By installing the four-hole probe on the hood of a vehicle and some pressure taps on the surface of the vehicle to collect the wind flow parameters such as velocity, yaw angle, turbulent intensity, turbulent length scale, spectra etc.. In this study, transient wind characteristics on two test sites (Hainan Automobile Proving Ground and Yancheng Automobile Proving Ground) are investigated. The results showed that there are significant differences in the wind flow characteristics between the test site and wind tunnel experiments and numerical simulations. The wind velocity in the test site fluctuates within the range of ±4 m/s, the yaw angle fluctuates between -5° and 5°, and the yaw angle distribution follows the standard normal distribution, the turbulence intensity is almost in the range of 2%~10%, the turbulent length scale is 2~20 m, and the measured spectra show a good correlation to the empirical von Kármán spectra.

为研究试验场实际道路瞬态风环境气流特性,在实车和道路侧安装风环境参数采集设备,采集了琼海试验场、盐城试验场直线性能路风环境参数,包括风速、偏航角、湍流强度、湍流积分尺度等,分析结果表明,试验场气流特性与仿真环境和风洞实验室的气流特性存在明显差异,试验场风速波动范围为±4 m/s、偏航角波动范围为±5°,满足标准正态分布,湍流强度为2%~10%,湍流积分尺度为2~20 m,脉动风速谱基本满足冯·卡门(von Kármán)湍流谱。

By installing the four-hole probe on the hood of a vehicle and some pressure taps on the surface of the vehicle to collect the wind flow parameters such as velocity, yaw angle, turbulent intensity, turbulent length scale, spectra etc.. In this study, transient wind characteristics on two test sites (Hainan Automobile Proving Ground and Yancheng Automobile Proving Ground) are investigated. The results showed that there are significant differences in the wind flow characteristics between the test site and wind tunnel experiments and numerical simulations. The wind velocity in the test site fluctuates within the range of ±4 m/s, the yaw angle fluctuates between -5° and 5°, and the yaw angle distribution follows the standard normal distribution, the turbulence intensity is almost in the range of 2%~10%, the turbulent length scale is 2~20 m, and the measured spectra show a good correlation to the empirical von Kármán spectra.

汽车空气动力学的研究逐渐从稳态向瞬态转变,从仅关注零偏角到关注多角度侧风工况,开发工况越来越接近汽车真实行驶风环境。
近年来,通过在实车上安装测量设备进行道路试验以获得实际道路瞬态风环境工况的研究较多,并有研究人员通过在风洞实验室增加装置模拟实际道路瞬态风环境工况。2007年,Lindener等[1]通过道路试验获取了汽车行驶时的风环境参数,包括湍流强度、积分尺度等,并在风洞实验室模拟了道路瞬态风环境工况。2008年,Lawson等[2]在道路上测量某掀背式汽车的侧窗玻璃风压系数,发现测得的表面压力对气流偏角的平均灵敏度约为稳态风洞试验中测量数值的一半。2016年,Stoll等[3]分别在斯图加特大学风洞实验室模型风洞和全尺寸风洞喷口位置加装翼型装置,模拟的实际道路瞬态强风工况和弱风工况与实际道路采集工况吻合相对较好。2017年,Yamashita等[4]在丰田全尺寸风洞喷口上部和下部分别安装可调节频率的阻尼板和三维翼型装置,模拟实际道路瞬态风环境工况。2020年,Jessing等[5]在德国高速公路上对某轿车进行了气动效应测量,结果表明,风洞试验和数值仿真需要考虑道路瞬态风环境工况。
基于上述背景,本文针对试验场滑行路段风环境开展研究,通过在2款实车上安装眼镜蛇四孔探针,并在道路侧安装三维超声风速仪,采集试验场滑行路段风环境气流特性,包括风速、偏航角、湍流强度、湍流积分尺度、风速谱等,以期为车辆气动减阻降噪附件的开发提供支撑。
本文针对琼海试验场和盐城试验场直线性能路风环境特性数据进行采集。测试车辆如图1所示,琼海试验场测试车辆在发动机罩和车顶安装眼镜蛇四孔探针,盐城试验场测试车辆在发动机罩距车辆前端约2/3位置处安装眼镜蛇四孔探针。为获取试验场完整风环境参数,在测试道路侧布置Gill WindMaster Pro三维超声风速仪,试验用传感器及其布置情况如图2所示。
本文路试设备标定在全尺寸整车风洞中进行,该风洞为回流式整车风洞,喷口尺寸为6.4 m×3.25 m,试验段长度为17.2 m,来流湍流度小于0.1%,气流偏角小于0.2°。四孔眼镜蛇探针可测量最大风速为40 m/s,精度为±0.5 m/s,风向测量角范围为±45°,最高采样频率为8 000 Hz。
根据汽车行驶气流方向定义坐标系,设汽车行驶方向的反方向为X轴正向,顺时针旋转90°为Y轴正向,垂直车顶平面向上方向为Z轴正向,如图3所示。
根据四孔探针测得的XYZ向风速时程,可计算出风速、偏航角时程变化、平均风速、平均偏航角以及湍流强度、湍流积分尺度等,其中湍流强度、偏航角计算方式如下:

式中:Iu=σu/$\overline{U}$Iv=σv/$\overline{U}$Iw=σw/$\overline{U}$分别为XYZ方向的湍流强度,σuσvσw分别为XYZ方向的脉动速度均方根值,$\overline{U}$为来流平均速度,θ为偏航角时程,VY向风速时程,UX向风速时程。
本文道路试验的目的是获取实际道路风环境参数,为消除车身对测试结果的影响,路试前在风洞实验室对设备安装位置及方式进行标定。根据文献[5],选取在发动机罩距车辆前端约2/3位置处安装眼镜蛇探针,通过实验室激光初步调整探针水平位置和垂直位置,然后通过采集数据分析结果微调探针,最终使探针偏航角和俯仰角变化与空气动力学天平变化基本一致。
表1所示为眼镜蛇探针偏航角标定结果,随着空气动力学天平角度变化,偏航角误差随角度增加而增大,当偏航角为5°时,最大误差为2.982 0°,该误差一部分来自眼镜蛇设备的中轴线与空气动力学天平中轴线之间的偏差,另一部分可能来自车身对流场的干扰。眼镜蛇探针偏航角变化趋势与天平转角的变化趋势基本一致,如图4所示,基本满足预期。俯仰角一致性较好,3次测量最大误差为-1.307 6°,满足工程误差要求,如表2所示。
本文主要针对琼海试验场和盐城试验场直线性能路风环境气流特性进行研究,琼海试验场的数据为连续7天(2023年11月11~17日)采集获得,包含晴天、阴天、早间、午间、晚间工况,共获取324组有效数据。在盐城试验场采集了2个晴天(2024年4月23~24日)早间、午间、晚间的风环境数据,共提取72组有效数据。
图5图6所示分别为琼海试验场120 km/h匀速行驶条件下的风速和偏航角的时程曲线,受道路环境风的影响,汽车来流方向的气流并非匀速,风速和风偏角均存在明显的脉动现象。虽然盐城试验场和琼海试验场的风速、偏航角变化曲线不同,但脉动幅值基本一致,风速均在±4 m/s范围内波动,偏航角在±5°范围内波动。
对盐城试验场72组偏航角数据及琼海试验场324组偏航角数据进行概率统计分析,得到偏航角分布情况如图7所示。由图7可知,盐城试验场和琼海试验场偏航角均满足正态分布,盐城试验场偏航角分布均值μ=0°、方差σ=2.178 1 (°)2,琼海试验场偏航角分布均值μ=-0.072 8°、方差σ=1.076 8 (°)2。由于盐城试验场数据量相对较少,其偏航角分布相对琼海试验场略显分散。试验结果表明,样本数量越大,试验场偏航角分布情况越趋近标准正态分布。
图8所示为偏航角与湍流的关系,由图8可知,盐城试验场和琼海试验场的湍流强度基本分布在相同区间,即2%~10%。
图9图10所示分别为盐城试验场和琼海试验场采集的其中一组数据的XYZ方向的风速谱,与冯·卡门(von Kármán)湍流谱相比,在低频部分,道路采集数据略高,在高频部分略低,整体吻合较好。通过谱函数分析统计,盐城试验场和琼海试验场湍流积分尺度在2~20 m范围内。
本文通过在试验车辆和试验场路测安装风环境参数采集设备获取试验场瞬态风环境参数,对试验场风速、偏航角、湍流强度、湍流积分尺度等进行研究,分析结果表明,试验场气流特性与风洞实验室稳态试验环境存在明显差异,试验场风速在±4 m/s范围内波动,偏航角在±5°范围内波动,满足标准正态分布,湍流强度为2%~10%,湍流积分尺度为2~20 m,脉动风速谱基本满足冯·卡门湍流谱。
试验场瞬态风与仿真环境、风洞实验室稳态风不同,故在实车气动性能开发过程中应考虑瞬态风的影响。在车型开发阶段,可通过在仿真算法中增加实际道路风环境工况参数作为计算边界条件,应用于气动外造型开发,亦可在车型验证阶段通过在风洞实验室增加用于模拟实际道路风环境工况的装置,用于实车气动附件的开发。
