In this paper, a permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicles was used as the research object. According to the specific structural size parameters and performance parameters of the stator and rotor blades of the motor, a two-dimensional simulation model was established in the electromagnetic field finite element analysis software to solve the electromagnetic field and loss distribution of the motor under special operating conditions. The loss density obtained by electromagnetic field simulation was imported into the temperature field simulation software to calculate the temperature distribution reaching the steady state under the operating conditions. Through the comparison of coupled simulation and single-physics simulation, it is concluded that the hot spots distribution of the coupled simulation is more concentrated, and the thermal risk of the motor can be discovered and improved in time. The working condition temperature rise test of this motor indicates that the coupled simulation temperature rise data is basically consistent with the test data, proving correctness of the motor coupled simulation results.

以车用永磁同步电机为研究对象,根据电机定转子冲片的结构尺寸参数和性能参数,在电磁场有限元分析软件中建立二维仿真模型,求解出电机在特殊工况条件下的电磁场及损耗分布情况,将电磁场仿真得到的损耗密度导入温度场仿真软件,计算该工况条件下达到稳态的温度分布情况,由耦合仿真和单物理场仿真对比结果可知,耦合仿真的热点分布更集中,更有利于电机热风险的及时发现和改进。工况温升试验结果表明,耦合仿真温升数据与试验温升数据基本一致,证明了电机耦合仿真计算结果的准确性。
