Based on the detailed process mineralogy of gold ore from Jierwushake gold deposit in west Junggar, the selectability test was carried out. The results show that the valuable element in the ore is Au with a grade of 3.61 g/t. The types of gold minerals are natural gold, silver-gold, gold-tellurium and gold-selenium-silver ore, and the embedded states are encapsulated gold, fracture gold and intergranular gold. The particle size is mainly microparticle gold (0.2~10.0 μm), accounting for 96.96%, and the number of fine and above gold particles (>10 μm) account for 3.04%.The flotation-leaching combined process is recommended for mineral processing test: the Au grade of flotation-flotation concentrate is 53.14 g/t, and the recovery rate is 31.69%. After leaching the whole sludge of flotation tailings for 24 hours, the gold content in tailings is 0.20 g/t, and the leaching rate of gold operation is 89.56%, the Au total recovery rate of combined process is 93.31%, and the instructions are ideal.

针对西准噶尔吉尔吾沙克金矿床的金矿石,进行详细工艺矿物学研究,并在此基础上开展可选性试验。结果表明:矿石中有价元素为Au,品位为3.61 g/t;金矿物种类为自然金、银金矿、金碲矿、金硒银矿,嵌布状态有包裹金、裂隙金和晶间金,粒度主要为微粒(0.2~10.0 μm),个数占96.96%,细粒及以上金颗粒(>10 μm)占3.04%;选矿试验推荐采用浮选-浸出联合流程工艺:浮选—浮选精矿Au品位53.14 g/t,回收率31.69%,浮选尾矿全泥浸出24 h后,尾渣含金0.20 g/t,金作业浸出率89.56%,联合流程Au的总回收率达93.31%,各项指示比较理想。

Based on the detailed process mineralogy of gold ore from Jierwushake gold deposit in west Junggar, the selectability test was carried out. The results show that the valuable element in the ore is Au with a grade of 3.61 g/t. The types of gold minerals are natural gold, silver-gold, gold-tellurium and gold-selenium-silver ore, and the embedded states are encapsulated gold, fracture gold and intergranular gold. The particle size is mainly microparticle gold (0.2~10.0 μm), accounting for 96.96%, and the number of fine and above gold particles (>10 μm) account for 3.04%.The flotation-leaching combined process is recommended for mineral processing test: the Au grade of flotation-flotation concentrate is 53.14 g/t, and the recovery rate is 31.69%. After leaching the whole sludge of flotation tailings for 24 hours, the gold content in tailings is 0.20 g/t, and the leaching rate of gold operation is 89.56%, the Au total recovery rate of combined process is 93.31%, and the instructions are ideal.

新疆托里县吉尔吾沙克金矿是近年来西准噶尔发现的有较大成矿潜力的金矿之一。前人对西准噶尔地区哈图-包古图矿集区的金铜矿地质特征、矿床成因及金的赋存状态研究较系统[1-5]。认为哈图金矿床是带内查明资源量规模最大的金矿床,矿体赋存于下石炭统火山沉积地层中,由浅部的石英脉型和深部的蚀变岩型矿体组成,金以包裹金、粒间金和裂隙金赋存于石英、黄铁矿及毒砂中,围岩蚀变主要为硅化、绢云母化、黄铁矿化和毒砂化等,矿化与硅化、黄铁矿化相关,矿物组合主要为自然金-黄铁矿-毒砂-石英,哈图金矿床成矿流体属中-低温、低盐度、低密度流体,矿床成因属造山型金矿床,西部黄金哈图金矿采用自主研发的高效泥质脉石抑制剂XJ-11,结合浮选药剂制度整体协同优化,获得了Au回收率93.16%的金精矿[6];包古图矿集区以铜、金成矿作用为主,铜矿化产于区内中酸性斑岩体内部及内接触带,金矿化产于斑岩体外接触带以及外围中酸性岩脉密集分布区,包古图地区最早发现并进行开采的是阔个沙也金矿床,矿体主要产于包古图Ⅲ、Ⅳ号岩体外围1~3 km范围内,赋存于下石炭统包古图组地层中,常与中酸性脉岩密切相关,矿石类型主要为石英脉型和蚀变岩型,主要矿物组合为黄铁矿-毒砂-自然金/银金矿-自然砷-自然锑-辉锑矿,自然金赋存于毒砂、含砷黄铁矿中,银金矿被自然砷、辉锑矿包裹,包古图地区矿床成因类型为与侵入岩有关的金矿床,招金北疆矿业阔个沙也金矿床采用一优一粗一精三扫一重的工艺流程,精矿回收率达到91.88%[7]。但针对环庙尔沟岩体成矿带的金矿床研究较少,尤其对金矿石可选性未开展过相关研究,严重影响矿床开发及矿产资源的有效利用。鉴于此,基于详细的野外地质勘查和室内研究工作,通过光片、薄片鉴定、化学分析和扫描电镜能谱分析等方法,研究该金矿的矿石特征、矿物组合及金的赋存状态等,在此基础上,进行选矿工艺研究,确定较佳选矿方案,提高企业经济效益,为环庙尔沟岩体金成矿带的相似矿床的开发利用提供理论依据。
研究区大地构造位于哈萨克斯坦-准噶尔板块北准噶尔弧盆带,为哈萨克斯坦巴尔喀什斑岩型成矿带的东延部分。区内出露地层有中泥盆统库鲁木迪组(D2k)和第四系全新统(Q)。区内断裂构造较发育,主要有NE向和NWW向两组,其中NE向断层主要为区域性大断裂,有分布在矿区西北部的玛依勒大断裂(F1)和分布在矿区东南部的F2断层;北西西向断层及次级断裂为主要控矿和含矿构造[8]。矿区侵入岩发育,岩性主要为花岗闪长岩、闪长岩、闪长玢岩脉和石英斑岩脉,侵入岩主要分布在矿区东北部,呈小岩株状、脉状侵入中泥盆统库鲁木迪组地层中,与围岩界限清楚。矿体对岩性无选择性,在岩体内、外接触带均有分布,主要呈北西西向展布。围岩蚀变十分发育,不同岩性稍有差异。花岗闪长岩中围岩蚀变主要为褐铁矿化(黄铁矿化)、孔雀石化、硅化、钾化、绿帘石化、高岭土化、碳酸盐化。该类蚀变带中褐铁矿化(黄铁矿化)和硅化与金矿化关系密切,部分强蚀变带段本身就是矿体,与围岩无明显界限。岩体外接触带凝灰岩和安山岩中蚀变主要有褐铁矿化(黄铁矿)、孔雀石化、硅化、绢云母化、绿泥石化、绿帘石化、碳酸岩化,其中褐铁矿(黄铁矿)化、硅化、绢云母化、绿泥石化与金矿化关系较密切。
本次研究样品取自吉尔吾沙克金矿床的Ⅰ0、Ⅰ1、Ⅰ3、Ⅰ4、Ⅰ5和Ⅱ1矿体[8],所采样品有含金石英脉、硅化花岗闪长岩、硅化闪长玢岩、硅化凝灰岩,对研究矿石特征和金矿石的可选性有一定代表性。样品测试用仪器有扫描电镜、能谱仪、显微镜、矿物自动分析仪(mineral liberation analyser,MLA)等。
吉尔吾沙克金矿矿石多元素化学分析包含主要回收元素Au和共伴生的有价金属元素Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn、As、S等。由表1可知,矿石成分主要为硅酸盐矿物,有价金属元素Au品位3.61 g/t,Ag、Cu、TFe、S等其他元素含量低,未达共、伴生元素评价指标;有害元素As含量低,为0.006%,有益于矿石选冶。因此,矿石中只有Au为可利用元素。
采用显微镜鉴定、能谱分析及MLA 自动矿物分析仪进行综合分析研究,发现矿石由20多种矿物组成。矿石中金属矿物占3.14%,其中金属氧化矿物(占3.13%,)有:赤(褐)铁矿、磁铁矿、菱铁矿、孔雀石、黄钾铁矾、钛铁矿;金属硫化矿物(占0.01%,)有:黄铁矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿等;非金属矿物占 96.86%,以硅酸盐矿物为主,其中石英、长石占 71.21%,角闪石、绿泥石、褐帘石等占 21.37%,碳酸盐占3.38%,榍石、锆石和磷灰石等副矿物占 0.90%。
自然界中纯金极少,经常含有Ag,矿物中Au和Ag属完全类质同相系列,可以相互替换。通常Au含量大于80%称为自然金,含Ag 20%~50%的称为银金矿。金矿物能谱分析结果如表2所示。矿石中金矿物主要以自然金的形式存在,含有少量银金矿和极少量金碲矿、金硒银矿。自然金矿物中,Au 相对含量在82.24%~99.14%,Ag 元素相对含量在0~16.90%,自然金矿物中含少量类质同相 Rb、Fe 元素,其相对量在0~3.23%和0~4.32%波动。银金矿中Au含量50.78%, Ag含量45.89%;金碲矿Te含量 53.59%,Au含量42.78%;金硒银矿Se含量23.38%,Au含量28.56%,Ag含量48.05%。
矿石中金矿物呈粒状、片状、条状、浑圆状、丝状和不规则状。金矿物粒度统计结果如表3所示。可以看出,金矿物主要以显微微粒金(0.2~20 μm)为主,个数所占比例为97.34%,其中67.68%是小于2 μm的微粒,仅2.66%的颗粒粒度在20 μm以上,可见个别粗粒金,最大颗粒粒径达132.98 μm×23.36 μm。从比重分布可以看出:≤20 μm的金矿物颗粒分布率占68.37%,>20 μm的颗粒分布率占31.63%。因此, 20 μm以上的金矿物颗粒虽然不多,但它对金矿石的品位和金属资源量有较大贡献。
金矿物的赋存状态研究为其回收方法的确定提供直接证据,对提高矿床资源利用效率具有重要的意义[9]
通过扫描电镜和矿相显微镜鉴定,金矿物以裸露和半裸露自然金形态存在,约43%呈多颗粒聚群分布于载体矿物中,约57%为单颗粒稀散分布于载体矿物中[8]。金矿物嵌布状态统计结果如表4所示,从个数上看,金矿物颗粒以包裹金(分布率56.66%)和裂隙或孔隙金(分布率38.40%)为主,晶间金较少(分布率4.94%)。包裹金:常见多颗粒聚群分布,金矿物被包裹在赤褐铁矿[图1(b)]、黄铁矿和石英等矿物中,其中被赤褐铁矿包裹的占46.77%,被黄铁矿包裹的占1.52%,被脉石矿物包裹的占8.37%;裂隙金:常见呈单颗粒或多颗粒分布在载体矿物裂隙中和空洞边部,其中沿赤褐铁和黄铁矿裂隙或孔隙边缘[图1(a)]分布的占28.90%,沿石英、绿泥石等脉石矿物裂隙或孔隙分布的占9.50%;晶间金[图1(c)]:呈单颗粒存在,沿赤褐铁矿、黄铁矿、石英等矿物颗粒间充填。包裹金常呈多颗粒聚集嵌布,但粒度一般小于晶间金和裂隙金。
矿石中金属氧化物以赤(褐)铁矿、磁铁矿为主;金属硫化物种类少含量低,主要为黄铁矿、黄铜矿。赤(褐)铁矿是矿石中最主要的金属矿物,常伴生嵌布在一起,少量赤(褐)铁矿边缘有自然金嵌布,也可见少量自然金包裹于赤铁矿中[图1(a)图1(b)],为金的主要载体矿物。
(1)赤铁矿。半自形晶-它形晶,粒状、不规则状,粒径为0.01~0.20 mm,分布在磁铁矿、黄铁矿中,交代磁铁矿、黄铁矿呈残留结构[图2(b)],部分赤铁矿呈磁铁矿或黄铁矿假晶形态,结构致密,大多赤铁矿呈胶状集合体。褐铁矿:粒状,粒径为0.05~1.20 mm,由针铁矿、纤铁矿和水针铁矿等共生矿物交织形成,为黄铁矿、磁铁矿和黄铜矿氧化产物,呈黄铁矿、磁铁矿和黄铜矿假象,颗粒裂隙中均有水针铁矿分布,部分颗粒被水针铁矿包裹[图2(a)]。
(2)磁铁矿。分两阶段,早阶段的磁铁矿分布在呈黄铁矿假象的褐铁矿中,原应为黄铁矿所包裹,后黄铁矿和磁铁矿均为褐铁矿完全交代,保留磁铁矿假象,半自形晶,粒状,粒径0.12~0.18 mm[图2(a)];晚阶段的磁铁矿为自形-半自形晶,粒状,粒径0.02~0.25 mm,零星分布在石英中,也被赤铁矿交代呈残留状,有的颗粒边缘分布水针铁矿。
(3)黄铁矿。为自形-它形晶,粒状,粒径0.01~0.60 mm,晶粒较大的多呈单矿物,零散分布,大多微粒呈集合体分布。部分黄铁矿已完全氧化成赤(褐)铁矿,只保留黄铁矿晶形的假象,部分被赤(褐)铁矿交代呈残留结构,残留体包裹于赤(褐)铁矿中[图2(b)]。
(4)黄铜矿。为不规则状,粒径0.03~0.12 mm,多为单矿物分布,少量分布在黄铁矿中,交代黄铁矿呈孔洞结构、筛孔结构,部分边缘被褐铁矿交代。
(1)石英。分两种[图2(c)],一种粒径相对较粗,粒状,它形晶,粒径0.15~0.35 mm,均匀分布,边界不规则,波状消光;另一种粒径相对较细,粒状,它形晶,粒径0.02~0.10 mm,分布在斜长石和粗颗粒石英间隙中,颗粒之间镶嵌接触。大多石英及其集合体表面粗糙,有土质物浸染。
(2)斜长石。板状,自形-半自形晶,粒径0.30 mm~1.30 mm[图2(c)],均匀分布,部分颗粒边界被石英熔蚀呈港湾状,发育聚片双晶,有的发育环带结构,少量可见卡钠复合双晶,大多颗粒发生绢云母化、黝帘石化。
根据矿石性质不同,金矿选别常用的方法主要有重选法[10]、浮选法[11-13]、重选-浮选联合流程法[11-14]、全泥氰化浸出法[15]、浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合流程法[16-17]、生物氧化-氰化浸出法[17],重选—尾矿浸出联合流程法[18-19]等。根据矿石中金的赋存状态,采用重选、全泥氰化浸出、浮选、浮选-尾矿氰化浸出4种选矿方法进行选矿试验研究,结果如表5所示。可以看出,经尼尔森一次重选后,Au有一定富集,精矿品位82.0 g/t,但回收率较低,仅有21.95%;单一浮选工艺获得金精矿品位47.30 g/t,回收率54.32%,指标也不理想;原矿全泥氰化浸出试验,获得指标为:浸渣品位0.35 g/t,Au的浸出率88.89%;浮选-全泥浸出联合流程,获得指标为:浮选-浮选精矿金品位53.14 g/t,浮选回收率31.69%,浮选尾矿浸出24 h后,尾渣含金0.20 g/t,金作业浸出率89.56%,浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合流程Au总回收率达93.31%。
经过多种方案的比较,全泥氰化浸出和浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合流程两种工艺能获得较理想的指标。采用原矿全泥浸出工艺,优势在于成本较低,但考虑绿色矿山建设和矿产资源充分回收利用,本次推荐采用获得各项指标最佳的浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合选矿工艺。
浮选金精矿多元素分析结果如表6所示,Ag品位为9.45 g/t,表明选矿过程中Ag有一定富集,可考虑综合回收利用。
(1)矿石中主要有价元素为Au,品位为3.61 g/t;主要矿石矿物为赤(褐)铁矿、磁铁矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿,脉石矿物主要为石英和长石;主要载金矿物有自然金、赤(褐)铁矿、黄铁矿、银金矿、石英和绿泥石。
(2)矿石中金矿物的形态呈粒状、片状、条状、浑圆状、丝状和不规则状;金矿物主要以显微微粒金为主,从比重分布可以看出:≤20 μm的金矿物颗粒分布率占68.37%,>20 μm的颗粒分布率占31.63%。
(3)金矿物以自然金为主,含有少量银金矿和极少量金碲矿、金硒银矿;金的赋存状态有3种,分别为包裹金、裂隙金和晶间金,包裹金分布率为56.66%,裂隙金分布率为38.4%,晶间金分布率为4.94%。
(4)通过选矿工艺对比试验,最终推荐采用浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合流程工艺,浮选-浮选精矿Au品位53.14 g/t,回收率31.69%;浮选尾矿全泥浸出24 h后,尾渣含金0.20 g/t,金作业浸出率89.56%;浮选-尾矿氰化浸出联合流程Au总回收率达93.31%。在选矿过程中Ag有一定富集,可考虑综合回收。
