In order to improve customer’s door closing experience, top-down design and development of the sound quality of an electric vehicle’s door closing are carried out. In the product design phase, target values about subjective and objective evaluation for door closing sound quality are set according to door closing sound quality data of the existing vehicle model and test analysis of the benchmarked model, the main parameters affecting the sound quality of door closing are summarized. In the prototyping stage, NVH sound detection equipment is deployed to test sound quality parameters and simulate user experience for subjective evaluation. For the problems revealed in the sound quality evaluation results in the prototyping stage, sound quality has been improved by adopting the following measures: increasing seal reaction force in the door seal strip, controlling door seal gap, optimizing door lock and increasing door window holding force, etc. Subjective and objective evaluation results show that door closing quality of this model has achieved the product definition objective.

为提升用户关门操作使用体验,对某款纯电动汽车关门声品质进行了正向设计开发。在产品定义阶段,结合既有车型关门声品质数据和对标车型的测试分析,设定关门声品质的主、客观评价目标,梳理影响关门声品质的主要因素。在试制阶段,运用NVH声音检测设备测试声品质参数,并模拟用户实际使用体验进行主观评价。针对试制阶段声品质评价结果存在的问题,通过增大车门洞密封条密封反力、控制车门密封间隙、优化车门锁、增大车门玻璃夹持力等措施改善关门声品质,主客观评价结果表明,该车型关门声品质达到产品定义目标。

为提升用户关门操作使用体验,对某款纯电动汽车关门声品质进行了正向设计开发。在产品定义阶段,结合既有车型关门声品质数据和对标车型的测试分析,设定关门声品质的主、客观评价目标,梳理影响关门声品质的主要因素。在试制阶段,运用NVH声音检测设备测试声品质参数,并模拟用户实际使用体验进行主观评价。针对试制阶段声品质评价结果存在的问题,通过增大车门洞密封条密封反力、控制车门密封间隙、优化车门锁、增大车门玻璃夹持力等措施改善关门声品质,主客观评价结果表明,该车型关门声品质达到产品定义目标。

In order to improve customer’s door closing experience, top-down design and development of the sound quality of an electric vehicle’s door closing are carried out. In the product design phase, target values about subjective and objective evaluation for door closing sound quality are set according to door closing sound quality data of the existing vehicle model and test analysis of the benchmarked model, the main parameters affecting the sound quality of door closing are summarized. In the prototyping stage, NVH sound detection equipment is deployed to test sound quality parameters and simulate user experience for subjective evaluation. For the problems revealed in the sound quality evaluation results in the prototyping stage, sound quality has been improved by adopting the following measures: increasing seal reaction force in the door seal strip, controlling door seal gap, optimizing door lock and increasing door window holding force, etc. Subjective and objective evaluation results show that door closing quality of this model has achieved the product definition objective.

汽车关门声品质直接影响用户使用体验,国内外整车制造商、高校等围绕关门声品质的影响因素、预测模型及评价方法等进行了广泛研究[1],但对于整车研发过程中声品质正向设计开发的研究较少。
本文针对某款纯电动汽车开展关门声品质正向设计开发。在车型产品定义阶段,通过测试分析对标车型关门声品质的数据,并对比本企业既有相关数据,设定关门声品质目标。同时,结合理论分析及开发经验,梳理关门声品质的影响因素[2-3]。在车型开发阶段,运用主观评价和客观测试相结合的方法对声品质进行评价[4],并针对声品质优化提出改进措施,以期为用户提供舒适、悦耳、有品质感的使用体验[5]
在开发初期,根据车型的市场定义,选择在售车型中同等价位区间或者高一级别价位区间的一款或多款车型进行关门声品质主观评价和客观测试,结合已有声品质样本数据及评价标准,综合考虑后设定关门声品质的主观评价目标,如表1所示。
关门声品质主观评价反映用户的使用体验,需进行客观量化,转换为工程设计参数作为设计依据。通过查阅大量文献并结合已有量产车型开发经验,本文设定的声品质客观评价指标包括:声压级、主冲击时间、低频延续时间、声音响度、声音尖锐度、最小关门速度、静态关闭力[6-9]。关门声品质客观评价指标及本文车型的目标设定分别如图1表2所示。
手动开关车门过程中,声振现象复杂,具有时间短、频率范围宽的特点,是一种非线性、耦合性强的瞬态冲击振动和噪声[10-11]。关门声品质的影响因素包括车门模态、车门附件及锁扣安装点动静态刚度、车门锁声品质等。在这些因素都符合企业相关标准的前提下,关门力度对关门声品质影响很大[12],通常要实现关门,施加在车门上的关门能量必须大于相应车门系统的最小关门能量,而最小关门能量与最小关门速度和静态关闭力有关(依据能量守恒定律,多余的关门能量以摩擦生热、振动和声音的形式释放),因此,本文主要围绕最小关门速度和静态关闭力进行分析、设计及优化。
最小关门速度是指任一车门(前门或后门)在其余三门(包括天窗系统)及车窗玻璃处于全升状态下关闭车门所需的最小速度。设计状态最小关门速度为:

式中:L为关门施力点与车门铰链轴线的距离(车门宽度),E为转动能量(关闭能量),I为车门转动惯量。
由式(1)、式(2)可知,车门关闭速度与车门关闭能量和车门转动惯量相关。其中,车门关闭能量与车门铰链选型和布置方式、限位器选型和功能设计、车门锁体锁舌啮合行程、密封条截面形状和压载、车门系统质量和质心X向坐标有关,车门转动惯量与车门几何形状、车门系统质量、质心位置有关。
本文车型车门最小关闭速度理论计算所需参数,如表3所示,前、后门最小关闭速度计算结果分别为0.928 m/s、1.046 m/s,满足最小关门速度设计要求。
静态关闭力是指将车门处于半锁前状态(完全打开状态),在外开手柄靠近侧门边缘处缓慢施加力(力的方向为其法线方向),使侧门处于完全锁止时的最小力。静态关闭力Fs的计算公式为:

式中:Fl为锁自身的全锁力,L1为锁啮合点与车门铰链轴线的距离,Fc为车门关闭状态下密封系统的总反力,L2为密封系统与车门铰链轴线的等效距离,L3为关闭力施力点与车门铰链轴线的距离。
由式(3)可知,静态密封总反力与车门宽度、车门铰链选型和布置位置、锁体选型和布置位置、密封条压载和截面选型、车门外开手柄的选型和布置位置有关。本文车型前、后门静态关闭力理论计算结果分别为310 N、290 N,满足静态关闭力设计要求。
声品质的主观评价以听审团评价的方式进行。目前,评价方法主要有排序法、等级评分法、成对比较法和语义细分法,根据不同的评价任务选择与之相适应的评价方法可以得到更为准确可靠的评价结果[13]。本文选用等级评分法,邀请15位评价人员,包括4位专家、7位专业工程师、4位用户代表,评价人员中女性5位、男性10位,年龄在22~55岁范围内。在消声室对试制阶段样车进行主观评价,设置关门速度为1.2 m/s,评价结果如表4所示。
本文以声压级、主冲击时间、低频延续时间、响度、尖锐度、最小关门速度和静态关闭力作为关门声品质客观评价指标和试制阶段样车测试优化措施的评价依据[14-15]。其中,声压级是目前声学评判的主流标准之一,响度用于描述人耳对声音强度的主观感受,尖锐度表征高频成分在频谱中所占的比例,反映人耳对声音的不适程度。
在背景噪声小于20 dB(A)、频率小于50 Hz的半消声室内布置传感器进行关门声品质测试。关车门操作由专业试验人员完成,在车门某一区域施力,由速度计测量关门速度,保证车门的关闭速度在1.2 m/s左右,车门关闭过程中采集测点的噪声信号,采样频率不低于20 480 Hz。右前、右后门关门声测试结果如图2图3所示,评价结果如表5所示。
表4表5可知,试制车关门声品质主客观评价结果基本未达标。听审团主要反馈关门声响度大、声音不紧凑、有“哐哐”声、缺少沉闷感。客观评价数据显示,最小关门速度偏小,表明通过车门锁体与锁扣碰撞释放的关门能量增大,导致车门锁体棘爪与锁扣的撞击力度增大,棘爪与其周边零件的碰撞加剧,对关门声的声音响度、声压级、主频冲击时间、低频延续时间、声音尖锐度等都不利,与实测数据相符。
图2a、图3a还反映了实车关门声品质存在其他问题:关门时出现三次撞击,锁的二次撞击较明显,声音不紧凑;声音沉闷感不足,低频能量在关门总能量中占比偏低;玻璃出现轻微振响。
为解决上述问题,经研究分析,采取如下优化措施:
a. 增大车门洞密封条密封反力:实测车门洞密封条压缩负载变形(Compression Load Deflection,CLD)曲线,发现其压载不足,通过优化密封条截面,调整挤出工艺口模,使压载力由70 N/m增大至90 N/m;在B柱、C柱区域及车门锁下部门槛区域门洞密封条中添加泡管。
b. 控制车门密封间隙:将内间隙由17.5 mm±1.5 mm调整为17.5 mm±1.2 mm,其中车门锁、铰链等重点管控区域间隙要求16.3~18.0 mm加严控制,并逐车检验。
c. 优化车门锁:棘轮在半锁、全锁位置增加包塑,减轻撞击振动;棘爪杆增加包塑,减少金属间的摩擦;棘轮缓冲块限位筋加厚约1.2 mm,降低回位时撞击锁扣声响。
d. 增加车门玻璃的夹持力:优化水切截面,增加内、外水切压载10~20 N/m;玻璃升降器夹持块中塑料嵌件增加凸点,且其与玻璃导轨间的间隙由0.1 mm减小至干涉0~0.1 mm。
上述措施实施后,随机抽检量产车辆,在消声室开展实车测试,主、客观评价结果明显改善,主观评价得分和客观评价指标已达到产品定义目标,如表6图4图5表7所示。
本文对关门声品质开发进行了研究,得到以下结论:
a. 最小关门速度和静态关闭力是影响关门声品质的主要因素,可通过对其进行优化提升关门声品质。
b. 车门锁体是影响关门声品质的次要因素,优化锁体结构可以较好地提高关门声紧凑感,增强声音的沉闷感。
