To obtain the vehicle’s sprung mass and unsprung mass accurately, this research used the characteristics of the relative positions of the sprung mass and unsprung mass, with the height of the vehicle’s center of gravity with different body attitude as the reference, to derive the parameters required to calculate the unsprung mass, then calculate the corresponding unsprung mass based on the measured vehicle gravity center height and other parameters. Finally, the unsprung mass was weighed by disassembling a real vehicle. Test results show that the results of calculated unsprung mass are close to those of measured results, which proves that the research approach is feasible.

为获得准确的整车簧载质量与非簧载质量,利用汽车簧载部件与非簧载部件的相对运动特性,以不同车身姿态的整车重心高度作为基准,推导计算非簧载质量所需参数,并基于实车重心高度测量结果及其他参数计算相应的非簧载质量,最后通过实车拆解称重获得实际非簧载质量。试验结果表明:非簧载质量计算结果与实测结果接近,证明了该方法的可行性。

为获得准确的整车簧载质量与非簧载质量,利用汽车簧载部件与非簧载部件的相对运动特性,以不同车身姿态的整车重心高度作为基准,推导计算非簧载质量所需参数,并基于实车重心高度测量结果及其他参数计算相应的非簧载质量,最后通过实车拆解称重获得实际非簧载质量。试验结果表明:非簧载质量计算结果与实测结果接近,证明了该方法的可行性。

To obtain the vehicle’s sprung mass and unsprung mass accurately, this research used the characteristics of the relative positions of the sprung mass and unsprung mass, with the height of the vehicle’s center of gravity with different body attitude as the reference, to derive the parameters required to calculate the unsprung mass, then calculate the corresponding unsprung mass based on the measured vehicle gravity center height and other parameters. Finally, the unsprung mass was weighed by disassembling a real vehicle. Test results show that the results of calculated unsprung mass are close to those of measured results, which proves that the research approach is feasible.

当前,消费者对汽车行驶性能的关注度不断增加,对汽车制造商在车辆操纵稳定性和平顺性调校方面的能力提出了更高的要求。影响车辆操纵稳定性和平顺性的因素有很多,其中簧载质量与非簧载质量之比是重要因素之一[1],特别是在开发仿真阶段,悬架特性计算需要准确的簧载质量及重心位置作为输入[2-4]
簧载质量或非簧载质量在仿真阶段一般采用估算法,若需要精确数据则需拆解后称重计算[5]。本文利用簧载部件和非簧载部件的相对运动特性,在测量整车重心高度的同时获得簧载质量与非簧载质量,并通过实车试验验证该方法的可行性。
目前,测量整车重心高度需采用的设备主要有:美国MTS系统公司生产的K&C试验台(简称MTS-K&C试验台)和英国AB Dynamics公司生产的K&C试验台、抬升轴带称重仪、侧倾试验台、汽车惯量测量设备(Vehicle Inertia Measurement Facility,VIMF)等。
本文主要使用MTS-K&C试验台测量整车重心高度,其原理如图1所示。将被测车辆安装在夹具上,固定于台架上方,通过台架抬升前轴,设车辆的仰角为α,在整车x轴向产生整体重力的分力FxFx作用于前轴台架时产生绕台架y轴的静力矩My1,作用于后轴台架时产生绕台架y轴的静力矩My2,通过台架连接点的六分力传感器记录此时的总静力矩变化。再通过后台计算,减去因夹具质量导致的静力矩变化,即可得出整车的重心高度[6]。整车重心高度h的计算公式为:
h=(P1-P2)/m-L
式中,P1为总静力矩变化;P2为夹具静力矩变化;m为实车质量;L为夹具平面高度。
整车重心高度实车测量试验如图2所示,具体试验过程为:将实车和专用夹具安装于台架上;在车辆对应的4个车轮附近安装可靠的夹持装置,将车辆固定在夹具上;抬升前轴、降低后轴,使车身纵向后仰约6°,此时记录绕y轴的总静力矩变化My;抬升后轴降低前轴,使车身纵向前俯约6°,此时记录绕y轴总静力矩变化My;重复此抬升过程,共3次,计算3次测量的平均值作为此次试验结果。
该方法能够可靠地锁止车辆悬架,得到更准确的整车重心高度,试验结果精度高、重复性好。
对于悬架高度可调的车辆,主要通过悬架高度调整前、后的整车重心高度来计算簧载质量。如图3所示,假设悬架调节前(低姿态)整车的质量为M,整车重心高度为H,簧载质量为M1,簧载部分的重心高度为h1,非簧载质量为M2,非簧载部分的重心高度为h2,根据静力矩平衡原理,有:
MH=M1h1+M2h2
又因为:
M=M1+M2
整车质量不变,调整悬架高度(高姿态)使簧载部分整体高度增加a,整车重心的高度为H′,簧载部分的重心高度为H1,如图4所示。调高后整车的静力矩平衡公式为:
MH′=M1H1+M2h2
其中:
H1=h1+a
由式(2)~式(5)可得簧载质量M1为:
M1=M(H′-H)/a
由式(6)可以看出,簧载质量M1与整车质量M、悬架高度调整前整车重心高度H、悬架高度调整后整车重心高度H′及悬架调整的总体高度a有关。
对于悬架高度不可调的车辆,通过配载来压缩悬架高度调整簧载部分的位置,利用配载前、后的整车重心高度对比计算簧载质量,如图5所示。假设在整车未配载状态下,整车的质量为M3,整车重心的高度为H3,簧载质量为M4,簧载部分的重心高度为h4,非簧载部分的质量为M5,非簧载部分的高度为h5,根据静力矩平衡原理,有:
M3H3=M4h4+M5h5
在整车配载状态下,车内座椅配载物质量为m′,配载物重心高度为h6,配载增重后车体悬架压缩高度为a1,配载前的整备簧载部分重心高为H2,非簧载部分的重心高度也因轮胎变形减小为h5′,此时整车重心高度为H3′,总质量为M3′,如图6所示[7]。配载后整车的静力矩平衡公式为:
M3H3′=M4H2+mh6+M5h5
其中:
H2=h4-a1
又因为:
M3=M4+M5
由式(7)~式(10)可得簧载质量M4为:
M4=(M3H3′-M3H3-mh6-M3h5′+M3h5)/(h5-h5′-a1)
由式(11)可知,簧载质量M4与以下参数有关:配载前整车质量M3、整车重心高度H3,配载后整车质量M3′、整车重心高度H3′,配载物质量m′、重心高度h6,悬架压缩量a1,配载前、后非簧载部分重心高度h5h5′。其中h5h5′未知,可以使用假设法确定,以便计算簧载质量M4
选取某悬架高度可调车辆A,测量式(6)中与簧载质量M1相关的参数。使用MTS-K&C试验台测量整车质量及重心高度;用轮眉离地高度变化情况表征悬架高度的变化。车辆A测量参数如表1所示。
根据式(3)、式(6)可得车辆A的簧载质量M1=2 147.1 kg,非簧载质量M2=300.9 kg。
选取某悬架高度不可调的车辆B,测量式(11)中与簧载质量M4相关的参数。使用MTS-K&C试验台测量整车质量及重心高度;使用高度尺测量悬架高度的变化情况;配载物使用标准水人和沙袋,其质量及重心高度已知,其在车上的重心高度通过测量配载物上的重心标记点离地高度计算;由于车轮、转向节、轴承、制动器和驱动轴的质量在非簧载质量中占比超过80%,这些部件的重心位置高度均在轮辋中心点处,故配载前、后非簧载部分重心高度以轮辋中心点位置高度为假设高度。车辆B测量参数如表2所示。
根据式(10)、式(11)可得车辆B簧载质量M4=1 727.7 kg,非簧载质量M5=282.3 kg。
为验证以上计算结果的准确性,通过拆解相同配置车辆A与车辆B,对非簧载部分相关的部件进行称重。与车身连接的部件按50%的质量计入非簧载质量,如下摆臂、弹簧、驱动轴等;独立连接部件的质量全部计入非簧载质量,如轮胎、制动器、转向节等。部件称重统计结果与基于整车重心高度的计算结果对比如表3所示。
表3中可以看出,基于整车重心高度的非簧载质量计算结果与非簧载部分称重结果相差约3%,表明基于整车重心高度的簧载质量计算方法可行。获得非簧载部分的重心高度后,通过式(2)、式(7)即可得到簧载部分的重心高度。
在整车上,簧载部分与非簧载部分是相对运动的,这种相对位置关系也会影响整车重心高度。因此利用整车重心高度试验的结果,通过测量悬架高度变化及其他相关参数,可计算出簧载质量与非簧载质量。若能确定非簧载质量的重心高度,则簧载部分的重心高度也可以计算得出。后续将继续研究簧载质量与非簧质量的重心水平位置,为底盘调校开发提供更详细的参数。
