The contents of silver (Ag), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and sulfur (S) in a polymetallic ore in Heilongjiang are 330.52 g/t, 0.57%, 0.29%, 25.77%, 9.05% and 3.38%, respectively. Due to the carbon content is high, mineral dissemination relationship is complex, as well as Ag, Pb and Zn are partially wrapped in Fe-Mn minerals, it is difficult to guarantee the concentrate grade and recovery rate. In order to realize the comprehensive recovery of valuable components in the ore, the process of Ag−Pb−Zn mixed flotation and Fe-Mn magnetic separation was adopted, and the full process closed-circuit test was carried out. The Ag, Pb and Zn grades of the Ag−Pb−Zn mixed concentrate obtained by the test are 3 010.80 g/t, 5.39% and 2.37%, respectively, and the recovery rates are 83.35%, 89.61% and 77.55%, respectively. The Fe grade and recovery rate of the Fe concentrate are 60.97% and 8.01%, respectively, and the total Fe recovery rate is 71.89%. The Mn grade and recovery rate of Mn concentrate are 18.30% and 76.38%, respectively. The tailings yield of the full process is 50.23%, and the Ag, Pb and Zn grades of the tailings are 35.07 g/t, 0.055% and 0.068%, respectively. By using copper sulfate as an activator and butyl xanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as a collectors in Ag−Pb−Zn mixed flotation, the process has realized the comprehensive recovery of Ag, Pb and Zn with high recovery rates, as well as the effective recovery of Fe and Mn, additionally, the backwater can be reused in production.

黑龙江某多金属矿的银、铅、锌、铁、锰和硫含量分别为330.52 g/t、0.57%、0.29%、25.77%、9.05%和3.38%,且碳含量高,矿物嵌布关系复杂,银、铅、锌部分包裹在铁锰矿物中,导致精矿品位和回收率难以保证。为了实现矿石中有价组分的综合回收,采取“银铅锌混浮-铁锰磁选”的工艺流程,开展了全流程闭路试验,试验获得的银铅锌混合精矿的银、铅、锌品位分别为3 010.80 g/t、5.39%和2.37%,回收率分别为83.35%、89.61%和77.55%;铁精矿的铁品位和回收率分别为60.97%和8.01%,铁总回收率为71.89%;锰精矿的锰品位和回收率分别为18.30%和76.38%;全流程尾矿产率为50.23%,尾矿的银、铅、锌品位分别为35.07 g/t、0.055%和0.068%。试验通过在银铅锌混合浮选中采用硫酸铜作为活化剂,丁黄药+丁铵黑药作为捕收剂,实现了银铅锌较高回收率的综合回收,同时有效地回收了铁和锰,且回水可以回用于生产。

The contents of silver (Ag), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and sulfur (S) in a polymetallic ore in Heilongjiang are 330.52 g/t, 0.57%, 0.29%, 25.77%, 9.05% and 3.38%, respectively. Due to the carbon content is high, mineral dissemination relationship is complex, as well as Ag, Pb and Zn are partially wrapped in Fe-Mn minerals, it is difficult to guarantee the concentrate grade and recovery rate. In order to realize the comprehensive recovery of valuable components in the ore, the process of Ag−Pb−Zn mixed flotation and Fe-Mn magnetic separation was adopted, and the full process closed-circuit test was carried out. The Ag, Pb and Zn grades of the Ag−Pb−Zn mixed concentrate obtained by the test are 3 010.80 g/t, 5.39% and 2.37%, respectively, and the recovery rates are 83.35%, 89.61% and 77.55%, respectively. The Fe grade and recovery rate of the Fe concentrate are 60.97% and 8.01%, respectively, and the total Fe recovery rate is 71.89%. The Mn grade and recovery rate of Mn concentrate are 18.30% and 76.38%, respectively. The tailings yield of the full process is 50.23%, and the Ag, Pb and Zn grades of the tailings are 35.07 g/t, 0.055% and 0.068%, respectively. By using copper sulfate as an activator and butyl xanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as a collectors in Ag−Pb−Zn mixed flotation, the process has realized the comprehensive recovery of Ag, Pb and Zn with high recovery rates, as well as the effective recovery of Fe and Mn, additionally, the backwater can be reused in production.

铅锌矿是重要的战略性资源[1-2],并且在铅锌硫化矿中常伴生多种有价元素(如金、银等),使铅锌矿物的综合回收价值更高[3-7]。我国铅锌矿资源储量丰富,铅、锌资源储量居世界第四位,资源产区主要集中在云南、广东、内蒙古、甘肃、江西、湖南等地区[8-11]。对于难选的铅锌矿,通常采用浮选法精选[12-13]。在研发铅锌矿的浮选工艺时,首先要保证铅锌精矿的品位及回收率,在此基础上再考虑综合回收其他伴生的有价元素,最终实现资源的综合利用[13-15]。黑龙江某高铁锰低铅锌含银多金属矿的银铅锌粒度微细,碳含量较高,矿物嵌布关系复杂,且银铅锌部分包裹在铁锰矿物中,导致精矿品位和回收率难以保证[16-17]。针对这一问题,采取银铅锌混浮-铁锰磁选的综合回收工艺流程,较大限度地实现了银铅锌铁锰有价元素的综合回收,为高铁锰低铅锌含银多金属矿的综合回收提供了技术思路。
对取自黑龙江某多金属矿的矿样进行了化学多元素分析,结果见表1。由表1可知,原矿银、铅、锌、铁、锰和硫的含量分别为330.52 g/t、0.57%、0.29%、25.77%、9.05%和3.38%,主要杂质组分SiO2和C的含量分别为28.18%和5.49%,其余杂质为CaO、Al2O3和MgO。
矿石中主要有用矿物为辉银矿、深红银矿、脆银矿,少量自然银、硫锑铜银矿、少银或含银黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿、磁铁矿、钙铁菱锰矿、钙锰菱铁矿、菱铁锰矿、菱锰铁矿等,脉石矿物以石英、正长石、斜长石、钠长石、透辉石、锰辉石等为主。对原矿中的银铅锌分别进行物相分析,分析结果见表2表4
表2可知,矿石中的银主要以硫化银的形式存在,占总银的88.85%;单质银分布率为2.21%,0.97%的银以类质同象的形式赋存在金属硫化物中,三者合计含量为92.03%,约7.97%的银赋存在硅酸盐和氧化物中。由表3可知,矿石中的铅主要赋存在硫化铅中,约占总铅的90.78%,氧化铅占比约为4.90%。由表4可知,矿石中的锌主要分布在硫化物中,占总锌的85.29%,氧化锌占比约为10.00%,其他矿物中的锌含量为4.71%。
矿石中主要矿物的嵌布特征如图1所示。方铅矿整体上与脉石矿物、铁锰碳酸盐矿连生关系最为密切,闪锌矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿次之,方铅矿粒度为0.026~0.425 mm,属细粒级嵌布范畴。
闪锌矿以它形粒状为主,粒度一般介于0.052~0.425 mm,属细至中粒级嵌布范畴。闪锌矿与方铅矿、黄铁矿镶嵌关系密切,常见方铅矿、黄铁矿沿闪锌矿边缘、粒间或裂隙充填,少部分细粒级黄铁矿包裹在闪锌矿中。
铁锰碳酸盐矿物与黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿嵌存关系紧密,常见金属硫化物嵌存在铁锰碳酸盐矿物中或与之连生。整体上,铁锰碳酸盐矿物种类较为复杂,各过渡相相互交生,镜下可见不同粒度的银矿物嵌布其中,部分细小银矿物包裹在菱铁锰矿或菱锰铁矿中。
由原矿性质分析可知,矿石中铅锌含量较低,且矿石中银铅锌粒度微细,从矿石中解离出来难度较大,会对银铅锌的回收产生不利影响[18-20]。银铅锌部分包裹在铁锰碳酸盐矿物中,即使细磨也难以解离,将会导致损失在铁锰混合精矿中的含量高,进而对银铅锌的回收产生不利影响[21],致使选矿难度较大。
本试验主要采用浮选和磁选的选矿方法进行研究,首先使用球磨机将矿样破碎至所需要的细度,然后使用XFD-Ⅱ型挂槽浮选机进行浮选作业,粗选浮选槽容积为1.5 L,浮选质量浓度为32%左右,精选作业分别在容积为1.0 L、0.75 L和0.5 L的XFD-Ⅱ型挂槽浮选机上进行。磁选作业使用的磁选机分别为XCGS-50型磁选管和SLon-100周期式脉动高梯度磁选机。
针对上述原矿银铅锌铁锰进行回收,拟采取银铅锌混浮-铁锰磁选的工艺流程,进行银铅锌混浮粗选条件试验。
首先进行了磨矿细度试验,试验过程中改变磨矿细度,其他试验条件如活化剂用量、捕收剂种类及用量、起泡剂用量、浮选时间等均保持不变,试验流程如图2所示,试验结果如图3所示。
图3可知,随着—0.074 mm粒级含量的逐渐增加,混浮粗精矿Ag、Pb、Zn的品位均逐渐减小,回收率均先增加后保持稳定。综合考虑银铅锌的品位和回收率,混浮工艺合适的磨矿细度为—0.074 mm占89%,此时混浮粗精矿Ag、Pb、Zn的品位分别为2 246.84 g/t、3.96%和1.62%,回收率分别为83.71%、91.42%和76.32%。
为了获得较高的银铅锌回收率,使用硫酸铜作为活化剂,在磨矿细度为—0.074 mm占89%,丁黄药、丁铵黑药和2#油用量分别为60 g/t、20 g/t和30 g/t,浮选时间为4 min的条件下,通过混浮粗选试验考察硫酸铜用量对银铅锌粗精矿品位和回收率的影响,试验结果见图4
图4可知,随着硫酸铜的用量逐渐增加,混浮粗精矿的Ag、Pb的品位逐渐增加,回收率先增加后趋于稳定;Zn的品位先增加后趋于稳定,回收率先增加后略微减小。在硫酸铜用量为50 g/t时,Ag、Zn的回收率达到最大值,此时Pb的回收率也较高,且此时Ag、Pb、Zn的品位也均较高,因此硫酸铜用量为50 g/t较为合适。
筛选了4种捕收剂用于试验,包括常规的丁黄药和戊黄药,碳链较长的高级黄药辛基黄药,以及对金银贵金属具有良好捕收效果的Y89。捕收剂种类试验的结果见图5
图5可知,在使用丁黄药作为银铅锌混浮粗选捕收剂时,粗精矿的Ag、Pb、Zn的品位均最高,且此时Ag、Pb、Zn的回收率与使用其他捕收剂相比也能达到较高水平,因此可以确定丁黄药为较为合适的捕收剂。
在磨矿细度—0.074 mm占89%,活化剂硫酸铜用量为50 g/t,捕收剂丁铵黑药和起泡剂2#油用量分别为20 g/t和30 g/t,浮选时间为4 min的条件下,通过试验考察了丁黄药用量对银铅锌混浮粗选效果的影响,试验结果见图6
图6可知,随着捕收剂丁黄药的用量逐渐增加,混浮粗精矿的Ag、Pb、Zn品位均逐渐减小,回收率均增大后趋于稳定。在丁黄药用量为60 g/t的条件下,粗精矿银铅锌的品位和回收率均较高,继续增加药剂用量,回收率虽略有增加但粗精矿品位却下降较多,因此确定丁黄药合适的用量为60 g/t。
在磨矿细度—0.074 mm占89%,活化剂硫酸铜用量为50 g/t,丁黄药和起泡剂2#油用量分别为60 g/t和30 g/t,浮选时间为4 min的条件下,通过试验考察了丁铵黑药用量对银铅锌混浮粗选效果的影响,试验结果见图7
图7可知,随着丁铵黑药的用量逐渐增加,混浮粗精矿的Ag、Pb、Zn品位均逐渐减小,而回收率均增大后趋于稳定。在丁铵黑药用量为20 g/t的条件下,粗精矿的银铅锌品位和回收率均较高,继续增加用量,回收率虽略有增加,但粗精矿品位却下降较多,因此确定丁铵黑药合适的用量为20 g/t。
在磨矿细度、活化剂用量、捕收剂种类及用量、浮选时间等均保持不变的条件下,进行了2#油用量试验,试验结果见图8
图8可知,随着起泡剂2#油的用量逐渐增加,混浮粗精矿的银铅锌品位逐渐减小,回收率先增大后趋于稳定。综合考虑粗精矿品位和回收率,确定2#油合适的用量为30 g/t[22]
根据银铅锌混浮粗选条件试验的结果,在确定最优的药剂制度后,开展浮选闭路试验,试验流程为“一粗四精两扫”。选矿废水中残留的浮选药剂和金属离子,会对浮选过程产生一定的影响,因此进行了回水浮选试验,并将其试验结果与清水试验结果进行对比。浮选尾矿静置30 min后将上清液吸出,作为回水使用,在银铅锌混浮闭路试验中使用回水作为磨矿和浮选的补加水,具体闭路试验流程见图9,试验结果见表5
表5可知,回水闭路试验获得的混合精矿含银2 942.27 g/t、含铅5.40%、含锌2.13%,银回收率为83.42%,铅回收率为89.01%,锌回收率为76.93%。与清水闭路试验结果相比,银铅锌品位分别降低了37.37 g/t, 0.12个百分点和0.05个百分点,银回收率提高了0.11个百分点,铅锌回收率分别降低了0.65个百分点和0.58个百分点,由此可见,在改药剂制度和选矿流程条件下,回水闭路试验与清水试验的结果相差不大,回水可以回用于生产。
浮选尾矿中铁和锰的含量分别为21.35%和7.61%,对其进行磁选试验,试验流程如图10所示,试验结果见表6
表6可知,铁精矿的铁品位为60.99%,铁回收率为9.15%,锰精矿的Mn品位为18.57%,锰回收率为81.11%,尾矿的铁、锰含量分别为14.39%和3.11%。
在浮选试验和浮选尾矿磁选试验的基础上,开展了银铅锌混浮-铁锰磁选的全流程闭路试验,试验流程见图11,试验结果见表7。由表7可知,全流程闭路试验可以获得银品位3 010.80 g/t、铅品位5.390%、锌品位2.370%的银铅锌混合精矿,且银回收率为83.35%,铅回收率为89.61%,锌回收率为77.55%;同时可获得铁品位为60.97%的铁精矿和锰品位为18.50%的锰精矿,铁精矿的铁回收率为8.01%,铁总回收率为71.89%,锰精矿的锰回收率为76.38%。
(1)原矿银、铅、锌、铁、锰和硫的含量分别为330.52 g/t、0.57%、0.29%、25.77%、9.05%和3.38%,矿石中银主要以硫化银的形式存在,占总银的88.85%;单质银分布率为2.21%;铅主要赋存在硫化铅中,约占总铅的90.78%;锌主要分布在硫化物中,占总锌的85.29%;铁主要分布在碳酸盐矿物中,仅11.59%的铁赋存于磁铁矿和磁黄铁矿中;锰主要分布在碳酸盐矿物中,占总锰的98.72%。
(2)矿石中主要有用矿物为辉银矿、深红银矿、脆银矿,少量自然银、硫锑铜银矿、少银或含银黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿、磁铁矿、钙铁菱锰矿、钙锰菱铁矿、菱铁锰矿、菱锰铁矿等,脉石矿物以石英、正长石、斜长石、钠长石、透辉石、锰辉石等为主。
(3)矿石中银矿物以辉银矿、深红银矿、脆银矿为主,银矿物粒度微细,粒度常小于0.037 mm, 51.08%的银矿物粒度小于0.01 mm,银矿物粒度细小,从矿石中解离出来难度较大,会对银的回收率产生不利影响,部分包裹在铁锰碳酸盐矿物中的银矿物嵌布粒度细小,即使细磨也难以解离,这将导致损失在铁、锰精矿中含银量较高,进而对银元素的回收产生不利影响。
(4)对该多金属复杂矿石采用银铅锌混浮-铁锰磁选的工艺流程开展了全流程闭路试验,试验获得银品位3 010.80 g/t、铅品位5.39%、锌品位2.37%的银铅锌混合精矿,银回收率为83.35%,铅回收率为89.61%,锌回收率为77.55%;铁精矿的铁品位为60.97%,铁回收率为8.01%,铁总回收率为71.89%;锰精矿的锰品位为18.50%,锰回收率为76.38%;全流程尾矿产率为50.23%,尾矿的银品位为35.07 g/t。
