To enhance heat transfer efficiency and improve thermal exchange performance, a composite enhanced thermal exchange technology was explored that combined annular internal fins with protruding units, aiming to create an innovative thermal exchange structure. Through numerical simulation methods, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of this structure were studied within the Reynolds number Re range is 8 000~20 000. The analysis results indicate that the layout of the protruding units and four parameters (depth, radius, spacing, and quantity) have a significant impact on thermal performance. The mechanism of enhanced heat transfer was explained using field synergy theory. Under optimal parameters, with a depth of 2 mm, a radius of a specific value, a spacing of 20 mm, and six protruding units, the best thermal exchange performance is achieved, with an overall heat transfer performance improvement of 4.71%~23.59% compared to internal finned tubes. Increasing depth, radius, and quantity, while decreasing spacing, enhances heat transfer but also increases resistance, limiting the growth of overall thermal performance. Field synergy analysis shows that the structure promotes strong secondary vortices, significantly enhancing the synergy effect between the velocity field and the temperature field.

To enhance heat transfer efficiency and improve thermal exchange performance, a composite enhanced thermal exchange technology was explored that combined annular internal fins with protruding units, aiming to create an innovative thermal exchange structure. Through numerical simulation methods, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of this structure were studied within the Reynolds number Re range is 8 000~20 000. The analysis results indicate that the layout of the protruding units and four parameters (depth, radius, spacing, and quantity) have a significant impact on thermal performance. The mechanism of enhanced heat transfer was explained using field synergy theory. Under optimal parameters, with a depth of 2 mm, a radius of a specific value, a spacing of 20 mm, and six protruding units, the best thermal exchange performance is achieved, with an overall heat transfer performance improvement of 4.71%~23.59% compared to internal finned tubes. Increasing depth, radius, and quantity, while decreasing spacing, enhances heat transfer but also increases resistance, limiting the growth of overall thermal performance. Field synergy analysis shows that the structure promotes strong secondary vortices, significantly enhancing the synergy effect between the velocity field and the temperature field.

强化换热管技术在工业换热装置中扮演着关键角色,随着能源和环境问题的日益突出,对强化传热性能的需求也日益增加[1]。其中,带肋结构换热管[2-3]可以在管壁形成涡流,增强湍流度和对流换热。波纹管[4-5]、涡流管[6]等通过改变管道截面形状,产生二次流并减薄边界层,从而提高传热性能;缩放管[7]、扭曲扁管[8]等则利用流体在弯曲管道内的离心效应增强换热。此外,螺旋管[9]和凸胞管[10]通过特殊的管道结构也能显著提升换热能力。
近年来,中外学者开始将丁胞与其他强化传热技术融合,研发出了高效的复合强化传热管。Xie等[11]、张路宝[12]将螺旋肋与凸胞结构结合,提出了一种新型的强化传热管,通过数值模拟,研究不同肋和凸胞结构参数对管内热工性能的影响,结果表明,增加螺旋肋可以显著提高管道内的换热性能以及增强速度场和温度场的协同性。新型的复合强化传热管在综合传热性能方面,明显优于传统光滑管和凸胞管。Xie等[13]将V形肋与丁胞组合,模拟研究了矩形通道中的湍流流动特性和换热性能,结果表明,管内流体在充分发展区域内,由于丁胞的存在可以使通道内换热增加幅度提高到45%以上,而V形肋可以使换热增加幅度高达23.2%。Mahmood等[14]采用数值模拟研究了带有肋与凹坑的蛇形通道散热器内的换热特性以及温度分布,结果表明,与传统模型相比,所有新模型的综合换热性能(overall performance factor,OPF)都大1,表现出良好的换热性能。Patil等[15]Re为12 600~35 000范围内,通过实验和数值模拟研究了肋(W形肋、半圆形肋)与凹坑复合通道内的换热与流阻性能,结果表明,复合通道的换热性能优于单个肋通道,W形肋复合通道有最高的换热性能,但同时摩擦损失也较大。相比于其他肋通道,半圆形肋通道的综合换热性能优于其他肋通道。
通过被动强化传热技术开发出的新型强化传热管以及管插件不仅能显著提升传热效率而且可以在一定程度上降低能耗。目前中外学者对于强化传热的研究大多集中在单一的强化传热技术,而随着工业化进程的高速推进,单一的强化传热技术已经不能满足工业对高效、节能和环保的多元化需求。因此,越来越多的学者开始关注复合强化传热技术的发展。复合强化传热技术的优势在于可以综合多种强化传热技术的优点,从而实现更好地强化传热效果。环形内肋与凸胞是两种被广泛应用的强化传热手段。
现将环形内肋与凸胞这两种强化传热方式相结合,提出一种复合强化传热管,即环形内肋凸胞管,采用数值模拟方法对管内换热与流动特性展开深入研究,通过分析不同结构布局,分析单因素变量对换热效率的影响,对丁胞深度、丁胞半径、丁胞间距、丁胞数量探讨其对努塞尔数以及摩擦系数和综合换热因数的影响,并找到其最佳组合方式。
环形内肋凸胞管可用于管壳式换热器中,通过三维建模软件SOLIDWORKS建立其几何模型,如图1所示。管道内径D为20 mm,管道计算区域总长度L为800 mm,整个计算区域分为三个部分,包括进口段、测试段和出口段。为了在管道进口处获得充分发展的流动并消除出口段的回流效应,建模时,在进口段和出口段分别留有200 mm和100 mm的长度,中间测试段长度为500 mm,流体沿着x轴方向流动。
所研究的环形内肋凸胞管在测试段管道表面均匀布置的环形肋条和凸胞均是由内径为20 mm的光滑管通过挤压成型得到的。为了研究在环形内肋管中增加凸胞后,不同凸胞参数变化对管内的流动与换热特性的影响,因此在研究时,将内肋的参数保持不变,取肋深H为1.5 mm、肋宽t为3 mm。主要研究参数包括凸胞深度h、凸胞半径r、凸胞个数N、凸胞间距P,模型参数如表1所示。模拟主要关注管内流体的传热和流动阻力特性,因此,在数值计算中忽略壁厚的影响。

式中:uiuj为速度矢量沿xyz方向的分量,i,j=1,2,3; xixj分别为ij方向上的距离, i,j=1,2,3,分别对应三维空间中的xyz轴;P为流体压力,Pa;T为流体温度,K;ρ为密度,kg/m3;μ为动力黏度,kg/(m·s);Cр为定压比热容,kJ/(kg·K);λ为导热系数, W/(m·K)。
空气物性参数如表2所示。
模拟采用 Realizable k-ε(湍动能-耗散率)湍流模型,采用增强的壁面函数,以常物性的空气作为模拟介质。模拟工作都在雷诺数为8 000~ 20 000范围内进行,进口湍流强度 I=0.16R${e}^{-\frac{1}{8}}$,入口采用速度入口,入口流体温度为300.15 K,出口采用压力出口,测试段管壁采用恒壁温边界条件,壁面温度为350 K,进出口段管壁采用绝热边界条件,所有壁面均为无滑移条件。选用ANSYS FLUENT 2021 R1进行仿真模拟,利用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散。选择Coupled算法实现压力-速度耦合,采用二阶迎风格式对动量、湍流动能、湍流耗散率和能量方程进行离散化。当连续性方程和动量方程的残差小于10-6,能量方程的残差小于10-8时,则判定模拟结果达到收敛。
雷诺数Re的计算公式为

摩擦系数f的计算公式为

综合性能评价因子PEC的计算公式为

式(9)中:Nu0f0分别为光滑圆管的努塞尔数和摩擦系数。
采用Fluent meshing对求解模型进行网格划分,在近壁面处采用增强的壁面函数进行处理,其添加边界层时,第一层网格高度所对应的y+要尽量接近于1,边界层层数设置为12层,增长率保持为1.2,在内肋与凸胞处也进行加密处理,以便更准确地模拟流体与流经内肋与凸胞时的流动特性,图2为模型网格示意图。
Re=14 000工况下,以P=30 mm、r=4 mm、h=2 mm及N=6的模型为例,进行网格无关性验证。分别对5组不同网格数量的模型进行模拟计算,表3显示了不同网格数量对Nuf的影响,可以看出,网格数量为2 362 208与2 883 613相比,Nuf的相对偏差分别为0.08%和0.53%。综合考虑网格质量、计算精度和收敛时间,后续模拟采用第4组网格设置尺寸进行模拟计算。
为进一步保证本文数值模拟方法的准确性,对相同几何参数,相同工况下的光滑管进行数值模拟,将模拟结果与经验公式[15]进行对比分析,以验证本文计算方法的正确性。通过图3比较分析可知,努塞尔数Nu的模拟结果与Gnielinski和Dittus-Boelter公式的最大偏差分别为7.13%和9.76%。同时,通过图4摩擦系数f的模拟结果与Blasius和Filonenko公式的最大偏差分别为0.02%和1.89%。可以看出,模拟结果与经验公式吻合较好,数值模拟结果的偏差在合理误差范围内,表明所采用的数值方法是可靠的[16]
Re=16 000时,图5为不同凸胞深度管在x=200 mm截面上的速度与流线分布云图。从图5图6中可以看出,随着凸胞深度h增大,靠近管壁区域的流体速度逐渐变小,这可以解释为,随着深度h增大,凸胞对管内流体的扰动就越强,致使流体在凸胞区域产生明显的湍流和阻力,靠近壁面区域的流体受到更大的阻力,使得流动速度降低。
不同凸胞深度对管内平均Nuf的影响如图8图9所示,可以看出,环形内肋凸胞管的平均Nu均大于内肋管,进一步说明增加凸胞后管内换热得到进一步强化。在相同深度h下,管内平均NuRe成正比;在相同Re条件下,Nuf均随着凸胞深度h的增大呈上升趋势,且Nu增幅较小,而摩擦系数增加幅度较大,说明继续增大凸胞深度h对管内换热效果提升不大,并且会引起大的压降损耗。
在所研究的雷诺数范围内,不同凸胞深度的环形内肋凸胞管平均Nu较内肋管提升了23.98%~43.25%,平均摩擦系数f较内肋管增大了75.29%~135.98%,一方面是因为h越大,管内湍流强度显著增强,边界层厚度减小,提升了换热效率。另一方面是凸胞深度h越大,增加了流体在凸胞区域内的滞留时间,间接增加了热量交换时间,从而使得换热增强。同时h越大,增加了流体与管壁的碰撞摩擦。
图10为不同凸胞深度h对综合性能评价指标PEC的影响。可以看出,在深度一定时,换热管的PEC随Re增大而减小,且下降幅度逐渐减小。当Re一定时,可以看出,PEC随h的增加而增大。在本研究的Re范围内,h=2 mm时的换热管具有最优的综合换热性能,PEC最大为1.42,不同凸胞深度的环形内肋凸胞管平均PEC较内肋管提升了4.71%~23.59%。h越大,对管内流体的扰动就越强,能有效破坏边界层,增强了换热。因此,选择适当的凸胞深度,不仅能够有效地提升传热效率,同时也不会引起较大的压降损失,从而实现更优的强化传热效果。
Re=16 000工况下,图11展示了不同凸胞半径管在x=200 mm截面上的速度和流线分布云图。可以看出,靠近壁面的流体速度最低。当半径r增大时,近壁面处流体速度有减小趋势,这是因为凸胞半径越大,流体流动路径变得更加平滑,相比于凸胞半径较小时凸胞对流体的干扰相应减少,从而减小了流体流动阻力。从图12中可以看出,不同半径管内的湍流动能基本相似,说明凸胞半径对管内整体湍流动能的影响较小。此外,从流线图分布来看,当凸胞半径较小时,在凸胞尾部产生的漩涡流动较强,随着半径增大,这种漩涡区域减小,从而相应的较少了局部位置的流体流动阻力,这也解释了图11中,凸胞半径增大时,凸胞局部区域速度也相应增大。
图13图14为不同凸胞半径对管内平均Nuf的影响,可以看出,当r一定时,管内平均NuRe成正比;当雷诺数一定时, 管内平均Nuf均随着凸胞半径的增大而增大,且Nu和摩擦系数f的增加幅度基本相同流动路径延长,并且流动轨迹会发生偏转,增强了管内流体的湍动强度以及二次涡流,当流体从凸胞区域过渡到肋区域后,会产生更多的漩涡流动,这些二次涡流不断冲刷高温壁面,极大地减小了壁面处的边界层厚度,降低了传热热阻,有效地将壁面处高温热量传递到主流区域,使得管内流体换热更加充分,从而提高了换热系数。另外,较大的凸胞半径会增加传热面积,促使更多流体参与热交换,进一步增强了换热效率。
不同凸胞半径对管内综合传热性能PEC的影响如图15所示,可以看出,PEC随着凸胞半径的增大整体呈上升趋势,且上升幅度较平缓。在所研究的Re范围内,r=4 mm的换热管PEC范围为1.02~1.22。不同凸胞半径的环形内肋凸胞管平均PEC较内肋管提升了2.70%~9.43%。可见,与内肋管相比较,不同凸胞半径对管内综合传热性能提升幅度较小。随着凸胞半径增大,一方面是导致了管内流体流动路径增加以及管内流场复杂性提升;另一方面是引起流体内部剪切应力的增加以及湍流耗散的增多,在提升换热性能的同时,也会使管内整体总压降上升,进而表现为摩擦阻力大幅度提升,抑制了管内整体综合换热性能的提高。
图16为不同凸胞间距下,沿流动方向的局部湍流动能及流线分布,可以看出,P=20 mm的管内湍流动能最大,随着凸胞间距的增大,管内湍流动能显著减小。从速度云图中可以发现,当凸胞间距较小时,流体经过凸胞区域后,产生的二次涡流没有完全衰减,又很快与肋区域接触,从而对流体产生持续的扰动,增强了管内流体紊流程度,这也就解释了在间距越小时管内湍流动能最大。另外当流体经过肋与凸胞位置时,速度明显增大,这是因为流通面积减小,导致流速增加。
凸胞间距对管内平均Nuf的影响如图17图18所示,可以看出,相比于单独的内肋管,在内肋管中增加凸胞后其换热性能均得到有效提升。说明凸胞与内肋共同作用后能有效提升换热效率。在所研究的Re范围内,不同凸胞间距换热管Nu均随Re增大呈现上升趋势,fRe的增加逐渐减小,且减小幅度降低,并且较小的凸胞间距换热管有最大的Nu,但同时也会引起较大的流动阻力。在Re=8000~20000范围内,不同凸胞间距的环形内肋凸胞管内平均Nu较内肋管提升了19.75%~43.28%,摩擦系数f较内肋管增大了98.71%~135.98%。随着凸胞间距增大,管内流体湍流强度显著减小,对流体扰动程度减弱。一方面,间距增大意味着流动通道更平滑,使得管内产生的二次流强度减小,则附加流动对主流区域的扰动减小,进而管内流动阻力也会相应减小;另一方面,凸胞间距增大意味着单位面积内的凸胞数量减少,不仅降低了管内湍流强度,也使得总换热面积减小,从而使换热系数降低,最终表现为Nu减小。
图19展示了不同深度对PEC的影响大小,可以看出,不同凸胞间距下的换热管其综合换热性能均优于内肋管,P=30 mm和P=20 mm时,PEC变化基本不大,P=20 mm时,其综合换热性能增幅较大,PEC最大为1.30。不同凸胞间距的环形内肋凸胞管PEC较内肋管提升了2.18%~13.14%。凸胞间距较小时,管内流体受到的扰动更强烈,从而加剧了中心冷流体与近壁面高温流体之间的混合程度,加快了热量传递效率。此外,在凸胞间距P=20 mm时,PEC均大于1,这表明管内换热性能提高的幅度大于摩擦阻力增加的幅度,从而使整个管内综合换热效果更显著。图19还表明,在肋间距较大时,相比于内肋管,在内肋管中增加凸胞后能有效提升换热性能,主要原因是:凸胞对管内流体扰动起到了一定的延续作用,增加了换热系数,从而提升换热性能。
(1)将环形内肋与凸胞组合能有效提升强化传热性能,因为凸胞和内肋共同作用后,能对边界层产生频繁扰动,有效提升了换热效果。
(2)在研究其中一个参数时,其他参数保持相同。研究发现Nuf均随着凸胞深度h的增大呈上升趋势,且Nu增幅较小,而f增加幅度较大,PEC随h的增加而增大,h=2 mm时,PEC最大达到1.42。随着凸胞半径r的增大,Nuf均增大,PEC整体呈上升趋势,且Nuf的增加幅度大致相同,而PEC增加幅度较平缓,r=4 mm时,PEC范围为1.02~1.22。随着P增大,Nuf和PEC均减小,P=20 mm时,PEC最大为1.30。
(3)场协同分析表明光滑管管内的平均协同角β最大,而环形内肋凸胞管平均协同角β最小,β在79°~83°。不同凸胞参数下,h=2 mm、r=4 mm、P=20 mm时,管内速度场与温度场协同程度最好。
