In order to meet the needs of charging safety, service experience of high-power DC charging piles and improve their power utilization, this paper proposes a flexible power allocation control strategy. Based on the topology of circular power allocation, the power allocation control timing and algorithm for charging start, charging in progress and release at the end are designed. The utilization rate of power nodes is improved by static and dynamic polling switching. To ensure stable operation of the system, the definition of minimum remaining required power is introduced, and the difference in remaining required power, the number of switching times in a single insertion gun, and the filtering time are comprehensively judged to avoid frequent switching. Verification result shows that this strategy can improve average power utilization rate from 1.76% to 2.24%, demonstrating significant optimization effect.

为在兼顾大功率直流充电桩的充电安全性、服务体验等需求的同时提升其功率利用率,提出了一种柔性功率分配控制策略。结合环形功率分配拓扑,设计了充电启动、充电中及结束释放等阶段的功率分配控制时序及算法,通过对功率节点的静态、动态轮询切投提升其利用率。为保证系统稳定运行,引入最小剩余需求功率,并综合判断剩余需求功率差值、单次插枪时段内的切投次数及滤波时间等条件避免频繁切投。验证结果表明,实施该策略后整桩平均功率利用率由1.76%提升至2.24%,优化效果显著。

为在兼顾大功率直流充电桩的充电安全性、服务体验等需求的同时提升其功率利用率,提出了一种柔性功率分配控制策略。结合环形功率分配拓扑,设计了充电启动、充电中及结束释放等阶段的功率分配控制时序及算法,通过对功率节点的静态、动态轮询切投提升其利用率。为保证系统稳定运行,引入最小剩余需求功率,并综合判断剩余需求功率差值、单次插枪时段内的切投次数及滤波时间等条件避免频繁切投。验证结果表明,实施该策略后整桩平均功率利用率由1.76%提升至2.24%,优化效果显著。

In order to meet the needs of charging safety, service experience of high-power DC charging piles and improve their power utilization, this paper proposes a flexible power allocation control strategy. Based on the topology of circular power allocation, the power allocation control timing and algorithm for charging start, charging in progress and release at the end are designed. The utilization rate of power nodes is improved by static and dynamic polling switching. To ensure stable operation of the system, the definition of minimum remaining required power is introduced, and the difference in remaining required power, the number of switching times in a single insertion gun, and the filtering time are comprehensively judged to avoid frequent switching. Verification result shows that this strategy can improve average power utilization rate from 1.76% to 2.24%, demonstrating significant optimization effect.

为实现更快的充电速度,新能源车辆及充电设施向高电压、大电流方向发展,以提高充电功率。2023年,大功率直流充电接口等新国家标准[1-4]相继发布,相对于2015年版国家标准[5-8],主要将最大充电电压由1 000 V提升至1 500 V,将最大充电电流由400 A提升至800 A。随着充电桩功率规格逐步提升,分体式(即一个主机配套多个终端的)充电桩越来越普遍,单个主机配套的终端数量也越来越多。但车辆充电需求功率各异,同时需考虑充电安全性、充电服务体验、经济性等因素,因此,设计大功率直流充电桩功率分配控制策略具有重要意义。
在柔性功率分配技术方面,存在不同的研究方向:部分研究从电网与车辆的源载均衡角度开发充电功率分配策略[9-11];部分研究从提升功率利用率的角度创新功率分配拓扑,提出了全矩阵、三角阵列及星环等功率分配拓扑,但因开关器件更多,相对于传统环形拓扑,设备成本有所提高[12-14];部分研究从提升用户体验或者功率利用率的角度进行功率分配。郭鹏等针对充电桩混插不同功率规格充电模块的场景,提出了利用最大公约数颗粒度方法优化功率分配策略以提升功率利用率,但该方法需要较小的模块颗粒度,同等功率规格下功率模块数量更多,相当于提高了设备成本[15]。郭昌伦等提出根据充电先后顺序进行功率分配,该方法属于单一条件的功率分配策略,设计较为简洁,但不能保证更早充电的车辆充电功率利用率更高[16]。邹华茸等提出根据用户选择充电的方式设计功率分配策略,预设了平均功率充电、会员充电、先到先得等方式供选择,一方面人机交互流程中嵌入了功率分配控制时序,用户决策时间会影响系统整体运行效率,另一方面,系统很难满足所有用户不同的充电需求,可能带来较差的用户体验,最后,该方法未考虑功率利用率的提升[17]
为在兼顾大功率直流充电桩的充电安全、服务体验等需求的基础上提升其功率利用率,本文结合环形功率分配拓扑提出一种柔性功率分配控制策略。首先定义功能需求并进行分析及优先级定义,然后设计空闲功率节点(充电启动及结束释放阶段)分配策略和非空闲功率节点动态分配策略及算法,并形成整体的功率分配控制策略时序流程,最后对方案进行论证分析。
功率分配控制策略的初步需求包括:
a. 安全需求,功率分配过程须杜绝短路,当一个功率节点同时为2台及以上终端车辆充电时,车辆电池间相当于存在短路,故单个功率节点最多只能同时为1台车辆充电。
b. 服务体验需求,需保证充电车辆至少能够充电,即对于环形拓扑,直连的功率节点应优先分配给对应终端,对于矩形拓扑,若后来车辆无空闲功率节点可用,应释放利用率偏低的至少一个功率节点。
c. 公平性需求,同等条件下,应遵循先到先得的优先充电权限,可以理解为先到车辆终端优先调用剩余功率节点。
d. 品牌宣传需求,特定品牌车辆享有优先充电权限,或者特定品牌的超级快充车辆在特定条件下享有优先充电权限。
e. 功率利用率方面,功率节点启动时、释放时以及充电中皆应考虑提升功率利用率。可以将功率节点启动时与释放过程同时考虑,相当于空闲功率节点分配问题,可以直接比较功率节点分配给待充电终端的利用率,利用率大的终端优先获得分配。充电过程中,因为功率节点是动态切投的,不能仅分析待分配的终端对功率节点的利用率,原释放的终端对该功率节点的利用率也应一并考虑。
f. 系统稳定性方面,功率分配单元开关器件的切投不宜过于频繁,正常工况下应避免带载分断。针对充电中动态切投工况,主要应避免对功率利用率提升效果不大的工况进行切投,且利用率的提升具有一定稳定性,需在一定延时条件下进行预见性判断。应避免带载分断,需先卸载降额,电流低于某阈值后再分断。
对以上功能需求进行优先级定义:安全是首要保障目标,故安全需求定义为第一优先级;保障车辆基本充电需求是基础服务,否则会对用户体验造成严重影响,故服务体验需求定义为第二优先级;特定车辆优先充电权益是品牌宣传手段,有利于提升车辆品牌效益,故品牌宣传需求定义为第三优先级;高功率利用率能够为运营方创造更多效益,缩短充电时间、提升用户体验,故功率利用率定义为第四优先级;功率分配单元开关器件作动不宜过于频繁,系统稳定性需求主要是提升功率利用率(动态功率分配工况)的附属需求,并列为第四优先级;公平性需求定义为第五优先级。
功率节点充电启动时的分配策略相对简单,直接根据需求优先级定义执行即可,如图1所示:第1台车辆(快充车辆)到枪1终端启动充电时,按其需求功率调用当前所有3个功率节点;第2台车辆(超级快充车辆)到枪3终端启动充电,首先将直连功率节点3释放给枪3,由于超级快充车辆优先级更高,公共功率节点2也需释放并切投至枪3终端。
结束充电释放功率节点时,先判断需要额外分配功率的终端节点(即先筛选出待分配终端),将释放出的空闲功率节点优先投入超级快充终端;若无超级快充终端或者皆为超级快充终端,则比较临近功率节点的两个待分配终端的需求功率与实际使用功率之差,并比较功率差值与空闲节点功率的比值;若比值均大于等于1或者比值相等,则分配给先启动充电的终端,否则分配给比值大的充电终端。
分配策略示例如图2所示,假设终端A、终端B、终端C均在充电,终端A调用了直连节点i1和公共节点n1,终端B调用了直连节点i2,终端C调用了公共节点n2和直连节点i3。设终端A的需求功率为PA、实际使用功率为Pa,终端C的需求功率为PC、实际使用功率为Pc,整个充电桩的其他功率节点均在使用,此时终端B因故障或充满电结束充电,释放i2功率节点。按以下步骤进行功率分配:
a. 判断释放的功率节点i2可分配的终端,因采用环形拓扑,可沿两个方向判断终端A和终端C是否可分配。为增强系统稳定性,避免频繁切投开关,当终端需求功率超过实际使用功率一定值(可定义为最小剩余需求功率Pmi,该值可标定)时才标记该终端为可分配功率节点。判断终端A和终端C的需求功率与实际使用功率的差值功率是否符合要求:

若式(1)和式(2)中只有一个成立,则分配对应终端;若两式均不成立,则该空闲功率节点不进行分配;若两式皆成立,则判断终端对应车辆品牌属性。
b. 判断终端A和终端C是否为超级快充终端,若其中只有一个终端为超级快充终端,则分配给该终端,否则继续判断功率利用率。
c. 计算终端A调用空闲功率节点(其功率定义为Pk)的功率利用率:

式中:Pi1Pi2Pn1分别为节点i1、i2、n1的功率。
d. 采用同样的方法计算终端C调用空闲功率节点的功率利用率:

式中:Pn2Pi3分别为节点n2、i3的功率。
e. 若ηA=ηC或者ηAηC均不小于1,则空闲功率节点分配给先启动充电车辆对应的终端;反之,空闲功率节点分配给功率利用率大的终端。
充电中功率节点动态分配主要针对公共功率节点的切投,公共功率节点指无直连终端的功率节点或有直连终端但该直连终端未调用的节点,如图2中n1~n5均为公共功率节点,若终端B未充电,则其直连功率节点i2也可以作为公共功率节点。结合图2,假设终端A调用直连节点i1,终端B调用直连节点i2和公共节点n1,充电桩的其他功率节点已满载运行,公共功率节点n1的动态分配策略如下:
a. 首先判断公共功率节点的利用率ηn是否低于一定值ηe
ηn=Pn1/Pn1e
式中:Pn1e为公共节点额定功率。
ηn<ηe,则继续判断动态切投后能否提升利用率,以避免高利用率的功率节点频繁切投。
b. 引入剩余需求功率,即需求功率与实际使用功率之差,主要表征该终端还可以消纳的功率。终端A的剩余需求功率Psa为:

假设将公共功率节点从终端B释放,计算终端B的剩余需求功率Psb。隐藏条件是,释放其中一个功率节点,则剩余功率节点应满载运行,将公共节点从终端B中释放后,终端B的实际使用功率应等于所有已调用功率节点的总额定功率与待释放公共节点的功率的差值。故终端B的剩余需求功率为:

c. 比较PsaPsb(公共节点释放后)的大小,判断差值是否大于等于一定值Pq(可标定):

d. 判断在终端A本次充电过程中,公共节点切投入终端A的次数fa是否小于一定值Na(可标定):

e. 如式(11)和式(12)同时成立,且持续一定时间t,则将公共节点n1从终端B释放并切投入终端A。
结合典型的环形功率分配拓扑(见图2)设计具体的功率分配控制策略,时序流程如图3所示。
本文以环形拓扑对功率分配控制策略进行举例说明:一方面,环形拓扑功率利用率相对偏低,本文重点研究功率利用率的提升,适配性较好;另一方面,本文对矩形、星环等其他拓扑的功率分配策略均可借鉴,差异点主要在于,环形拓扑主要仅比较两个路径方向的临近终端功率利用率即可,矩形、星环等拓扑因为调用路径较多,需要轮询比较各待切投终端的功率利用率。矩形等功率分配拓扑的详细功率分配策略不在本文阐述。
典型的分体式大功率直流充电桩功率分配策略的优先级如表1所示,可以看出,在满足安全和基本充电需求的前提下,一般遵循先到先得的分配策略。考虑到综合功率利用率的影响因素较多,与充电场站地理位置、运营时间、周边车辆、功率分配策略、设备质量、场站品牌等因素均相关,本文先基于典型应用场景分析功率利用率提升的效果,分为结束充电释放的静态功率分配、充电中动态功率分配两个场景,然后根据充电站实测数据对功率利用率提升效果进行验证。
结束充电释放时功率节点分配场景如图4所示,假设终端A、B、C(均为快充终端)皆在充电,终端A调用了直连节点i1(80 kW)和公共节点n1(40 kW),终端B调用了直连节点i2(40 KW),终端C调用了公共节点n2(40 kW)和直连节点i3(40 kW),其他终端正常充电,K7、K11开关为断开状态。终端A和终端C的需求功率分别为130 kW、140 kW。当终端B结束充电释放i2功率节点时,评估表1给出的典型功率分配策略和本文功率分配策略的功率利用率。
根据行业典型功率分配策略,释放的功率节点将采用固定顺序(终端A~F)轮询各终端的需求,轮询到终端A时,因需求功率与实际使用功率的差值大于5 kW,故将i2分配给终端A,i2分配后的功率利用率为25%。
按本文功率分配策略,根据式(1)~式(7)计算,i2将分配给终端C,功率利用率为100%。
该场景下,本文方案与行业典型方案相比,对公共节点i2的功率利用率提升了75百分点。
充电中功率节点动态分配策略场景如图5所示,假设终端A调用直连节点i1,终端B调用直连节点i2和公共节点n1,其他终端正常充电,K9、K7开关为断开状态,终端A需求功率为150 kW,终端B需求功率为60 kW,终端A和终端B均在充电,本次终端A充电中n1分配给终端A的次数低于5次,以上工况维持了2 min以上。
根据行业典型功率分配策略,充电中工况公共节点不会切投,故公共节点n1的利用率维持不变,为50%。
按本文功率分配策略,当前的条件均符合式(8)~式(12),故公共功率节点n1将从终端B释放并投入终端A,投入终端A的n1节点将满功率运行,故功率利用率为100%。
该场景下,本文方案与行业典型方案相比,对公共节点i2的功率利用率提升了50百分点。
为尽量降低站场地理位置、运营时间、周边车辆、设备品牌等因素对充电桩功率利用率评估的影响,选择同一个场站内硬件规格相同的两套充电桩,验证本文功率分配策略与行业典型功率分配策略对功率利用率的影响。
测试环境如图6所示,为广州市番禺区某快充场站,两套充电桩均皆为480 kW主机带3个双枪终端,即每套充电桩有6把枪,功率分配拓扑均为图5所示的环形分配拓扑,实施不同功率分配策略,对比其对功率利用率的影响。
测试时间为2024年3月1日~4月30日,测试采用不干扰监测,即由车主自行前往该场站充电,通过云平台直接统计每日功率利用率数据,每日的功率利用率Pη为:

式中:Q为每日的总充电量,P=480 kW为充电桩主机额定功率,t=24 h为运营时间。
该场站1号桩实施本文提出的功率分配策略,2号桩采用行业典型功率分配策略,实车测试数据如图7所示,由图7可知,本文功率分配策略对充电桩功率利用率的提升效果明显。
测试期间内,1号桩、2号桩的平均每日功率利用率分别为2.24%、1.76%,本文功率分配策略相较于行业典型功率分配策略的平均功率利用率提升0.48百分点。受多因素影响,采用本文控制策略时功率利用率并非每日均较采用行业典型功率分配策略时高,但总体来看,本文功率分配策略对功率利用率提高具有明显的促进作用。
为在兼顾安全、品牌宣传、服务体验及系统稳定性等需求的前提下提高充电桩整体功率利用率,本文针对大功率直流充电桩提出了一种柔性功率分配策略,结合环形功率分配拓扑设计了充电启动、充电中、充电结束释放等情形下的控制时序及算法。验证结果表明,该方案在典型工况下的功率利用率提升效果较为显著。
未来,更智能的功率分配策略可能随着不同充电场景可自适应动态调整,例如:品牌宣传运营场站的功率分配策略重点向品牌、超级快充等个性化特性倾斜;社会运营场站的功率分配策略重点向功率利用率提升方向倾斜。根据阶段性历史数据分析场站用户画像,动态调整分配策略,即全场景可自适应的动态柔性功率分配策略可能是未来重要的研究方向。
