In order to analyze the difference between the high-temperature environment bench test and the real vehicle test results of high-temperature adaptability in the high-temperature verification of automobile interior and exterior trims, the high-temperature environment bench test and real vehicle environment test are carried out for passenger vehicle and SUV, and the differences are analyzed from the aspects of temperature, irradiance and wind speed. The results show that the main differences exist in irradiance, and it is proposed to install arc-shaped lamp support in the environment chamber and apply irradiance to the sides to reduce the differences, and thus enhance correctness of bench test.

为分析汽车内外饰高温验证中高温环境台架试验与高温适应性实车试验结果的差异,通过对轿车、SUV车型开展高温环境台架试验和实车环境测试,从温度、辐照度、风速方面分析二者的差异,发现主要差异体现在辐照度方面,并提出在环境舱内加装弧形灯架、侧边辐照等方式缩小差异,以提高台架试验的准确性。

In order to analyze the difference between the high-temperature environment bench test and the real vehicle test results of high-temperature adaptability in the high-temperature verification of automobile interior and exterior trims, the high-temperature environment bench test and real vehicle environment test are carried out for passenger vehicle and SUV, and the differences are analyzed from the aspects of temperature, irradiance and wind speed. The results show that the main differences exist in irradiance, and it is proposed to install arc-shaped lamp support in the environment chamber and apply irradiance to the sides to reduce the differences, and thus enhance correctness of bench test.

夏季高温环境下,汽车内外饰是辐照直射区域,也是用户高感知区域,为避免高温导致的变形等外观故障,须针对汽车内外饰开展高温环境验证。
目前,各整车制造商主要在吐鲁番和海南开展夏季高温适应性试验进行高温环境验证,但研发周期的缩短可能导致部分车型研发阶段无法开展夏季高温适应性试验,故需利用环境模拟台架进行高温环境验证。
与实车高温适应性试验相比,环境模拟台架验证不受季节影响,可根据需求设置所需温度,同时缩短验证周期、降低验证成本[1]。环境模拟台架可对外界环境进行模拟,但其与实际环境的一致性仍需进一步研究。现阶段,在环境模拟台架与实际环境的对比方面,研究人员对汽车水温、变速器油温等发动机冷却性能相关的参数以及车内空调降温效果的对比开展了大量研究,但针对内外饰零部件在环境模拟台架与实际环境中的差异研究较少。
本文针对车辆不同区域内外饰零部件在环境台架以及实际环境中的最高温度差异进行对比,并分析其产生的原因。
现阶段常用的汽车内外饰温度测试设备包括红外线枪、温度测试贴纸和温度传感器,其特点如表1所示。
本文针对汽车内外饰的温度测试需要得到一段时间内的温度最高值,故需全程监控,因此采用温度传感器进行测试。通过在汽车内外饰上布置温度传感器,分别在环境模拟台架、吐鲁番、海南进行温度测量,比较各测点的温度差异。测试环境参数对比如表2所示,其中,吐鲁番和海南的实车试验均在8月份晴天条件下开展,时间为10:00~18:00。
本文针对轿车、SUV各选取3种车型,传感器布置位置包括:车顶中心、扰流板、发动机罩装饰件、外后视镜上表面、高位制动灯、后组合灯、前组合灯、仪表板、屏幕表面、中央扶手盒、A柱、转向盘、门内饰板[2]
采用的试验设备包括K型热电偶、横河MX100数据采集系统、CMP6型热电式太阳总辐射传感器、Imtech整车环境试验模拟台架。
轿车和SUV车型各内饰测点的最高温度和最大辐照度如表3表4所示。
表3表4可知,每个内饰测点在吐鲁番与海南两地最高温度基本一致。
轿车和SUV车型各外饰测点的最高温度和最大辐照度如表5表6所示。
对于轿车车型:每个外饰测点在吐鲁番与海南两地的最高温度基本一致;对于车顶中心最高温度,台架测试结果较实际环境温度高18.4~21.3 ℃;对于扰流板、发动机罩装饰件、外后视镜上表面、高位制动灯的最高温度,台架测试结果与实际环境温度相差不大;对于前、后组合灯最高温度,台架测试结果较实际环境温度低12.9~21.9 ℃。
对于SUV车型:每个外饰测点在吐鲁番与海南两地的最高温度基本一致;对于车顶中心最高温度,台架测试结果较实际环境温度高14.4~17.5 ℃;对于发动机罩装饰件、外后视镜上表面的最高温度,台架测试结果与实际环境温度相差不大;对于前、后组合灯最高温度,台架测试结果较实际环境温度低21.2~27.0 ℃。
环境台架测试中,轿车与SUV仅在扰流板、高位制动灯、前后组合灯存在约9 ℃的温度差异,SUV车型扰流板、高温制动灯温度较高;轿车前、后组合灯温度较高。
环境台架测试与实际环境测试结果对比如表7所示。
根据试验对比结果,内饰3个区域温度差异不大,差异主要集中在外饰区域。
测试过程中环境试验台架与吐鲁番环境温度对比结果如图1所示,由图1可以看出,吐鲁番的温度仅早上(测试开始的1 h内)相对较低,其余时段温度均在50 ℃左右,与环境试验台架内的温度差异不大。
海南的环境温度范围为36.5~40.1 ℃,低于吐鲁番、环境台架的温度,但辐照度较高,导致最高温度与吐鲁番基本一致[3]
因此,环境温度并不是导致车辆外饰温度分布不一致的原因。
在环境台架中,由于必须保持温度稳定,通常设置一定的循环风,空气流动将影响温度的变化,各测试场地当日的平均风速对比结果如表8所示。
表8可知,各测试场地风速差别不大,因此风速也不是导致车辆外饰温度分布不一致的原因。
车辆外饰的温度与其表面接受的辐照度相关,各测点的表面辐照度如表9表10所示。
表9表10可知,车辆各区域在吐鲁番与海南接受的最大辐照度差异不大,但在环境模拟台架中各区域接受的最大辐照度差距较大,从车顶到下部呈现逐渐递减趋势,与车顶部相比,下部衰减幅度约37.6%。
因此,辐照度的分布差异是导致整车环境模拟台架试验与实际环境试验间整车外饰件温度差异的主要因素。
现阶段国内各整车制造商整车环境模拟台架的辐照系统如图2所示。
车辆置于环境模拟台架内,辐照系统灯架布置在整车车顶上方,以模拟外界辐照情况。辐照系统主要由辐照灯及反光罩矩阵构成,辐照灯通过反光罩的反射,将辐照集中于反光罩开口侧,模拟整车在实际环境下接受的辐照情况。
图3所示,启动辐照系统,从辐照灯开始沿垂直方向每隔30 cm测试一次,得到辐照度随距离的变化曲线,如图4所示。
图4可知,辐照度随着距离增大逐渐降低,衰减幅度约为5.54 W/(m2·cm),以常规车型150 cm左右的高度为例,车顶与车辆下部间辐照度的差异最大可以达到831 W/m2
实际环境下的辐照来源是太阳,环境模拟台架中的辐照来源是辐照灯,理论上距离辐照源越远,接受的辐照度越低。但相较于太阳与地球的距离,整车车顶与车辆下部间的距离可忽略不计,因此接受的阳光辐照度几乎没有差异。相比之下,环境模拟台架上,整车车顶与车辆下部间的辐照度存在显著差异。
鉴于辐照系统布置在车顶上方的环境模拟台架与实际环境的差异较大,目前已有部分环境模拟台架通过将车顶上方的辐照灯矩阵调整为弧形以及添加侧边辐照灯的措施对整车接受的辐照度进行改善,如图5所示。通过侧边新增的辐照灯,对车身侧边和下部的辐照进行加强,以提高环境辐照情况模拟的准确性。
a. 与海南相比,虽然吐鲁番的环境温度更高,但由于辐照度低于海南,因此汽车内外饰在两地的最大温度基本一致。
b. 与在吐鲁番、海南实际环境条件下的温度测试结果相比,在环境台架中,车顶区域温度更高,最大差异可达21.3 ℃,车辆中部区域温度基本一致,车辆下部区域温度更低,最大差异可达约27.0 ℃。其主要原因为车顶、车辆下部与光源的距离差异导致车辆不同位置接受的辐照度不一致。
