With the increase of mining depth, the backfill body is affected by high ground stress, mining disturbance and groundwater erosion. In order to explore the influence of groundwater erosion on the mechanical properties of cemented backfill body with polypropylene fiber tailings, uniaxial compression test and Brazilian splitting test were carried out on specimens with different fiber contents, and specimens with better mechanical properties were selected. Based on the groundwater erosion environment, uniaxial compression and acoustic emission monitoring tests were carried out to study the damage and failure evolution characteristics of polypropylene fiber backfill body under the action of groundwater. The results show that with the increase of polypropylene fiber content, the compressive strength of backfill body increases first and then decreases, and the peak strength of the specimen with 0.3% fiber content is 3.82 MPa, which is the best. After groundwater erosion, the cumulative ringing count characteristics of acoustic emission can be divided into three stages: initial active stage, steady growth stage and rapid growth stage, and obvious damage precursor characteristics appear in the steady growth stage. The durability of the backfill body specimens with different pH erosion of groundwater is as follows: eroded backfill body specimens with pH=9> eroded backfill body specimens with pH=7> eroded backfill body specimens with pH=5> non eroded backfill body specimens. With the increase of groundwater pH, the RA-AF shear crack signal continues to decrease, the damage and failure of the backfill body changes from shear failure to tensile failure. The research results can provide reference for the improvement of mechanical properties and durability of mine backfill body.

随着开采深度逐渐增大,充填体受到高地应力、开采扰动和地下水侵蚀等因素的影响。为探究地下水侵蚀效应对掺聚丙烯纤维尾砂胶结充填体力学性能的影响,对不同纤维掺量的试件进行单轴压缩试验和巴西劈裂试验,筛选出力学性能较优的试件,进而基于地下水侵蚀环境进行单轴压缩和声发射监测试验,研究聚丙烯纤维充填体在地下水作用下的损伤破坏演化特征。结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,充填体抗压强度先增大后减小,掺量为0.3%的试件峰值强度达3.82 MPa,表现最佳;经地下水侵蚀后,声发射累计振铃计数特征可以分为初始活跃、稳步增长及急剧增长3个阶段,并在稳步增长阶段出现较明显的破坏前兆特征;充填体试件的耐久性随不同pH的地下水侵蚀效应表现为:pH=9侵蚀的充填体>pH=7侵蚀的充填体>pH=5侵蚀的充填体>未侵蚀的充填体;随着地下水pH升高,RA-AF剪切裂纹信号持续下降,充填体的损伤破坏由剪切破环向张拉破坏转变。研究结果可为改善矿山充填体的力学性能和耐久性提供参考。

随着开采深度逐渐增大,充填体受到高地应力、开采扰动和地下水侵蚀等因素的影响。为探究地下水侵蚀效应对掺聚丙烯纤维尾砂胶结充填体力学性能的影响,对不同纤维掺量的试件进行单轴压缩试验和巴西劈裂试验,筛选出力学性能较优的试件,进而基于地下水侵蚀环境进行单轴压缩和声发射监测试验,研究聚丙烯纤维充填体在地下水作用下的损伤破坏演化特征。结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,充填体抗压强度先增大后减小,掺量为0.3%的试件峰值强度达3.82 MPa,表现最佳;经地下水侵蚀后,声发射累计振铃计数特征可以分为初始活跃、稳步增长及急剧增长3个阶段,并在稳步增长阶段出现较明显的破坏前兆特征;充填体试件的耐久性随不同pH的地下水侵蚀效应表现为:pH=9侵蚀的充填体>pH=7侵蚀的充填体>pH=5侵蚀的充填体>未侵蚀的充填体;随着地下水pH升高,RA-AF剪切裂纹信号持续下降,充填体的损伤破坏由剪切破环向张拉破坏转变。研究结果可为改善矿山充填体的力学性能和耐久性提供参考。

With the increase of mining depth, the backfill body is affected by high ground stress, mining disturbance and groundwater erosion. In order to explore the influence of groundwater erosion on the mechanical properties of cemented backfill body with polypropylene fiber tailings, uniaxial compression test and Brazilian splitting test were carried out on specimens with different fiber contents, and specimens with better mechanical properties were selected. Based on the groundwater erosion environment, uniaxial compression and acoustic emission monitoring tests were carried out to study the damage and failure evolution characteristics of polypropylene fiber backfill body under the action of groundwater. The results show that with the increase of polypropylene fiber content, the compressive strength of backfill body increases first and then decreases, and the peak strength of the specimen with 0.3% fiber content is 3.82 MPa, which is the best. After groundwater erosion, the cumulative ringing count characteristics of acoustic emission can be divided into three stages: initial active stage, steady growth stage and rapid growth stage, and obvious damage precursor characteristics appear in the steady growth stage. The durability of the backfill body specimens with different pH erosion of groundwater is as follows: eroded backfill body specimens with pH=9> eroded backfill body specimens with pH=7> eroded backfill body specimens with pH=5> non eroded backfill body specimens. With the increase of groundwater pH, the RA-AF shear crack signal continues to decrease, the damage and failure of the backfill body changes from shear failure to tensile failure. The research results can provide reference for the improvement of mechanical properties and durability of mine backfill body.

随着采矿行业的不断发展,国内矿产资源开发逐渐从露天开采向地下开采转变,尤其是在深部资源的开采中,由于深部地质条件的复杂性及特殊性,以及高温、高地应力、高渗透压和开采扰动等因素的影响[1-2],充填体常面临开裂、失稳和耐久性差等问题,对生产安全造成隐患[3-4]。充填采矿法因其高资源回收率、作业安全性好及环保优势,已成为深部矿山开采的主要方法,该方法能够有效控制地压并减少地表沉陷[5-7]。但由于深部采空区环境的独特性,充填体会与地下水发生持续的物理化学作用,逐渐引起结构性损伤。因此,提升充填体的耐久性已成为当前的研究重点。
近年来,学者们在充填体力学性能及损伤特性方面开展了广泛研究。研究表明[8-12],在充填体中添加适量纤维能够有效增强其抗压能力和综合力学性能。何志伟[13]通过核磁共振和扫描电镜研究发现,聚丙烯腈纤维可以吸附水化产物,形成桥接效应,从而显著降低充填体内的孔隙率。刘亚军等[14]研究发现,聚丙烯腈纤维对充填料浆具有促凝增稠作用,可消耗胶凝体系中的自由水和水化产物,促进固相颗粒间的碰撞接触。隆能增等[15]结合声发射监测试验,研究了泥质砂岩在酸性干湿循环条件下的损伤破坏演化特征,发现酸性干湿循环会降低RAAF张拉裂纹信号,使损伤模式从张拉破坏逐渐转向剪切破坏。王贻明等[16]运用单轴抗压、X射线衍射、核磁共振和扫描电镜试验研究了充填体的损伤特性,发现孔隙结构的损伤演化与力学性能的劣化特征具有良好的同步性。
在充填采矿实践中,添加纤维材料是提升充填体力学性能的有效方式之一。然而,关于地下水侵蚀对纤维充填体力学性能影响的研究仍然相对较少。因此,本研究通过单轴压缩和巴西劈裂试验,探讨掺聚丙烯纤维对充填体静态力学性能的影响,并对性能较优的充填体进行地下水侵蚀试验。结合单轴压缩试验和声发射监测,分析纤维含量对尾砂充填体力学性能的增强效果,以及聚丙烯纤维充填体在地下水作用下的损伤演化特征。研究结果可为改善矿山充填体的力学性能和耐久性提供理论支持与参考。
(1)尾砂。试验所用尾砂取自鞍山某铁矿,为鞍山式贫赤铁矿全尾砂。试验前对尾砂进行烘干处理。通过XRD试验检测尾砂的成分组成,结果如图1所示,尾砂化学成分及含量见表1。在20°~80°衍射峰范围内检测到SiO2,在27 °衍射峰附近的峰值强度最高。
(2)胶结剂。水泥作为重要的胶凝材料,通过水化反应提升材料的力学性能。为了满足实际充填要求及降低成本,试验选用325复合硅酸盐水泥。该水泥具有低水化热和良好的耐热性,适用于矿山充填条件。
(3)纤维材料。聚丙烯纤维因具有优异的分散性和桥接能力,适合用作充填体的增强材料。其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和热稳定性表现优异,完全符合充填采矿的要求。基于聚丙烯纤维的特性及其长度和形状对水泥基材料力学性能的影响[17-18],本试验选用相同长度和宽度的聚丙烯纤维,以期优化充填效果。
试验材料选择尾砂、水泥、聚丙烯纤维和纯净水。以灰砂比1∶4、浆料质量浓度78%和聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%、0.8%的比例制备试件。每组试件均包含3个充填体试件,分别进行单轴压缩试验和巴西劈裂抗拉试验,最终取平均值进行结果分析。
地下水侵蚀试验选取纤维掺量力学性能较优的试件。试件在地下水中侵蚀的周期为28 d,地下水酸碱度分别为pH=5、pH=7和pH=9。达到侵蚀周期后,进行单轴压缩试验。选用纤维掺量力学性能较优、养护龄期为28 d且未经侵蚀的试件作为对照组。以单轴抗压强度为指标,探究地下水侵蚀对充填体的影响。
根据《工程岩体试验方法标准》(GB/T 50266—2013)规定,单轴抗压强度测试的圆柱试件直径应为50 mm,高径比为2.0,试验中使用的试件尺寸为Φ50 mm×100 mm。抗拉强度测试采用劈裂法,模拟室内圆柱形试件直径为50 mm,高径比为1.0,试验中使用的试件尺寸为Φ50 mm×50 mm。24 h后,使用工具刮平试件顶面并脱模,脱模后的试件放入恒温恒湿养护箱中,养护环境设定为恒温25 ℃、湿度90%。
在养护周期达到7 d、14 d和28 d后,对已制备的充填体试件进行单轴抗压强度测试。试验结果表明,在尾砂充填体的固化初期,添加聚丙烯纤维有助于保持水分,使水泥水化反应更为充分[19]。这不仅减少了骨料的离析现象,同时使充填体的级配更加均匀和稳定,从而提升了其表面强度。
不同养护周期下纤维掺量-抗压强度曲线如图2所示。由图2可知,充填体试件的抗压强度随养护时间的延长而逐渐增强,这表明养护时间对充填体力学性能的提升至关重要。在相同聚丙烯纤维掺量下,养护28 d的试件达到了最高抗压强度。当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.3%时,充填体抗压强度达到峰值。然而,当聚丙烯纤维掺量超过0.5%时,充填体的抗压强度显著下降。这表明过量的聚丙烯纤维不仅会增加成本,还难以有效提升充填体的抗压性能。
具体而言,当聚丙烯纤维掺量超过0.5%时,充填体试样的抗压强度与0.2%掺量时相当。这是因为过多纤维会导致纤维间的凝聚力减弱,而纤维与尾砂、水泥之间的结合力则更为显著。纤维间的摩擦力远小于纤维与尾砂的相互作用力,从而导致整体凝聚力下降,使充填体的抗压强度随之降低。
聚丙烯纤维的过量添加还会导致以下问题。
(1)纤维结团:高掺量的聚丙烯纤维容易结团,减少了纤维与尾砂和骨料之间的有效接触,导致抗压性能下降。
(2)流动性降低:在砂浆制备阶段,大量聚丙烯纤维的加入会降低砂浆的流动性,造成试件浇筑时压实不充分,形成裂缝。
(3)孔隙率增加:高纤维掺量可能导致充填体内部水化反应后自由水流失,增加孔隙率,从而显著降低抗压能力。
为探究聚丙烯纤维添加对充填体抗拉性能的影响,按照《工程岩体试验方法标准》(GB/T 50266—2013),采用正交设计方法分别对养护周期为7 d、14 d、28 d的充填体试件进行巴西劈裂试验,得到不同养护周期下纤维掺量-抗拉强度曲线如图3所示。由图3可知,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.3%时,充填体抗拉强度达到峰值。巴西劈裂试验结果显示,在各养护周期下,聚丙烯纤维掺量在0.3%~0.5%范围内时,充填体表现出较高的抗拉强度。
综合考虑经济性和可持续发展等因素,实际充填料浆制备时聚丙烯纤维掺量不宜超过0.5%。少量聚丙烯纤维的加入显著提高了充填体的抗拉性能,且当纤维掺量不超过0.6%时,其对充填体的抗拉性能具有正向作用。在聚丙烯纤维掺量为0~0.3%时,充填体抗拉强度与纤维含量呈正相关关系。基于充填体硬度、脆性以及经济性,聚丙烯纤维掺量的最优值为0.3%。
声发射振铃计数是指在单次试验过程中,当声发射信号强度超过预设阈值时所记录的振铃脉冲数量。该指标可以揭示特定时刻由微观缺陷扩展和发育引起的试件损伤特征,从而反映整个试验过程中试件的损伤演变规律[20]图4展示了不同酸碱条件下充填体的应力-振铃计数-累计振铃计数-时间关系曲线。由图4可知,充填体在加载过程中的声发射累计振铃计数与应力-时间曲线表现出良好的同步性。根据声发射信号的演化特性,试验过程可分为初始活跃阶段、稳步增长阶段和急剧增长阶段。由于酸碱性溶液的侵蚀作用,不同阶段试件的损伤特征存在明显差异。
初始活跃阶段:在此阶段,试件的声发射信号较为活跃,累计振铃计数曲线的斜率小幅上升,但数值较小;随着地下水pH升高,声发射信号的活跃度波动降低,振铃计数在短期内剧烈浮动,累计计数增长速度变缓,说明酸性或碱性离子的侵蚀填充了充填体内部孔隙和微裂纹,导致初始损伤逐渐减少。在轴向应力加载下,试件内部颗粒间的接触和摩擦使得声发射信号短期内迅速增强。
稳步增长阶段:随着轴向应力逐渐增加,充填体的微裂纹逐步压密,声发射信号回落至低水平状态并趋于稳定,且持续较长时间,随后进入增长期。该阶段累计振铃计数持续增长,振铃计数保持小范围波动。特别是在由稳步增长阶段过渡至急剧增长阶段的临界区域,声发射振铃计数在短时间内出现了大幅度的上升,随后在此区间内波动,累计振铃计数在此范围内呈阶梯式上升,此临界范围通常对应单轴抗压强度的85%~95%区间,可作为判断试件破坏前兆的依据。
急剧增长阶段:在轴向应力的持续作用下,试件内部和表面的微裂纹快速扩展,裂纹密集区逐步形成,此时振铃计数迅速上升,累计振铃计数快速上升。接近破坏时,试件内部产生大量裂纹并贯穿表层,振铃计数达到最大值,应力曲线也达到峰值。随着pH增加,应力峰值逐渐升高,最大振铃计数亦上升,均高于对照组。此外,试件的耐久性随不同pH的侵蚀作用表现为:pH=9侵蚀的充填体>pH=7侵蚀的充填体>pH=5侵蚀的充填体>未侵蚀的充填体。这表明随着地下水蚀pH的增加,试件内部充分发生水化反应,试件的内部损伤逐渐减少,使破坏过程中的突变特征更加显著。
为分析不同酸碱性地下水侵蚀试件的裂纹演化情况,对RAAF进行分析,RAAF是基于声发射基本参数得到的特征参数,上升时间与幅值之比为RA,振铃计数与持续时间之比为AF[21],其公式见式(1)、式(2)。
式中:RA为上升时间RT与幅值Am的比值,ms/Ⅴ;AF为振铃计数Cr与持续时间Dr的比值,kHz。
通常情况下,低RA值、高AF值的声发射信号表示张拉裂纹,而高RA值、低AF值的声发射信号则对应剪切裂纹。一般使用K=AF/RA作为张拉裂纹和剪切裂纹的区分标准,可将K=2视为临界值[15]图5(a)为未侵蚀试件的RAAF分布散点图。由图5(a)可知,在单轴压缩破坏过程中,充填体试件的张拉裂纹信号的比例低于剪切裂纹信号,表明此时的破坏过程主要以剪切裂纹为主。但由于破坏过程中试件的原生孔隙逐渐发育,张拉裂纹信号仅略低于剪切裂纹信号。图5(b)图5(d)为不同酸碱度地下水侵蚀作用下充填体试件的RA-AF裂纹演化规律图。可以看出,随着地下水pH的增加,试件的破坏逐渐从剪切破坏主导向张拉破坏主导转变。在pH=7的地下水中侵蚀28 d后,试件的剪切信号下降至50.99%,此时剪切信号与张拉信号的差距较小。这是因为在中性水中,碱性离子浓度较高,促使充填体的水化反应加快,增强了充填体的强度。随着地下水pH增加至9,试件的剪切信号进一步下降至43.86%,此时张拉信号占据主导地位。碱性地下水中氢氧根离子丰富,是水化反应的主要阴离子,因此水化反应速率高于中性和酸性条件,从而使充填体强度达到最高。这说明充填体的损伤破坏特性受地下水pH的影响显著。
(1)较少掺量的聚丙烯纤维(0~0.5%)在充填体中起到黏合作用,可以有效使尾砂和粗细骨料黏合,从而提高充填体力学性能,对充填体强度的发展具有显著促进作用,但并非纤维掺量越大,充填体强度越高,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.3%时,聚丙烯纤维作用效果明显,充填体各龄期抗压、抗拉强度较高。
(2)在地下水侵蚀试件单轴压缩过程中,声发射累计振铃计数可以分为初始活跃阶段、稳步增长阶段及急剧增长阶段,初始活跃阶段累计振铃计数增长速率缓慢,稳步增长阶段累计振铃计数持续增加,振铃计数保持小范围波动,并表现出明显的破坏前兆特征。充填体的耐久性提高,碱性环境(pH=9.0)试件耐久性最优,酸性环境(pH=5.0)强度损失率达22.5%,表现为pH=9侵蚀的充填体>pH=7侵蚀的充填体>pH=5侵蚀的充填体>未侵蚀的充填体。
(3)随着地下水pH增大,地下水中碱性离子浓度升高,促使充填体的水化反应加快,声发射RAAF剪切裂纹信号持续下降,张拉裂纹信号逐渐占主导地位,表明在地下水不同pH作用下,充填体试件的损伤破坏特征由剪切破坏转变为张拉破坏。
