Focusing on the question of which test rig should be selected in vibration durability test of power battery assembly of passenger car to accurately reproduce the mechanical vibration it borne in real environment, experimental research and systematic analysis and demonstration are carried out. It is proved that the mechanical vibration borne by power battery assembly mainly came from road excitation and the mechanical vibration transmitted to power battery assembly through suspensions mainly resulted in vertical pseudo damage, which is mainly accumulated by low-frequency signals below 5 Hz. Through the analysis of virtual coherent auto-power, it is proved that the mechanical vibration of power battery assembly came from multiple independent excitation sources, which is a typical multiaxial vibration problem. Finally, it is concluded that the 6 DOF vibration test bench should be used to carry out the vibration durability test of power battery assembly of passenger car.

为在乘用车动力电池总成振动耐久性验证试验中准确复现其在真实使用环境中所承受的机械振动,针对试验台架的选择问题,开展了试验研究和系统分析论证,证明了动力电池总成所承受的机械振动主要来源于路面激励,经悬架传递至动力电池总成的机械振动主要在垂向累积形成伪损伤,且主要由5 Hz以下的低频信号累积形成,并通过虚拟相干自功率谱分析证明了动力电池总成所承受的机械振动来自多个独立的激振源,是典型的多轴振动问题。研究结果表明,应采用六自由度多轴模拟振动台架开展乘用车动力电池总成振动耐久性试验。

为在乘用车动力电池总成振动耐久性验证试验中准确复现其在真实使用环境中所承受的机械振动,针对试验台架的选择问题,开展了试验研究和系统分析论证,证明了动力电池总成所承受的机械振动主要来源于路面激励,经悬架传递至动力电池总成的机械振动主要在垂向累积形成伪损伤,且主要由5 Hz以下的低频信号累积形成,并通过虚拟相干自功率谱分析证明了动力电池总成所承受的机械振动来自多个独立的激振源,是典型的多轴振动问题。研究结果表明,应采用六自由度多轴模拟振动台架开展乘用车动力电池总成振动耐久性试验。

Focusing on the question of which test rig should be selected in vibration durability test of power battery assembly of passenger car to accurately reproduce the mechanical vibration it borne in real environment, experimental research and systematic analysis and demonstration are carried out. It is proved that the mechanical vibration borne by power battery assembly mainly came from road excitation and the mechanical vibration transmitted to power battery assembly through suspensions mainly resulted in vertical pseudo damage, which is mainly accumulated by low-frequency signals below 5 Hz. Through the analysis of virtual coherent auto-power, it is proved that the mechanical vibration of power battery assembly came from multiple independent excitation sources, which is a typical multiaxial vibration problem. Finally, it is concluded that the 6 DOF vibration test bench should be used to carry out the vibration durability test of power battery assembly of passenger car.

动力电池总成是电动汽车最重要的子系统之一,其耐久性和可靠性关乎车辆的使用安全性。车辆的使用环境和工况类型多样[1],在整个生命周期内,动力电池总成会暴露在复杂的机械振动环境中,因此,在试验室环境下如何选择合适的试验台架准确复现动力电池总成在整车和真实环境中所承受的机械振动,以考核其耐久性和可靠性,以及机械振动对动力电池各项性能的影响,是一个非常关键的问题。
Hooper和Marco关注到典型新能源车辆动力电池总成所承受机械振动的频谱特征与既有试验规范(SAE J2380)中的载荷谱特征存在明显的区别[2],基于频域疲劳加速试验理论建立了单轴电磁振动台架的试验规范[3],并开展了镍锰钴(NMC)氧化物锂电池[4]和镍钴铝(NCA)氧化物锂电池[5]在振动耐久性试验中的性能测试对比研究,最后,改用六自由度振动台架作为振动耐久性试验平台[6],对NCA氧化物锂电池开展了性能测试对比研究。符兴锋等[7]参照GB/T 31467.3的要求,对动力电池总成进行了振动疲劳分析,杨洪宇等[8]对动力电池总成在六自由度振动台架上的振动测试开展了仿真分析。
总体来看,国外研究团队对采用哪种试验台架准确复现动力电池总成所承受的机械振动进行了渐进式探索,国内目前研究还不充分,存在争论。
由于试验台架选型是重要的基础性决策问题,后续载荷谱的采集、编制和试验加速方法,以及围绕动力电池总成所承受机械振动、基于用户关联的大数据开展工况的划分、识别和统计分析等[1],都会因为这一基础性决策的不同而产生相应的系列变化,因此,本文围绕该问题开展较为系统的试验数据分析研究,以求夯实这一重要基础性问题的决策基础。
以一款具有代表性的新能源纯电动乘用车作为试验对象,在道路载荷数据采集和本文的全部数据分析过程中,采用整车坐标系。如图1所示(沿+Z方向的仰视图),本文选择贴装在动力电池右侧前段(通道名BAT-FR)、右侧后段(通道名BAT-RR)和左侧中段(通道名BAT-LM)的3处三向加速度传感器采集数据并分析,其分布位置涵盖了动力电池总成结构的前段、中部和后段,以及左侧和右侧,因此可以比较全面地反映实际工况下动力电池总成所承受的机械振动。另外,在4个车轮的轴头安装三向加速度传感器,以1 kHz的采样率记录道路载荷数据模拟信号。同时,分别采用5 Hz和50 Hz的采样率记录GPS和CAN总线的数据信息,包括经纬度、车速、电机转速等。
分别在城市路、高速路、水泥路和非铺装路4种不同的公共路面上正常行驶,车辆负载始终只有驾驶员和一名前排乘员,共采集148.2 km的样本数据。本文基于该样本数据分析各典型工况下行驶时动力电池总成所承受激励载荷的特征。
采用TecWare软件对车辆在4种不同公共路面上行驶时动力电池总成上3处加速度信号进行雨流计数,然后采用Miner线性累积损伤假设计算伪损伤。计算时,取应力幅值-疲劳寿命(S-N)曲线Basquin关系式NSb=C中的参数b=5,其中,C为材料常数。
动力电池右侧前段沿3个方向加速度的伪损伤计算结果如图2所示,其中横轴是相对于3个方向累积伪损伤的最大值,以相对值表示的累积伪损伤,城市路、高速路、水泥路和非铺装路的Z向累积伪损伤分别为1.453 30×1021、5.974 04×1023、2.287 73×1022、1.467 82×1021。动力电池左侧中段和右侧后段三向加速度伪损伤计算结果所呈现的规律与图2高度一致。可以看到,动力电池三向加速度伪损伤计算结果呈现如下共性规律和特点:车辆在城市路、高速路和非铺装路的公共路面上行驶时,垂向加速度累积形成的伪损伤占绝对主导地位;车辆在水泥路的公共路面上行驶时,由垂向、纵向加速度累积形成的伪损伤占绝对主导地位。从已有新能源汽车远程上传的工况大数据统计分析结果看,车辆在城市路、高速路和非铺装路这3种道路类型上行驶的工况占比最大,因此可以得出结论:动力电池总成在实际使用过程中,垂向加速度累积形成的伪损伤占据主导地位。
图2c中可以看出,当车辆行驶于水泥路面时,纵向加速度累积形成的伪损伤显著提升,与垂向加速度累积形成的伪损伤较为接近。因此,除垂向加速度外,对动力电池总成纵向加速度也要给予一定的重视。
假设x(n)是以采样率fs采集到的加速度信号的N个采样点(n=0,1,…,N-1),则x(n)的离散傅里叶变换为 $X\left(k\right)=\sum _{n=0}^{N-1}x\left(n\right) ·exp(-j2\pi kn/N)$,用 $\stackrel{-}{X}\left(k\right)$表示X(k)的共轭复数,则x(n)的自功率谱Sxx(k)为:

x(n)的自功率谱密度函数(Power Spectral Density,PSD)为:

式中:Δf=fs/N为频域分析的频率分辨率。
对动力电池总成加速度信号进行自功率谱密度函数分析计算,过程中对时域信号施加汉宁窗(Hanning Window),采用50%的重叠和多次平均,分析结果的频率分辨率为1 Hz。图3图4所示分别为车辆在4种不同公共道路上行驶时,3处测点垂向加速度分量和纵向加速度分量的自功率谱密度函数结果。图5图6所示分别为车辆在4种不同公共道路上行驶时,将3处测点垂向加速度分量和纵向加速度分量分频段进行带通滤波和雨流计数,并计算伪损伤得到的结果。图中纵轴是相对于各频段累积伪损伤的最大值,以相对值表示的累积伪损伤。
图3可以看出,当车辆在4种不同的公共路面上行驶时,动力电池总成垂向加速度的主能量成分集中在0~5 Hz的低频段,峰值集中在2 Hz(城市路、高速路和非铺装路)和4 Hz(水泥路)处,尤其是车辆行驶于非铺装路面时,低频能量的集中趋势更为凸显。对于动力电池总成的前部(见图3a),在13 Hz处还出现一个峰值,但这并不能改变主能量成分集中于5 Hz以下的事实,而且13 Hz处的峰值只影响动力电池总成的前部。
动力电池垂向加速度的频谱特征也反映在图5所示的垂向加速度分频段伪损伤计算结果上。可以看到,车辆在4种不同的公共路面上行驶时,动力电池垂向加速度累积形成的伪损伤主要由0~10 Hz的低频成分累积形成。越靠近动力电池总成的中、后部,在低频段累积形成的伪损伤在总伪损伤中的占比越大。在动力电池的前部,PSD在13 Hz处存在峰值,因此在10~20 Hz的频段也累积了不可忽视的伪损伤,但累积形成伪损伤的主要频段仍集中在更低的0~10 Hz频段。
图4可以看出,当车辆在4种不同的公共路面上行驶时,动力电池总成纵向加速度的PSD在0~5 Hz范围内也存在峰值,但与垂向加速度不同的是,纵向加速度的PSD在12 Hz和23 Hz附近还出现2个峰值,对应动力电池总成所固定的底盘结构的两阶模态。当车辆行驶于水泥路和非铺装路面时,这2种较为颠簸的路面将相关的结构模态充分激励起来,使得动力电池总成纵向加速度的PSD在12~23 Hz范围内几乎形成了一条连续的主能量带,将一个窄带随机过程变为一个宽带随机过程。这一频谱特征也影响和反映在如图6所示的动力总成纵向加速度分频段伪损伤计算结果上。如前所述,只有当车辆行驶于水泥路面时,动力电池纵向加速度累积形成的伪损伤才较为显著,比较接近垂向加速度累积形成的伪损伤,因此,图6中水泥路面的规律尤为重要,即动力电池纵向加速度累积形成的伪损伤主要集中于20~30 Hz的频段(由底盘结构在21 Hz附近的模态引起),10~20 Hz的频段对伪损伤也具有不可忽视的贡献(由底盘结构在12 Hz附近的模态引起),0~10 Hz的低频段及其他频段的贡献可以忽略。
图7所示,所选择的新能源纯电动乘用车通过前、后、左、右4个悬置将电驱总成(包含一个集成的定速比减速器)与车身(左、右悬置)和底盘前副车架(前、后悬置)连接。除了4个车轮通过悬架将来自路面的垂向激励传递到动力电池总成外,电驱总成在工作过程中是否会将旋转产生的激振能量经由4个悬置、车身和副车架传递到动力电池,是一个需要研究分析的问题,这对于明确引起动力电池总成机械振动的主要激励来源,并围绕该主要激励来源找出与其有密切联系的工况维度是至关重要的。
为此,在城市路面和水泥路面上分别开展了如下试验:将车辆由静止缓慢且均匀地加速到80 km/h(城市路)或60 km/h(水泥路),保持车速5~10 s后缓慢制动至停止,在此过程中仍以1 kHz的采样率记录上述动力电池的三向加速度,并以50 Hz的采样率记录CAN总线中的电机转速。考虑到经过前文分析,动力电池总成机械振动的主要能量成分不超过50 Hz,因此,通过重采样将加速度与电机转速采样率均调整为200 Hz,然后采用Test.Lab软件进行阶次分析,电机转速每提高25 r/min做一个切片。
图8图9所示分别为车辆在城市路面和水泥路面上行驶时,动力电池总成3处加速度纵向分量和垂向分量的阶次分析结果。
图8可以看出,车辆在城市路面上行驶时,电机转动带来的阶次特征较微弱。由图8b、图8d、图8f可知,动力电池总成在4 Hz左右,由结构共振(其特征为峰值连线垂直于横轴)而非电机总成的转动(其特征为倾斜的阶次特征线)引起了垂向加速度峰值;由图8a、图8c、图8e可知,动力电池总成纵向加速度在2 Hz左右的极低频段,由结构共振引起了纵向加速度峰值。垂向加速度和纵向加速度峰值均与图3图4中车辆在城市路面行驶时加速度的PSD结果相互印证。
图9可以看出,车辆以接近相同的速度区间在更为颠簸的水泥路面上行驶时,相对于电驱总成的旋转给动力电池总成带来的机械振动,来自路面的垂向激励给动力电池总成带来的机械振动占据更为主导的地位,因为动力电池总成的垂向加速度和纵向加速度的阶次特征线均更加模糊,而结构共振特征更加突出。如图9b所示,车辆行驶于水泥路面时,动力电池右侧前段垂向加速度除在5 Hz以下的低频段出现一个共振峰外,在13 Hz处也形成一个共振峰,该结果与图3a中水泥路面的PSD结果相互印证。
图8图9所示的阶次分析结果可以初步得到如下结论:动力电池所承受的机械振动主要来自路面激励,而非来自电机总成旋转引起的激振;路面激励通过悬架传递到动力电池总成,由于悬架对车辆簧上结构(包括动力电池总成)的隔振作用,车辆在不同路面上行驶时传递到动力电池总成的垂向机械振动主能量成分集中在5 Hz以下的低频段,而该频段也成为对动力电池伪损伤贡献最大的频段,在动力电池总成振动耐久性试验验证过程中,需要选取合适的试验台架和控制技术对该频段载荷进行准确复现。
对于作用在动力电池总成上机械振动载荷的来源和主要传递路径,还需进一步论证。将车辆在4种不同路面上行驶时采集到的全部148.2 km样本数据,按照200 m的行驶里程进行等分,共获得741个小样本数据。计算每个小样本数据左前轮垂向加速度累积形成损伤的对数,以及动力电池总成各加速度沿各方向的分量累积形成损伤的对数。由741个小样本数据计算得到左前轮轴头垂向加速度累积形成损伤的对数与动力电池总成3处加速度各分量累积形成损伤的对数之间的相关系数,如表1所示,可以看出,二者呈现显著的相关性,相关系数均在0.7以上,其中,左前轮轴头垂向加速度累积形成损伤的对数与动力电池总成3处加速度垂向分量累积形成损伤的对数之间呈现高度相关性,相关系数均在0.8以上。
图8图9的阶次分析基础上,可以将表1所呈现的相关关系解读为因果关系,即路面激励导致了动力电池总成所承受的机械振动,4个悬置和底盘车架是二者之间的传递路径,电驱总成的旋转造成的激励对动力电池总成机械振动的影响较小。
在明确了上述关系后,对动力电池总成所承受的机械振动进行工况的划分、识别和大数据统计分析,以及面向某一特定客户群体的实际使用工况合理制定动力电池总成振动耐久性试验载荷谱时,即可明确与这一目标和任务密切相关的工况维度。例如,依据道路类型(按照GB/T 7031或其他类别定义道路类型)和车速两个维度,对行驶工况进行二维的划分、识别和统计,因为路面不平度和车速将直接影响车辆在行驶过程中所承受的垂向激励的强弱[9]。此外,车辆的负载状况也应纳入工况大数据统计的范畴,以相同的车速在相同的道路上行驶时,车辆的负载将显著影响车辆簧上结构的动力学响应[1]
作用于动力电池总成的机械振动主要来自单一激振源还是多个激振源,是制定动力电池总成振动耐久性试验规范时需要认真考虑的问题。为此,在4个车轮的轴头安装三向加速度传感器,并在道路载荷数据采集的过程中记录各传感器沿3个方向的加速度信号,共12路信号。用xi(n)(i=1,…,12)表示这12路信号包含N个数据点的一个数据块,采用式(1)计算这12路信号各自的自功率谱 ${S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{i}}\left(k\right)$,类似地,计算这12路信号两两之间的互功率谱:

将这12路信号的自功率谱和互功率谱组成一个12阶矩阵 $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{j}}\right]$,由于每个轴头加速度传感器测得的信号主要反映了所在车轮受到的道路激励信息,但是也不可避免地掺杂了其他3个车轮受到的道路激励信息,因此,按照式(3)计算得到的互功率谱是不为零的,或者说矩阵 $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{j}}\right]$是一个非对角矩阵。
由于 $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{j}}\right]$具有共轭转置对称的属性,因此, $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{j}}\right]$是厄米(Hermite)矩阵[10]。依据线性代数理论[10],厄米矩阵 $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}{x}_{j}}\right]$一定酉相似于一个对角矩阵,即一定存在同阶酉矩阵[U],使得:

由于 $\left[{S}_{{x}_{i}^{\text{'}}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}\right]$是一个对角矩阵,也就意味着振源x ${}_{i}^{\text{'}}$x ${}_{j}^{\text{'}}$ij)之间的常相干系数 ${\left|S{x}_{i}^{\text{'}}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}\left(k\right)\right|}^{2}/[S{x}_{i}^{\text{'}}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}\left(k\right)\bullet {S}_{{x}_{i}^{\text{'}}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}\left(k\right)]$恒为零,即振源x ${}_{i}^{\text{'}}$x ${}_{j}^{\text{'}}$ij)独立,或者说x ${}_{i}^{\text{'}}$是一组与xi相对应的独立振源,称为“虚拟振源”。
如果用yi(n)(i=1,2,3)表示动力电池总成右侧前段、左侧中段和右侧后段3处三向加速度的垂向分量(共3路信号)的包含N个数据点的一个数据块,用Yi(k)表示yi(n)的离散傅里叶变换,用 $\overline{{Y}_{i}}\left(k\right)$表示Yi(k)的共轭复数,则在获得这些相互独立的虚拟振源后,可以定义和计算动力电池总成垂向加速度信号与虚拟振源之间的虚拟相干系数γ ${}_{i,j}^{\text{'}2}$
${\gamma }_{i,j}^{\text{'}2}=\frac{{\left|{S}_{{y}_{i}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}\right|}^{2}}{{S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}{S}_{{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}}  (i=1,\cdots,3;j=1,\cdots,12)$
这些虚拟相干系数反映了各动力电池总成垂向加速度与各虚拟振源之间的相关程度。在此基础上,可进一步定义和计算动力电池总成垂向加速度信号的虚拟相干自功率谱 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}|{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}$
${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}|{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}={\gamma }_{i,j}^{\text{'}2}\bullet {S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}(i=1,\cdots,3;j=1,\cdots,12)$
虚拟相干自功率谱 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}|{x}_{j}^{\text{'}}}$反映了由独立虚拟振源x ${}_{j}^{\text{'}}$所引起的动力电池总成垂向加速度yi的自功率谱。将全部虚拟相干自功率谱累加得到 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$,有 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}=\sum _{j=1}^{12}{S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}|{{x}_{j}}^{\text{'}}}=\left({\gamma }_{i,1}^{\text{'}2}+{\gamma }_{i,2}^{\text{'}2}+\cdots +{\gamma }_{i,12}^{\text{'}2}\right)\bullet {S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$。由于 ${\gamma }_{i,1}^{\text{'}2}+{\gamma }_{i,2}^{\text{'}2}+\cdots +{\gamma }_{i,12}^{\text{'}2}$≤1,因此, ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$不会超过自功率谱 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$的数值,造成偏差的原因在于噪声干扰、结构非线性响应以及存在未考虑的激励源。
在Test.Lab软件中进行上述虚拟相干分析和虚拟自功率谱的计算,如图10所示,获得了动力电池总成3处垂向加速度的虚拟相干自功率谱分析结果。
图10 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$ ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$的对比结果可以看出,由于从轴头到动力电池总成的传递路径上存在减振器、衬套等结构引入的非线性,因此, ${\gamma }_{i,1}^{\text{'}2}+{\gamma }_{i,2}^{\text{'}2}+\cdots +{\gamma }_{i,12}^{\text{'}2}$<1并导致 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}{S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$。观察可知, ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$ ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$的形态一致性非常好,表现在峰谷值的高度一致性和整体走势的高度一致性,因此,也证明了 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$ ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$之间的差异主要是由于结构非线性响应因素,而非其他未考虑的激励源造成的,否则, ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$的整体走势将不会跟随 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}}$,整体形态上会出现大的背离,这也再次间接证明了动力电池总成机械振动的主要激励源来自路面,而非电驱总成的旋转或其他来源。
更为重要的是,从图10中可以看出,动力电池总成所承受的垂向加速度来自于多个独立的激振源,而非单个激振源。以动力电池总成右侧前部为例,如图10a所示,4个独立振源分别在不同的频段上对该处的垂向振动产生显著的贡献。由这4条曲线叠加形成的结果可以看出,这4个独立的虚拟振源对动力电池总成右侧前部的垂向振动形成了主要贡献,其贡献叠加已经与 ${S}_{{y}_{i}{y}_{i}\left|\sum \right.}$非常接近,也就是说,其余独立虚拟振源对于此处垂向激励的贡献可以忽略不计。因此,动力电池总成右侧前部的垂向激励主要来自4个独立的虚拟振源。类似地,如图10b、图10c所示,对于动力电池右侧后部和左侧中部,至少有3个独立的激振源对这两处的垂向加速度有显著激励作用。
综上,动力电池总成所承受的机械振动是典型的多轴振动问题,在动力电池总成振动耐久性试验验证过程中,需要选取合适的试验台架和控制技术对此多轴振动问题进行准确复现。
面向动力电池总成所承受的机械振动选取适当的试验台架和控制技术,并编制振动耐久性试验载荷谱的过程中,需要从幅值、频率、相位和次序这4个方面[11]对动力电池总成所承受的机械振动进行研究,并分析损伤的相似性。经本文分析可知,新能源乘用车动力电池总成在真实的使用环境和工况中所承受的机械振动主要来源于路面激励,机械振动主能量成分集中在5 Hz以下的低频段,伴随有较大的位移行程,且其所承受的垂向加速度来自3~4个主要的独立激振源,因此,应采用六自由度多轴模拟振动台架开展乘用车动力电池总成振动耐久性试验,而不应采用单轴电磁振动台架。单轴电磁振动台架的特点和优势是复现高频(一般为5~2 000 Hz)、小位移载荷(一般不超过±15 mm),载荷来源于单一激振源。从本文展示的具有代表性的试验数据来看,乘用车动力电池总成在实际使用工况中所承受的载荷特征,恰恰处于单轴电磁振动台架的加载盲区。与之相对应,六自由度系统总成级道路模拟试验台架非常适合复现低频、大位移的振动载荷,另外,可以通过6个自由度复现多轴激励载荷。
考虑到本文所选择的新能源纯电动乘用车动力电池总成、电驱总成的分布架构,以及与底盘、车身的连接形式非常具有典型性,因此,上述结论对于新能源纯电动乘用车具有一定的普适性。
以动力电池总成在典型的真实工况中所承受的振动加速度时域信号作为目标谱,可通过雨流投影滤波(Rainflow Projected Filter)方法[11]对其进行试验加速,再通过时域波形回放(Time Wave Replay,TWR)控制技术在六自由度振动台架上加以复现,从而可以很好地从幅值、频率、相位和次序4个方面确保试验载荷谱所复现损伤的相似性。
此外,当面向某一特定客户群体的实际使用工况定量讨论合理制定动力电池总成六自由度多轴振动试验载荷谱时,本文厘清了与这一目标和任务密切相关的工况维度,即须依据道路类型和车速两个维度,对行驶工况进行二维的划分、识别和统计,也需将车辆的负载状况纳入工况大数据的统计范畴。
