass shows a 2.7% reduction in electricity consumption per 100 kilometers.

纯电动汽车的电耗和续驶里程一直是行业关注的焦点。为提高车辆的续驶里程,一方面可以增加动力电池的容量[1],但这会提高整车的成本,另一方面可以通过路径规划进行预测性控制[2-3],但需提前获取全局的路况信息,而路况信息是实时变化的。因此,提高车辆系统层面的能量利用率、降低纯电动汽车的百公里电耗是提升续驶里程的有效方式。
余才光等[4]提出纯电动汽车电耗的6个影响因子,即整备质量、滚动阻力系数、风阻系数、能量传递的综合效率、低压功耗、整车内阻,进行了建模和电耗计算,并分别分析了各影响因子的发展趋势。刘建辉等[5]基于续驶里程的能量流向影响因素研究,分析了电动汽车的整车参数、动力电池、电机及其控制器系统、制动能量回收等因素对续驶里程的影响,同时从优化整车参数、采用高功率密度电池、提高部件性能3个方面展望了增加电动汽车续驶里程的技术发展方向。黄伟[6]等针对某款电动车型电耗偏大的问题,提出了一种纯电动汽车能量流测试方案,基于Cruise电耗仿真分析模型,分别从电驱动系统效率提升、滚阻优化、制动能量回收率提高以及附件控制策略优化等方面进行了电耗的定量优化分析。于凤珠[7]通过整车能耗机理理论分析,挖掘能耗的关键控制项,基于高精度实测数据建立并标定整车能量流仿真模型,通过风阻优化、制动卡钳优化、轮毂轴承优化、分网段休眠技术、电机余热利用技术实现了能耗降低和续驶里程的提升。
文献[4]~文献[7]主要围绕整车阻力、动力系统效率和能量管理方面进行了纯电动汽车百公里电耗的理论分析,而实际量产车型受车辆设计、零部件设计和选型等因素影响,整车阻力和系统效率已经固定,后续难以优化。因此,本文从车辆减少功率消耗和增加回馈功率角度出发,通过软件和算法降低整车的百公里电耗,提出基于车辆不同使用场景和工况的节能(ECO)模式,然后针对商用车空、满载条件下滑行能量回收过程中减速度差异大的问题,提出基于整车质量的能量回收控制技术,提高车辆系统层面的能量利用率。此外,针对滑行能量回收通常基于低附着系数路面进行设计及在低附着系数路面易发生打滑的问题,提出基于路面附着系数自适应调整滑行能量回收的控制方法。最后,利用实际道路测试验证所提出策略的有效性。
本文提出的ECO模式技术方案如图1所示:整车控制器(Vehicle Control Unit,VCU)通过采集ECO模式硬线开关信号识别ECO状态,进行ECO模式下的节能控制;门开关信号由车身控制器(Body Control Module,BCM)采集并发送至VCU,VCU根据门开关信号识别开车门场景;VCU发送压缩机(Air Compressor,AC)和正温度系数(Positive Temperature Coefficient,PTC)空气加热器最大限制使用功率至空调控制模块(Air Condition Module,ACM),ACM控制AC和PTC空气加热器的工作功率;VCU发送驾驶模式状态信号至组合仪表,组合仪表显示驾驶模式状态。
本文基于车辆不同使用场景和工况的节能控制技术,开展节能控制策略开发:
a. 高速驾驶场景,限制ECO模式最高车速。车速越高,电能消耗越快,可通过限制最高车速降低能耗。本文纯电动轻型商用车的最高车速为100 km/h,ECO模式下最高车速限制为80 km/h(标定量)。
b. 全油门加速场景,限制ECO模式电机外特性曲线。外特性曲线下移,可大幅度提高电机系统的效率,降低能耗。本文车型采用的电机系统效率如图2所示,低转速下外特性扭矩对应的电机系统效率为70%左右,将电机最大扭矩限制为350 N·m(标定量),低转速最大扭矩对应的电机系统效率可提高到80%左右。
c. 开空调场景,限制ECO模式AC和PTC加热器最大使用功率,降低高压附件消耗的功率。本文车型AC的最大功率为3 kW,ECO模式功率限制为2 kW(标定量),PTC加热器的最大功率为5 kW,ECO模式功率限制为3 kW(标定量)。
d. 开启车门场景下,单独限制ECO模式AC和PTC加热器使用功率。针对商用车搬卸货开启车门场景,开启车门会增加空调的消耗功率且制冷和制热效果差,因此,需单独限制AC和PTC加热器的使用功率,进一步降低能耗。ECO模式限制AC的最大功率为1 kW(标定量)、PTC加热器的最大功率为2 kW(标定量)。
e. 蠕行场景,ECO模式下取消踩制动踏板蠕行。通过取消制动踏板蠕行,可以减少克服制动力进行驱动的能耗,进一步降低能耗。
f. 激烈驾驶场景下新增ECO模式踏板曲线。基于驾驶员原始扭矩需求,使用不同的踏板扭矩解析MAP图,即根据车速和加速踏板开度计算驾驶员原始需求扭矩,图3图4所示分别为标准(NOR)模式、ECO模式需求扭矩MAP,ECO模式下响应更柔和,即同一车速和同一加速踏板开度下需求扭矩更小,避免频繁升、降扭导致能量浪费。
本文纯电动轻型载货汽车的空载质量为3 000 kg,满载质量为6 000 kg,上电默认驾驶模式为NOR模式。通过实际道路测试对比NOR模式和ECO模式下的整车百公里电耗,试验整车质量为6 000 kg,车辆参数和动力系统部件参数如表1所示,试验工况为市区市郊工况,空调为关闭状态,百公里实际道路测试结果如表2所示,相较于NOR模式,ECO模式下整车百公里电耗降低2.9%。
针对开启空调和开启车门场景,基于中国轻型汽车测试循环-乘用车(China Light-duty vehicle Test Cycle-Passenger,CLTC-P)工况进行转毂试验,环境温度为38 ℃,模拟驾驶搬卸货物停车5 min,对比测试NOR模式和ECO模式下的整车百公里电耗,结果如表3所示,相较于NOR模式,ECO模式下整车百公里电耗降低2.1%。
目前,纯电动轻型商用车一般在空载条件下进行滑行能量回收策略设计和验证,若基于满载条件设计和验证,因商用车空、满载载荷差异大,则空载时滑行减速度较大,在低附着系数路面易发生打滑和甩尾,尤其是后驱商用车。
因此,本文设计一种基于整车质量连续控制的滑行能量回收方法,使车辆在不同载荷下具有相同的减速度,同时回收更多能量。整车质量参数从整车质量估算模块获取,本文车辆整车质量估算误差小于10%[8]。首先基于整车空载质量定义滑行减速度曲线,基于该曲线计算空载滑行回馈扭矩,然后基于整车质量属性定义空载质量和满载质量,最后基于整车质量和车速查二维表计算滑行回馈扭矩。通过实车标定及验证使车辆在空载、半载、满载时滑行减速度一致,提高整车驾驶性,同时,车辆在装载工况下,滑行回馈扭矩相对于空载工况下更大,以本文车辆为例,忽略整车阻力的影响,满载时的滑行回馈扭矩约为空载时的2倍,车辆装载货物时可回收更多能量,降低能耗并提升续驶里程。

式中:m为整车质量,a为目标加速度,v为车速,ABC为整车阻力系数,r为轮胎半径。
对于本文车型,按照整车质量在3 000~6 000 kg范围内进行插值查表计算滑行回馈扭矩,整车质量低于3 000 kg时按3 000 kg查表,高于6 000 kg时按6 000 kg查表,空载工况以式(1)计算的M为初始值,满载工况以2M为初始值,基于整车质量和车速查表计算滑行回馈扭矩,在实车上进行标定验证后的曲线如图5所示。
试验工况为市区市郊工况,整车质量为满载6 000 kg,空调为关闭状态,百公里电耗实际道路测试结果如表5所示,ECO模式下使用智能能量回收策略整车百公里电耗降低2.7%。
当前,对路面附着系数计算的研究已比较深入,现有计算方法主要分为试验法、模型法与融合法三类[9-10]。张雷等[11]提出基于图像识别的前向路面附着系数预测方法,通过DeepLabV3+、语义分割网络和MobileNetV2轻量化卷积神经网络实现路面分割和路面类型辨识,并通过查表获取前向路面附着系数,建立了图像识别与动力学估计时空同步方法和融合规则,实现了两种估计方法的有效关联与可靠融合。张新荣等[12]分别采用扩张状态观测器和自适应卡尔曼滤波对利用附着系数和滑移率进行识别与估计,提出了一种路面附着系数的分段识别方法,可以有效识别路面附着系数,在估算过程中通过引入评价指标,降低了运算复杂度,提高了运行效率。查云飞等[13]根据魔术公式轮胎模型分析轮胎的侧偏特性以及不同附着系数对轮胎侧偏角-侧向力线性区的影响,建立了轮胎侧偏角约束与不同路面附着系数的函数关系,采用遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)优化BP神经网络模型对路面附着系数进行估计。
文献[11]~文献[13]偏向于理论研究,难以在量产车型上实现,本文基于路面特性实时计算路面附着系数,通过集成在VCU硬件上的惯性测量单元(Inertial Measurement Unit,IMU)获取车辆的纵向加速度和横向加速度,当车轮处于打滑边界时,道路附着力等于驱动力:

当前,滑行能量回收等级一般基于低附着系数路面进行设计和验证,能量回收条件下车辆最大减速度较小,若引入路面附着系数,则可以提高能量回收时的最大减速度上限,提高能量回收强度,同时避免车辆在低附着系数路面条件下打滑甩尾,提高车辆安全性。对路面附着系数u进行区间划分和定义:将u≥0.6的路面定义为高附路面,将0.3≤u<0.6的路面定义为中附路面,将u<0.3的路面定义为低附路面。
在轮胎不打滑的前提下,实车测试各类附着条件路面能够提供的最大减速度,基于本文车型进行测试,高、中、低附路面附着系数分别设置为0.70、0.30、0.15,在车轮不打滑的情况下最大减速度分别达到3.0 m/s2以上、1.1 m/s2、0.6 m/s2,当前滑行能量回收减速度一般不超过3 m/s2
车辆滑行能量回收设置弱、中、强3个等级,在未计算路面附着系数时,考虑低附路面易发生打滑甩尾,最大减速度为0.9 m/s2,本文在识别路面附着系数基础上,最大减速度设计为1.8 m/s2,三级能量回收加速度曲线设计如图6~图8所示。
根据定义的高、中、低附路面分别限制最大减速度在安全边界内:高附路面条件下,强、中、弱能量回收等级均可按目标加速度执行;中附路面条件下,强、中能量回收等级目标加速度绝对值被限制不超过1.1 m/s2;低附路面条件下,强、中、弱能量回收等级目标加速度绝对值被限制不超过0.6 m/s2
基于目标加速度,按照式(1)、式(2)计算滑行回馈扭矩。
基于路面附着系数的自适应能量回收方法可根据不同路面附着系数自适应调整能量回收时的车辆减速度,提高能量回收最大减速度上限,增加回馈功率,降低整车百公里电耗。同时,避免车辆在低附路面打滑甩尾,提高车辆安全性。
本文针对ECO模式,提出基于车辆不同使用场景和工况的节能控制策略,显著降低全场景下的整车能耗,实际道路测试整车百公里电耗降低2.9%,开启空调和开启车门场景下,整车百公里电耗降低2.1%。
针对商用车空、满载滑行能量回收减速度差异大的问题,本文提出基于整车质量的能量回收控制策略,实现了车辆不同载荷下具有相同的滑行减速度,回收更多能量,降低能耗,实际道路测试整车百公里电耗降低2.7%。
针对滑行能量回收通常以低附着系数路面进行设计和验证的问题,提出基于路面附着系数自适应调整滑行能量回收时车辆最大减速度,增加回馈功率。
