Objective

This study aimed to evaluate the breeding potential of the main cultivated sugarcane YZ0551 and YZ081609 in Yunnan and identify superior hybrid progenies,providing material and technological reference for germplasm resource utilization and new variety selection in sugarcane breeding.

Method

A total of 437 materials from YZ0551,YZ081609,and their hybrid progenies were taken as research objects. Genetic variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and comprehensive evaluation were performed for eight traits (six agronomic traits and two technological traits).

Result

The coefficients of variation of the eight traits ranged from 3.68% to 44.84%. The coefficients of variation for sugar yield and cane yield were the largest,which were 44.84% and 44.23% respectively. The genetic transmitting ability was 71.69%-104.49%,and the broad-sense heritability was 61.35%-96.72%. Correlation of different degrees was found among eight traits,among which cane yield and sugar yield had extremely significant positive correlations with single-cane weight and effective cane number (P<0.01,the same below),and cane yield had an extremely significant positive correlation with sugar yield,indicating that relationship between yield traits shall be considered comprehensively during breeding. Principal component analysis extracted yield factor 1,yield factor 2,and sugar factor,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.966%. A total of 437 materials were divided into three groups:Group I was characterized with high yield and high sugar content,Group II had advantages in single-cane weight and cane diameter,and Group III had rich genetic variation but mediocre comprehensive performance. According to the comprehensive evaluation D value to evaluate performance of materials,the D value of the female parent YZ0551 was 0.4753,and the D value of male parent YZ081609 was 0.7102. Among the progeny materials,the number of materials with a D value greater than that of YZ0551 was 242;the number of materials with a D value greater than that of YZ081609 was four (V-315,V-317,8-292,and 8-208);the D values of these four materials,along with other three materials (8-149,V-307,and V-309) were greater than 0.7000. The above seven materials all belonged to Group I,showing characteristics of high yield and high sugar content.

Conclusion

The traits of high sugar content and high yield of YZ0551 and YZ081609 are genetically stable,showing high breeding value,thus,they can be used as important parents for sugarcane breeding. The hybrid progenies of the two exhibit rich genetic variation for agronomic traits,among which V-315,V-317,8-292,8-208,8-149,V-307,and V-309 have superior comprehensive performance and can be used as parents for high yield and high sugar content. At the same time,variety comparison trials can be carried out to further breed superior new varieties. After years of field trials,the hybrid progeny 8-57 demonstrates superior characteristics of high yield,high sugar content,and lodging resistance;it is named YZ19519 and will participate in regional trials for new sugarcane varieties.

目的

评价云南主栽甘蔗品种云蔗0551和云蔗081609的育种潜力,筛选出优良杂交后代,为甘蔗育种种质资源利用和新品种选育提供材料及技术参考。

方法

以云蔗0551和云蔗081609及其杂交后代共计437份材料为研究对象,对8个性状(6个农艺性状和2个工艺性状)进行遗传变异分析、相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析及综合评价。

结果

8个性状的变异系数为3.68%~44.84%,其中糖产量和蔗茎产量的变异系数最大,分别为44.84%和44.23%,遗传传递力为71.69%~104.49%,广义遗传力为61.35%~96.72%。8个性状存在不同程度的相关性,其中蔗茎产量和糖产量均与单茎重、有效茎数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),蔗茎产量与糖产量呈极显著正相关,说明育种过程中要综合考虑各产量性状间的关系。主成分分析提取获得产量因子1、产量因子2和糖分因子,累计贡献率达84.966%。将437份材料分为三大类,第Ⅰ类具有高产高糖特性,第Ⅱ类在单茎重和茎径上有优势,第Ⅲ类群遗传变异相对丰富,但综合表现一般。根据综合评价D值评价各材料表现,母本云蔗0551的D值为0.4753,父本云蔗081609为0.7102,后代材料中D值大于云蔗0551的材料有242份,大于云蔗081609的材料有4份(V-315、V-317、8-292和8-208),这4份材料与另外3份材料(8-149、V-307和V-309)的D值均大于0.7000,这7份材料均属于第Ⅰ类群,具有高产、高糖特性。

结论

云蔗0551和云蔗081609的高糖、高产性状可稳定遗传,具有较高的育种价值,可作为甘蔗育种的重要亲本。二者杂交后代的农艺性状遗传变异丰富,其中V-315、V-317、8-292、8-208、8-149、V-307和V-309等综合表现优良,可作为高产、高糖亲本利用,同时可对其开展品比试验,进一步选育优良新品种。杂交后代8-57经过多年田间试验评价,表现高产、高糖、抗倒伏,特性优良,品种名为云蔗19519,参加甘蔗新品种区域试验。

目的

评价云南主栽甘蔗品种云蔗0551和云蔗081609的育种潜力,筛选出优良杂交后代,为甘蔗育种种质资源利用和新品种选育提供材料及技术参考。

方法

以云蔗0551和云蔗081609及其杂交后代共计437份材料为研究对象,对8个性状(6个农艺性状和2个工艺性状)进行遗传变异分析、相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析及综合评价。

结果

8个性状的变异系数为3.68%~44.84%,其中糖产量和蔗茎产量的变异系数最大,分别为44.84%和44.23%,遗传传递力为71.69%~104.49%,广义遗传力为61.35%~96.72%。8个性状存在不同程度的相关性,其中蔗茎产量和糖产量均与单茎重、有效茎数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),蔗茎产量与糖产量呈极显著正相关,说明育种过程中要综合考虑各产量性状间的关系。主成分分析提取获得产量因子1、产量因子2和糖分因子,累计贡献率达84.966%。将437份材料分为三大类,第Ⅰ类具有高产高糖特性,第Ⅱ类在单茎重和茎径上有优势,第Ⅲ类群遗传变异相对丰富,但综合表现一般。根据综合评价D值评价各材料表现,母本云蔗0551的D值为0.4753,父本云蔗081609为0.7102,后代材料中D值大于云蔗0551的材料有242份,大于云蔗081609的材料有4份(V-315、V-317、8-292和8-208),这4份材料与另外3份材料(8-149、V-307和V-309)的D值均大于0.7000,这7份材料均属于第Ⅰ类群,具有高产、高糖特性。

结论

云蔗0551和云蔗081609的高糖、高产性状可稳定遗传,具有较高的育种价值,可作为甘蔗育种的重要亲本。二者杂交后代的农艺性状遗传变异丰富,其中V-315、V-317、8-292、8-208、8-149、V-307和V-309等综合表现优良,可作为高产、高糖亲本利用,同时可对其开展品比试验,进一步选育优良新品种。杂交后代8-57经过多年田间试验评价,表现高产、高糖、抗倒伏,特性优良,品种名为云蔗19519,参加甘蔗新品种区域试验。

Objective

This study aimed to evaluate the breeding potential of the main cultivated sugarcane YZ0551 and YZ081609 in Yunnan and identify superior hybrid progenies,providing material and technological reference for germplasm resource utilization and new variety selection in sugarcane breeding.

Method

A total of 437 materials from YZ0551,YZ081609,and their hybrid progenies were taken as research objects. Genetic variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and comprehensive evaluation were performed for eight traits (six agronomic traits and two technological traits).

Result

The coefficients of variation of the eight traits ranged from 3.68% to 44.84%. The coefficients of variation for sugar yield and cane yield were the largest,which were 44.84% and 44.23% respectively. The genetic transmitting ability was 71.69%-104.49%,and the broad-sense heritability was 61.35%-96.72%. Correlation of different degrees was found among eight traits,among which cane yield and sugar yield had extremely significant positive correlations with single-cane weight and effective cane number (P<0.01,the same below),and cane yield had an extremely significant positive correlation with sugar yield,indicating that relationship between yield traits shall be considered comprehensively during breeding. Principal component analysis extracted yield factor 1,yield factor 2,and sugar factor,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.966%. A total of 437 materials were divided into three groups:Group I was characterized with high yield and high sugar content,Group II had advantages in single-cane weight and cane diameter,and Group III had rich genetic variation but mediocre comprehensive performance. According to the comprehensive evaluation D value to evaluate performance of materials,the D value of the female parent YZ0551 was 0.4753,and the D value of male parent YZ081609 was 0.7102. Among the progeny materials,the number of materials with a D value greater than that of YZ0551 was 242;the number of materials with a D value greater than that of YZ081609 was four (V-315,V-317,8-292,and 8-208);the D values of these four materials,along with other three materials (8-149,V-307,and V-309) were greater than 0.7000. The above seven materials all belonged to Group I,showing characteristics of high yield and high sugar content.

Conclusion

The traits of high sugar content and high yield of YZ0551 and YZ081609 are genetically stable,showing high breeding value,thus,they can be used as important parents for sugarcane breeding. The hybrid progenies of the two exhibit rich genetic variation for agronomic traits,among which V-315,V-317,8-292,8-208,8-149,V-307,and V-309 have superior comprehensive performance and can be used as parents for high yield and high sugar content. At the same time,variety comparison trials can be carried out to further breed superior new varieties. After years of field trials,the hybrid progeny 8-57 demonstrates superior characteristics of high yield,high sugar content,and lodging resistance;it is named YZ19519 and will participate in regional trials for new sugarcane varieties.

【研究意义】甘蔗是全球主要糖料作物之一,以甘蔗为原料的糖产量占全球糖供应总量的85%以上(刘家勇等,2022)。对我国而言,甘蔗产业稳定发展不仅关乎民生需求,更是国家食糖供给安全的重要保障。随着气候变化、病虫害频发及市场需求的不断提升,培育兼具高产、高糖、抗逆性强等优良性状的新品种已成为甘蔗育种的核心目标(刘家勇等,2022黄玉新等,2025任生林等,2025;谢蒙潇等,2025)。甘蔗杂交育种能否获得成功,主要依赖于杂交组合的科学选配,而杂交组合的科学选配则需要对甘蔗亲本材料进行系统地鉴定评价(赵勇等,2019)。云蔗0551和云蔗081609是通过杂交等方法经多年试验选育而成的优良新品种,作为云南地区极具代表性的甘蔗主栽品种,在产量、糖分积累等方面表现出独特的优势。利用优良品种作为亲本选育新品种,可保持亲本大多数优良性状,易培育出更为优良的杂交后代,是提高甘蔗育种效益的重要手段(吴才文等,20082010郎荣斌等,2015)。通过遗传分析和综合评价,进一步了解云蔗0551和云蔗081609两亲本优良特性的遗传效应、杂交后代表现及育种潜力,对云南省甘蔗遗传育种杂交组合选配和新品种选育具有重要意义。【前人研究进展】甘蔗亲本遗传特点和育种潜力研究是提高组合选配预见性和后代选择效率的基础工作(刘少谋等,2011)。近年来,主成分分析、聚类分析、相关分析等多元统计分析方法在评价甘蔗种质资源育种潜力分析上得到广泛应用(俞华先等,2019a2019b蒋洪涛等,2021郭强等,2024俞华先等,2025b)。此外,覃伟等(2018)利用隶属函数法综合评价引进甘蔗花穗在我国的育种潜力,有助于将国外甘蔗优良性状基因导入我国甘蔗亲本血缘,以拓宽我国甘蔗亲本优异血缘;经艳芬等(2019)通过遗传力和配合力研究云瑞10系列甘蔗亲本及组合的杂交育种潜力,表明云瑞10系列可作为母本重点利用。云蔗0551是崖城90-56×新台糖23的杂交种,特点是中大茎、早熟、高产高糖及抗病性、抗旱性和宿根性强(刘家勇等,2016),其在云南蔗区平均产量达138 t/ha,创造了无灌溉区甘蔗单产最高纪录,是云南第二大主栽品种(Wu et al.,2024b)。云蔗081609是云蔗94-343和粤糖00-236的杂交种,特点是中大茎、早熟、高产、高糖、抗旱性强,属耐贮性品种(夏红明等,2018)。云蔗081609实现了高产和高糖的协调改良,峰值糖分达20.3%,创造了国际峰值糖分的最高纪录,被广大蔗农誉为“糖王”(Wu et al.,2024a)。云蔗0551和云蔗081609在蔗糖分、产量、耐旱性和适应性等方面表现优异,已在云南甘蔗育种实践中普遍应用(Zhao et al.,20152019)。纪新时等(2022)通过分级评价方法对云南自育甘蔗亲本选配组合进行育种潜力分析,其中云蔗0551×云蔗081609被评为1级组合;昝逢刚等(2022)在耿马蔗区对云蔗0551和云蔗081609进行试验示范评价,表明云蔗0551和云蔗081609综合表现为早熟、高产、高糖,可作为甘蔗新品种进行推广应用,不仅优化了蔗区品种结构,还大幅提升了蔗农收入;战健等(2022)通过对云蔗0551和云蔗081609苗期氮吸收利用效率进行比较,结果发现云蔗081609在苗期对氮的吸收量高于云蔗0551,苗期适宜需氮量低于云蔗05-51。【本研究切入点】云蔗0551和云蔗081609具有高糖、高产的优良特性,是培育高产、高糖品种的优良亲本资源,但将其作为亲本利用时,其有效茎数、株高、茎径和单茎重等与育种目标密切相关的农艺性状在杂交后代中的表现尚不清楚。虽然分别对云蔗0551和云蔗081609的研究已较深入,但目前对云蔗0551×云蔗081609杂交后代的相关研究鲜见报道。【拟解决的关键问题】于成熟期测定云蔗0551和云蔗081609及其杂交后代的8个主要农艺性状和工艺性状,对其进行遗传变异分析、相关分析、主成分分析及聚类分析,并利用隶属函数法综合评价D值来分析该亲本组合育种潜力,筛选出优良种质资源,为提高育种效率及选育优良甘蔗种质材料提供理论依据。
以云南第二大主栽品种云蔗0551(YZ0551)为母本,云南第一大主栽品种云蔗081609(YZ081609)为父本,先后于2018/2019杂交季和2021/2022杂交季在广东省科学院南繁种业研究所崖城甘蔗杂交育种基地和云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所完成杂交,获得杂交花穗,其中,2018/2019杂交季获得的杂交后代编号以“8-”开头,2021/2022杂交季获得的杂交后代以“V-”开头。2个杂交季共计培育杂交后代435份,连同其双亲共计437份材料构成本研究群体。
试验于2024年4月,采用随机区组的方式布置在云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所试验基地(开远),试验设3次重复,行长1.2 m,行距1.0 m,下芽量1棵/行,采用常规田间管理。
于2024年12月上旬,大田测定新植甘蔗的株高、茎径、有效茎数、锤度。田间取样后参照甘蔗制糖化学管理分析方法测定甘蔗糖度和糖产量等工艺性状,采用云南省农业科学院甘蔗研究所开发的甘蔗品质分析系统软件进行计算(俞华先等,2018昝逢刚等,2020)。此外,称量单茎重用于估算蔗茎产量(昝逢刚等,2020普新援等,2025),每个性状调查3个重复。蔗茎产量和糖产量的计算公式如下:

采用Excel 2021和SPSS 26.0整理试验数据,使用OriginPro 2025绘图。参照潘静等(2024)叶雪莲等(2024)李子琛等(2025)的方法,计算亲本值P(母本为P1、父本为P2)、方差(Vp1Vp2)、中亲值(MP),再计算杂交后代群体的平均值(F)、标准差(S)、方差(VH)、变异系数(CV)、遗传传递力(Ta)、广义遗传力(Hb2)、杂种优势率(H)、超高亲率(HH),计算公式如下:

公式中,hp为表型值超过高亲的杂交F1代,n为杂交F1代群体数量。
用Excel 2021和SPSS 26.0处理原始数据。利用Pearson法进行相关分析。参照曲志华等(2023)的方法进行主成分分析,并利用K-means法进行聚类分析,利用R4.5.1软件的circlize包和ComplexHeatmap包绘制聚类分析环形热图。
基于主成分进行隶属函数分析,即基于主成分得分求权重,最后利用权重计算综合评价D值,计算公式(覃伟等,2024)如下:

公式中,Di表示供试材料农艺性状综合评价值,ZXj)表示隶属度值,Wi表示权重值。利用OriginPro 2025绘制综合评价D值正态分布曲线。
图1可知,云蔗0551和云蔗081609的杂交后代8个性状(6个农艺性状和2个工艺性状)均近似正态分布,锤度的平均值为23.56%,集中分布在23.00%~24.00%;甘蔗糖度的平均值为16.17%,集中分布在15.00%~17.00%;单茎重的平均值为1.25 kg,集中分布在1.00~1.60 kg;株高的平均值为172.19 cm,集中分布在150~200 cm;茎径的平均值为3.09 cm,集中分布在2.5~3.5 cm;有效茎数的平均值为91429条/ha,集中分布在60000~140000条/ha;蔗茎产量的平均值为116.22 t/ha,多集中在50.00~200.00 t/ha;糖产量的平均值为18.87 t/ha,集中分布在10.00~30.00 t/ha。
表1可知,435份杂交后代材料的不同性状间差异明显,变异系数为3.68%~44.84%,其中糖产量和蔗茎产量的变异系数较大,分别为44.23%和44.84%,表明糖产量和蔗茎产量的遗传变异较丰富,其次是有效茎数和单茎重,变异系数分别为36.62%和26.01%,说明这2个性状变异程度也较大,锤度和甘蔗糖度的变异系数最小,分别为3.68%和5.52%,说明锤度和甘蔗糖度的变异程度较低;遗传传递力为71.69%~104.50%,其中有效茎和锤度的遗传传递力较高,分别为104.50%和98.23%;广义遗传力为61.35%~96.72%,最高的是株高和有效茎数,分别为96.72%和93.32%;株高和有效茎数的超高亲率分别为12.87%和11.95%。
利用Pearson法对供试材料的8个性状进行相关分析,结果如表2所示。锤度与糖产量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);甘蔗糖度与锤度、单茎重、株高和糖产量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同);单茎重与除锤度外的其他性状均呈极显著正相关;茎径与有效茎数、蔗茎产量、单茎重、株高和糖产量呈极显著正相关;有效茎数与单茎重、茎径、株高、蔗茎产量和糖产量呈极显著正相关;蔗茎产量与糖产量呈极显著正相关。因此,在实际育种过程中需要对各性状间的关系进行综合平衡,以确保既能提高产量又不会降低糖分含量。
对供试材料的8个性状进行主成分分析,以特征值≥1.000为标准提取主成分,结果显示(表3),8个性状的主要信息集中在前3个主成分中,累计贡献率达84.966%,能代表参试材料的绝大部分信息。主成分中各变量的系数是表示该性状作用大小的主要指标。第一主成分(PC1)的贡献率为36.319%,特征值为2.906,载荷较高且为正值的性状包括有效茎数(0.471)、蔗茎产量(0.305)、糖产量(0.296)、株高(0.110)和锤度(0.003),主要反映有效茎数和蔗茎产量方面的情况,故把PC1概括为产量因子1;第二主成分(PC2)的贡献率为26.986%,特征值为2.159,载荷较高且为正值的性状包括茎径(0.504)、单茎重(0.484)、株高(0.183)、甘蔗糖度(0.025)、糖产量(0.017)和蔗茎产量(0.013),主要反映茎径、单茎重和株高方面的情况,故把PC2概括为产量因子2;第三主成分(PC3)的贡献率为21.661%,特征值为1.733,载荷较高且为正值的性状包括锤度(0.542)甘蔗糖度(0.534)、糖产量(0.030)和株高(0.009),主要反映锤度、甘蔗糖度和糖产量方面的情况,故把PC3概括为糖分因子。
基于3个主成分进行聚类分析,结果(图2)显示,437份种质材料分成三大类,第Ⅰ类共140份材料,其锤度、甘蔗糖度、株高、有效茎、蔗茎产量和糖产量的均值最高,分别为23.68%、16.30%、190.04 cm、127594条/ha、165.79 t/ha和27.02 t/ha,多数性状的变异系数较低,稳定性相对较好,可从这部分材料中选育出高产、高糖甘蔗新品种,并可作为优良亲本利用;第Ⅱ类共151份材料,其茎径和单茎重优势明显,均值分别为3.39 cm和1.49 kg,株高适中,均值为182.34 cm,这部分材料可用于单茎性状改良;第Ⅲ类共146份材料,该类材料不同性状(除单茎重外)的变异系数高于Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类,无明显优势(表4)。
基于主成分分析的3个主成分得分,参照覃伟等(2024)的方法计算D值(图3)。D值主要反映后代材料综合性状的表现情况,D值越大,田间表现越理想。从表5可知,两亲本(云蔗0551和云蔗081609)作为对照组,其D值分别为0.4753和0.7102,后代材料中共有242份材料的D值超过云蔗0551,占比55.63%,共有4份材料的D值超过云蔗081609,占比0.09%;V-315、V-317、8-292、8-208等208份后代材料的D值大于0.5000,占后代材料的47.82%,田间表现优良。参考云南省农业科学院选种圃参试材料约前10%的入选标准,44份材料达入选标准,其中V-315、V-317、8-292、8-208、8-149、V-307和V-309等7份材料的D值大于0.7000,田间综合表现优异,具有高产、高糖的特性,均属于聚类分析中的第Ⅰ类群。值得一提的是,材料8-57已经多年田间试验评价,具有高产、高糖、抗倒伏特性,表现优异,品种名为云蔗19519,参加甘蔗新品种区域试验。
通过田间调查和统计分析,筛选出7份田间综合表现优良的种质资源,其性状如表6所示。这7份种质材料表现出高糖、高产的特性,可作为甘蔗杂交亲本加以利用,其中,锤度为22.81%~25.07%,甘蔗糖度为16.20%~17.54%,蔗茎产量为211.47~252.94 t/ha,糖产量均在30.00 t/ha以上,已高于目前甘蔗品种的产量。因此,这7份种质资源在育种优势上展现出“高产—高糖—高糖产”的三维度高效协同,为后续育种工作提供重要支撑。
农艺性状是区别不同甘蔗种质材料差异最简单、最基础的依据。通过农艺性状数据的大田收集和整理能直接了解其种性,苗锦山等(2010)段志芬等(2013)认为农艺性状是研究种质资源最基本、最快速和最重要的方法,对其展开遗传多样性研究,可快速了解甘蔗种质的利用价值,以便精准育种。谭秦亮等(2022)认为遗传变异系数是衡量遗传变异潜力大小的指标,表示群体中直接选择的范围,变异系数大的性状说明从该群体中筛选出具有该性状的优良个体的概率大,反之则小。本研究中,云蔗0551和云蔗081609的杂交后代变异系数为3.68%~44.84%,其中糖产量和蔗茎产量的变异系数较大,说明从该群体中选育出高糖产量、高蔗茎产量种质的概率更高,产量性状的改良相对容易;锤度和甘蔗糖度的变异系数较小(小于10.00%),说明选育出高锤度和高甘蔗糖度种质的概率较低,锤度的变异系数与周珊等(2023)的研究结果基本一致,但甘蔗糖度的变异系数低于刘家勇等(2022)的研究结果,可能是供试材料、亲本和组合及其数量的差异所导致。以上研究可能表明产量性状相关调控基因拥有更为丰富的遗传变异,而糖分性状相对保守,符合育种实践中的现实规律。
俞华先等(2025b)基于投影寻踪法对甘蔗新品系工艺性状和农艺性状进行综合评价,结果表明,单位面积的产量和产糖量是评价甘蔗品种优劣的重要指标。本研究相关分析结果显示,蔗茎产量与糖产量呈极显著正相关,与赵俊等(2012)的研究结果基本相符,而糖产量由蔗茎产量和蔗糖分决定,在品种改良过程中,产量和糖分只需其中之一能保持亲本水平,另一性状有所提高,就可能获得更优良的高产、高糖新品种。例如本研究中综合评价排名前4的V-315、V-317、8-292和8-208,这4份材料并非每个性状均高于亲本,但这些性状与亲本差异较小,且糖分或产量超过亲本,故其综合评价优于亲本。因此在甘蔗育种实践中,需要考虑糖分与产量相协调。此外,本研究中,云蔗0551和云蔗081609杂交后代的有效茎数和锤度遗传传递力最高,株高和有效茎数的广义遗传力和超高亲率均较高。有效茎和株高属于产量因子,锤度属于糖分因子,说明云蔗0551和云蔗081609的高产、高糖性状遗传给后代的概率高,且遗传较稳定,具有较高的育种潜力价值。
在田间试验过程中,材料的性状表现易受环境因素的影响。本研究中供试亲本材料的株高与俞华先等(2017)兰凤等(2024)对云蔗0551和云蔗081609在德宏蔗区的丰产性研究结果相比整体偏低,这可能是由于红河蔗区降水量较少而日照时间较长使生长季缺水所导致。由于所有材料的生长环境和管理方法相同,对种质的评价主要为多性状综合指标,能充分表现试验材料在相同环境下的表型差异,故株高偏低并不影响本研究的评价结果,但由于不良环境因素的影响,可能会限制优良种性的发挥。参考云南省农业科学院选种圃参试材料约前10%的入选标准,达入选标准的材料有44份,后续将开展进一步筛选和评价,从中选育高产、高糖、性状稳定的材料作为储备并加以利用。
云蔗0551和云蔗081609的高糖、高产性状遗传稳定,具有较高的育种价值,可作为甘蔗育种的重要亲本。二者杂交后代的农艺性状遗传变异丰富,其中V-315、V-317、8-292、8-208、8-149、V-307和V-309等综合表现优良,可作为高产、高糖亲本利用,同时可对其开展品比试验,进一步选育优良新品种。杂交后代8-57经过多年田间试验评价,表现高产、高糖、抗倒伏,特性优良,品种名为云蔗19519,参加甘蔗新品种区域试验。
