Objective

This study aimed to systematically characterize the histological structure,cellular ultrastructural features,and distribution patterns of mucous cells and club cells in dorsal,abdominal,and tail skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei,thereby providing histological evidence for elucidating its habitat adaptation mechanisms and supporting germplasm resource conservation.

Method

Three healthy adult female fish were selected,and their skin tissues were collected from the dorsal,abdominal,and tail regions. The samples were examined by light microscope and transmission electron microscope after hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) and Alcian blue-periodic acid Schiff staining (AB-PAS). ImageJ was used to conduct quantitative analysis on the thickness of epidermal and dermal layers,as well as the numbers of mucous cells and club cells in the dorsal,abdominal,and tail skin.

Result

The skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei was scaleless and consisted of the epidermis,dermis,and subcutaneous layer. Pigment cells were present in the dermis of dorsal and tail skin,whereas adipose tissue was abundant in the subcutaneous layer of abdominal skin. Transmission electron microscope observation results revealed that the epithelial cells in the epidermis,with numerous fingerprint-like micro-ridges on the free end of these cells;abundant desmosomal junctions were observed between epithelial cells;fibroblasts were present in the middle dermis,adjacent to densely arranged bundles of collagen fibers. Epidermis thickness was in the order of abdomen > dorsum > tail,and the dermis thickness of dorsal and abdominal skin was significantly greater than that of the caudal skin (P<0.05,the same below),with only a slight difference in thickness between the dorsal and abdominal dermis,while the caudal dermis was the thinnest. Mucous cells were mainly distributed in the superficial epidermis and were dominated by type III mucous cells,with a small number of type II and type IV mucous cells also observed. The number of mucous cells in the dorsal skin was significantly higher than that in the abdominal and tail skin. No significant difference was observed in the number of club cells among the skin at different parts of Euchiloglanis kishinouyeiP>0.05).

Conclusion

The scaleless skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei contributes to the establishment of a physical barrier and chemical defense system adapted to torrent gravel habitat through coordinated features including epidermal thickening,predominance of type III mucous cells,and relatively uniform distribution of club cells. Differences in skin structure and cellular distribution in different parts of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei reflect functional responses to differential external stresses,such as hydraulic impact and substrate abrasion.

目的

系统解析黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤的组织结构、细胞超微特征及黏液细胞和棒状细胞的分布规律,为深入理解其生境适应机制及种质资源保护提供组织学依据。

方法

选取3尾健康雌性成鱼,采集背部、腹部和尾部皮肤组织,经苏木精—伊红和阿利辛蓝—过碘酸雪夫染色后使用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行观察;采用ImageJ对黄石爬鮡背部、腹部及尾部皮肤的表皮层与真皮层厚度、黏液细胞和棒状细胞数量进行定量分析。

结果

黄石爬鮡皮肤无鳞片,由表皮层、真皮层和皮下层构成,背部与尾部皮肤真皮层含色素细胞,腹部皮肤皮下层富含脂肪组织。透射电子显微镜观察结果显示,表皮层中可见上皮细胞,且上皮细胞游离端有较多指纹状微嵴;上皮细胞间可见丰富的桥粒连接;真皮中层可见成纤维细胞,其旁可见胶原纤维呈束状紧密排列。表皮层厚度表现为腹部>背部>尾部,背部和腹部真皮层厚度显著大于尾部(P<0.05,下同),背部与腹部真皮层厚度差异较小,尾部真皮层厚度最小。黏液细胞主要分布于表皮浅层,以III型黏液细胞为主,并可见少量II型和IV型黏液细胞。背部皮肤黏液细胞数量显著多于腹部和尾部皮肤,黄石爬鮡各部位皮肤间棒状细胞数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。

结论

黄石爬鮡的无鳞皮肤通过表皮增厚、黏液细胞以Ⅲ型为主及棒状细胞均匀分布等特征,协同构建了适应急流砾石生境的物理屏障与化学防御体系。黄石爬鮡不同部位皮肤的结构与细胞分布差异,是对水流冲击和底质摩擦等差异化外界胁迫的功能性响应。

目的

系统解析黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤的组织结构、细胞超微特征及黏液细胞和棒状细胞的分布规律,为深入理解其生境适应机制及种质资源保护提供组织学依据。

方法

选取3尾健康雌性成鱼,采集背部、腹部和尾部皮肤组织,经苏木精—伊红和阿利辛蓝—过碘酸雪夫染色后使用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行观察;采用ImageJ对黄石爬鮡背部、腹部及尾部皮肤的表皮层与真皮层厚度、黏液细胞和棒状细胞数量进行定量分析。

结果

黄石爬鮡皮肤无鳞片,由表皮层、真皮层和皮下层构成,背部与尾部皮肤真皮层含色素细胞,腹部皮肤皮下层富含脂肪组织。透射电子显微镜观察结果显示,表皮层中可见上皮细胞,且上皮细胞游离端有较多指纹状微嵴;上皮细胞间可见丰富的桥粒连接;真皮中层可见成纤维细胞,其旁可见胶原纤维呈束状紧密排列。表皮层厚度表现为腹部>背部>尾部,背部和腹部真皮层厚度显著大于尾部(P<0.05,下同),背部与腹部真皮层厚度差异较小,尾部真皮层厚度最小。黏液细胞主要分布于表皮浅层,以III型黏液细胞为主,并可见少量II型和IV型黏液细胞。背部皮肤黏液细胞数量显著多于腹部和尾部皮肤,黄石爬鮡各部位皮肤间棒状细胞数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。

结论

黄石爬鮡的无鳞皮肤通过表皮增厚、黏液细胞以Ⅲ型为主及棒状细胞均匀分布等特征,协同构建了适应急流砾石生境的物理屏障与化学防御体系。黄石爬鮡不同部位皮肤的结构与细胞分布差异,是对水流冲击和底质摩擦等差异化外界胁迫的功能性响应。

Objective

This study aimed to systematically characterize the histological structure,cellular ultrastructural features,and distribution patterns of mucous cells and club cells in dorsal,abdominal,and tail skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei,thereby providing histological evidence for elucidating its habitat adaptation mechanisms and supporting germplasm resource conservation.

Method

Three healthy adult female fish were selected,and their skin tissues were collected from the dorsal,abdominal,and tail regions. The samples were examined by light microscope and transmission electron microscope after hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) and Alcian blue-periodic acid Schiff staining (AB-PAS). ImageJ was used to conduct quantitative analysis on the thickness of epidermal and dermal layers,as well as the numbers of mucous cells and club cells in the dorsal,abdominal,and tail skin.

Result

The skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei was scaleless and consisted of the epidermis,dermis,and subcutaneous layer. Pigment cells were present in the dermis of dorsal and tail skin,whereas adipose tissue was abundant in the subcutaneous layer of abdominal skin. Transmission electron microscope observation results revealed that the epithelial cells in the epidermis,with numerous fingerprint-like micro-ridges on the free end of these cells;abundant desmosomal junctions were observed between epithelial cells;fibroblasts were present in the middle dermis,adjacent to densely arranged bundles of collagen fibers. Epidermis thickness was in the order of abdomen > dorsum > tail,and the dermis thickness of dorsal and abdominal skin was significantly greater than that of the caudal skin (P<0.05,the same below),with only a slight difference in thickness between the dorsal and abdominal dermis,while the caudal dermis was the thinnest. Mucous cells were mainly distributed in the superficial epidermis and were dominated by type III mucous cells,with a small number of type II and type IV mucous cells also observed. The number of mucous cells in the dorsal skin was significantly higher than that in the abdominal and tail skin. No significant difference was observed in the number of club cells among the skin at different parts of Euchiloglanis kishinouyeiP>0.05).

Conclusion

The scaleless skin of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei contributes to the establishment of a physical barrier and chemical defense system adapted to torrent gravel habitat through coordinated features including epidermal thickening,predominance of type III mucous cells,and relatively uniform distribution of club cells. Differences in skin structure and cellular distribution in different parts of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei reflect functional responses to differential external stresses,such as hydraulic impact and substrate abrasion.

【研究意义】皮肤是鱼类与水环境直接接触的第一道生理屏障,不仅承担着机械保护、渗透压调节及气体交换等基础生理功能,还可通过分泌黏液、富集免疫细胞等方式参与机体防御(Ángeles Esteban,2012;苏金枝等,2024)。黄石爬鮡(Euchiloglanis kishinouyei)隶属于鲇形目(Siluriformes)鮡科(Sisori-dae)石爬鮡属(Euchiloglanis),为长江上游特有小型底栖鱼类,主要栖息于金沙江、岷江及大渡河流域等急流砾石生境。其肉质鲜美,兼具高蛋白、低脂肪等特点,具有较高的食用与经济价值。该鱼体表无鳞片覆盖,上颌部及鳍条处皮肤特化形成吸附结构,是适应高原急流环境的典型类群(王聪,2025)。系统阐释黄石爬鮡皮肤组织结构特征,对揭示其应对急流冲击、机械摩擦及病原侵袭的适应性机制,以及其人工养殖中的疾病防控技术优化与资源保护策略制定具有重要意义。【前人研究进展】鱼类皮肤是鱼体与水环境直接接触的外周屏障,其组织结构和细胞组成与物种分类地位、栖息环境、运动方式及免疫防御需求密切相关。研究表明,鱼类皮肤通常由表皮层、真皮层和皮下组织构成,有些鱼类还具有鳞片这一重要的皮肤衍生结构,其在机械保护、减少体表摩擦和阻挡病原入侵等方面发挥重要作用(吕伟华等,2021)。与有鳞鱼类不同,无鳞或鳞片退化鱼类体表缺乏鳞片的保护,其表皮直接暴露于水体环境中,因而更依赖表皮厚度、黏液细胞分泌、细胞间连接、真皮胶原纤维及皮肤附属结构等共同维持皮肤屏障的完整性(严太明等,2014)。鱼类皮肤组织学研究已在高原鳅(Triplophysa)(杨淞等,2017Ni et al.,2024)、黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)(陈楚等,2018)、大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)(何早等,2025黄梁军等,2025)等多个类群中展开。鱼类皮肤中分布有丰富的黏液细胞,其分泌的黏液可在体表形成连续的黏液膜,不仅有助于降低游泳或贴附移动过程中的体表摩擦和维持渗透压平衡,还可通过黏附、包裹和排出悬浮颗粒及病原微生物发挥物理防御作用;与此同时,鱼类皮肤黏液中含有糖蛋白、黏蛋白、凝集素、抗菌肽、溶菌酶、补体、蛋白酶、免疫球蛋白及多种水解酶等活性物质,可参与抗菌、抗寄生虫、损伤修复和局部免疫调节,是鱼类非特异性免疫防御体系的重要组成部分(Tsutsui et al.,2009Rajan et al.,2011Go et al.,2019Saleh et al.,2019)。此外,硬骨鱼类表皮中已发现巨噬细胞、B细胞、T细胞、粒细胞及树突状细胞等多种免疫细胞,并能产生明显的免疫应答反应(Xu et al.,2013王晓萌等,2025)。虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)经细菌感染后,其皮肤黏膜中的IgT发生自身分泌,且IgT阳性B细胞出现局部增殖,表明鱼类皮肤黏膜具备独立的局部免疫应答机制,并在特异性免疫过程中发挥重要作用(Zhang et al.,2021王苗苗等,2025)。北极鳕鱼(Boreogadus saida)和大西洋鳕鱼(Gadus morhua)等物种的研究发现,皮肤中的棒状细胞参与化学警报、损伤修复及免疫应答,为鱼类皮肤防御体系研究提供了新视角(Ytteborg et al.,2020)。【本研究切入点】目前,针对黄石爬鮡的研究多集中于资源评估、消化系统组织学及血液学等方面(王永明等,2015杨淞等,2015颜涛等,2022),而针对其皮肤组织学的系统性研究仍较为匮乏。【拟解决的关键问题】采用苏木精—伊红(HE)和阿利辛蓝—过碘酸雪夫(AB-PAS)染色并结合光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察,从显微与超微结构2个维度揭示黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤的组织结构、超微特征及黏液细胞和棒状细胞的分布规律,旨在为深入理解黄石爬鮡的生境适应机制及其种质资源保护提供组织学依据。
供试黄石爬鮡采集自四川省大渡河流域,选取雌性成鱼3尾,体长为18.5±2.3 cm,体质量为126.3±18.5 g。经MS-222麻醉后,分别于背部、腹部和尾部剪取1 cm×1 cm的皮肤组织块(图1)。动物试验由四川省农业科学院水产研究所动物伦理委员会批准,批准号20251103001A。
将皮肤组织块置于4%多聚甲醛中室温固定8~24 h。待组织充分固定后,弃固定液,经梯度酒精逐级脱水;随后转移至50%二甲苯与50%酒精混合液、二甲苯中透明,具体时间视组织大小而定;之后将组织移入65 ℃热石蜡中透蜡并包埋。将包埋蜡块切成厚度为5 μm的切片,脱蜡后依次于100%、95%、85%和75%酒精中复水5 min,自来水冲洗。采用HE和AB-PAS染色进行组织学观察,中性树胶封片后使用光学显微镜(徕卡微系统股份公司)对石蜡切片进行观察,使用SQS-40R切片扫描系统进行全景扫描成像。
采集的各部位皮肤组织于2.5%戊二醛中4 ℃固定过夜,经PBS缓冲液冲洗后,以1%四氧化锇再固定;经丙酮逐级脱水后,使用Epox 812树脂渗透并包埋。制备超薄切片(厚度60~90 nm),将切片平铺于铜网上,室温下以醋酸铀及柠檬酸铅染色。使用JEM-1400FLASH透射电子显微镜观察并采集图像。
采用ImageJ对背部、腹部及尾部皮肤的表皮层与真皮层厚度进行定量分析(选取各部位中间厚度的代表性区域),每个部位进行3次重复;同时在10倍镜下测定皮肤组织截面面积,并统计其中黏液细胞与棒状细胞数量,结果换算为每0.01 mm2皮肤组织截面中的细胞数量,每个样本计数3个视野。图像处理采用Adobe Photoshop CS6完成。
使用R语言统计试验数据并进行单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA)。
黄石爬鮡体表无鳞片,背部与尾部皮肤呈深褐色,腹部皮肤颜色较浅。从分层结构来看,3个部位的皮肤均由表皮层、真皮层及皮下层构成(图2)。表皮层中分布有丰富的黏液细胞和棒状细胞;黏液细胞呈圆形、椭圆形或杯状,大小不一,HE染色呈浅蓝色;棒状细胞广泛分布于各部位皮肤表皮深层,体积明显大于黏液细胞,细胞核较小,HE染色呈浅粉色。真皮层位于表皮层之下,由纤维结缔组织构成;背部与尾部皮肤真皮层中可见色素细胞分布,腹部皮肤未见色素细胞。腹部皮肤皮下层存在大量脂肪组织,呈较多空泡样结构,而背部与尾部皮肤皮下层脂肪组织较少,尾部皮肤皮下层与肌肉组织连接较为紧密。
透射电子显微镜观察结果显示,背部、腹部和尾部皮肤超微结构相似,表皮层与真皮层之间基膜结构清晰(图3-A),基膜作为表皮层与真皮层的连接结构,对维持皮肤组织稳定性具有重要作用。表皮层中可见上皮细胞,细胞及细胞核均呈扁平状,上皮细胞游离端有较多指纹状微嵴(图3-B)。还可观察到较大的黏液细胞,呈卵圆形,胞质内充满黏原颗粒,胞核被挤向一侧(图3-C)。上皮细胞间可见丰富的桥粒连接(图3-D),除发挥机械连接作用外,还可阻挡细胞外分子物质经细胞间隙进入组织。真皮中层可见成纤维细胞,细胞呈梭形,细胞核较大,几乎占据整个细胞,其旁可见胶原纤维呈束状紧密排列,交织成网状(图3-E)。此外,还可观察到色素细胞,胞内含有大量色素颗粒(图3-F)。
对黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤表皮层与真皮层厚度的测量结果(图4)显示,不同部位表皮层厚度存在一定差异,其中腹部表皮层厚度最大,背部次之,尾部最小,腹部和背部表皮层厚度显著大于尾部(P<0.05,下同)。在真皮层厚度方面,背部和腹部真皮层厚度显著大于尾部,背部与腹部真皮层厚度差异较小,尾部真皮层厚度最小。
AB-PAS染色结果(图5)显示,黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部黏液细胞主要分布于表皮浅层,呈圆形或椭圆形,以Ⅲ型黏液细胞为主(紫红色),并可见少量Ⅱ型(蓝色)和Ⅳ型(蓝紫色)黏液细胞。棒状细胞经AB-PAS染色呈阴性反应。
对黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤中黏液细胞和棒状细胞的计数结果(表1)显示,背部皮肤黏液细胞数量显著多于腹部和尾部皮肤,尾部皮肤黏液细胞数量最少;黄石爬鮡各部位皮肤间棒状细胞数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。
水环境中富含各类病原微生物,鱼类皮肤作为抵御外界病原体入侵的第一道屏障,具有至关重要的作用(Magnadottir,2010)。研究证实,鱼类皮肤作为与水环境直接接触的外周屏障,其组织结构与物种栖息环境、生活习性及生理需求高度适应(吕伟华等,2021)。黄石爬鮡皮肤覆盖整个躯体外部,由表皮层、真皮层和皮下层组成,这一结构与似鲇高原鳅(Triplophysa siluroides)和玫瑰高原鳅(Triplophysa rosa)等无鳞鱼类一致(杨淞等,2017Ni et al.,2024)。作为皮肤的衍生物,鳞片具有保护身体、减少游动摩擦及防御病原侵害等功能(严太明等,2014)。不同于大口黑鲈、虹鳟等有鳞鱼类,以及泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)等鳞片细小且埋藏于皮下的鱼类,黄石爬鮡皮肤直接接触外界环境,可能是其适应急流砾石生境的独特特征。在急流环境中,鳞片可能增加鱼体游动时的水流阻力,而无鳞皮肤可减少体表凸起,尾部较薄的皮肤尤其有利于提升尾部摆动的灵活性与力量传导效率,辅助其在复杂砾石间快速游动。此外,黄石爬鮡上颌部及鳍条部位皮肤特化为吸附结构,是适应高原溪流环境的典型特征,该特化皮肤通过表皮微嵴增强机械附着力,有助于其在砾石环境中稳定栖息并抵御水流冲击(王聪,2025)。透射电子显微镜观察发现,黄石爬鮡皮肤上皮细胞游离端具有较多指纹状微嵴,细胞间存在丰富的桥粒连接,真皮层中含束状排列的胶原纤维,这些结构共同保障了皮肤的机械稳定性与屏障完整性。
黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤中均分布有丰富的黏液细胞。根据AB-PAS染色结果,鱼类黏液细胞可分为四型:Ⅰ型呈红色,PAS染色阳性,主要含中性黏蛋白;Ⅱ型呈蓝色,AB染色阳性,主要含酸性黏蛋白;Ⅲ型呈紫红色,AB与PAS染色均阳性,主要含中性黏蛋白及少量酸性黏蛋白;Ⅳ型呈蓝紫色,AB与PAS染色均阳性,主要含酸性黏蛋白及少量中性黏蛋白(李艳菲等,2020)。本研究结果显示,黄石爬鮡皮肤黏液细胞以Ⅲ型黏液细胞为主,另有少量Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型黏液细胞分布,表明其黏液细胞主要含中性黏多糖和部分酸性黏多糖,与葛氏鲈塘鳢(Perccottus glenii)的研究结果相似(陈楚等,2018)。不同于大口黑鲈、欧洲鳗鲡(Anguilla anguilla)等鱼类,本研究未在黄石爬鮡皮肤中观察到Ⅰ型黏液细胞;此外,黄颡鱼体表黏液细胞以Ⅰ型黏液细胞为主,泥鳅则以Ⅱ型黏液细胞为主(林旋等,2008陈楚等,2018何早等,2025)。不同类型黏液细胞的分布特征在不同鱼类间差异明显,与种类特性及栖息环境等多种因素相关。黏液细胞分泌的黏液中含有抗菌蛋白、溶菌酶、补体等多种活性物质,能有效抵御病原微生物,并参与非特异性免疫防御;同时,大量研究证实硬骨鱼类表皮中存在巨噬细胞、B细胞、T细胞、粒细胞及树突状细胞等多种免疫细胞,并表现出明显的免疫应答反应(Xu et al.,2013Zhang et al.,2021)。中性黏多糖可形成黏稠的黏液层覆盖于上皮细胞表面,发挥保护作用(赵帅等,2014),酸性黏多糖则具有一定的抗菌活性,在免疫防御中发挥重要功能(Sun et al.,2019)。黄石爬鮡皮肤黏液中含有较多中性黏多糖和部分酸性黏多糖,可能是其长期适应急流生境而形成的功能适配策略,有助于其在复杂底栖急流的环境中生存。
鱼体表不同部位黏液细胞的分布存在较大差异。黄石爬鮡背部皮肤黏液细胞数量显著多于腹部和尾部,尾部最少,这一分布特征可能与其功能相适应。背部皮肤直接面向水流环境,需直接应对悬浮颗粒物冲击及病原微生物接触等多种外界胁迫;腹部常与底质直接接触,较多的黏液有助于减轻因摩擦造成的机械损伤。此外,皮肤厚度是反映皮肤结构基础的重要指标,与鱼类生存环境密切相关。从厚度差异来看,黄石爬鮡腹部表皮层厚度最大,这一结果与黑斑原鮡(Glyptosternum maculatum)相似,后者长期生活于雅鲁藏布江水流湍急的砾石河段且为底栖鱼类,其腹部皮肤厚度显著大于背部和头部皮肤(张颖等,2021)。黄石爬鮡腹部长期与砾石接触,更厚的表皮可增强耐磨能力,减少贴附移动时的机械损伤。表皮棒状细胞已在北极鳕鱼、大西洋鳕鱼、鲇鱼(Rita rita)等多种鱼类中被发现(Kumari et al.,2009Ytteborg et al.,2020)。其体积较大,明显大于黏液细胞,细胞核呈凹陷状且位于细胞中央,部分具有双核,AB-PAS和HE染色均不显色(Pandey et al.,2021)。多数研究将表皮棒状细胞定义为警戒细胞,在捕食者损伤被捕食者皮肤时被动释放化学警报信号,以警告同种个体危险的存在(Halbgewachs et al.,2009)。越来越多的研究显示,棒状细胞可对多种免疫调节剂或环境应激源产生应答,如皮质醇、病原体、机械损伤及紫外线等;同时,棒状细胞内还检测到硫酸软骨素、角蛋白及黏液等多种物质(Chivers et al.,2007Manek et al.,20122014Chia et al.,2019)。胖头鱥(Pimephales promelas)经水霉感染后表皮棒状细胞密度增加,而露斯塔野鲮(Labeo rohita)感染嗜水气单胞菌后表皮棒状细胞密度降低(Pollock et al.,2012Srivastava et al.,2020),提示棒状细胞可能参与多种免疫功能。本研究结果显示,黄石爬鮡背部、腹部及尾部皮肤中均发现丰富的体积较大的棒状细胞,且3个部位的棒状细胞数量无显著差异,为该物种在复杂急流环境中维持皮肤屏障完整性与免疫防护能力打下了组织学基础。
本研究系统解析了黄石爬鮡背部、腹部和尾部皮肤的组织学特征,为其生境适应机制提供了关键依据,但仍存在一定局限性。受黄石爬鮡资源特性及野外取样条件限制,本研究的样本均为雌性成鱼,未纳入雄性个体进行对照分析。此外,本研究仅聚焦于躯干核心区域(背部、腹部、尾部)的皮肤适应性特征,未涉及头部和鳍基部等潜在特化区域,未能全面覆盖鱼体各部位皮肤的功能分化。后续研究应在样本获取许可的条件下,补充雄性个体及特殊部位皮肤的组织学分析,进一步完善该物种皮肤适应机制的系统性研究。
黄石爬鮡的无鳞皮肤通过表皮增厚、黏液细胞以Ⅲ型为主及棒状细胞均匀分布等特征,协同构建了适应急流砾石生境的物理屏障与化学防御体系。黄石爬鮡不同部位皮肤的结构与细胞分布差异,是对水流冲击和底质摩擦等差异化外界胁迫的功能性响应。
