In order to realize the optimization of the intrinsic characteristics of the powertrain mounting system and its robustness evaluation, this paper proposed a sensitivity analysis method based on variance to find the key parameters that have a significant impact on the system performance. A multi-objective optimization model of the mounting system is constructed, which solves to obtain a reasonable deterministic optimization scheme. Meanwhile, in order to evaluate the robustness of the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system under the uncertainty variation of the key parameters, the skewness and kurtosis are introduced, and the robustness evaluation is conducted by combining the mean value and standard deviation, and the Monte Carlo simulation method based on Latin Hypercube Sampling is used to analyze the influence of the uncertainty factors of the mounting stiffness on the robustness of the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system. The results show that the variance-based sensitivity analysis method can not only effectively optimize the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system and improve the optimization efficiency, but also more accurately evaluate and enhance the robustness of the system by comprehensively considering the sensitivity of the mounting stiffness.

为实现动力总成悬置系统的固有特性优化及其稳健性评估,提出一种基于方差的灵敏度分析方法,找到对系统性能影响显著的关键参数,构建悬置系统的多目标优化模型,求解得到合理的确定性优化方案。同时,为了评价悬置系统固有特性在关键参数不确定性变化情况下的稳健性,引入偏度和峰度,结合平均值、标准差开展稳健性评价,并采用基于拉丁超立方采样的蒙特卡洛模拟方法,分析了悬置刚度的不确定性因素对悬置系统固有特性稳健性的影响。研究结果显示,基于方差的灵敏度分析方法不仅能够有效优化悬置系统的固有特性,提高优化效率,且通过综合考量悬置刚度的敏感性,可更准确地评估和提升系统的稳健性。

In order to realize the optimization of the intrinsic characteristics of the powertrain mounting system and its robustness evaluation, this paper proposed a sensitivity analysis method based on variance to find the key parameters that have a significant impact on the system performance. A multi-objective optimization model of the mounting system is constructed, which solves to obtain a reasonable deterministic optimization scheme. Meanwhile, in order to evaluate the robustness of the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system under the uncertainty variation of the key parameters, the skewness and kurtosis are introduced, and the robustness evaluation is conducted by combining the mean value and standard deviation, and the Monte Carlo simulation method based on Latin Hypercube Sampling is used to analyze the influence of the uncertainty factors of the mounting stiffness on the robustness of the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system. The results show that the variance-based sensitivity analysis method can not only effectively optimize the intrinsic characteristics of the mounting system and improve the optimization efficiency, but also more accurately evaluate and enhance the robustness of the system by comprehensively considering the sensitivity of the mounting stiffness.

悬置系统是实现整车对动力总成隔振的关键系统,研究表明,悬置元件的安装位置、安装倾角及其刚度对悬置系统的隔振性能至关重要[1]
在实际工程应用中,悬置系统参数存在相关性与不确定性,为此,众多学者对其开展了深入研究。刘达斌等[2]运用ADAMS/Insight模块对悬置刚度参数进行灵敏度分析,以识别关键敏感参数并进行优化设计,有效提高了优化效率。吕辉等[3]针对电动汽车悬置系统,研究了概率参数相关性对系统固有特性的影响,结果显示,相关性对悬置系统的解耦率响应边界影响显著,充分考虑相关性能够获得更为准确的分析结论。
在应对橡胶材料老化、制造误差、装配差异以及测量等不确定性因素导致的悬置系统关键变量不确定性问题时,研究人员致力于提高优化设计的稳健性。黄月芹等[4]以悬置元件的三向刚度作为设计变量,通过遗传算法、试验设计(Design of Experiment,DoE)技术以及六西格玛(6σ)方法进行优化和稳健性分析,最终借助蒙特卡洛模拟验证了该方法可在保证刚度合理分布和动反力最小化的前提下,有效提升悬置系统的解耦率和稳健性,同时也确保了NVH性能的达标。Xin等[5]提出了面向电动汽车动力总成悬置系统的多目标鲁棒优化策略,以悬置刚度为设计变量,以解耦率最大化和动态反力最小化为目标,建立多目标优化模型并通过遗传算法寻求全局最优解,进而利用拉丁超立方抽样找到动态反力鲁棒性最优解,结果表明,该方法不仅能有效提升解耦率和降低动反力,且优化结果展现出了良好的鲁棒性。
本文以某动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,采用基于方差的灵敏度分析方法量化悬置系统固有特性对悬置刚度变化的敏感程度,通过相关系数矩阵分析系统参数间的关系,对与悬置系统固有特性敏感性强相关的设计变量进行定向约束,构建悬置系统的多目标优化模型,求解得到悬置刚度的确定性优化方案。为进一步确保设计质量,在确定性优化的基础上,运用基于拉丁超立方采样的蒙特卡洛方法对悬置系统固有特性进行稳健性分析,并引入偏度和峰度,结合平均值与标准差进行全面的稳健性评价,旨在提供更为可靠和稳定的悬置系统设计方案。
由于动力总成和车架的刚度远大于悬置元件的刚度,通常将动力总成简化为具有6个自由度的等效刚体,将车架简化为刚性基础,将悬置元件简化为三向互相垂直的弹簧[6]
根据动力总成悬置系统的固有特性,对于第i阶模态频率,作用于第l个广义自由度的能量El为:

式中:ωi为动力总成悬置系统的第i阶固有频率,(qi)k、(qi)l分别为第i阶模态振型中第k方向、第l方向的位移,mlk为质量矩阵中的第l行、第k列元素,l=1,2,⋯,6,k=1,2,⋯,6。
那么,第l个广义自由度的能量El占振动系统总能量ET的百分比,即为它的解耦率[7-8]

通过能量解耦法,可以求解悬置系统的固有特性,即6个自由度的模态频率及其能量解耦率。
基于方差的灵敏度分析方法应用于动力总成悬置系统时,可以量化各设计变量(如悬置元件各方向刚度、安装位置、安装倾角等)对系统固有特性的影响程度。通过对悬置系统模型施加不同的输入变量组合,计算出每个变量变化时系统固有特性方差的改变,从而得到灵敏度系数,即可识别出对系统性能影响较大的设计变量,这些变量将是优化设计的重点关注对象。
在动力总成悬置系统研究中,通过对生产和使用一段时间后的悬置元件样本进行随机抽样检测,发现悬置元件刚度的概率分布以设计值为中心,呈现出一定的波动范围,且这种波动符合正态分布特征,可使用皮尔森线性相关系数[9]对其进行定量分析:

式中:Cov(X,Y)为变量X与变量Y的协方差,σXσY分别为XY的标准差。
皮尔森线性相关系数能够衡量两个连续变量之间的线性关联强度和方向,其取值范围为[-1,1],正值表示正相关,负值表示负相关,0表示无相关性。本文采用皮尔森线性相关系数来量化悬置系统固有特性与悬置刚度不确定性的依赖关系。
基于方差的稳健性分析是评估参数具备不确定性时系统性能稳定性的一种方法,可用于考查悬置系统在受到制造公差、材料属性变化、温度影响、老化效应等因素引起的刚度及其他关键参数波动时,系统固有特性的稳定性。
通过拉丁超立方采样等统计方法,模拟大量可能的参数组合,结合蒙特卡洛模拟技术,可以对悬置系统的固有特性进行广泛的随机扰动试验,然后计算其统计特性,如平均值、标准差、偏度和峰度等,以全面评价系统在不确定性条件下的稳健性表现。
随机变量可用一组离散值或在给定范围内定义的连续变量来表示,连续随机变量X由累计分布函数描述[9]

方差的二次方根即为它的标准差:

除平均值和标准差外,随机模型响应的高阶矩对稳健性分析也很重要。偏度γ1和峰度γ2用于描述概率密度函数的形状:

随机变量X在不同偏度和不同峰度下的概率密度函数分别如图1图2所示。
本文以某动力总成悬置系统为例,分别开展灵敏度分析、确定性优化设计及其稳健性分析。
动力总成的质量、质心在发动机坐标系中的坐标位置如表1所示。其中,发动机坐标系定义如下:以曲轴中心线与发动机后端面的交点为坐标原点,从后端面沿曲轴中心线指向发动机前端为+X方向,垂直向上为+Z方向,+Y方向由右手定则定义。
转动惯量取决于刚体的形状、质量分布和转轴位置,由惯性矩IxxIyyIzz和惯性积IxyIyzIzx构成。本文研究的动力总成关于其质心坐标系的转动惯量参数如表2所示。
3个悬置元件在发动机坐标系中的安装坐标及其在3个弹性主轴方向的动刚度[10-11]表3所示,悬置元件弹性主轴坐标系平行于发动机坐标系。
根据能量解耦法求解得到原状态悬置系统的固有特性如表4所示。其中,UX、UY、UZ分别表示沿发动机直角坐标系XYZ轴的平动自由度,RotX、RotY、RotZ分别表示绕发动机直角坐标系XYZ轴的转动自由度。
表4可知:悬置系统中重点关注的垂向自由度UZ和绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的解耦率分别达到83.81%和92.41%,其他自由度的解耦率明显偏低,均不足80%;6个自由度的模态频率分布不合理,其中UX和UZ的模态频率间隔过小,只有0.33 Hz,极易发生耦合导致振动加剧;系统的模态频率整体偏高,其中最低的模态频率为9.46 Hz,而最高的模态频率达到19.09 Hz。
以悬置刚度为随机输入变量,以模态频率和解耦率为输出变量,对悬置系统固有特性关于悬置刚度的灵敏度进行分析,整理得到悬置刚度对悬置系统模态及解耦率的相关系数矩阵,如表5表6所示。其中,KXiKYiKZi (i=1,2,3)分别为悬置元件iXYZ方向的刚度。
表5可知,悬置刚度与悬置系统各自由度的模态频率基本均呈正相关,其中KX1KY1KY2KZ2KY3KZ3悬置刚度对悬置系统各自由度模态频率的相关系数大于0.5,相关性较强。
表6可知,悬置刚度与悬置系统各自由度的解耦率既存在正相关,也存在负相关。其中,正相关性的悬置刚度主要有KY1KY2KZ2KZ3,负相关性的悬置刚度主要有KX1KZ1KX2KY2KX3KY3
灵敏度分析结果清晰展现了与悬置系统固有特性强相关的设计变量及其优化方向,为提高优化效率和改善优化效果提供基础。
受限于整车的空间布置,相较于悬置元件的安装位置和安装倾角,悬置刚度更易于实现优化和调整,且现有研究大多选择悬置的刚度作为研究对象。因此,本文选择悬置刚度作为研究参数对其进行确定性优化和灵敏度分析。
受整车布置空间限制,悬置元件的安装位置和安装倾角均已确定,所以只能选取各悬置元件3个弹性主轴方向的刚度作为设计变量。
该动力总成中发动机为四缸四冲程发动机,怠速转速为720 r/min,因此发动机的2阶激励频率为24 Hz。根据隔振理论[1]可知,该悬置系统的最高模态频率应小于16.97 Hz,否则不利于发动机在怠速工况下的隔振;同时,为了避开路面激励频率,悬置系统的模态频率建议大于6 Hz。所以,将该悬置系统的模态频率范围设定为6~17 Hz。同时,悬置系统的模态频率要避开发动机的1阶激励频率,尤其是绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的模态频率应避免处于(12±1) Hz区间;任意相邻两阶模态的频率间隔应不小于1 Hz。基于5.1.2节中的灵敏度分析结果,对悬置刚度寻优搜索的范围进行定向约束。
本文研究的直列四缸四冲程发动机的二阶往复惯性力和二阶转矩是主要激振力,故需重点关注并提升垂直方向自由度UZ和绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的解耦率。
以悬置系统的最低解耦率与期望值之差的绝对值最小化作为目标函数,建立优化数学模型:

式中:Y为设计变量,y为悬置安装坐标,k为悬置刚度,a为悬置的安装倾角,η0为解耦率的最小期望值,ηii自由度的解耦率,fii自由度的模态频率,fi,minfi,max分别为模态频率的最小值和最大值,fRotX为绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的模态频率,ηRotXηUZ分别为绕曲轴转动自由度RotX和垂向自由度UZ的解耦率,YLYU分别为设计变量搜索区间的下限和上限。
首先,采用随机搜索法进行指定次数的循环分析以研究整个设计空间,为后续的优化分析提供参考解;然后,采用最优梯度法研究设计变量在参考解处的扰动对目标函数变化的影响,据此对设计变量的取值范围进行重新调整;最后,应用最小二乘逼近的方法,求取一个函数面来拟合解空间,并对该函数面求极值,该方法是一种普适的优化方法,不易陷入局部极值点,可满足一般优化设计精度的要求[12]
通过上述优化方法求解得到悬置刚度的确定性设计值如表7所示。
优化后的悬置系统固有特性如表8所示,各自由度模态频率和解耦率满足目标要求及其他约束条件。
表4中优化前的结果对比可知:优化后悬置系统的模态频率分布趋向合理,其中,最高的模态频率由19.09 Hz降低至16.78 Hz,最低的模态频率也由9.46 Hz降低至6.85 Hz,相邻模态频率的最小间隔不小于1 Hz,绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的模态频率有效避开(12±1) Hz区间;悬置系统各自由度的解耦率达到90%及以上,其中垂向自由度UZ的解耦率由83.81%提高到95.28%,绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的解耦率保持在同一水平,从92.41%变为92.53%。解耦率的提高可有效抑制各自由度振动的相互干扰。
对悬置系统的固有特性关于确定性优化后的悬置刚度进行基于方差的灵敏度分析,将分析结果整理得到悬置刚度对系统模态及解耦率的相关系数矩阵,分别如表9表10所示。
表9可知,9个悬置刚度与悬置系统各自由度的模态频率基本均为正相关关系。其中,除KX1KZ1外,其他7个悬置刚度与悬置系统模态频率强相关,尤其是KY3的刚度对自由度RotZ模态频率的相关系数达到了0.976,几乎完全正相关。
表10可知,9个悬置刚度对悬置系统各自由度的解耦率既存在正相关也存在负相关。其中,相关性较强的有KY1KY2KY3KZ3
对比原状态的灵敏度分析结果可知,优化后悬置系统固有特性对各悬置刚度的敏感性发生了变化。此时,灵敏度分析主要用于研究高敏感性悬置刚度的不确定性对悬置系统固有特性稳健性的影响。
表8中关于悬置系统固有特性优化的结果,并未考虑不确定性影响因素对悬置元件刚度波动的影响。故而,在系统固有特性分析评价过程中,有必要考虑悬置刚度不同波动范围内的稳健性。
对于具有随机刚度特性的悬置系统,为了确保模拟结果能更准确地反映实际情况,避免样本点出现过于集中或稀疏的情况,保证结果的全面性,本文应用基于拉丁超立方采样的蒙特卡洛法对悬置刚度进行10 000次随机组合及模拟试验,以分析悬置系统固有特性的稳健性。
假设所有悬置刚度均服从正态分布并作为随机输入变量,以悬置系统各自由度的模态频率及解耦率作为随机输出变量,考查随机输入变量以确定性设计值为中心在不同波动范围区间内对随机输出变量的影响程度。原状态和优化后关于悬置系统各自由度模态频率的稳健性分析结果如表11所示。其中,原状态和优化1的所有悬置刚度围绕设计值的波动范围均为±15%;优化2中,KY1KY2KY3KZ3这4个敏感性强的悬置刚度围绕设计值的波动范围为±10%,其余5个悬置刚度的波动范围为±15%;优化3中,所有悬置刚度围绕设计值的波动范围均为±10%。
表11可知:优化后自由度UX模态频率的标准差、偏度和峰度较优化前明显降低,稳健性得到显著改善,概率分布如图3所示;其他自由度模态频率的稳健性均较好,无明显差异。
同样地,在悬置刚度围绕设计值的不同波动范围内,原状态和优化后关于悬置系统各自由度解耦率的稳健性分析结果如表12所示。
重点考查垂向自由度UZ的解耦率,原状态和优化后的悬置刚度波动范围均为±15%的概率分布如图4所示。优化后的概率分布更加均匀对称、更趋近于正态分布,稳健性更好。突出表现为:解耦率的平均值大幅提高;标准差大幅降低,围绕平均值的离散程度明显降低,最大值与最小值的跨度区间明显收窄;偏度显示左侧尾部明显缩短;峰度明显降低,即概率分布形态的陡峭程度得到明显减缓。
同样地,重点关注的绕曲轴转动自由度RotX的解耦率,在原状态和优化后的悬置刚度波动范围均为±15%情况下的概率分布如图5所示:优化前、后解耦率的平均值相当;偏度显示概率分布形态的左侧尾部明显缩短;峰度明显降低,概率分布形态的陡峭程度得到明显减缓。
优化后,表12中非重点考查的其他自由度的解耦率的标准差明显减小、最大值与最小值的跨度区间明显收窄,偏度更趋近于0。以上对比结果表明,优化后悬置系统固有特性的稳健性得到明显改善。
为进一步研究敏感性强的悬置刚度在不同波动范围内对优化后悬置系统固有特性稳健性的影响,提取表11中优化后悬置刚度围绕确定性设计值在不同波动范围内关于各自由度模态频率的标准差、最大值与最小值的极值差进行对比分析,结果如图6所示。
图6中,仅对敏感性强的悬置刚度的波动范围加严控制,即KY1KY2KY3KZ3这4个悬置刚度围绕设计值的波动范围控制在±10%,其余5个悬置刚度的波动范围保持在±15%,对比所有悬置刚度都加严控制在10%的结果显示,各自由度模态频率的标准差、极值差的差异较小,且均小于将所有悬置刚度波动范围都控制在±15%时的标准差和极值差。
同样地,提取表12中优化后悬置刚度围绕确定性设计值在不同波动范围内关于各自由度解耦率的标准差、最大值与最小值的极值差进行对比分析,结果如图7所示。
图7中,仅对敏感性强的悬置刚度的波动范围控制在±10%,对比所有悬置刚度的波动范围控制在±10%的结果显示,悬置系统各自由度解耦率的标准差、最大值与最小值的极值差无明显差异,且均明显小于将所有悬置刚度波动范围都控制在±15%条件下的标准差和极值差。
图6图7中各自由度模态频率和解耦率的标准差以及极值差进行对比分析表明,将敏感性强的悬置刚度的波动范围加严控制,可以得到与将所有悬置刚度的波动范围同等加严控制相当的效果。
综上分析,通过偏度、峰度,结合标准差和平均值等评价参数对悬置系统固有特性概率分布的刻画,可以直观地评价系统的稳健性;对比分析标准差以及最大值与最小值的极值差可知,计及悬置刚度的敏感性可以获得更好的稳健性分析结果。
本文以某动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,基于方差进行了悬置系统固有特性的灵敏度分析和稳健性分析,通过偏度、峰度、标准差和平均值等参数,结合概率分布图对悬置系统的稳健性进行了分析和研究,得出如下结论:
a. 通过求解悬置系统固有特性与悬置刚度之间的皮尔森线性相关系数,识别出对系统性能敏感的关键参数,利于对敏感刚度参数进行精细化设计和优化,有助于提升悬置系统的优化效率及其NVH性能。同时,这一方法也可为后续的不确定性量化和稳健性分析提供可靠依据。
b. 应用基于拉丁超立方采样的蒙特卡洛法对悬置系统进行稳健性分析,通过偏度、峰度、平均值和标准差等评价指标对悬置系统各自由度模态频率及解耦率概率分布的刻画,可以形象且直观地展示悬置系统固有特性的稳健性水平。
c. 通过灵敏度及稳健性分析相结合的方法,既能提高优化效率和改进设计,又能在考虑悬置刚度敏感性的基础上,进一步改善因部件公差、老化或其他不确定性因素导致的NVH一致性问题。
