To shorten the development cycle of Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT), the Hardware In the Loop (HIL) simulation platform was built to perform the virtual calibration of the electric control parameters for DHT. The obtained calibration dataset was compared with the conventional calibration data of real vehicle. The results show that the calibration data obtained from virtual calibration method is similar to that obtained from conventional method, can shorten vehicle development cycle effectively.

为缩短混合动力专用变速器(DHT)的标定周期,搭建硬件在环(HIL)仿真平台完成了DHT的电控参数虚拟标定。将获得的标定数据与实车常规标定数据进行比较,结果表明,虚拟标定方法获得的标定数据与常规标定方法获得的数据接近,可有效缩短整车开发周期。

To shorten the development cycle of Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT), the Hardware In the Loop (HIL) simulation platform was built to perform the virtual calibration of the electric control parameters for DHT. The obtained calibration dataset was compared with the conventional calibration data of real vehicle. The results show that the calibration data obtained from virtual calibration method is similar to that obtained from conventional method, can shorten vehicle development cycle effectively.

标定是系统实现复杂功能和精细性能的关键技术[1]。虚拟标定是基于模型的标定技术,可以缩短开发周期、降低标定成本。
虚拟标定技术研究的关键是建立高精度且具有实时运算能力的模型。目前虚拟标定技术领域大部分文献集中于发动机标定,主要是建立发动机一维仿真模型[2]、均值模型[3]、发动机一维预测模型[4]开展车载诊断(On-Board Diagnostics,OBD)系统标定、燃油消耗和污染物排放标定等研究。此外,福特公司在驾驶性虚拟标定研究中进行了变速器对象模型的开发[5]。硬件在环(Hardware In the Loop,HIL)技术解决了虚拟标定只能用于稳态过程优化,无法完成瞬态工况以及相应控制器标定的问题。基于硬件在环的虚拟标定平台适用于过程控制参数的标定,更加适合实际应用。Liu等利用所搭建的硬件在环虚拟标定平台进行了整车驾驶性的虚拟标定[5]。Andric等[4]和徐文杰[6]应用硬件在环虚拟标定平台进行了发动机虚拟标定。同时,很多学者通过验证证明了虚拟标定方法能够有效缩短标定周期、提高标定的精度[7-9]
混合动力专用变速器(Dedicated Hybrid Transmission,DHT)是新能源汽车的核心部件之一。随着自动变速器控制精度要求的提高,DHT系统愈加复杂,需要标定的工况和参数数量大幅增加,同时,整车开发周期的逐渐缩短进一步压缩了DHT系统的标定周期。虚拟标定技术可在设计阶段启动预标定工作,辅助台架和整车标定,从而减少样品数量和试验工作量、缩短开发周期[10-11]。目前国内外虚拟标定的研究中,针对变速器虚拟标定的研究较少。本文基于HIL虚拟仿真平台开展DHT的虚拟标定,首先,建立可支持实时运行的DHT模型,然后,构建硬件在环虚拟标定平台并开展虚拟标定,最后,对虚拟标定的结果进行验证分析。
本文的研究对象是针对P2构型混合动力车型开发的某混合动力汽车专用变速器,混合动力系统基本结构如图1所示。电机位于发动机与变速器之间,由离合器控制电机与发动机间的动力通断,电机连接双离合变速器。本文分别针对机械部分和控制部分进行仿真模型搭建。
本文采用AMEsim软件对DHT模型进行搭建。AMEsim可对DHT系统进行物理建模而不必搭建数学模型,同时能够保证模型的准确度。
DHT系统由液压系统和机械系统组成,如图2所示。液压系统包括低压阀和高压阀:低压阀主要采用流量阀,用于控制离合器的润滑流量,流量对离合器的拖曳扭矩和温度有显著影响;高压阀以压力阀为主,主要控制离合器的压力和换挡拨叉的动作。机械系统主要包括离合器、同步器和轴齿。离合器作为主要部件,需进行台架测试,采集各工况点的摩擦因数作为模型的输入,以实现精确仿真。同步器作为仿真拨叉动作的关键部件,需要先对同步环进行详细的三维模型搭建,然后根据模型参数搭建仿真模型。轴齿部分只有传动比对换挡控制有影响,可简化建模。最后,对模型各部分进行集成。模型主要参数如表1所示。
DHT控制模型需要各种控制算法,故采用MATLAB/Simulink搭建控制模型最为合适。控制模型主要处理变速器端的输入信号,经过一定处理,如电压信号转换为压力信号等信号转换过程,得到控制器能够识别的信号,通过挡位需求、换挡协调、挡位执行、离合器控制、液压系统控制模块的计算,最终通过输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)模块输出电磁阀电流,控制变速器进行换挡操作。
输入输出处理器(I/O Processor,IOP)模块主要处理传感器的信号。挡位需求模块主要根据传感器采集的信号计算合适的挡位。本文根据节气门开度和车速确定挡位。换挡协调模块的作用是协调各模块间信号传输并处理计算结果,需要换挡时,如果拨叉没有到位时即发出指令,控制离合器保持压力在半接合点,不传递扭矩。挡位执行模块主要执行拨叉换挡操作。离合器控制模块负责控制离合器的扭矩和压力,DHT换挡过程是离合器到离合器(Clutch to Clutch)过程,换挡时,挡位执行模块先动作,预先挂好挡位,之后离合器动作,切换挡位。液压系统将挡位执行模块和离合器控制模块发出的指令换算成电流,控制电磁阀正常工作。控制模型如图3所示。
虚拟标定试验台有模型在环(Model in the Loop,MIL)、软件在环(Software in the Loop,SIL)和HIL 3种方式。本文以HIL为基础对DHT开展虚拟标定。
通过dSPACE的I/O接口搭建DHT的HIL虚拟标定平台,对爬行和起步工况进行虚拟标定。
采用dSPACE实时硬件搭建DHT虚拟标定平台,如图4所示。平台包括dSPACE实时硬件、监控通信工具CANape、DHT控制器、计算机的ControlDesk控制平台。dSPACE实时硬件装载了需要标定的DHT实时模型,即车辆模型、I/O模型。车辆模型能够模拟真实车辆的运行情况,其包含动力输出模型、传动系统模型、电机模型、电池模型、车辆动力学模型、驾驶员和道路模型,以及为离线仿真建立的发动机控制器模型。
通过运行在dSPACE实时硬件中的车辆模型和I/O模型模拟DHT控制器所需的各种传感器信号,并通过CANape接收控制器发出的控制信号,从而实现闭环控制。此外,基于ControlDesk软件开发了测试界面,用于实时控制和观测车辆模型仿真过程,实现对实时硬件的可视化管理,通过虚拟仪表监控仿真运行情况,并对各类运行参数进行采集。
爬行工况虚拟标定分为开环部分标定和闭环部分标定。通过发动机转速及其变化率,以及离合器转速上升过程的加速度及冲击确定爬行工况的开环扭矩及闭环PI参数。发动机转速平稳、离合器转速稳定无冲击上升时的参数为最佳参数。
虚拟标定的步骤为:
a. 确定标定开环扭矩最大值。测试离合器在传递不同大小扭矩条件下发动机的转速变化情况,当扭矩提高到一定程度时,发动机转速明显下降,此时的扭矩即为开环扭矩最大值。
b. 确定标定开环扭矩步长。测试各步长条件下发动机转速下降的程度,发动机转速下降100 r/min左右时的步长为最佳步长。
c. 确定请求发动机怠速转速提升值。在起步时变速器控制单元(Transmission Control Unit,TCU)会请求发动机怠速转速提升,以开环扭矩增加后发动机转速提升和降低相抵消为依据设定请求提升的转速。
d. 进行闭环扭矩PI标定。以离合器转速与离合器目标转速的差值为输入,经过PI控制计算扭矩输出。离合器转速与其目标转速的差值越小越好。
针对爬行工况,主要标定参数如表2表3所示。其中,P、I值均与温度及离合器有关。
起步工况主要通过控制离合器压力来控制离合器及发动机转速。通过标定发动机目标转速、目标转速差历程曲线及离合器压力控制的PI参数,实现整车平稳起步。
虚拟标定的步骤为:
a. 发动机转速需要根据节气门开度确定,以车辆目标加速度为标准,标定第1个阶段的发动机转速。转速标定过低易使起步过程中发动机实际转速低于最低稳定转速且加速性能差,转速标定过高则易发生发动机转速失控且动力响应慢。
b. 标定过程需参考离合器转速的变化率情况及离合器表面温度。发动机转速与离合器转速接近过快易造成冲击,接近过慢则会出现离合器过热的情况。同时,应该避免在离合器同步前由1挡换入2挡。
针对起步工况,主要标定参数如表4~表6所示。
爬行工况主要针对离合器进行标定,确定爬行时的开环扭矩、闭环扭矩、爬行时请求发动机怠速转速提升量以及稳定车速等参数。本文主要标定工况为平路爬行,分为开环控制和闭环控制2个阶段。
开环控制阶段主要使变速器快速建立油压,加快整车爬行的响应,同时考虑发动机能力,防止出现发动机在起步过程中实际转速低于最低稳定转速的现象;闭环控制阶段,控制系统实时计算离合器期望转速,同时根据期望转速和实际转速计算离合器的期望扭矩。本文以开环扭矩和闭环扭矩的PI项系数为重点研究对象,采用未经过标定的参数时的整车测试结果如图5所示。利用硬件在环虚拟仿真平台进行爬行仿真标定,将标定结果集成到整车进行测试,测试结果如图6所示。结果表明,在标定前,车辆爬行平稳,但起步过慢,输出轴加速度在16 r/min2以下。经标定后,输出轴加速度无明显波动,车辆可以平稳起步,同时提高了车辆起步的响应速度,输出轴加速度在22 r/min2以下。标定结果使整车加速性能表现更优秀,数据更合理。
本文主要针对起步过程中2个阶段的转速进行标定。第1个阶段需要根据节气门开度进行标定,满足动力需求、离合器发热、保持发动机转速在正常范围等要求,本文主要针对动力性和发热量进行研究。第2个阶段主要是平稳起步,控制离合器转速加速度不能过大。采用默认标定值时的整车测试结果如图7所示。利用硬件在环虚拟标定平台进行起步仿真标定,将标定结果集成到整车进行测试,结果如图8所示。结果表明,在标定前,由于发动机目标转速接近离合器转速的进程过快,输出轴转速存在较大冲击,经标定后,发动机目标转速和离合器转速接近的速度减缓,输出轴加速度冲击变小,数据更加适应整车。
本文完成了混合动力专用变速器的电控参数虚拟标定,将获得的标定数据与同一开发车辆的常规标定数据进行比较,虚拟标定数据比常规标定数据更适合整车。与常规标定过程相比,虚拟标定方法不需要进行实机试验,缩短了整车开发周期。
